상기 브러시 지지로드는, 상기 브러시가 일단부에 결합 되고, 납작한 판 형상으로 마련되는 브러시 지지편; 상기 브러시 지지편의 일단부에서 연장되며 외벽이 상기 와이퍼의 내벽에 전체적으로 접하는 몸통부; 및 상기 몸통부의 일단부에서 연장되며, 이격 마련된 복수의 결합편에 의해 상기 상기 브러시캡에 결합 되는 헤드부를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들은, 와이퍼를 탄성 재질로 마련하고, 용기 본체의 외벽에 원터치 돌기를 마련하고 브러시캡에는 원터치 돌기에 대응되는 원터치 돌기홈을 마려하여, 브러시캡을 한 손으로 밀면 원터치 돌기와 원터치 돌기홈의 걸림 결합이 해제되어 브러시캡을 용기 본체로부터 열 수 있어 사용의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 동작상의 이점 및 본 발명의 실시에 의하여 달성되는 목적을 충분히 이해하기 위해서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 예시하는 첨부 도면 및 첨부 도면에 기재된 내용을 참조하여야만 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 설명함으로써, 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다. 각 도면에 제시된 동일한 참조부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 원 터치 오픈 마스카라를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 단면도이고, 도 3은 도 1의 분해 사시도이고, 도 4는 도 2에 도시된 용기 본체를 도시한 단면도이고, 도 5는 도 2에 도시된 와이퍼를 도시한 단면도이고, 도 6은 도 2에 도시된 브러시캡을 도시한 단면도이고, 도 7은 도 2에 도시된 브러시를 도시한 사시도이다.
이들 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 실시예에 따른 원 터치 오픈 마스카라(1)는, 개구부가 마련된 용기 본체(100)와, 개구부에 결합 되는 와이퍼(200)와, 용기 본체(100)의 내부에 마련되는 브러시(310)가 구비되며 용기 본체(100)로 원 터치로 분리되는 브러시 조립체(300)를 포함한다.
용기 본체(100)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 타원형 형상으로 마련될 수 있고, 용기 본체(100)의 내부에는 마스카라액과 브러시(310)가 수용되는 공간이 마련된다.
본 실시 예에서 용기 본체(100)의 상측부에는, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 다른 부분의 용기 본체(100)보다 폭이 좁은 본체 헤드(110)가 마련되고, 이 본체 헤드(110)에 의해 용기 본체(100)에는 단턱(120)이 마련된다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 용기 본체(100)는, 도 1 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 타원형으로 마련되어 사용자가 편리하게 잡을 수 있는 이점이 있다.
용기 본체(100)의 본체 헤드(110)도 용기 본체(100)와 같이 타원형으로 마련될 수 있고, 본체 헤드(110)의 외주면에는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 원터치 돌기(111)가 마련된다.
이 원터치 돌기(111)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시캡(330)에 마련된 원터치 돌기홈(331)에 삽입되어 브러시캡(330)이 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 잡아줌과 동시에 한 손으로 브러시캡(330)을 밀면 브러시캡(330)이 쉽게 분리되도록 하는 역할을 한다. 본 실시 예에서 원터치 돌기(111)는 단속됨이 없이 본체 헤드(110)의 외주면을 둘러싸도록 연속적으로 마련될 수 있다.
또한 본체 헤드(110)의 내주면에는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 스토퍼 홈(112)이 마련되고, 이 스토퍼 홈(112)에는 와이퍼 바디(210)의 스토퍼 돌기(212)가 삽입 지지 된다.
용기 본체(100)의 단턱(120) 내벽에는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(210)의 걸림 돌기(211)가 걸림 지지 되어 삽입된 와이퍼(200)의 이탈이 방지된다.
또한 단턱(120)의 외벽에는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시캡(330)의 하단부가 지지되며, 본 실시 예에서 단턱(120)은 브러시캡(330)이 원 터치 방식으로 오픈 될 수 있는 위치에 마련될 수 있다.
즉 본 실시 예에서 단턱(120)이 본체 헤드(110)의 상단부보다 너무 낮은 위치에 있으면 한 손으로 브러시캡(330)을 밀어도 브러시캡(330)이 쉽게 오픈 되지 않을 수 있고, 본체 헤드(110)의 상단부에 너무 가깝게 위치되면 브러시캡(330)에 조금만 힘이 가해져도 쉽게 오픈 되어 분실의 위험이 있다.
본 출원인은 이러한 점을 고려하여 단턱(120)을 용기 본체(100)의 전체 높이의 약 1/10 정도 위치에 마련할 수 있다.
와이퍼(200)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체 헤드(110)에 삽입된 후 단턱(120)에 걸림 지지 되며, 브러시 조립체(300)를 고정함과 아울러 브러시 조립체(300)가 원 터치 방식으로 오픈 되도록 가이드 하는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 와이퍼(200)는, 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 하측부가 테이퍼 지며 원통형 형상을 갖는 와이퍼 바디(210)와, 와이퍼 바디(210)의 상단부에 마련되는 바디 플랜지(220)를 포함한다.
