媒体播放处理方法、 装置、 系统及媒体服务器 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种媒体播放处理方法、 装置、 系统及媒 体服务器。 背景技术 音视频播放过程中的交互是多媒体技术发展的一项重要内容。 传统的音视频播放 中, 播放和交互是两个相对独立的体系。 例如, 在电视节目播放中, 交互仅仅限用户 通过短信或电话把用户的反馈传送给演播室或者演播室直接拨出某个电话。 一些音频 播放器在播放音乐过程中可以显示歌曲、 歌手和专辑名, 还有一些播放器在播放时可 随播放时间显示歌词内容, 这可以算作一种简单的交互方式, 但互动性很弱。 随着技 术的发展, 目前已经出现根据媒体播放流生成与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容, 将 媒体流及辅助信道内容发送到终端侧, 并通过辅助信道来实现交互的方法。 图 1是相 关技术中媒体播放与交互的显示的示意图, 如图 1所示, 媒体内容和辅助信道内容都 传送至同一终端, 并在同一终端的屏幕上进行显示, 这样一来就存在以下问题, 首先 对于大多数电视用户来说, 这样不符合他们的使用习惯, 并且使用电视遥控器来进行 交互也不方便, 其次, 对于终端屏幕有限的用户来说, 这样的布局降低了观看媒体内 容的屏幕面积, 降低了观看体验。 因此, 在相关技术中播放媒体存在不仅观看体验低, 以及交互不便的问题。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种媒体播放处理方法、 装置、 系统及媒体服务器, 以至少解决相 关技术中播放媒体存在不仅观看体验低, 以及交互不便的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种媒体播放处理方法, 包括: 获取与媒体流关 联的辅助内容; 将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒 体流的一个或多个第一设备用于播放所述媒体流, 接收所述辅助内容的一个或多个第 二设备用于对播放的所述媒体流进行交互。 优选地, 将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备包括: 获取各个设 备注册为所述第一设备的第一注册信息和 /或各个设备注册为所述第二设备的第二注 册信息; 依据所述第一注册信息和 /或所述第二注册信息将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容 分别发送给不同的设备。 优选地, 所述第一注册信息、所述第二注册信息包括以下至少之一: 设备的名称、 设备的标识、 设备的地址、 设备的类型。 优选地, 在将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备之后, 还包括: 接收所述一个或多个第二设备发送的对所述媒体流和 /或所述辅助内容进行操作的操 作信息; 依据所述操作信息更新所述辅助内容。 优选地, 所述辅助内容包括以下至少之一: 用于描述所述媒体流的基本信息; 用 于与所述媒体流播放同步的动态信息, 其中, 所述动态信息通过时间戳与所述媒体流 播放进行同步。 优选地, 所述辅助内容包括以下至少之一: 文字、 超文本链接、 应用。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种媒体播放处理装置, 包括: 获取模块, 设置 为生成与媒体流关联的辅助内容; 发送模块, 设置为将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分 别发送给不同的设备,其中,接收媒体流的一个或多个第一设备用于播放所述媒体流, 接收所述辅助内容的一个或多个第二设备用于对播放的所述媒体流进行交互。 优选地, 所述发送模块包括: 获取单元, 设置为获取各个设备注册为所述第一设 备的第一注册信息和 /或各个设备注册为所述第二设备的第二注册信息; 发送单元, 设 置为依据所述第一注册信息和 /或所述第二注册信息将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分 别发送给不同的设备。 优选地, 该装置还包括: 接收模块, 设置为接收所述一个或多个第二设备发送的 对所述媒体流和 /或所述辅助内容进行操作的操作信息; 更新模块, 设置为依据所述操 作信息更新所述辅助内容。 根据本发明的还一方面, 提供了一种媒体服务器, 包括上述任一项所述的装置。 根据本发明的再一方面, 提供了一种媒体播放处理系统, 包括: 上述所述的媒体 服务器和所述一个或多个第一设备和所述一个或多个第二设备。 