技术领域
本发明涉及数据处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种信息处理方法和一种信息处理装置。
背景技术
用户在通过即时通讯方式进行交互时,彼此会发送各种交互消息实现即时通讯交互。交互过程中若对交互内容感兴趣,例如想要检索某一内容,则要退出即时通讯应用,开启浏览器通过输入法输入感兴趣的内容再进行搜索,处理过程比较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题是提供一种信息处理方法,以简化操作流程。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置,用以保证上述方法的实现及应用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例公开了一种信息处理方法,包括:通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取对端发送的交互信息;通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息;对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
本发明实施例还公开了一种信息处理方法,包括:通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取本端生成的交互信息;通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息;对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
本发明实施例还公开了一种信息处理装置,包括:对端获取模块,用于通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取对端发送的交互信息;第一分析模块,用于通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息;第一推荐模块,用于对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例的核心构思之一在于,提供一种信息处理方法,以简化操作流程。通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,可以获取对端发送的交互信息,通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,可以直接推荐用户可能需要的展示信息以供用户选择,进一步可以依据用户的触发指示对展示信息进行上屏展示,对交互过程中用户可能感兴趣的信息直接进行推荐并展示, 简化了操作流程,提高效率。
实施例一
参照图1,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种基于对端信息的信息处理方法的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤102,通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取对端发送的交互信息。
本发明实施例中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。当然还可以包括其他执行交互的通讯方式,本实施例对此不作限定。其中,即时通讯(Instant Messaging)是一个实时通信方式,允许两人或多人使用网络实时的传递文字消息、文件、语音与视频交流。短消息是一种电信业务,通过移动通信系统的信令信道和信令网,传送文字、数字等短信息,属于一种非实时的、非语音的数据通信业务。用户在通过即时通讯方式或短消息方式进行交互的过程中,通常可以采用输入法进行文字信息的输入,而后将文字信息发送到在当前的通讯应用内实现交互。
可以获取交互过程中对端发送的交互信息,如即时通讯用的交互窗口或聊天窗口进行聊天交互的另一端发送的文字信息。例如在终端设备中一推荐平台的应用,该应用可以获取交互信息,又如通过终端设备中的输入法获取交互信息等,获取交互信息的主体和方式有多种,本发明实施例对此做限定。
步骤104,通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息。
步骤106,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
本实施例预先设置了展示信息对应的触发条件,该预设触发条件用于触发展示信息的匹配和推送,其中触发条件可以由服务器下发,也可以预置或预先存储于终端本地,并且本地存储的触发条件可以编辑,即可以新增、删除或更改等,本发明实施例对此不作限定。通过对交互信息进行分析,确定该交互信息所匹配的预设触发条件然后获取该预设触发条件对应的展示信息,在当前终端中推荐展示该展示信息以供用户选择,本实施例每次输入过程中的未上屏信息可以匹配推荐一个或多个展示信息。
例如,针对推荐平台在终端中安装的应用,其基于交互信息匹配到展示信息后,可以在终端设置一推荐显示区域,在该推荐显示区域中显示展示信息。又如以输入法为例,可以在输入法的候选区或联想区等区域对该展示信息进行推荐。若用户对该展示信息感兴趣,则可以通过触发指令对该展示信息进行上屏展示,如在终端当前的即时通讯应用程序中展示,并且上屏展示的可以是该展示信息,也可以与展示信息相关的其他信息,例如展示信息为网页链接信息,则上屏展示的可以是其对应的网页等。其中,在输入法的示例中,在输入法候选区、联想区的推荐是将展示信息可以作为候选项之一推荐给用户,是输入法输入过程的一个中间值,因此推荐展示的位置也是输入法的界面区域。而后续的上屏展示时将展示信息作为输入法的输出值进行输出,上屏展示的位置可以是非输入法的应用区域,如当前输入法的输出至的应用为即时通讯应用则展示在即时通讯应 用内。例如,用户A在即时通讯应用内发送消息“你认识‘犇’这个字吗?”给用户B,则用户B的应用例如输入法可以获取该消息作为交互信息,通过分析得到展示信息为“犇(bēn)”,在用户B的应用的推荐显示区域中推荐展示信息“犇(bēn)”给用户提示。
综上,通过通讯方式进行交互过程中,可以获取对端发送的交互信息,通过分析确定所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,可以直接推荐用户可能需要的展示信息以供用户选择,对交互过程中用户可能感兴趣的信息直接进行推荐并展示,简化了操作流程,提高效率。
实施例二
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例详细论述基于对端发送的交互信息的匹配方法。
参照图2,示出了本发明实施例提供的另一种基于对端信息的信息处理方法的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤202,通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取对端发送的交互信息。
以移动终端为例,用户可以采用即时通讯应用进行交互,交互过程中的交互信息可以显示在当前的通讯应用内,如即时通讯应用或短消息应用。
步骤204,对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息。