와이퍼 바디(210)의 하측 외주면에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 걸림 돌기(211)가 마련되며, 이 걸림 돌기(211)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기 본체(100)의 단턱(120)에 걸림 지지 된다. 따라서 본체 헤드(110)에 삽입된 와이퍼 바디(210)는 걸림 돌기(211)에 의해 쉽게 용기 본체(100)로부터 이탈되지 않는다.
또한 와이퍼 바디(210)의 상측 외주면에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 스토퍼 돌기(212)가 마련되고, 이 스토퍼 돌기(212)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체 헤드(110)의 스토퍼 홈(112)에 삽입 지지 된다.
본 실시 예에서 걸림 돌기(211)와 스토퍼 돌기(212)는 와이퍼 바디(210)의 외주면을 연속적으로 둘러싸도록 마련될 수 있다.
그리고 와이퍼 바디(210)의 내벽에는, 도 2 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 돌기걸림홈(213)이 마련되고, 이 돌기걸림홈(213)에는 브러시 지지로드(320)의 몸통돌기(322a)가 걸림 지지 된다.
또한 와이퍼 바디(210)의 내벽에는, 도 2 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 돌기걸림홈(213)으로부터 와이퍼 바디(210)의 바닥부까지 내경이 감소 되도록 경사면부(214)가 마련된다.
본 실시 예는 경사면부(214)에 의해 브러시 지지로드(320)의 몸통부(322)와 와이퍼 바디(210)의 내벽의 접촉 면적이 증가 되어 브러시 조립체(300)를 더 견고하게 지지할 수 있고, 용기 본체(100)에 수용되는 마스카라액의 누설도 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
또한 본 실시 예는 경사면부(214)에 의해 브러시 지지편(321)의 표면에 묻은 내용물을 긁어 낼 수 있고, 브러시사(312)에 묻은 마사카라 액 중 사용되지 않는 마사카라 액이 용기 본체(100)의 외부로 노출되는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
즉 경사면부(214)에 의해 와이퍼 바디(210)의 하단부가 뾰족하게 되어 납작한 형태로 된 브러시사(312)에 부착된 내용물을 긁어내 용기 본체(100)의 내부로 돌려보내고, 이를 통해 사용되지 않은 내용물이 외부로 노출되어 굳는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
와이퍼(200)의 바디 플랜지(220)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체 헤드(110)의 상단부와 브러시 지지로드(320)의 헤드부(323) 사이에 배치되어 브러시캡(330)을 오픈하기 위해 한 손으로 밀 때 브러시 지지로드(320)의 헤드부(323)에 탄성력을 가하여 브러시캡(330)을 부드럽게 오픈시키는 역할을 한다.
구체적으로 브러시 지지로드(320)의 헤드부(323)와 본체 헤드(110)의 상면부 사이에 바디 플랜지(220)가 없다면 경질 재질의 헤드부(323)와 본체 헤드(110)가 서로 접하여 마찰이 발생 되고, 이로 인해 브러시캡(330)의 오픈이 부자연스러워 질 수 있다.
하지만 본 실시 예와 같이 브러시 지지로드(320)의 헤드부(323)와 본체 헤드(110)의 사이에 탄성력을 갖는 바디 플랜지(220)를 배치하면, 바디 플랜지(220)가 완충 역할을 하여 브러시캡(330)의 오픈을 자연스럽게 할 수 있다. 또한 브러시캡(330)을 본체 헤드(110)에 결합 시 바디 플랜지(220)가 결합 충격을 완충시키는 완충 역할도 할 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 바디 플랜지(220)와 와이퍼 바디(210)는 일체로 마련되되 고무 재질로 제작될 수 있다.
브러시 조립체(300)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본체 헤드(110)와 와이퍼(200)에 지지 되며, 용기 본체(100)에 저장된 마스카라액을 외부로 노출시켜 사용자의 속눈썹을 화장할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다.
본 실시 예에서 브러시 조립체(300)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼(200)를 관통하여 용기 본체(100)의 내부로 삽입되는 브러시(310)와, 브러시(310)가 하측부에 결합 되는 브러시 지지로드(320)와, 브러시 지지로드(320)의 상측부에 마련되며 개구부가 마련된 영역의 용기 본체(100)에 원 터치 방식으로 분리 가능하게 결합 되는 브러시캡(330)을 포함한다.
브러시 조립체(300)의 브러시(310)는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 한 쌍의 긴 금속 와이어(311)의 사이에 복수의 브러시사(312)를 편평하게 배치하고, 한 쌍의 금속 와이어(311)를 나선형으로 꼬아 복수의 브러시사(312)를 고정시켜 마련될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브러시(310)는 납작한 형상으로 마련될 수 있고, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시 지지편(321)에 마련된 결합홈(321a)에 금속 와이어(311)가 삽입 결합 된 후 접착제를 이용하여 고정될 수 있다.
