针对高清照片信息泄露的身份信息(尤其是指纹信息、眼纹信息、姓名、联系方式等),如不加以隐藏,被不法分子盗用,则很可能被用于违法犯罪活动,造成照片主人财产安全损失,甚至可能因不法分子伪造证据、证鉴信息而造成更多威胁。
如果事后对涉及隐私的照片进行处理(比如对照片进行模糊、移位等处理),不能从源头进行防范,照片仍有可能被非法备份、转移、传播或再度被翻拍,因此有必要从拍照、摄像之时就对人体特征和人体穿着相关身份特征进行处理。另外,照片是静态的,录像是动态的,通过一些技术手段仍然可能从录像中截取用户人体特征和身份相关信息。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:通过获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像,以避免用户身份特征信息的泄露,提高用户信息的安全性, 此外,该图像处理方式可以实现图片信息的批量化操作,提高图像处理的效率。
本发明实施例考虑到,相关技术中,用户在拍照、录像中不可避免的要附带身份特征信息,这些信息不经处理非常容易泄露个人隐私。
本发明实施例提出一种解决方案,对镜头成像进行处理后,可有效避免不法分子利用拍照后带有的身份信息的照片进行窃取传播,大大提升用信息安全性。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种图像处理方法,包括:
步骤S101,获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;
本实施例方案运行环境可以为手机、平板电脑、智能相机等具有拍照、摄像功能的智能终端,本实施例以手机进行举例。
其中,原始图像可以是终端摄像头实时获取的图像,也可以是预先存储在终端本地的原始图像。另外,该原始图像可以为静态的照片等图片,也可以为动态的录像。
原始图像的获取可以有系统自动触发,也可以根据用户的指令来触发,比如,手机系统接收到用户执行信息隐藏操作的指令后,获取手机当前拍摄的照片或图像。
步骤S102,从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;
在获取到原始图像后,对原始图像中的用户的身份特征信息进行识别,从中提取出用户的身份特征信息,该身份特征信息比如可以是指纹、眼纹、掌纹,穿戴上的品牌特征,价值特征,甚至识别更高隐私级别信息,比如可以一同识别姓名、联系方式、地址等信息。
步骤S103,在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
为防止用户图像中的身份特征信息泄露,本实施例采用如下方案:
对从原始图像中提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像,从而得到无法鉴别身份信息的处理后影像。
其中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理包括但不限于:对提取的用户的身份特征信息(比如指纹)进行像素点位置移动、模糊处理、加入马赛克等方式,以达到无法通过影像复制指纹等身份特征信息的程度。
之后,可以替代原始图像,对生成的隐藏了身份特征信息的图像进行预览、保存或对外 上传等操作,而无需担心指纹等身份特征信息泄露。
本实施例通过上述方案,通过获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像,由于将用户原始拍摄的图像中的身份特征信息进行隐藏,避免了用户身份特征信息的泄露,从而提高了用户信息的安全性,此外,该图像处理方式可以实现图片信息的批量化操作,提高了图像处理的效率。
应用场景如下:
若某终端用户打算把自己的照片上传到自媒体平台上(微博、微信等),但是手机上并没有现成的照片可用,需要现在马上自拍照片上传,又想到自己刚刚设置了一些指纹锁,而且现在拍的照片清晰度较高,能够清楚辨识到食指和中指的指纹或者自已手上的名表,该用户不像拍出的照片有这些涉及隐私的内容。
此时,则可以利用本发明提供的拍照工具,拍照时扫描,检测出多个指纹、眼纹,名牌手表商标等信息,同时根据可选的程度,额外检测到胸前工卡的名字工号等信息,用户确认对以上信息全部隐藏处理,则系统对关键像素点进行移位、模糊处理后成像,生成一张不能提取上述身份信息的照片并保存,供用户上传共享。具体描述步骤如下:
首先,拍摄原始照片,如图2所示,然后,从原始照片中提取指纹信息,比如图2中中指的指纹A,其放大如图3所示。
然后,对提取的中指指纹进行隐藏处理,如图4所示。
最后,显示隐藏处理后的照片,如图5所示。
相比相关技术,本发明实施例方案由于将用户原始拍摄的图像中的身份特征信息进行隐藏,避免了用户身份特征信息的泄露,从而提高了用户信息的安全性,此外,该图像处理方式可以实现图片信息的批量化操作,提高了图像处理的效率。另外,经过本发明实施例方案处理后的图片,侵权辨识度高,直接对比拍照/摄像预览时图像中任意具有身份识别信息特征的像素,如有模糊、移位等处理,即可认定可疑图像为侵权图像。
如图6所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种图像处理方法,基于上述图1所示的实施例,该方法在上述步骤S103之后,还包括:
步骤S104,显示和/或保存隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