步骤206,从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段。
步骤208,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息。
对交互信息进行分析时,分析方式可以有多种,如语义分析、关键词抽取等,也可以多种分析方式相结合,例如对该交互信息进行语句划分、词性筛选等确定出关键词,再结合该交互信息的语义确定出该交互信息的关键信息。因此,该关键信息用于标识交互信息的内容,该关键信息可以包括关键词、语句含义信息等。然后从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息。
本实施例中,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:关键信息、垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息。其中,所述垂直搜索信息指的是对网页库中的某类专门的信息进行一次整合,定向分字段抽取出需要的数据进行处理后,再以某种形式返回给用户的信息。垂直搜索是相对通用搜索引擎的信息量大、查询不准确、深度不够等提出来的新的搜索引擎服务模式,通过针对某一特定领域、某一特定人群或某一特定需求提供的有一定价值的信息和相关服务。本地相关信息指的是从终端本地获取的信息,如终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息等。表情图片指的是表情相关图片。符号信息指的是通过符号表示的信息,如符号表情等。
优选的,所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和证券信息。网页搜索信息指的是网页搜索内容如新闻、百科、网站网页等各类型的网页,又如网页的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符)地址,网页摘要信息等,而网页类型可以依据实际需求确定, 如新闻热点网页,论坛网页等;产品推荐信息指的是产品的推广信息,如产品的点评信息、店铺推荐信息、优惠券信息等;多媒体信息指的是多媒体相关信息,如音、视频的摘要信息等,且多媒体信息可以来源于终端本地或网络,从而在用户选中后播放对应多媒体内容。应用推荐信息指的是终端应用的推荐信息,如热门APP(Application,应用程序)等;气象信息指的是气象相关信息,如天气预报信息,天气预警信息、空气质量信息,天气相关的生活指数信息(如穿衣指数信息、出行指数信息等);地图信息指的是与地理位置相关的信息,如用户输入的地点在地图中的位置,地图上的线路信息等;证券信息指的是财经、证券等经济类信息,如股票行情、汇率、利率等信息。
所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。终端位置信息指的是通过定位所确定的与终端地理位置相关的信息,如定位位置、定位确定出的本地地图信息等;通讯录信息指的是终端的通讯录中的信息,如联系人的联系信息包括电话、邮件、地址等各类信息;日程信息指的是终端的日历或待办事项记录的日程信息;本地应用信息指的是终端本地已安装的应用信息,如QQ、微博、各种APP等;本地文件信息指的是终端本地存储的文件,如图片、照片、音频、视频等多媒体资源以及文档等内容。当然,上述仅用于举例论述垂直搜索信息和本地相关信息,不应理解为是对本发明的限制。
从而通过分析得到交互信息的关键信息,可以匹配得到预设触发条件中的匹配字段,从而确定出各种类型的展示信息推荐给用户,从而实现对即时通讯过程中对端发送的交互信息的自动分析、匹配得到推荐的展示信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:从本地获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项;和/或,将所述匹配字段上传到服务器,并接收所述服务器反馈的所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括垂直搜索信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项。本实施例中,展示信息可以来源于终端本地,也可以来源于网络侧。例如,表情图片、符号信息和/或本地相关信息等可以直接依据终端本地存储的内容确定展示信息进行推荐;还可以将匹配字段上传到服务器侧,服务侧依据该匹配字段匹配展示信息,将展示信息反馈给终端进行推荐,从而推荐垂直搜索信息、表情图片、符号信息等。当然也可以在本地和网络服务器侧分别进行匹配,确定相应的展示信息。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:获取当前终端所在的定位信息;根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息至少包括:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,地图信息,产品推荐信息,终端位置信息和日程信息中的一项。本实施例中,有些展示信息与终端所在位置相关,因此还可以当匹配字段对应展示信息为与位置相关的信息时,首先终端当前的位置信息,可以由用户自行确定,也可以调用终端的定位装置确定,或者依据未上屏信息确定定位 信息,然后根据该定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息。
上述根据定位信息确定的展示信息可以包括以下至少一种:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息、与所述定位信息相关的地图信息、与所述定位信息相关的产品推荐信息、与所述定位信息相关的终端位置信息、以及与所述定位信息相关的日程信息等。例如,依据定位信息确定该位置对应区域,如城市的气象信息;又如,依据定位信息确定该位置在地图中的位置,并获取相应标记位置的地图信息,如用户A给用户B发送消息为“你的位置是”,用户B的应用获取对端(即用户A)的交互信息为“你的位置是”通过分析确定关键信息为“位置”,匹配到“用户位置”的匹配字段,从而应用在用户B的终端中调用定位装置获取自身的位置信息并上传给服务器后,可以接收服务器反馈给标记了用户B所在位置的地图图片作为展示信息在推荐显示区域内进行推荐,或者直接调用用户B终端本地的地图应用,获取该用户位置对应的地图信息作为展示信息在推荐显示区域内进行推荐。
由此可见,本实施例中展示信息的内容涵盖但不限于百科、点评、商铺或商品推荐、音频(例如音乐、声音片段等)、视频(包括动画、电影等)、地理位置信息、股市、天气、软件推荐等垂直搜索信息;以及地理位置信息、通讯录词库、日历等可以从本机读取到的相关信息。并且展示信息可以是上述信息的完整信息,也可以是摘要、预览等信息,可以依据实际需求确定本实施例对此不作限定。
例如,用户A给用户B发送消息为“你想打篮球还是踢足球”,用户B的应用获取对端(即用户A)的交互信息为“你想打篮球还是踢足球”通过分析确定关键信息为“打篮球”“踢足球”或者“篮球”“足球”,匹配到“消息内容选择”的匹配字段,即从消息中选择,从而将关键信息作为该匹配字段的展示信息,即在用户B的应用的推荐显示区域中展示“打篮球”和“踢足球”作为候选项,或者展示“篮球”“足球”作为候选项进行推荐。
