Abstract

본 발명은 다기능 썬캡 장치에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는 초미세먼지를 차단하며, 썬캡과 방진경 겸용으로 사용이 가능한 다기능 썬캡 장치에 관한 것이다.
현재 초미세먼지의 주의경보가 급증하는 추세로, 호흡기와 눈의 건강에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 야외 활동이나 외출을 제한하거나, 부득이한 경우 초미세먼지를 차단할 수 있는 방진마스크를 착용할 것을 권고하는 실정이다.
일반적으로 호흡기 보호에는 초미세먼지 여과 성능을 지닌 코와 입을 덮는 안면부 여과방식의 일회용 마스크가 주로 사용되고 있으며, 사용중 안면 접촉부분의 과습 등의 불편함 때문에 착용을 기피하거나, 불편을 감수하고 착용하는 실정에 있다.
한편, 눈을 보호하기 위한 초미세먼지를 차단할 수 있는 방진경은 현재까지 널리 보급 및 착용 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 일반적인 스포츠 고글이나 산업용 방진경 등으로는 초미세먼지 차단능력이 부족하며, 방독면을 사용해야 차단할 수 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 공기여과 필터를 썬캡의 차양부에 배치함으로써 필터와 얼굴의 접촉을 방지하며, 썬캡의 역할도 할 수 있는 다기능 썬캡장치의 제공에 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 썬캡장치에 방진경과 에어펌프가 구비되며 상기 에어펌프로 방진경의 내부공기를 상기필터에서 여과된 공기로 환기함으로써 초미세먼지를 차단하는 다기능 썬캡장치의 제공에 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 다기능 썬캡장치는, 본체(1); 상기 본체(1)에 구비된 착용부(10)와 차양틀(20); 상기 본체(1)의 차양틀(20)에 배치되며 공기를 여과시켜 배출하는 차양필터(30); 및 상기 본체(1)와 연결되며 차양필터(30)에서 여과된 공기를 입으로 흡입하는 흡기장치(40);를 구비한다.
이때, 상기 차양틀(20)은, 차양필터(30)가 안착 되도록 형성한 결합턱(21);과연결구(41)가 결합되도록 형성한 흡기공(22);을 포함하며,

상기 지지밴드(32)는 착용자가 성형한 형태를 유지할 수 있는 알루미늄이나 구리 등의 재질로 하는것이 바람직하다.
또한, 흡기장치(40)는 차양틀(20)에 구비된 흡기공(22)에 결합 되는 연결구(41)와 이와 연결되는 흡기관(42) 그리고 흡기관(42)의 일단에 탈착 가능하도록 배치되는 여과공기 흡입용 마우스피스(43)로 구성된다.

