一种信道接入方法包括:第二站点接收第一站点在第一传输时间段内发送的第一无线帧,所述第一无线帧携带信令用于通知第二站点所述第一站点释放第一传输时间段;所述第二站点接收到第一站点发送的第一无线帧,在预设时间间隔内进行信道检测,在信道检测结果为空闲的信道集合的子集上发送第二无线帧。
