本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着人们对美观要求的不断提高,显示产品的窄边框化越来越受到人们的关注。
显示产品的边框范围,主要取决于承载显示屏幕的背光模组。现有技术中,背光模组主要可由框架、背光源以及胶框组成,其中,胶框设置于框架的周边,以将背光源以及其他膜材固定于框架内并实现遮光。
由于胶框具有一定的厚度,所以增加了显示边框的范围。
虽然可以通过减小胶框厚度来降低显示边框的范围,但随着对显示产品的窄边框化关注度的提高,仅仅通过减薄显示产品材料已经无法满足窄边框的需求。
发明内容
本公开提供一种背光模组及显示装置,其可实现显示产品的窄边框化。

框架,背光源以及保护膜;其中:

所述保护膜覆盖所述背光源的出光面,并且沿着所述框架的至少两个相 对的侧壁延伸至所述背板远离所述背光源的外侧,并与背板远离所述背光源的外侧固定连接。
可选的,所述保护膜沿着所述框架长度方向上的两个侧壁延伸至所述背板的外侧,并与所述框架长度方向上的两个侧壁的外侧固定连接。可选的,所述保护膜沿着所述框架的四个侧壁延伸至所述背板的外侧,并与所述框架的四个侧壁的外侧固定连接。可选的,所述框架的材质为不锈钢、铝合金或者碳纤维,所述保护膜为透光材质。