通过本发明, 采用生成与媒体流关联的辅助内容; 将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容 分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒体流的一个或多个第一设备用于播放所述媒体 流, 接收所述辅助内容的一个或多个第二设备用于对播放的所述媒体流进行交互, 解 决了相关技术中播放媒体存在不仅观看体验低, 以及交互不便的问题, 进而达到了不 仅不影响观看屏幕的大小, 而且还实现了一个或多个交互器均可以基于该媒体播放流 进行交互, 在一定程度上提高了用户观看体验的效果。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中- 图 1是相关技术中媒体播放与交互的显示的示意图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理方法的流程图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置的结构框图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置中第一发送模块 34的优选结构框 图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置的优选结构框图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例的媒体服务器的结构框图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理系统的结构框图; 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置的结构框图; 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置 80中媒体播放端 82的优选结构框 图; 图 10是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置 80中交互端 84的优选结构框图; 图 11是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放服务器的结构框图; 图 12是根据本发明优选实施方式的辅助信道内容的示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 在本实施例中提供了一种媒体播放处理方法, 图 2是根据本发明实施例的媒体播 放处理方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S202, 获取与媒体流关联的辅助内容; 步骤 S204, 将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒体流的一 个或多个第一设备用于播放媒体流, 接收辅助内容的一个或多个第二设备用于对播放 的媒体流进行交互。 通过上述步骤, 通过将媒体播放流与信道辅助内容采用不同的终端侧设备分开进 行处理, 相对于相关技术中媒体播放流与信道辅助内容在同一个终端设备上处理, 不 仅减小了终端用户观看媒体内容的屏幕面积, 同时也存在交互不便影响观看体验的问 题, 不仅不影响观看屏幕的大小, 而且还实现了一个或多个交互器均可以基于该媒体 播放流进行交互, 在一定程度上提高了用户观看体验。 将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备时, 可以先获取各个设备的信息, 即 获知哪些设备是可以用于播放媒体流的, 哪些设备是可以用于对播放的媒体流进行交 互的, 例如, 可以通过获取注册信息的方式来获取设备的上述信息, 获取各个设备注 册为第一设备的第一注册信息和 /或各个设备注册为第二设备的第二注册信息; 依据第 一注册信息和 /或第二注册信息将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备。 其中, 上 述第一注册信息、 第二注册信息可以包括以下信息至少之一: 设备的名称、 设备的标 识、 设备的地址、 设备的类型。 优选地, 在将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备之后, 还包括: 接收一个 或多个第二设备发送的对媒体流和 /或辅助内容进行操作的操作信息; 依据操作信息更 新辅助内容, 使得交互随时随地, 增强用户使用感受。 其中, 上述信道辅助内容可以包括很多方面, 例如: 用于与媒体流播放同步的动 态信息, 其中, 该动态信息可以通过时间戳与媒体流播放进行同步; 用于描述媒体播 放流的基本信息。其中,媒体播放流的基本信息指用于记录媒体播放内容的基本信息, 而该与媒体播放流同步的动态信息则是不仅需要记录每个时刻的媒体播放内容, 而且 还需要记录与该媒体播放内容关联的时间戳, 即描述的是与一定时刻对应的同步的媒 体播放内容。 需要说明的是, 上述信道辅助内容的形式也可以多样, 例如, 可以是文 字、 超文本链接、 用户评论各种小应用等。 与媒体播放流关联的信道辅助内容, 其中, 该媒体播放流与信道辅助内容关联, 关联的方式也可以多种, 例如, 该媒体播放流可以与信道辅助内容通过时间戳关联, 当然也可以通过其它方式进行关联, 比如, 采用某一特定的媒体播放流的内容来进行 关联。 