相比上述图1所示的实施例,本发明实施例还包括显示隐藏了身份特征信息的图像,代替原始图像预览显示,从而可以防止用户的身份信息因为显示而泄露。此外,用户还可以根据需要对隐藏了身份特征信息后的图像进行保存,以便后续需要上传到外部网络平台(比如微博、微信等)上,而无需临时进行拍摄,为用户提供方便。
如图7所示,本发明第三实施例提出一种图像处理方法,基于上述图6所示的实施例,该方法在上述步骤S104之后,还包括:
步骤S105,响应用户的上传指令,对外上传隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
相比上述图6所示的实施例,本发明实施例还包括根据用户需要上传隐藏了身份特征信息的图像的方案。
可选地,由于对原始图像隐藏了用户身份特征信息,用户可以根据需要,将隐藏了身份特征信息的图像上传或分享到外部网络平台(比如微博、微信等)上,而无需临时进行拍摄,从而为用户提供方便,用户也不用担心指纹等身份特征信息的泄露。
如图8所示,本发明第四实施例提出一种图像处理方法,基于上述图6所示的实施例,该方法在上述步骤S104之后,还包括:
步骤S106,对原始图像进行加密存储。
相比上述图6所示的实施例,本实施例还包括对原始图像进行加密存储的方案。
可选地,本发明实施例提供对原始影像的加密存储功能。用户可以根据需要保留原始图像,为防止原始图像被泄露,提高原始图像的安全性,用户可以选择对隐藏处理前的原始影像进行加密处理,并进行保存备份,该操作可以在对原始图像进行隐藏处理之前或之后完成。
相比相关技术,用户在拍照、录像中不可避免的要附带身份信息特征,这些信息不经处理非常容易泄露个人隐私,采用本发明实施例方案,对镜头成像进行处理后,可有效避免不法分子利用手机相机拍照后得到的带有身份信息的照片进行窃取传播,大大提升了用户信息的安全性。同时,采用本方法不用额外增加硬件设备,只需在相关的终端设备基础上实现即可。
此外,采用本发明方案进行实时扫描和处理录像的镜头成像,可以使得终端设备用户在 录像时任意一帧影像都能方便快捷的处理,有效避免了后续对照片再处理或手动降低画质、剪裁等,或拍照时遮挡等手段带来的效率低、处理效果不理想等缺陷。
如图9所示,本发明第一实施例提出一种图像处理装置,包括:图像获取模块201、特征提取模块202及图像处理模块203,其中:
图像获取模块201,设置为获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;
特征提取模块202,设置为从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;
图像处理模块203,设置为在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
可选地,本实施例图像处理装置可以承载于手机、平板电脑、智能相机等具有拍照、摄像功能的智能终端上,本实施例以手机进行举例。
其中,原始图像可以是终端摄像头实时获取的图像,也可以是预先存储在终端本地的原始图像。另外,该原始图像可以为静态的照片等图片,也可以为动态的录像。
原始图像的获取可以有系统自动触发,也可以根据用户的指令来触发,比如,手机系统接收到用户执行信息隐藏操作的指令后,获取手机当前拍摄的照片或图像。
在获取到原始图像后,对原始图像中的用户的身份特征信息进行识别,从中提取出用户的身份特征信息,该身份特征信息比如可以是指纹、眼纹、掌纹,穿戴上的品牌特征,价值特征,甚至识别更高隐私级别信息,比如可以一同识别姓名、联系方式、地址等信息。
为防止用户图像中的身份特征信息泄露,本实施例采用如下方案:
对从原始图像中提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像,从而得到无法鉴别身份信息的处理后影像。
其中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理包括但不限于:对提取的用户的身份特征信息(比如指纹)进行像素点位置移动、模糊处理、加入马赛克等方式,以达到无法通过影像复制指纹等身份特征信息的程度。
之后,可以替代原始图像,对生成的隐藏了身份特征信息的图像进行预览、保存或对外上传等操作,而无需担心指纹等身份特征信息泄露。
本实施例通过上述方案,通过获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身 份特征信息后的图像,由于将用户原始拍摄的图像中的身份特征信息进行隐藏,避免了用户身份特征信息的泄露,从而提高了用户信息的安全性,此外,该图像处理方式可以实现图片信息的批量化操作,提高了图像处理的效率。
应用场景如下:
若某终端用户打算把自己的照片上传到自媒体平台上(微博、微信等),但是手机上并没有现成的照片可用,需要现在马上自拍照片上传,又想到自己刚刚设置了一些指纹锁,而且现在拍的照片清晰度较高,能够清楚辨识到食指和中指的指纹或者自已手上的名表,该用户不像拍出的照片有这些涉及隐私的内容。
此时,则可以利用本发明提供的拍照工具,拍照时扫描,检测出多个指纹、眼纹,名牌手表商标等信息,同时根据可选的程度,额外检测到胸前工卡的名字工号等信息,用户确认对以上信息全部隐藏处理,则系统对关键像素点进行移位、模糊处理后成像,生成一张不能提取上述身份信息的照片并保存,供用户上传共享。具体描述步骤如下:
首先,拍摄原始照片,如图2所示,然后,从原始照片中提取指纹信息,比如图2中中指的指纹A,其放大如图3所示。
然后,对提取的中指指纹进行隐藏处理,如图4所示。
最后,显示隐藏处理后的照片,如图5所示。