又如,以输入法为例,第一种通讯应用的显示界面如图3所示。输入法可以获取该即时通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中对端用户发送的交互信息,如获取图3中的对端发送的交互消息“李舒扬的手机号码你知道吗?”。通过分析确定出关键信息为“李舒扬”“手机号码”等,从而从预设触发条件中查找与“手机号码”或“李舒扬”匹配的匹配字段,如该匹配字段可以为“联系信息”,则输入法依据该“联系信息”调用终端的通讯录,从该通讯录中查找“李舒扬”的手机号码“13581111111”,而后将“李舒扬”“手机号码”“13581111111”生成相应的展示信息。该展示信息可以展示在输入法的设定区域内,如联想区或候选区等,如图3中在联想区推荐展示信息“李舒扬手机号码13581111111”。
步骤210,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
在获取到匹配字段对应展示信息后,可以对该展示信息进行推荐展示,以提供给用 户选择需要的信息。其中,可以将展示信息展示在输入法的候选区,也可以将展示信息展示在输入法的联想区,还可以将展示信息展示在应用平台对应应用的推荐显示区域中。本实施例中,针对输入法的示例,输入法展示候选项的区域可以按照实际情况区分,当有输入行为但还未上屏时,展示候选项区域称为候选区;在无输入行为时,展示候选的区域称为联想区。本实施例中,上述候选区和联想区均可以推荐展示信息,其中,联想区可以支持点击跳转等行为。
步骤212,依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示。
用户看到应用推荐的展示信息后,可以选择自己感兴趣的展示信息进行上屏,接收用户的触发指示,从该触发指示中的参数确定用户选择的展示信息,然后对选择的展示信息进行上屏处理。
本实施例中,对选择的展示信息进行上屏处理包括:获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在当前的通讯应用内,或,调动第三方应用展示选择的展示信息对应详细信息。依据展示信息与应用环境的不同,对展示信息具有不同的上屏操作。其中,上屏展示的内容可以是该展示信息,例如若展示信息为表情图片,则可以直接对表情图片进行上屏处理。由于展示信息也可能是某些信息的摘要内容,因此也可以是展示信息对应详细信息,例如,网页搜索信息可能是对应网页的标题等摘要内容和链接地址,其对应详细信息即为该网页,又如地图信息可能是位置或线路的缩略图,则详细信息即为地图上实际的位置或线路。
本发明一个可选实施例中,针对输入法应用,对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息之后,还包括:将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;所述的方法还包括:接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。上述对所述交互信息进行分析确定出关键信息后,还可以将关键信息加入到高频会话列表中,该高频会话列表是针对该用户出现频率较高的词汇的列表。从而后续用户在输入字符串的过程中,对该输入字符串匹配候选项时,可以所述高频会话列表确定出包括所述关键信息的候选项。
例如,用户A发送“收到请回复”给用户B,用户B的输入法通过分析确定出关键信息为“收到”和“收到请回复”,会关键信息加入用户B输入法的高频会话列表中。若用户B输入“shoudao”,则通过输入法内核匹配候选项时,可以依据高频会话列表将“收到”作为首位候选,而不会误上屏“受到”。
又如,用户A发送“今天中午北语一吃还是北语二吃”给用户B,通过分析确定关键信息为“北语一”和“北语二”,这两个词汇均为自造词,将其加入到用户B输入法的高频会话列表中。此后,当用户B输入“beiyuyi”时,依据高频会话列表确定首位候选项为“北语一”。
依据上下文信息以及当前的环境信息,可以将展示信息或展示信息的详细信息直接 展示在当前的通讯应用内,或者调用第三方应用展示。例如针对即时通讯应用,若展示信息为网页搜索信息,则可以直接在该应用内展示或在调用浏览器应用中开启相应的网页展示网页信息;若展示信息为多媒体信息,则可以调用第三方播放应用播放对应的多媒体内容。又如对于地图信息,可以直接在当前应用中展示包含对应位置的地图图片,或者调用浏览器应用、地图应用展示该位置对应地图数据。因此,本实施例中对展示信息的展示方式涵盖但不限于wap网页跳转、APP端跳转、软件下载、支付跳转等形式。如展示信息为网页搜索信息时可以跳转到浏览器应用开启,若为支付信息可以跳转到支付应用。
结合具体的应用场景论述上述基于对端的交互信息进行匹配的实施例。可以预先从服务器端(如输入法服务器,推荐平台)下载预设触发条件,该预设触发条件包括多种匹配字段,不同的匹配字段可以匹配相同或不同的展示信息,可以依据实际需求设定。
如图4所示为第二种通讯应用的显示界面示意图。对端发送交互信息“就差你了到哪了?”,输入法获取该交互信息后通过分析确定关键信息为“到哪”或“位置”,从而对应匹配字段为“定位信息”,输入法匹配展示信息,如在输入法的联想区进行推荐展示,如“发送当前位置”,又如在候选区或联想区进行推荐展示,并且上述展示信息还可以为具体位置信息,如展示“搜狐网络大厦”的候选项。若用户选择该展示信息,则可以调用定位装置获取终端当前的位置展示在通讯应用内,如展示文字描述的位置信息,或者包含该位置的地图信息等。
如图5所示为第三种通讯应用的显示界面示意图。对端发送交互信息“用什么快递?”,输入法获取该交互信息后通过分析确定关键信息为“快递”,从而对应匹配字段为“产品推荐信息”,输入法匹配展示信息,在输入法的联想区展示“顺丰EMS圆通申通中通”。若用户选择该“顺丰”,则可以展示“顺丰”对应的网页搜索信息,如服务电话、公司简介、在线下单网页信息等。
从而在通讯交互的过程中,能够从通讯应用中获取对端发送的交互消息并进行分析,确定该交互消息的匹配字段对应的展示信息并进行推荐,便于用户快速获取与交互相关的各种信息,节省输入、查找、切换等各种操作的时间。
实施例三
本实施例的场景不限于对对端交互信息的推荐,还可以基于本端输入内容或场景等进行推荐。
参照图6,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种基于本端信息的信息处理方法的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤602,通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取本端生成的交互信息。
用户在进行预置通讯方式的交互时需要采用输入法进行输入,可以获取输入法在本端输入对应生成的交互信息。该交互信息是在通讯过程中应用所在一侧生成的交互信息, 包括:上屏信息和/或未上屏信息。该上屏信息包括已发送到当前通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中的信息,以及上屏到通讯应用的消息发送区域的信息,即输入法已选择上屏但未发送到交互窗口或聊天窗口的信息。其中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。
步骤604,通过分析确定所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息。
步骤606,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行展示。
