이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 사람의 눈, 코, 잎을 덮을 수 있도록 제작되되 눈과 코 그리고 입이 각각 분리되어 외부의 오염된 공기를 정화시키는 정화 필터부재가 상단에 구비되며, 이 정화된 필터부재를 통해 정화된 공기가 좌우측 눈의 상단으로 공급되어 코로 흡입하고, 입으로 배출됨으로써, 행동의 제약을 방지가 가능한 다기능 마스크를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 에어 공급부재와 마스크가 상호 결합이 가능하도록 정화 필터부재가 마스크로부터 분리 가능하게 구성됨으로써, 방진, 방연 및 방독 마스크 뿐만 아니라 수경 마스크의 기능을 사용 가능하므로, 하나의 마스크로 다양한 분야에서 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 분진 발생이 많은 탄광 등과 같은 작업 현장이나 화생방 훈련, 화재시 정화 필터부재만으로 오염된 외부 공기의 정화가 어려운 경우를 대비하여 휴대용 정화탱크가 구성되어 사용자가 항상 정화처리된 신선한 공기를 흡입할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조 부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다. 또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다기능 마스크를 나타낸 도면, 도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다기능 마스크를 나타낸 요부 확대 단면도, 도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다기능 마스크를 나타낸 사용상태도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 다기능 마스크는 눈과 코가 수용되며, 상부에 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급부재(200)가 구성되는 상부 마스크(100)와, 이 상부 마스크(100)와 분리되게 구성되어 착용자의 입이 수용되며, 코를 통해 흡입된 공기를 배출하는 배출 체크밸브(310)가 구성된 하부 마스크(300)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상부 마스크(100)는 둘레면을 따라 착용자의 안면과 상부 마스크(100)가 완전히 밀착되어 외부의 세균, 미세먼지나 물이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 밀착패킹(102)이 구성되며, 착용자의 눈을 보호하고, 주변의 시야를 확보할 수 있도록 하는 보호렌즈(112)가 구성되는 렌즈부(110)와, 공기 공급부재(200)를 통해 공급되는 공기를 흡입할 수 있도록 렌즈부(110)와 연통되어 착용자의 코가 수용되는 코 수용부(130)로 구성된다.
이러한 상부 마스크(100)에는 렌즈부(110)의 상측으로 착용자가 숨을 쉴 수 있도록 공기가 유입되는 공기 유입홀(114)이 형성되며, 이 공기 유입홀(114)을 통해 정화된 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급부재(200)가 상부 마스크(100)의 상부에 설치된다.
또한, 상부 마스크(100)의 양측면에는 다기능 마스크를 착용자의 안면에 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 고정끈(140)과 이 고정끈(140)을 상부 마스크(100)에 고정시키는 끈 고정부(120)가 구성된다.
하부 마스크(300)는 상부 마스크(100)와 일체로 구성되며 둘레면을 따라 밀착패킹(102)이 구성되되, 독립적인 형태로 분리 구성되어 있어서, 상부 마스크(100)로 공급되는 공기가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 한편, 하부 마스크(300)의 하부에는 착용자의 입으로부터 배출되는 공기를 하부 마스크(300)의 외부로 배출하는 배출 체크밸브(310)가 구성된다.
또한, 하부 마스크(300)의 일면에는 본 발명의 마스크를 착용한 착용자가 입으로도 호흡을 할 수 있도록 공기를 공급하는 공급관(510)이 연결되도록 보조연결구(320)가 구성됨이 바람직하며, 이 보조연결구(320)의 외주면에는 평상시에 완전히 밀폐된 상태를 유지하도록 하는 마개에 의해 외부로부터 공기 등이 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 구성된다.
또한, 하부 마스크(300)와 상부 마스크(100) 사이 즉, 상부 마스크(100)에 형성된 코 수용부(130)와 하부 마스크(300) 사이에는 코로부터 배출되는 공기가 하부 마스크(300)로 이동하여 배출 체크밸브(310)에 의해 배출될 수 있도록 이동 체크밸브(150)가 형성된다.
여기서, 배출 체크밸브(310)는 외부의 공기가 유입되지 않고, 착용자의 입으로부터 배출되는 공기만 하부 마스크(300)로부터 완전히 배출될 수 있도록 한 배출용 체크밸브로 구성됨이 바람직하다.
배출 체크밸브(310)는 하부 마스크(300)를 통해 공기가 배출만 이루어질 수 있도록 십자형 격자가 형성되며, 하부 마스크(300)에 고정되는 격자패널(312)과, 이 격자패널(312)의 중앙에 결합되어 배출되는 공기가 격자패널(312)을 통해 유출될 때, 외부로 배출시키며 외부로부터 공기가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크부재(314)로 구성된다.