其中, 依据时间戳进行关联时, 不仅简单而且易操作。 在本实施例中还提供了一种媒体播放处理装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优 选实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语"模块"可以实现预 定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装置 包括获取模块 32和第一发送模块 34, 下面对该装置进行说明。 获取模块 32, 设置为生成与媒体流关联的辅助内容; 第一发送模块 34, 连接至上 述获取模块 32, 设置为将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒体 流的一个或多个第一设备用于播放媒体流, 接收辅助内容的一个或多个第二设备用于 对播放的媒体流进行交互。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置中第一发送模块 34的优选结构框 图, 如图 4所示, 该第一发送模块 34包括获取单元 42和发送单元 44, 下面对该第一 发送模块 34进行说明。 获取单元 42,设置为获取各个设备注册为第一设备的第一注册信息和 /或各个设备 注册为第二设备的第二注册信息; 发送单元 44, 连接至上述获取单元 42, 设置为依据 第一注册信息和 /或第二注册信息将媒体流与辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理装置的优选结构框图, 如图 5所示, 该 装置除包括上述图 3所示的所有模块外, 还包括: 第一接收模块 52和更新模块 54, 下面对该优选结构进行说明。 第一接收模块 52,连接至上述发送模块 34, 设置为接收一个或多个第二设备发送 的对媒体流和 /或辅助内容进行操作的操作信息; 更新模块 54,连接至上述第一接收模 块 52, 设置为依据操作信息更新辅助内容。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的媒体服务器的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 该媒体服务器
60包括上述任一项的媒体播放处理装置 62。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的媒体播放处理系统的结构框图, 如图 7所示, 该媒体 播放处理系统 70包括媒体服务器 72、上述一个或多个第一设备 74和上述一个或多个 第二设备 76, 其中, 该媒体服务器 72分别与上述一个或多个第一设备 74和一个或多 个第二设备进行通信。 基于相关技术中, 媒体内容和辅助信道内容都传送至同一终端, 并在同一终端的 屏幕上进行显示时,所存在的交互不便以及观看屏幕减小带来的观看体验降低的问题。 在本实施例中, 提供了一种媒体播放处理方案, 在该媒体播放处理方案中, 将媒体内 容和辅助信道内容分别同步传送到终端侧的不同终端上来解决上述问题。 包括终端侧 的处理和服务器侧的处理: 终端侧: 用户将多个终端设备在服务器侧进行注册, 说明每个终端用于接收媒体 流还是用于交互的辅助信道内容。 媒体播放设备接收服务器侧发送的媒体播放流; 交 互设备接收与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容; 在媒体播放设备播放媒体流时, 交互 设备同步显示辅助信道内容, 并接收用户对媒体播放流和 /或辅助信道内容的操作, 并发送至服务器侧。 其中, 终端侧的多个设备包括一个媒体播放设备和至少一个交互设备, 其中媒体 播放设备用于播放收到的媒体流, 交互设备用于显示辅助信道发送来的内容, 并根据 接收的上述内容进行交互。 需要说明的是, 根据终端测的多个设备的能力, 媒体播放设备和交互设备可以互 换。辅助信道内容与媒体播放流可以通过时间戳关联, 也可以通过其他方式进行关联。 辅助信道内容可以包括基本信息和 /或动态信息, 其中, 动态信息为与媒体流通过时间 戳进行同步的信息, 当媒体播放到时间戳对应的时间点时, 与该时间点通过时间戳同 步的动态信息会发送给终端侧。 其中, 基本信息无需与媒体流进行同步的信息, 即用 户在任何时间点开始观看该媒体流都能够通过辅助信道获取到的信息。 服务器侧: 根据用户的请求对用户的多个设备进行注册, 记录这些设备用于接收 媒体流还是辅助信道内容。 根据媒体播放流生成与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容; 将媒体流及辅助信道内容发送到终端侧多个设备; 接收用户对媒体播放流和 /或辅助信 道内容的用户操作, 更新辅助信道内容。 