本实施例中,不同的交互信息可能会推荐显示相同或不同的展示信息,例如,输入开心,可能会推荐开心相关的表情,又如输入天气可能会推荐本地天气信息等。因此本实施例预先设置了展示信息对应的触发条件,该预设触发条件用于触发展示信息的匹配和推送,其中触发条件可以由服务器下发,也可以预先配置于终端本地或预先存储于终端本地,并且本地存储的触发条件可以编辑,即可以新增、删除或更改等,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
通过对交互信息进行分析,确定该交互信息所匹配的预设触发条件然后获取该预设触发条件对应的展示信息,例如在当前终端中输入法的候选区推荐展示该展示信息以供用户选择,又如,在应用的推荐显示区域推荐展示信息,本实施例每次输入过程中的未上屏信息可以匹配推荐一个或多个展示信息。
由于通过输入法完成输入后,再依据输入内容进行操作时,操作比较繁琐,因此本实施例获取本端生成的交互信息,通过分析确定所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,即向用户推荐可能需要的展示信息以供用户选择,从而在输入过程中即可推荐与输入相关的展示信息,简化了操作流程,提高效率。
实施例四
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例详细论述针对本端生成的交互信息进行信息匹配方法。
1、未上屏信息的匹配推荐
参照图7,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种基于本端未上屏信息的信息处理方法的步骤流程图,以输入法输入过程中的未上屏信息为例,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤702,接收输入字符串。
步骤704,在对输入字符串进行切分和转换处理过程中获取未上屏信息。
在采用输入法进行输入时,输入法系统会获取用户的输入字符串,然后将输入字符串经由输入法内核进行切分、转换等处理确定相应的候选项供用户选择。输入法系统在接收用户输入字符串,到输入字符串转换为候选项上屏的输入过程中,可以获取各阶段的未上屏信息。其中,输入字符串是输入法系统直接接收的用户输入内容,用户可以采用任意的输入手段进行字符的输入,如通过键盘、手写板、触摸屏等进行的输入。输入 法内核指的是输入法系统的核心算法,根据输入内容合理展现候选项。
其中,上述输入过程中将以下至少一项作为未上屏信息:所述输入字符串,所述输入字符串的切分结果,和依据输入字符串的切分结果对应转换得到的候选项。即在输入法的输入过程中,对于接收的输入字符串可以直接将其作为未上屏信息进行匹配,例如对于输入字符串“weixiao”,“jintiantianqizenmeyang”等。还可以在输入法对输入字符串进行切分的过程中,获取各切分结果作为未上屏信息,例如对于上述输入字符串切分为“jin'tian/tian’qi/zen'me'yang”可以将“jin'tian”,“tian’qi”和“zen'me'yang”分别作为未上屏信息。并且,还可以在切分结果进行转换后,将转换得到的候选项作为未上屏信息,如上述切分结果匹配得到候选项“今天天气怎么样”,“今天天气”,“今天”以及“天气”等作为未上屏信息。
并且,本实施例对于未上屏信息,还可以依据其上下文信息确定语义信息或语境信息,从而基于该语义或语境确定未上屏信息。
步骤706,对所述未上屏信息进行分析确定关键信息;
步骤708,检测所述关键信息与预设触发条件中的匹配字段是否匹配。
对交互信息语义分析、关键词抽取等分析方式,例如对该交互信息进行语句划分、词性筛选等确定出关键词,再结合该交互信息的语义确定出该交互信息的关键信息。因此,该关键信息用于标识交互信息的内容,该关键信息可以包括关键词、语句含义信息等。然后从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息。
本实施例中,不同的预设触发条件会触发显示不同的展示内容,而对于同一预设触发条件,可以匹配一个或多个匹配字段,例如“开心”,“高兴”以及“愉快”可以是同一个预设触发条件的不同匹配字段。因此,不同的未上屏信息可能匹配出相同或不同的展示信息。其中,上述触发条件可以预置于终端本地,或者由服务器下发并存储于终端本地,或者将上述未上屏信息上传到服务器进行比较,可以依据具体需求确定,本发明实施例对此不作限定。另外,本地存储的触发条件是可以编辑的,例如可以新增、删除或更改等。
从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段,例如采用该关键信息与预设触发条件的匹配字段进行匹配,检测该关键信息是否与匹配字段相匹配。若是,即关键信息与匹配字段匹配,执行步骤712;若否,即未上屏信息与匹配字段不匹配,执行步骤710。
步骤710,执行正常输入流程。
当关键信息与匹配字段不匹配,则正常按照输入法输入流程执行即可,即在切分、转换完成后展示相应候选项即可。
步骤712,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息。
在所述未上屏信息与预设触发条件中的匹配字段匹配时,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,其中,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息。其中,所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和股市信息。所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。本实施例可以自动依据输入的未上屏信息推荐多种类型的展示信息,从而不用确定输入内容后再执行其他诸如搜索、查找等操作,减少操作步骤,提高效率。本实施例中,每个匹配字段均与展示信息相对应,在确定未上屏信息后即可确定与该未上屏信息对应的匹配字段,从而确定匹配的展示信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:从本地获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项;和/或,将所述匹配字段上传到服务器,并接收所述服务器反馈的所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括垂直搜索信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项。
本实施例中,展示信息可以来源于终端本地,也可以来源于网络侧。例如,表情图片、符号信息以及本地相关信息等可以直接依据终端本地存储的内容确定展示信息进行推荐;还可以将匹配字段上传到服务器侧,服务侧依据该匹配字段匹配展示信息,将展示信息反馈给终端的输入法系统进行推荐。当然也可以在终端本地和网络服务器侧分别进行匹配,确定相应的展示信息。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:获取当前终端所在的定位信息;根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息至少包括:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,地图信息,产品推荐信息,终端位置信息,日程信息中的一项。
