Description

监测任务生成方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及数据处理领域,特别是指一种监测任务生成方法及系统。
背景技术
各级环境监测机构承担了国家环境质量和重点企业例行监测的任务,每年年初都会以监测工作大纲的形式确定任务内容,监测工作大纲的内容(部分内容)如下表1所示:

可见,监测大纲中明确了监测对象、测点、监测的项目及方法等内容。由于内容是纯文字的,每个计划执行周期可能是不同的人按照监测内容的要求执行监测,但由于对文字内容的理解不同或疏漏,容易发生测点或分析项目遗漏等,上述监测信息是否被执行(监测)过也无法通过统计直观获得。即目前监测人员无法直观地从监测工作大纲中自动提取到监测任务,而且也无法对监测任务进行实时且自动化地监控。
发明内容
本发明提供一种监测任务生成方法及系统,解决了现有技术中无法直观地从监测工作大纲中自动提取到监测任务,且实时并自动化监控的问题。
本发明提供的监测任务生成方法,包括:
S1:根据年度监测工作大纲中记录的内容生成包括对象名称、测点及监测项目的监测对象数据;
S2:根据年度监测工作大纲中记录的监测频次生成包括所述监测对象和监测频次的监测计划数据;
S3:对于不同的监测计划按其对应的监测频次生成包括任务状态的监测任务数据,所述任务状态用于监控所述监测任务的执行情况,所述任务状态包括:未完成、完成中和完成。
其中,所述步骤S3包括:
S31:根据监测频次计算所述监测计划执行的次数或自定义所述监测计划的执行次数;
S32:基于监测计划的每一次执行生成一个监测任务,并设置任务状态为未完成状态。
其中,所述监测任务数据还包括:所述监测任务的预定开始时间和预定结束时间。
其中,所述步骤S3中还包括步骤S33:按所述预定开始时间和预定结束时间的先后顺序形成任务列表并显示。

本发明实施例的监测任务生成方法流程如图1所示,包括:
S110,根据年度监测工作大纲中记录的内容生成包括对象名称、测点及监测项目的监测对象数据。
S120,根据年度监测工作大纲中记录的监测频次生成包括所述监测对象和监测频次的监测计划数据。
S130,对于不同的监测计划按其对应的监测频次生成包括任务状态的监测任务数据,所述任务状态用于监控所述监测任务的执行情况,任务状态包括:未完成、完成中和完成。
环境监测的对象分为污染源和环境测点两类,其中污染源的测点又分为:废水、废气、噪声、土壤、底质等类别的污染要素,而环境测点又分河流、湖库、地下水、海水、土壤、底质、海洋沉积物、道路交通噪声、功能区噪声、区域噪声、环境空气等不同的污染要素。
本实施例中,监测对象数据包括基本信息、测点和监测项目。监测对象数据是为了抽象监测工作大纲中重复的测点信息,在信息系统中通过关联关系来实现信息的重用。其中基本信息主要包括对象名称。如表1中的年度监测工作 大纲中,对象名称包括:龙岗河、丁山河、杶梓河等,对于龙岗河,其测点为西坑、葫芦围、低山村和吓陂。监测项目包括:流量、水温和导电率等。将基本信息、测点和监测项目分别转换成结构化数据存储在数据库的监测对象表、测点表和监测项目表中,通过设置各个数据表的主键和外键建立关联关系。
监测计划数据包括:监测对象和监测频次。同样将监测频次转换成结构化数据存储在数据库的监测计划表中,监测频次包括频次和频次单位,作为字段存在于监测计划表中,监测计划表和监测对象表通过。例如表1中的一个监测计划为:监测对象龙岗河、测点为西坑、监测项目包括流量、水温和导电率等、频次为1次/月(上旬)。
监测任务数据是由监测计划按频次划分出来的若干监测任务。
本实施例中,步骤S130具体流程如图2所示,包括:

如图2所示,该方法的步骤S130中还包括:步骤S133,按预定开始时间和预定结束时间的先后顺序形成任务列表并显示,方便了监测人员对下达的监测任务的查询。
该方法中,步骤S130之后,即生成所述任务状态数据后还包括步骤S140:实时更新监测任务数据的任务状态。当监测任务完成后,获取监测人员输入的状态信息,以更新任务状态字段为完成。
例如表1中对于上龙岗河的监测计划,根据监测的频次,每个月生成一个监测任务,监测的预定开始时间限定在每个月的1号,预定结束时间限定在每个月的10号。

  10. 如权利要求6~9中任一项所述的监测任务生成系统,其特征在于,还包括:任务状态更新单元,用于实时更新所述监测任务数据的任务状态。