相比相关技术,本发明实施例方案由于将用户原始拍摄的图像中的身份特征信息进行隐藏,避免了用户身份特征信息的泄露,从而提高了用户信息的安全性,此外,该图像处理方式可以实现图片信息的批量化操作,提高了图像处理的效率。另外,经过本发明实施例方案处理后的图片,侵权辨识度高,直接对比拍照/摄像预览时图像中任意具有身份识别信息特征的像素,如有模糊、移位等处理,即可认定可疑图像为侵权图像。
如图10所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种图像处理装置,基于上述图9所示的实施例,该装置还包括:
显示模块204,设置为显示隐藏身份特征信息后的图像;和/或
存储模块205,设置为保存隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
相比上述图9所示的实施例,本发明实施例还包括显示隐藏了身份特征信息的图像,代 替原始图像预览显示,从而可以防止用户的身份信息因为显示而泄露。此外,用户还可以根据需要对隐藏了身份特征信息后的图像进行保存,以便后续需要上传到外部网络平台(比如微博、微信等)上,而无需临时进行拍摄,为用户提供方便。
如图11所示,本发明第三实施例提出一种图像处理装置,基于上述图10所示的实施例,该装置还包括:
上传模块206,设置为响应用户的上传指令,对外上传隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
相比上述图10所示的实施例,本发明实施例还包括根据用户需要上传隐藏了身份特征信息的图像的方案。
可选地,由于对原始图像隐藏了用户身份特征信息,用户可以根据需要,将隐藏了身份特征信息的图像上传或分享到外部网络平台(比如微博、微信等)上,而无需临时进行拍摄,从而为用户提供方便,用户也不用担心指纹等身份特征信息的泄露。
如图12所示,本发明第四实施例提出一种图像处理装置,基于上述图10所示的实施例,上述装置还包括:
加密模块207,设置为对原始图像进行加密;
存储模块205,还设置为保存加密后的原始图像。
相比上述图10所示的实施例,本实施例还包括对原始图像进行加密存储的方案。
可选地,本发明实施例提供对原始影像的加密存储功能。用户可以根据需要保留原始图像,为防止原始图像被泄露,提高原始图像的安全性,用户可以选择对隐藏处理前的原始影像进行加密处理,并进行保存备份,该操作可以在对原始图像进行隐藏处理之前或之后完成。

需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。

本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;
S2,从原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;
S3,在原始图像中,对提取的用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种图像处理方法,包括:
    获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;
    从所述原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;
    在所述原始图像中,对提取的所述用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述对提取的所述用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理的步骤包括:
    对提取的所述用户的身份特征信息进行像素点位置移动、模糊处理和/或、加入马赛克处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    显示和/或保存所述隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应用户的上传指令,对外上传所述隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    对所述原始图像进行加密存储。
  6. 一种图像处理装置,包括:
    图像获取模块,设置为获取摄像镜头成像后的原始图像;
    特征提取模块,设置为从所述原始图像中提取用户的身份特征信息;
    图像处理模块,设置为在所述原始图像中,对提取的所述用户的身份特征信息进行隐藏处理,生成隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述图像处理模块,还设置为对提取的所述用户的身份特征信息进行像素点位置移 动、模糊处理和/或、加入马赛克处理。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,设置为显示所述隐藏身份特征信息后的图像;和/或
    存储模块,设置为保存所述隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  9. 根据权利要求6、7或8所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    上传模块,设置为响应用户的上传指令,对外上传所述隐藏身份特征信息后的图像。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    加密模块,设置为对所述原始图像进行加密;
    所述存储模块,还设置为保存加密后的原始图像。