상기 차양틀(20)에 결합되며 흡입되는 공기를 여과시켜 배출하는 차양필터(30), 그리고 차양필터(30)에서 여과된 공기를 코로 흡입하기 위한 노우즈컵(49)과, 상기 본체(1)의 하부에 구비되며 초미세먼지로부터 눈을 보호하는 방진경(50)을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 차양틀(20)은 차양필터(30)가 폐쇄된 방의 형태로 안착 되도록 형성한 결합턱(21)과, 차양필터(30) 고정용 스냅볼(28), 그리고 방진경(50)에 배치된 통기관(53)의 상부와 연통하도록 구비한 한쌍의급기공(25)과 역류방지용 급기체크밸브(27)로 구성되며,
상기 차양필터(30)는 차양틀(20)의 스냅볼(28)에 고정하기 위하여 차양필터(30) 양옆의 일단에 구비하는 스냅소켓(33)과, 차양틀(20)에 결합되며 차양 형태를 유지하도록 구비하는 지지밴드(32)를 포함하여 구성한다.
상기 지지밴드(32)는 착용자가 성형한 형태를 유지할 수 있는 알루미늄이나 구리 등의 재질로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 노우즈컵(49)은 방진경(50)의 중앙 하부에 구비되며 방진경(50)에 배치된 통기관(53) 하부와 결합연통하는 양쪽의 흡입공(48)과, 호흡배출공기 배기공(46)을 포함하여 구성한다. 그리고 상기 배기공(46)에 설치하는 배기체크밸브(47)를 더 포함한다.
상기 노우즈컵(49)은 방진경(50)과 조립식 결합구조로 구성하여 방진경(50)에서 분리하여 교환 및 세척할 수 있도록 하는 것과, 그리고 코로 호흡이 불리한 사용자의 경우 입으로도 호흡할 수 있도록 노우즈컵(49)을 코만 덮는 구조와, 코와 입을 동시에 덮는 구조로 나누어 성형하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 방진경(50)은 차양틀(20) 하부에 분리결합될 수 있게 구성하거나, 또는 일체형으로 구비할 수 있으며, 방진경 측벽 양쪽을 따라서 노우즈컵(49)까지 배치하는 통기관(53)과, 에어펌프(60)에서 펌핑하는 여과공기를 받아들이는 환기공(52), 그리고 방진경(50)의 옆면 일단에 구비하는 환기용 체크밸브(51)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 본체(1)의 차양틀(20) 일측에 구비되며, 방진경(50) 내부로 여과된 공기를 공급하기 위한 에어펌프(60)가 더 구성된다.
여기서 에어펌프(60)의 흡기구는 상기 차양필터(30)의 내부와 연통하고, 배기구는 차양틀(20)의 통기공(26)과 결합연통하는 방진경(50)의 여과공기 환기공(52)을 통하여 방진경(50) 내부와 연통하도록 구성된다.
이러한 에어펌프(60)는 착용자가 상기 에어펌프(60)를 수회 반복 펌핑하여 차양필터(30)에서 여과된 공기를 방진경(50) 내부에 공급하는 것으로, 방진경(50) 내부로 유입된 초미세먼지를 방진경(50)의 옆면 일단에 구비한 체크밸브(51)를 통하여 밖으로 배출할 수 있도록 구성된다.
한편, 착용부(10)는 일반 썬캡과 같이 탄성고리 형태로 형성하거나, 어린이착용자 또는 활동이 심한 착용자의 경우는 탄성밴드 등의 다양한 형태로 나누어 구성할 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 다기능 썬캡장치(100)를 착용자가 머리에 착용하는 것으로, 본체(1)의 차양필터(30)가 차양역할을 수행하며, 동시에 차양필터(30)에서 여과되는 공기를 방진경(50)에 배치된 통기관(53)을 통하여 이와 결합연통한노우즈컵(49)에서 코로 흡입하여, 호흡기를 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 본체(1)의 하부에 구비된 방진경(50)은 초미세 먼지로부터 착용자의 눈을 보호할 수 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 기술사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 본체(1);
    상기 본체(1)에 구비된 착용부(10)와 차양틀(20);
    상기 본체(1)의 차양틀(20)에 배치되며 공기를 여과시켜 배출하는 차양필터(30); 및
    상기 본체(1)와 연결되며 차양필터(30)에서 여과된 공기를 입으로 흡입하는 흡기장치(40);를 구비하되,
    상기 차양틀(20)은, 차양필터(30)가 안착 되도록 형성한 결합턱(21);과연결구(41)가 결합되도록 형성한 흡기공(22);을 포함하며,
    상기 차양필터(30)는, 차양틀(20)의 결합턱(21)에 고정되도록 차양필터(30) 양옆에 구비하는 탄성고리(31);와차양틀(20)에 결합되며 차양형태를 유지하는 지지밴드(32);를 포함하며,
    상기 흡기장치(40)는, 차양틀(20)에 형성된 흡기공(22)과 연결되는 연결구(41);와 상기 연결구(41)와 연통되는 흡기관(42);과 상기 흡기관(42)의 일단에 착탈 가능하도록 배치되는 여과공기 흡입용 마우스피스(43);를 포함하며,
    상기 마우스피스(43)는, 상기 흡기관(42)쪽 연결공(44)에 구비하는 흡기체크밸브(45);와 상기 마우스피스(43)의 배기공(46)에 구비하는 배기체크밸브(47)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 썬캡장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(1)의 하부에 구비되며 눈을 보호하는 방진경(50);과
    상기 본체(1)의 차양틀(20) 일측에 구비되며 방진경(50) 내부에 여과된 공기를 공급하는 에어펌프(60);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 썬캡장치.
  3. 본체(1);
    상기 본체(1)에 구비된 착용부(10);와차양틀(20);과 방진경(50); 및
    본체(1)의 차양틀(20)에 결합되며 공기를 여과하는 차양필터(30);를 구비하되,
    상기 차양틀(20)은, 차양필터(30)가 안착 되도록 형성한 결합턱(21);과 방진경(50)에 배치한 통기관(53)과 결합연통이 되도록 형성한 급기공(25);과 급기체크밸브(27); 차양필터(30)를 고정하기 위한 스냅볼(28);을 포함하며,
    상기 방진경(50)은, 차양필터(30)에서 여과되는 공기를 전달하는 통기관(53);과 이와 연결되며 여과되는 공기를 코로 흡입하는 노우즈컵(49);을 포함하며,
    상기 노우즈컵(49)은, 통기관(53) 하부와 연결되는 흡입공(48);과호흡배출공기용 배기공(46);과 배기체크밸브(47);를 포함하며,
    상기 차양필터(30)는, 차양틀(20)의 결합턱(21)에 안착 되도록 차양필터(30) 양옆에 구비하는 스냅소켓(33);과차양틀(20)에 결합되며 차양형태를 유지하는 지지밴드(32);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 썬캡장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(1)의 하부에 구비되며 눈을 보호하는 방진경(50);과
    상기 본체(1)의 차양틀(20) 일측에 구비되며 방진경(50) 내부에 여과된 공기를 공급하는 에어펌프(60);가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 썬캡장치.