其中, 根据媒体播放流生成与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容是指在节目制作过 程中服务器侧根据媒体播放流生成与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容,对于基本信息, 记录下其中的内容, 对于动态信息, 除了记录其中的内容外还需记录与其关联的时间 戳, 即当媒体流播放到特定的时间戳时, 该动态信息才传送至终端侧。 生成的辅助信 道内容可以存储为 xml格式或者 html网页格式。 基本信息和动态信息中可以包含文字、 超文本连接、 小应用等内容。 将多个终端在服务器侧进行注册包括, 用户在服务器侧注册用户名, 并通过该用 户名登陆到服务器侧, 并在用户详细信息中对多个终端进行登记, 记录每个设备的如 下信息: 设备名称、 设备标识、 设备地址、 设备类型。 其中, 对于动态信息, 用户可以选择持续显示, 直到用户主动取消或者结束观看 该媒体流为止。 下面结合附图对本发明优选实施例及优选实施方式进行说明。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置的结构框图, 如图 8所示, 该媒体 播放装置 80 (功能同上述媒体播放处理装置 62) 包括媒体播放端 82 (功能同上述一 个或多个第一用户设备 74) 和交互端 84 (功能同上述一个或多个第二用户设备 76), 媒体播放端 82和交互端 84位于不同的终端设备上。其中,媒体播放端 82设置为播放 媒体流, 交互端 84设置为显示与该媒体流相应的交互信息, 接收用户的操作信息, 并 发送至服务器侧。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置 80中媒体播放端 82的优选结构框 图, 如图 9所示, 该媒体播放端 82包括第二接收模块 902、 播放模块 904和第一控制 模块 906, 下面对该媒体播放模块 102进行说明。 第二接收模块 902, 设置为接收来自服务器侧的媒体流; 播放模块 904, 设置为播 放媒体流; 第一控制模块 906, 连接至上述接收模块 902和播放模块 904, 设置为控制 媒体流的播放, 包括播放、 暂停、 快进、 快退、 停止等控制命令, 并将控制命令发送 到服务器侧。 图 10是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放装置 80中交互端 84的优选结构框图, 如图 10所示, 该交互端 84包括第三接收模块 1002、 显示模块 1004、 第一交互模块 1006和存储模块 1008, 下面对该交互端 84进行说明。 第三接收模块 1002, 设置为接收来自服务器侧的交互信息; 显示模块 1004, 连接 至上述第三接收模块 1002, 设置为显示接收到的交互信息和用户的输入信息; 第一交 互模块 1006, 连接至上述显示模块 1004, 设置为接收用户的操作, 并将该操作显示在 显示模块中和 /或发送到服务器侧; 存储模块 1006, 连接至上述第三接收模块 1002, 设置为存储收到的来自服务器侧的交互信息和 /或用户的操作信息。 图 11是根据本发明优选实施例的媒体播放服务器的结构框图, 如图 11所示, 该 媒体播放服务器 110包括生成模块 1100(功能同上述获取模块 32)、第二发送模块 1102 (功能同上述第一发送模块 34)、 第四接收模块 1104 (功能同上述第一接收模块 52)、 第二控制模块 1106和第二交互模块 1108, 下面对该媒体播放服务器 110进行说明。 生成模块 1100, 设置为根据媒体播放流生成与媒体播放流关联的辅助信道内容
(即交互信息); 第二发送模块 1102, 连接至上述生成模块 1100, 设置为将媒体流发 送至终端侧的媒体播放端以及将辅助信道内容发送至终端侧的交互端; 第四接收模块 1104,设置为接收终端侧媒体播放端对媒体播放流的控制命令以及交互端的用户操作; 第二控制模块 1106, 连接至上述第二发送模块 1102和第四接收模块 1104, 设置为根 据接收到的控制命令对媒体播放流进行控制; 第二交互模块 1108, 连接至上述第二发 送模块 1102和第四接收模块 1104, 设置为根据接收到的来自交互端的用户操作进行 相应处理, 并通过第二发送模块 1102将处理结果发送至终端侧的媒体播放端和 /或交 互端。 较优地, 在本优选实施例中, 还提供了一种媒体播放系统, 该媒体播放系统包括 上述媒体播放装置 80和媒体播放服务器 110。 优选实施方式一 用户 A将电视和智能手机在服务器上进行注册, 其中电视为媒体播放设备, 智能 手机为交互设备, 表 1是根据本优选实施方式一的在服务器的进行媒体播放的注册信 息表, 如表 1所示, 包括如下信息:

用户 A选择观看电影 m, 服务器将 m的媒体流发送至用户 A的电视, 并将相关 的辅助信道内容发送至用户 A的智能手机, 图 12是根据本发明优选实施方式的辅助 信道内容的示意图, 如图 12所示, 该辅助信道内容可以包括: 基本的电影描述信息, 聊天窗口, 评论、 评分链接, 以及与电影播放内容实时相关的动态信息, 例如, 演员 相关信息, 场景相关信息等。 用户 A可以通过聊天窗口与其他正在观看该电影的用户进行交流互动, 也可以对 该电影进行评分、 评价, 并了解当前电影中正在出现的演员或场景信息。 优选实施方式二 用户 A将电视, 智能手机和平板电脑在服务器上进行注册, 其中电视为媒体播放 设备, 智能手机和平板电脑为交互设备, 表 2是根据本优选实施方式一的在服务器的 进行媒体播放的注册信息表, 如表 2所示, 包括如下信息: 表 2

用户 A选择和儿子一起观看电影 m,其中用户 A使用智能手机进行交互, 儿子使 用平板电脑进行交互。服务器将 m的媒体流发送至用户 A的电视, 并将相关的辅助信 道内容发送至用户 A的智能手机和平板电脑, 其中包括基本的电影描述信息, 聊天窗 口, 评论、 评分链接, 以及与电影播放内容实时相关的动态信息, 例如演员相关信息, 场景相关信息等, 当用户 A点击如图 12中所示的当前场景信息的链接后, 服务器将 该链接对应的内容发送至用户 A的智能手机, 用户 A的智能手机接收并显示该信息, 此时儿子正在与同学通过聊天讨论该电影的内容。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本 发明, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种媒体播放处理方法、 装置、 系统及媒体服务 器具有以下有益效果: 解决了相关技术中播放媒体存在不仅观看体验低, 以及交互不 便的问题, 进而达到了不仅不影响观看屏幕的大小, 而且还实现了一个或多个交互器 均可以基于该媒体播放流进行交互, 在一定程度上提高了用户观看体验的效果。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种媒体播放处理方法, 包括:
获取与媒体流关联的辅助内容;
将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒体流 的一个或多个第一设备用于播放所述媒体流, 接收所述辅助内容的一个或多个 第二设备用于对播放的所述媒体流进行交互。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给 不同的设备包括- 获取各个设备注册为所述第一设备的第一注册信息和 /或各个设备注册为 所述第二设备的第二注册信息;
依据所述第一注册信息和 /或所述第二注册信息将所述媒体流与所述辅助 内容分别发送给不同的设备。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一注册信息、 所述第二注册信息包 括以下至少之一:
设备的名称、 设备的标识、 设备的地址、 设备的类型。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送 给不同的设备之后, 还包括:
接收所述一个或多个第二设备发送的对所述媒体流和 /或所述辅助内容进 行操作的操作信息;
依据所述操作信息更新所述辅助内容。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述辅助内容包括以下至少之一:
用于描述所述媒体流的基本信息;
用于与所述媒体流播放同步的动态信息, 其中, 所述动态信息通过时间戳 与所述媒体流播放进行同步。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述辅助内容包括以下至少 之一: 文字、 超文本链接、 应用。
7. 一种媒体播放处理装置, 包括:
获取模块, 设置为获取与媒体流关联的辅助内容;
发送模块, 设置为将所述媒体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备, 其中, 接收媒体流的一个或多个第一设备用于播放所述媒体流, 接收所述辅助 内容的一个或多个第二设备用于对播放的所述媒体流进行交互。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述发送模块包括:
获取单元, 设置为获取各个设备注册为所述第一设备的第一注册信息和 / 或各个设备注册为所述第二设备的第二注册信息;
发送单元,设置为依据所述第一注册信息和 /或所述第二注册信息将所述媒 体流与所述辅助内容分别发送给不同的设备。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 还包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收所述一个或多个第二设备发送的对所述媒体流和 / 或所述辅助内容进行操作的操作信息;
更新模块, 设置为依据所述操作信息更新所述辅助内容。
10. 一种媒体服务器, 包括权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的装置。
11. 一种媒体播放处理系统,包括:权利要求 10所述的媒体服务器和所述一个或多 个第一设备和所述一个或多个第二设备。