本实施例中,有些展示信息与终端所在的位置相关,如气象信息、地图信息等,因此当匹配字段对应展示信息为与位置相关的信息时,首先终端当前的位置信息,可以由用户自行确定,也可以调用终端的定位装置确定,或者依据未上屏信息确定定位信息,然后将该定位信息和匹配字段确定展示信息。上述根据定位信息确定的展示信息至少包括:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,与所述定位信息相关的地图信息,与所述定位信息相关的产品推荐信息,与所述定位信息相关的终端位置信息,与所述定位信息相关的日程信息等中的一项。
例如,依据定位信息确定该位置对应区域,如城市的气象信息;又如,依据定位信息确定该位置在地图中的位置,并获取相应标记位置的地图信息,如用户的输入字符串为“wodeweizhishi”,将对应候选项“我的位置是”作为未上屏信息,匹配到“用户位置”的匹配字段,从而输入法调用终端本地的定位装置获取自身的位置信息并上传给服务器后,可以接收服务器反馈给标记了该用户位置的地图信息或者地图图片进行展示。又如, 依据用户输入的上下文语义或当前环境信息分析匹配用户当前可能需要获取的线路信息,则可以获取未上屏信息确定的位置,以及依据终端获取的定位信息,调用终端本地的地图确定终端获取的定位信息对应位置和未上屏信息对应位置在地图上的线路信息。
步骤714,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
在获取到匹配字段对应展示信息后,可以对该展示信息进行展示,以提供给用户选择需要的信息。该展示信息可以展示在输入法的候选区或联想区等区域。
步骤716,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
步骤718,对选择的展示信息进行上屏展示。
用户看到输入法推荐的展示信息后,可以选择自己感兴趣的展示信息进行上屏,输入法接收用户的触发指示,从该触发指示中的参数确定用户选择的展示信息,然后对选择的展示信息进行上屏处理,以及将匹配出该展示信息的未上屏信息对应的候选项进行上屏等处理。
本实施例中,对选择的展示信息进行上屏处理包括:获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在当前的通讯应用内,或,调动第三方应用展示选择的展示信息对应的详细信息。
依据展示信息与应用环境的不同,对展示信息具有不同的上屏操作。其中,上屏展示的内容可以是该展示信息,例如若展示信息为表情图片,则可以直接对表情图片进行上屏处理。由于展示信息也可能是某些信息的摘要内容,因此也可以是展示信息对应详细信息,例如,网页链接信息可能是对应网页的标题等摘要内容和链接地址,其对应详细信息即为该网页,又如地图信息可能是位置或线路的缩略图,则详细信息即为地图上实际的位置或线路。
依据上下文信息以及当前的环境信息,可以将展示信息或展示信息的详细信息直接展示在当前的通讯应用内,或者调用第三方应用展示。例如针对即时通讯应用,若展示信息为网页搜索信息,则可以直接在该应用内展示或在调用浏览器应用中开启相应的网页展示网页信息;若展示信息为多媒体信息,则可以调用第三方播放应用播放对应的多媒体内容。又如对于地图信息,可以直接在当前应用中展示包含对应位置的地图图片,或者调用浏览器应用、地图应用展示该位置对应地图数据。
综上所述,在输入字符串的输入过程中,对输入字符串,输入字符串的切分结果,和依据输入字符串的切分结果对应转换得到的候选项,均可作为未上屏信息通过分析与预设触发条件进行匹配,从而匹配更加灵活、快速,减少输入内容上屏后才能执行相应操作获取对应展示内容的操作,提高了展示效率。
其次,展示信息包括以下至少一项:垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息,从而无需输入完成即可查看新闻、优惠信息等网页内容,无需输入即可播放多媒体信息、查看天气信息、查找地图线图等,减少了输入后的查询等执行步骤。
上述实施例论述了在输入过程中通过预设触发条件触发展示信息的展示,并对选定展示信息进行上屏,减少了在选定输入内容后再触发查找、搜索等操作,提高了处理效率,更便于用户的使用。
本实施例中,结合具体的应用场景论述上述基于输入的信息处理方法,可以预先从输入法服务器端下载预设触发条件,该预设触发条件包括多种匹配字段,不同的匹配字段可以匹配相同或不同的展示信息,可以依据实际需求设定。
1、将输入字符串作为未上屏信息进行匹配
接收用户输入的输入字符串“shengrikuaile”将其作为未上屏信息进行匹配,可以匹配到的匹配字段为“生日快乐”或者“happy birthday”,确定对应的展示信息为生日快乐的相关表情图片,如生日蛋糕的动态或动画图片等,以及生日快乐歌的音频或音频摘要等,在用户选择音频摘要时获取对应的音频数据进行播放。
2、将切分结果作为未上屏信息进行匹配
接收用户的输入字符串“jintianzhengkaixin”,对输入字符串进行切分得到对应的切分结果“jintian/zheng/kaixin”,切分结果中“kaixin”与匹配字段“愉快”匹配,确定对应的展示信息为符号信息,如符号表情“O(∩_∩)O~~”,在用户选择后对相应的符号表情进行上屏展示。
3、将候选项作为未上屏信息进行匹配
获取用户的输入字符串“huoluhuoba”对应转换得到候选项“火炉火吧、火炉火、活路、火炉、火”等,采用候选项与预设触发条件的匹配字段进行匹配,获取到匹配字段“火炉火”和“火”,对应展示信息分别为“火炉火”的优惠信息简介和“火”的表情图片,期间用户可以选择候选项“火炉火吧”上屏,将其发送到当前即时通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中。其中,展示信息可以作为候选项的联想信息展示在联想区,或者在“火炉火吧”上屏后作为候选项显示在候选区。
此后,在接收到选择优惠信息简介的触发指示时,依据该触发指示将“优惠信息简介”上屏展示到当前即时通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中,如图8所示。后续,用户在即时通讯应用中点击该优惠信息简介时可以显示对应的评价、位置、推荐菜色、人均消费、优惠券等各类推荐信息。
并且,在确定未上屏信息对应的匹配字段时,还可以依据上下文以及环境确定。例如,获取输入字符串“xidan”,并且获取用户的上文信息“一会儿我要去”,从而通过上下文的语义分析出该用户要去某一位置,对应候选项“西单”作为未上屏信息匹配到“线路”的匹配字段,然后展示相应线路推荐的简要信息给用户,在用户选择该线路推荐的简要信息后,将获取的包括用户位置和“西单”之间线路的地图或包括当前道路情况的实时地图反馈给用户,该地图可以调用终端中安装的地图、导航等应用程序进行展示,或者接收服务器的反馈并展示。
因此,在输入过程中可以将各阶段的输入内容作为未上屏信息进行匹配,匹配更加灵活;且匹配推荐的展示信息灵活多样,为用户提供更多样的信息,更好地达到节省操作流程的效果。
2、上屏信息的匹配推荐
参照图9,示出了本发明实施例提供的一种基于本端上屏信息的信息处理方法的步骤流程图,以推荐平台对应应用获取本端的上屏信息为例,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤902,通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取本端生成的上屏信息。
步骤904,对所述上屏信息进行分析确定关键信息。