이러한 배출 체크밸브(310)는 착용자의 입으로부터 배출되는 공기가 격자패널(312)을 지나 체크부재(314)를 밀면서 배출되고 공기의 배출이 완료되면, 체크부재(314)는 탄성 복원력에 의해 원위치로 복원되면서 외부의 공기가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명의 체크부재(314)는 원활한 탄성 복원력을 제공할 수 있도록 고무재질로 제작됨이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명의 다기능 마스크에 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급부재(200)는 상부 마스크(100)에 형성된 공기 유입홀(114)을 통해 공기를 공급하는 구성요소로서, 내부가 관통되는 관의 형상으로 형성되며, 양측 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 공기 본체부(210)와, 이 공기 본체부(210)의 양측으로 공기의 유입만 이루어도록 구성된 공급 체크밸브(220)가 구성되며, 이 공급 체크밸브(220)를 통해 공급되는 공기가 상부 마스크(100)로 공급될 수 있도록 공기 유입홀(114)을 관통하는 공기 공급관(230)이 구성된다.
여기서, 공급 체크밸브(220)는 상부 마스크(100)의 내부의 공기가 배출되지 않고, 착용자의 입으로부터 유입되는 공기만 상부 마스크(100)의 내부로 완전히 공급될 수 있도록 한 공급용 체크밸브로 구성됨이 바람직하다.
또한, 도면에 도시하지는 않았지만 본 발명의 공기 본체부(210)의 내부에는 유입되는 공기에 포함된 미세먼지를 여과시키는 여과망이 구성됨이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
이와 같은 공급 체크밸브(220)는 외부로부터 공기의 유입만 이루어질 수 있도록 고무재질로 제작되어 공기 본체부(210)의 양측 단부에 결합됨이 바람직하며, 외부로 유입되는 공기의 압력에 의해 공급 체크밸브(220)를 밀면서 유입되고, 공기 본체부(210)의 내부로부터 유입된 공기가 배출되는 것을 방지하도록 구성됨이 바람직하다.
한편, 방진, 방독 및 방연 등 특유의 목적을 위해 사용하기 위해서 본 발명의 다기능 마스크에는 정화 필터부재(400)가 구비된다.
정화 필터부재(400)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 방진, 방독 및 방연 등 외부 공기를 정화하여 상부 마스크(100)의 내부로 공급할 수 있도록 공기 공급부재(200)와 분리 가능하게 연결된다.
이러한 정화 필터부재(400)는 양측에 공기 공급부재(200)와 연결되도록 연결관(410)이 구성되며, 이 연결관(410)의 일측 단부에는 필터부재(420)가 삽입 고정되도록 고정부(414)가 형성되며, 타측 단부의 외주면에는 공기 공급부재(200)의 외주면에 형성된 나사산을 통해 체결되도록 연결 커플러(412)가 구성된다.
여기서, 연결관(410)은 길이 조절이 가능하도록 자바라 형태로 구성되는 것이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
이와 같은 정화 필터부재(400)는 양측에 구성된 연결관(410) 사이에 구성된 필터부재(420)를 통해 유입되는 외부 오염된 공기를 필터링 처리하여 연결관(410)을 통해 공기 공급부재(200)로 공급하는 것이다.
이때, 정화 필터부재(400)와 연결관(410) 사이, 그리고 연결관(410)과 공기 공급부재(200) 사이를 통해 유입되는 공기의 누설 및 외부의 오염된 공기가 배출되는 것을 방지하는 실링부재가 구성됨이 바람직하다.
여기서, 연결 커플러(412)는 본 발명의 다기능 마스크의 사용 목적에 따라 정화 필터부재(400)와 공기 공급부재(200)를 연결하거나, 잠수, 스킨스쿠버 등의 목적으로 사용되는 경우, 후술할 공급관(510)이 연결되도록 함이 바람직하다.
아울러, 외부 공기의 오염된 정도가 심각한 경우, 정화 필터부재(400)만으로 필터링 처리가 불가능한 경우에는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 휴대 정화탱크(430)가 연결 커플러(412)를 통해 공기 공급관(230)과 연결됨이 바람직하다.
여기서, 휴대 정화탱크(430)는 공기 공급부재(200)와 연결 커플러(412)를 통해 연결되어 정화된 공기를 공급하는 공급호스(434)와 외부 공기를 정화처리하는 필터부재(420)가 구비되는 탱크본체부(432), 이 탱크본체부(432)에 내장된 필터부재(420)를 고정시키며, 필터부재(420)의 수명을 연장시키도록 유입되는 공기의 양을 제한하고, 다수의 공기 유입홀(114)이 형성된 밀폐커버(440), 일단이 탱크본체부(432)에 체결되어 필터부재(420)와 밀폐커버(440)를 탱크본체부(432)에 고정시키는 필터 고정수단(438)을 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 탱크본체부(432)의 내부에는 필터부재(420)가 안정적으로 탱크본체부(432)에 위치하도록 하는 필터 고정패널(436)이 절곡 형성됨이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
또한, 탱크본체부(432)의 일면에는 휴대 정화탱크(430)를 착용자의 등 또는 허리 등에 고정시켜 이동이 제한되는 것을 방지하는 고정고리(450)가 구성되며, 외부 공기의 유입이 원활하지않는 경우, 외부에서 정화처리된 산소통 또는 타인의 휴대 정화탱크(430) 등과 연결되는 보조 공급관(460)이 더 구성된다.
