Abstract
비면허 대역에서 상향링크 전송 방법 및 이를 이용한 장치가 제공된다. 상기 장치가 비면허 대역에서 전송 윈도우 내에서 CCA(clear channel assessment)를 수행하여 채널이 아이들한지 확인한다. 상기 채널이 아이들하면, 상기 장치가 상기 비면허 대역에서 상기 전송 윈도우 내에서 상향링크 전송 블록을 전송한다.