步骤906,从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段。
步骤908,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息。
进一步还包括:
步骤910,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
步骤912,依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示。
本端的上屏信息包括本端输入法输入的位于交互信息或聊天窗口中的交互信息和处于发送区域的交互信息。对该上屏信息进行语义分析等获取关键信息,查找与关键信息匹配的匹配字段,取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,进一步可以依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示,其中,所述依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示的步骤包括:依据所述触发指示将所述展示信息和未发送的上屏信息同时上屏显示到当前即时通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中。
例如,本端的用户A上屏了“听听时间煮雨这首歌”但还没发送给对端的用户B,即处于发送区域而没有发送到交互窗口或聊天窗口中。获取该交互信息后通过分析确定关键信息为“时间煮雨”“歌”,匹配字段为“音乐”,则获取相应的展示信息为“时间煮雨”的播放链接。若本端的用户A选择上屏该播放链接,则上屏信息可以为“听听时间煮雨这首歌”和该播放链接;用户选择发送该信息时,则“听听时间煮雨这首歌”和该播放链接一起发送到对端的用户B的交互窗口或聊天窗口。对端用户B的一侧在收到了用户A发来的内容后,即可点击相应的链接去听“时间煮雨”这首歌。
又如,用户A发送消息“你想打篮球还是踢足球”给用户B,用户A通过分析确定关键信息为“打篮球”“踢足球”或者“篮球”“足球”,匹配到“消息内容选择”的匹配字段,即从消息中选择,从而将关键信息作为该匹配字段的展示信息,即在用户B的应用的推荐显示区域中展示“打篮球”和“踢足球”。或者在输入法的示例中展示“篮球”“足球”作为候选项进行推荐。此后,例如接收到用户B回复“你说呢”,则用户A可以直接选择候选项“打篮球”、“踢足球”、“篮球”或“足球”上屏。
如图10所示为第五种通讯应用的显示界面示意图。图10A中用户A本端将上屏信 息“全聚德吧”发送到交互窗口或聊天窗口后,用户A的输入法获取该交互信息后通过分析确定关键信息为“全聚德”,从而对应的匹配字段可以为“餐厅”,用户A的输入法匹配展示信息,在输入法的联想区展示“全聚德优惠评分详情”。若用户A选择该展示信息,则可以上屏展示全聚德相关的餐厅信息,如图10B所示。并且,用户A的输入法在确定展示信息时可以调用定位装置获取终端当前的位置信息进行展示,从而匹配距离终端最近的“全聚德”餐厅作为首选推荐的展示信息。
如图11所示为第六种通讯应用的显示界面示意图。本端发送交互信息“今天晚上有空吗?”,输入法获取该交互信息后通过分析确定关键信息为“今天”或“日程”,从而对应匹配字段为“日历”或“待办事项”,输入法匹配展示信息,在输入法的联想区可以展示“日历”对应的例如“今天(2月17日)15:00-18:00五层会议室”的待办信息或提示信息等。
本实施例中上屏信息的推荐匹配步骤与上述未上屏信息的推荐匹配步骤基本一致,因此不再赘述。
从而本实施例通过本端的交互信息可以匹配出各种类型的展示信息,从而为用户推荐所需的各种信息,如百科、新闻、音视频等信息,并且,还可以推荐商业化信息,如分享、点评、商铺商品或品牌推荐等。
本发明一个可选实施例中,针对输入法应用,对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息之后,还包括:将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;所述的方法还包括:接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。
上述对所述交互信息进行分析确定出关键信息后,还可以将关键信息加入到高频会话列表中,该高频会话列表是针对该用户出现频率较高的词汇的列表。从而后续用户在输入字符串的过程中,对该输入字符串匹配候选项时,可以所述高频会话列表确定出包括所述关键信息的候选项。
例如,用户A发送“今天中午北语一吃还是北语二吃”给用户B,通过分析确定关键信息为“北语一”和“北语二”,这两个词汇均为自造词,将其加入到用户A的输入法的高频会话列表中。此后,用户A可能收到用户B回复“听你的”,则用户A继续输入“beiyuyi”时,从而依据高频会话列表可以确定首位候选项为“北语一”。
需要说明的是,对于本发明方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。

综上所述,通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,可以获取对端发送的交互信息,通过分析确定所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,可以直接推荐用户可能需要的展示信息以供用户选择,对交互过程中用户可能感兴趣的信息直接进行推荐并展示,简化了操作流程,提高效率。

所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和证券信息;所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,所述第一获取子模块13046,用于获取当前终端所在的定位信息;根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,地图信息,产品推荐信息,终端位置 信息,日程信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述第一推荐模块1306,用于在输入法的联想区或候选区推荐所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述第一上屏模块1308,用于依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行选择;获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在所述预置通讯方式对应的通讯应用内,或,调用第三方应用展示所述详细信息,其中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,所述的装置还包括:第一添加模块1310,用于将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;第一候选模块1312,用于接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。
从而在通讯交互的过程中,能够从通讯应用中获取对端发送的交互消息并进行分析,确定该交互消息的匹配字段对应的展示信息并进行推荐,便于用户快速获取与交互相关的各种信息,节省输入、查找、切换等各种操作的时间。
实施例六