한편, 본 발명의 다기능 마스크를 통해 수영, 잠수, 스킨스쿠버 등 해양 여가 생활을 즐길 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 별도 구성된 호흡장치(500)와 본 발명의 다기능 마스크의 상부 마스크(100)와 하부 마스크(300)에 각각 연결되고, 공기 공급부재(200)의 양측에 연결 커플러(412)를 통해 공기를 공급하는 공급관(510)과 연결되어 원활하게 공기를 공급받을 수 있음은 물론, 하부 마스크(300)에 형성된 배출 체크밸브(310)와 연결되는 배출관(520)을 통해 흡입된 공기를 원활하게 배출할 수 있을 것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 다기능 마스크는 사람의 눈, 코, 잎을 덮을 수 있도록 제작되고, 눈과 코 그리고 입이 각각 분리되어 외부의 오염된 공기를 정화시키는 정화 필터부재(400)가 상단에 구비되며, 이 정화 필터부재(400)를 통해 정화된 공기가 좌우측 눈의 상단으로 공급되어 코로 흡입하고, 입으로 배출됨으로써, 행동의 제약을 방지가 가능하고, 공기 공급부재(200)와 마스크가 상호 결합이 가능하도록 정화 필터부재(400)가 마스크로부터 분리 가능하게 구성됨으로써, 방진, 방연 및 방독 마스크 뿐만 아니라 수경 마스크의 기능을 사용 가능하므로, 하나의 마스크로 다양한 분야에서 사용할 수 있음은 물론, 분진 발생이 많은 탄광 등과 같은 작업 현장이나 화생방 훈련, 화재시 정화 필터부재(400)만으로 오염된 외부 공기의 정화가 어려운 경우를 대비하여 휴대용 정화탱크()가 구성되어 사용자가 항상 정화처리된 신선한 공기를 흡입할 수 있는 것이다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 상부에 공기 유입홀이 형성되고, 착용자의 눈을 보호하고, 주변 시야를 확보하는 보호렌즈가 구성된 렌즈부와, 상기 공기 유입홀을 통해 유입되는 공기를 흡입하는 착용자의 코가 수용되는 코 수용부로 이루어진 상부 마스크;
    상기 상부 마스크와 일체로 형성되고 코 수용부와 연통되는 이동 체크밸브가 형성되며, 착용자의 입에서 배출되는 공기를 배출하는 배출 체크밸브가 구성되고, 일면에 착용자가 입으로 호흡할 수 있도록 공기를 공급하는 보조연결부가 형성된 하부 마스크; 및
    상기 상부 마스크의 상측에 설치되어 공기 유입홀을 관통하는 공기 공급관이 구성되며, 양측 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 공기 본체부와, 이 공기 본체부의 양측 단부에 구성되어 외부 공기가 유입만 되도록 구성되는 공급 체크밸브로 이루어져 외부 공기를 공기 유입홀측으로 공급하는 공기 공급부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 공기 공급부재에는 방진, 방독 및 방연 등 외부 공기를 정화하여 상부 마스크의 내부로 공급할 수 있도록 정화 필터부재가 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 정화 필터부재는 상기 공기 공급부재와 연결되는 연결관이 구성되며, 이 연결관의 일측 단부에는 외부 공기를 정화처리하는 필터부재가 삽입 고정되는 고정부가 형성되고, 타측 단부에는 상기 공기 공급부재와 체결되도록 연결 커플러가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 공기 공급부재에는 방진, 방독 및 방연 등 외부 공기를 정화하여 상부 마스크의 내부로 공급할 수 있도록 휴대용 정화탱크가 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 휴대용 정화탱크는
    상기 공기 공급부재와 연결 커플러를 통해 연결되는 공급호스와 외부 공기를 정화처리하는 필터부재가 구비된 탱크본체부;
    상기 필터부재를 고정시키며, 다수의 공기 유입홀이 형성된 밀폐커버; 및
    상기 필터부재와 밀폐커버를 탱크본체부에 고정시키는 필터 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    스킨스쿠버 등 해양 여가생활을 즐길 수 있도록 외부 공기를 공급하는 공급관과, 상기 하부 마스크의 배출 체크밸브와 연결되어 배출되는 공기를 배출하는 배출관이 구성된 호흡장치가 상기 공기 공급부재의 양측에 연결 커플러를 통해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 배출 체크밸브는 하부 마스크를 통해 공기가 배출만 이루어질 수 있도록 하부 마스크에 고정되는 격자패널과, 이 격자패널의 중앙에 결합되어 배출되는 공기를 외부로 배출시키며 외부공기가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 마스크.