为使本公开的实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开的实施例的附图,对本公开的实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。 显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本公开的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”或者“一”等类似词语也不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也相应地改变。
本公开的实施例提供了一种背光模组。如图1所示,该背光模组具体可以包括:
框架1,背光源2以及保护膜3;其中:
框架1由背板11以及设置于背板11周边的侧壁12构成,背光源2容置于由背板11以及侧壁12构成的空间内,其中,背光源2的出光面(图1箭头所示为出光方向)远离背板11;
保护膜3覆盖背光源2的出光面,并且沿着框架1的至少两个相对的侧壁12延伸至背板11远离背光源2的外侧,并与背板远离背光源的外侧固定连接。
本公开的实施例所提供的背光模组,去掉了现有结构中所设置的胶框,背光源2(包括导光板21以及其他膜材)直接与框架1接触,从而可缩小背光模组的尺寸,实现显示产品的窄边框化。
同时,该背光模组中设置有保护膜3。该保护膜3通过包裹的方式,将背光源2包覆在框架1内,从而实现背光源2的固定,避免了相关技术中因去掉胶框而产生的背光源无法固定的问题。
本公开的实施例中的保护膜3具体可为透光材质,从而可在不影响背光源2光学效果的前提下,起到固定背光源2的作用。
为了实现与框架1固定连接,保护膜3本身可具有粘黏的特性。另外, 也可以通过在保护膜3与框架1的背板11接触的位置处涂覆具有粘黏特性的物质的方式,以实现保护膜3与背板11的外侧固定连接。
在具体实现时,保护膜3可沿着框架1的长度方向上的两个侧壁12延伸至背板11的外侧,并与背板11的外侧固定连接,从而可在不增加背光模组宽度的情况下,起到固定背光源2的作用。
可选地,保护膜3还与框架长度方向上的两个侧壁12的外侧固定连接。
在另一具体实施例中,保护膜3也可沿着框架1的四个侧壁12延伸至背板11的外侧,并与背板11的外侧固定连接。
可选地,保护膜3还与框架的四个侧壁12的外侧固定连接。
本公开的实施例所涉及的框架1的材质,具体可为不锈钢、铝合金等,为了减轻框架1以及背光模组的重量,框架1也可以采用碳纤维等材质。
本公开的实施例所涉及的背板11,具体可具有例如长方形等的几何形状。以长方形为例,可在背板11的四个侧边位置处均设置侧壁12,以形成容置背光源2的空间。另外,为了减小背光模组的重量以及宽度,也可只在背板11的长度方向的两侧设置侧壁12,以形成容置背光源2的空间。
在具体实施例中,侧壁12相对于背板11的高度可与背光源2的厚度相同。这样,如图2所示,在保护膜3包裹背光源2之后,可直接通过粘黏等方式,将显示面板(panel)4贴附在保护膜3远离背光源2的一侧,显示面板4的周边不需要框架固定,因此显示面板4的边框即为背光模组的边框,从而实现了显示产品窄边框的效果。
本公开实施例中,背光源2具体可以包括导光板21。
如图3所示,该导光板21可设置自固定结构22,该自固定结构22用于使背光源2固定于由背板11以及侧壁12构成的空间内。
通过设置自固定结构22,可进一步确保将背光源2固定于框架1内。
在具体实施例中,该自固定结构22可设置于导光板21的长度方向上的两侧。该自固定结构22可为凸耳,从而可在减小导光板21的材料使用量的情况下,通过抵触框架1侧壁12的方式(框架1的侧壁12上不设置固定孔,以避免框架1出现漏光的情况),使背光源2固定于由背板11以及侧壁12构成的空间内。
如图3所示,本公开的实施例中的导光板21中,还可设置发光二极管(LED)固定位23,用于固定背光源2中所设置的LED24。
该LED固定位23中可设置电路走线等器件,以实现对LED24的控制。该LED固定位23可基于需要设置于导光板21的预设位置处,例如导光板21的长度方向上的一侧。
如图4所示,本公开的实施例所涉及的背光源2中具体还包括以下膜层:
设置于导光板21的第一侧面的第一反射膜25,该第一侧面具体可为导光板21靠近背板11的侧面,即如图4所示的导光板21下侧;
设置于导光板21的第二侧面的扩散膜26,该第二侧面具体可为导光板21远离背板11的侧面,即如图4所示的导光板21上侧;
设置于扩散膜26远离导光板21一侧的第一棱镜膜27;
设置于第一棱镜膜27远离扩散膜26一侧的第二棱镜膜28。
由于第二棱镜膜28位于背光源2的出光面的最外侧,因此,保护膜3可设置于第二棱镜膜28远离第一棱镜膜27的一侧,即图4中第二棱镜膜28的上侧。
本公开的实施例中,为了避免背光源2中,LED 24所在位置处发生漏光现象,因此,如图4所示,背光源2还可以包括:
设置于LED 24远离导光板21一侧的第二反射膜29,其中,第二反射膜29位于LED 24远离第一反射膜25的一侧。
本公开的实施例中,为了避免在背光源2的侧面周边发生漏光的现象,保护膜3与背光源2的侧面周边对应的部分具有遮光功能,从而可避免在背光源2的侧面周边发生漏光的现象。
那么在具体实现时,可在保护膜3制作过程中或者制作之后,通过在保护膜3与背光源2的侧面周边对应的部分进行相应的处理,以使该部分保护膜3具有遮光功能。
本公开实施例还提供了一种显示装置,该显示装置具体可以包括上述本公开的实施例提供的背光模组。
以上所述仅是本公开的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种背光模组,包括:
    框架,背光源以及保护膜;其中:
    所述框架由背板以及设置于所述背板周边的侧壁构成,所述背光源容置于由所述背板以及所述侧壁构成的空间内,其中,所述背光源的出光面远离所述背板;
    所述保护膜覆盖所述背光源的出光面,并且沿着所述框架的至少两个相对的侧壁延伸至所述背板远离所述背光源的外侧,并与所述背板远离所述背光源的外侧固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述保护膜沿着所述框架长度方向上的两个侧壁延伸至所述背板的外侧,并与所述框架长度方向上的两个侧壁的外侧固定连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述保护膜沿着所述框架的四个侧壁延伸至所述背板的外侧,并与所述框架的四个侧壁的外侧固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述框架的材质为不锈钢、铝合金或者碳纤维,所述保护膜为透光材质制成。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述侧壁相对于背板的高度等于背光源的厚度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述框架与所述背光源上除了出光面以外的其他表面直接接触并覆盖所述其他表面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光源包括:
    导光板,其中,所述导光板直接与所述框架接触;
    所述导光板设置有自固定结构,所述自固定结构用于使所述背光源固定于由所述背板以及所述侧壁构成的空间内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述自固定结构设置于所述导光板长度方向上的两侧。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的背光模组,其中,所述自固定结构为凸耳, 用于通过抵触所述框架侧壁的方式,使所述背光源固定于所述空间内。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述导光板中设置有发光二极管固定位,用于固定背光源中所设置的发光二极管。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光源还包括:
    设置于所述导光板的第一侧面的第一反射膜,所述第一侧面为所述导光板靠近所述背板的侧面;
    设置于所述导光板的第二侧面的扩散膜,所述第二侧面为所述导光板远离所述背板的侧面;
    设置于扩散膜远离所述导光板一侧的第一棱镜膜;
    设置于所述第一棱镜膜远离所述扩散膜一侧的第二棱镜膜;
    所述保护膜设置于所述第二棱镜膜远离所述第一棱镜膜的一侧。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光源还包括:
    设置于所述发光二极管远离所述导光板一侧的第二反射膜,其中,所述第二反射膜位于所述发光二极管远离所述第一反射膜的一侧。
  13. 如权利要求1或12所述的背光模组,其中,所述保护膜的与所述背光源的周边对应的部分具有遮光功能。
  14. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1-13中的任一项所述的背光模组。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组的保护膜包裹所述背光模组的框架和背光源;
    所述显示装置还包括显示面板,其中,所述显示面板贴附在所述保护膜远离所述背光源的一侧。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述保护膜具有黏性;所述显示面板通过所述保护膜的黏性直接贴附在所述保护膜上。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述框架与所述背光源上除了出光面以外的其他表面直接接触并覆盖所述其他表面。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光源包括导光板;所述导光板直接与所述框架接触。