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例还公开了一种信息处理装置。
参照图14,示出了本发明实施例六提供的一种信息处理装置的结构框图,本发明实施例六提供的一种信息处理装置,具体可以包括如下模块:
本端获取模块1402,用于通过预置通讯方式进行交互过程中,获取本端生成的交互信息。第二分析模块1404,用于通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息。第二推荐模块1406,用于对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
本发明实施例中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。当然还可以包括其他执行交互的通讯方式,本实施例对此不作限定。
本实施例获取本端生成的交互信息,通过分析确定所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,推荐所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息,即推荐用户可能需要的展示信息以供用户选择,在输入过程中即可推荐与输入相关的展示信息,简化了操作流程,提高效率。
参照图15,示出了本发明实施例六提供的另一种信息处理装置的结构框图,本发明实施例六提供的另一种信息处理装置,具体可以包括如下模块:
本端获取模块1502,用于通过预置通讯方式进行交互过程中,获取本端生成的交互信息。第二分析模块1504,用于通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息。第二推荐模块1506,用于对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。第二上屏模块1508,用于依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示。
其中,所述本端生成的交互信息包括:上屏信息和/或未上屏信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,本端获取模块1502,用于当所述交互信息为未上屏信息时,接收输入字符串;在对所述输入字符串进行切分和转换处理过程中,将以下至少一项作为未上屏信息:所述输入字符串,所述输入字符串的切分结果,和依据输入字符串的切分结果对应转换得到的候选项。
所述第二分析推荐模块1504,包括:第二分析子模块15042,用于检对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息;第二查找子模块15044,用于从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段;第二获取子模块15046,用于在获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,其中,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:关键信息、垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述第二获取子模块15046,用于从本地获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括:本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项;和/或,将所述匹配字段上传到服务器,并接收所述服务器反馈的所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括:垂直搜索信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项。
所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和股市信息;所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,所述第二获取子模块15046,用于获取当前终端所在的定位信息;将根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,地图信息,产品推荐信息,终端位置信息,日程信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述第二推荐模块1506,用于在输入法的联想区或候选区推荐所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述第二上屏模块1508,用于依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行选择;获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在所述预置通讯方式对应的通讯应用内,或,调用第三方应用展示选择的展示信息对应详细信息,其中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。
本发明另一个可选实施例中,所述第二上屏模块1508,还用于依据所述触发指示将所述展示信息和未发送的上屏信息同时上屏显示到当前通讯应用内。如显示到当前通讯应用的交互窗口或聊天窗口中。
本发明一个可选实施例中,所述的装置还包括:第二添加模块1510,用于将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;第二候选模块1512,用于接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。
综上所述,在输入字符串的输入过程中,对输入字符串,输入字符串的切分结果,和依据输入字符串的切分结果对应转换得到的候选项,均可作为未上屏信息,通过分析 与预设触发条件进行匹配,匹配方法更加灵活、快速,减少输入内容上屏后才能执行相应操作获取对应展示内容的操作,提高了展示效率。
其次,展示信息包括以下至少一项:垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息,从而无需输入完成即可查看新闻、优惠信息等网页内容,无需输入即可播放多媒体信息、查看天气信息、查找地图线图等,减少了输入后的查询等执行步骤。
对于装置实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取对端发送的交互信息;
    通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息;
    对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息;
    从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段;
    获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,其中,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:关键信息、垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    从本地获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项;和/或,
    将所述匹配字段上传到服务器,接收所述服务器反馈的所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括垂直搜索信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和证券信息;
    所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    获取当前终端所在的定位信息;
    根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息至少包括:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,地图信息,产品推荐信息,终端位置信息,日程信息中的一项。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,包括:
    在输入法的联想区或候选区推荐所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法还包括:
    依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据触发指示对所述展示信息进 行上屏展示的步骤,包括:
    依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行选择;
    获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在所述预置通讯方式对应的通讯应用内,或,调用第三方应用展示所述详细信息,其中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息之后,还包括:将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;
    所述的方法还包括:接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。
  10. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过预置通讯方式进行交互的过程中,获取本端生成的交互信息;
    通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息;
    对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本端生成的交互信息包括:上屏信息和/或未上屏信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述交互信息为未上屏信息时,所述获取本端生成的交互信息的步骤,包括:
    接收输入字符串;
    在对所述输入字符串进行切分和转换处理过程中,将以下至少一项作为未上屏信息:
    所述输入字符串,所述输入字符串的切分结果,和依据输入字符串的切分结果对应转换得到的候选项。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过分析确定与所述交互信息匹配的预设触发条件,获取对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息;
    从预设触发条件中查找与所述关键信息匹配的匹配字段;
    获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,其中,所述展示信息包括以下至少一项:关键信息、垂直搜索信息、本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息;
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    从本地获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括本地相关信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项;
    和/或,将所述匹配字段上传到服务器,并接收所述服务器反馈的所述匹配字段对应的展示信息,包括垂直搜索信息、表情图片和符号信息中的至少一项。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述垂直搜索信息包括以下至少一 项:网页搜索信息、产品推荐信息、多媒体信息、应用推荐信息、气象信息、地图信息和证券信息;
    所述本地相关信息包括以下至少一项:终端位置信息、通讯录信息、日程信息、本地应用信息和本地文件信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述匹配字段对应的展示信息的步骤,包括:
    获取当前终端所在的定位信息;
    根据所述定位信息和所述匹配字段确定匹配的展示信息,所述展示信息至少包括:与所述定位信息相关的气象信息,与所述定位信息相关的地图信息,与所述定位信息相关的产品推荐信息,与所述定位信息相关的终端位置信息,与所述定位信息相关的日程信息中的一项。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息进行推荐,包括:
    在输入法的联想区或候选区推荐所述匹配的预设触发条件对应的展示信息。
  18. 根据权利要求10至17任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法还包括:
    依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示的步骤,包括:
    依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行选择;
    获取选择的展示信息对应详细信息,将所述详细信息上屏展示在当前的通讯应用内,或,调用第三方应用展示选择的展示信息对应详细信息,其中,所述预置通讯方式包括以下至少一种:即时通讯方式和短消息方式。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述交互信息为未发送的上屏信息,所述依据触发指示对所述展示信息进行上屏展示的步骤包括:
    依据所述触发指示将所述展示信息和未发送的上屏信息同时上屏展示在当前的通讯应用内。
  21. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,对所述交互信息进行分析确定关键信息之后,还包括:将所述关键信息加入到高频会话列表;
    所述的方法还包括:接收输入字符串,依据所述高频会话列表确定所述输入字符串对应包括所述关键信息的候选项。
  22. 一种程序,包括可读代码,当所述可读代码在计算设备上运行时,导致所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1-21中的任一个所述的信息处理方法。
  23. 一种可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求22所述的程序。