브러시 조립체(300)의 브러시 지지로드(320)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시(310)가 하단부에 결합 되고 납작한 판 형상으로 마련되는 브러시 지지편(321)과, 브러시 지지편(321)의 상단부에서 연장되며 외벽이 와이퍼(200)의 내벽에 전체적으로 접하는 몸통부(322)와, 몸통부(322)의 일단부에서 연장되며 이격 마련된 복수의 결합편(323b)에 의해 브러시캡(330)에 결합 되는 헤드부(323)를 포함한다.
브러시 지지로드(320)의 몸통부(322)에는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 외벽에 몸통돌기(322a)가 마련되고, 이 몸통돌기(322a)는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(210)에 마련된 돌기걸림홈(213)에 걸림 지지 될 수 있다.
브러시 지지로드(320)의 헤드부(323)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸통부(322)의 상단부에 연장 마련되며 바디 플랜지(220)의 상면부에 저면부가 접하는 헤드 플랜지(323a)와, 헤드 플랜지(323a)의 상면부에서 연장되며 서로 이격 배치되는 복수의 결합편(323b)을 포함한다.
본 실시 예에서 복수의 결합편(323b)은 브러시캡(330)의 결합 장소로 제공되며, 브러시캡(330)은 복수의 결합편(323b)의 최외각 벽면에 억지 끼움 맞춤 방식으로 결합 될 수 있다.
브러시캡(330)은, 전술한 복수의 결합편(323b)에 의해 브러시 지지로드(320)에 결합 될 수 있고, 용기 본체(100)에는 원 터치 방식으로 오픈 되도록 돌기와 홈의 결합 방식에 의해 결합될 수 있다.
본 실시 예에서 브러시캡(330)의 하측부 내벽에는, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 원터치 돌기홈(331)이 마련되고, 이 원터치 돌기홈(331)에는 본체 헤드(110)의 원터치 돌기(111)가 삽입 결합된다.
또한 본 실시 예에서 원터치 돌기홈(331)은 브러시캡(330)의 내벽을 둘러싸도록 연속적으로 마련될 수 있고, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 브러시캡(330)의 내벽에 마련되는 한 쌍의 홈돌기(331a)에 의해 마련될 수 있다.
즉 본 실시 예에서 원터치 돌기홈(331)은 일반적인 홈과 다르게 브러시캡(330)의 내벽에 오목하게 마련되는 것이 아니라 브러시캡(330)의 내벽에서 중앙부로 돌출되는 한 쌍의 홈돌기(331a)에 의해 마련될 수 있다. 이는 브러시캡(330)에 원터치 돌기홈(331)을 일반적인 홈과 같이 마련하면 홈이 마련된 영역이 원터치 개폐 과정에서 피로 파괴될 수 있기 때문이다.
이하에서 전술한 도면을 참고하여 본 실시예의 사용 상태를 간략히 설명한다.
먼저 본 실시 예에서 브러시 조립체(300)가 용기 본체(100)에 결합 된 상태에 있는 경우 브러시 조립체(300)의 몸통부(322)가, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 와이퍼 바디(210)의 내벽에 밀착되어 있고, 와이퍼 바디(210)에 마련된 경사면부(214)에 의해 와이퍼 바디(210)와 몸통부(322)의 접촉 면적이 증가 되어 용기 본체(100)에 수용된 마스카라액은 쉽게 누설되지 않는다.
이 상태에서 브러시캡(330)을 오픈하기 위해, 도 2를 기준으로 브러시캡(330)의 우측부에 한 손으로 외력을 가하면 우측 부분의 원터치 돌기(111)와 원터치 돌기홈(331)의 걸림 결합이 해제되어 우측 부분의 브러시캡(330)이 먼저 오픈 된다.
이 경우 브러시캡(330)의 좌측부는 탄성력을 갖는 바디 플랜지(220)에 의해 해당 영역에 가해지는 외력이 완충 되고, 계속해서 브러시캡(330)의 우측부에 외력을 가하면 브러시캡(330)은 본체 헤드(110)로부터 분리된다.
분리된 브러시캡(330)을 상부 방향으로 당기면 브러시(310)가 외부로 노출되고, 이때 와이퍼 바디(210)에 마련된 경사면부(214)에 의해 브러시 지지편(321)의 표면에 묻은 내용물을 긁어낼 수 있다.
또한 경사면부(214)에 의해 와이퍼 바디(210)가 브러시사(312)에 묻은 마스카라액을 일부 덜어내므로 사용되지 않는 마스카라액이 용기 본체(100)의 외부로 노출되는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 본 실시예는 와이퍼를 탄성 재질로 마련하고, 용기 본체의 외벽에 원터치 돌기를 마련하고 브러시캡에는 원터치 돌기에 대응되는 원터치 돌기홈을 마려하여, 브러시캡을 한 손으로 밀면 원터치 돌기와 원터치 돌기홈의 걸림 결합이 해제되어 브러시캡을 용기 본체로부터 열 수 있어 사용의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 기재된 실시 예에 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 사상 및 범위를 벗어나지 않고 다양하게 수정 및 변형할 수 있음은 이 기술의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명하다. 따라서 그러한 수정 예 또는 변형 예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 속한다 하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 개구부가 마련된 용기 본체;
    상기 개구부에 결합 되는 와이퍼; 및
    상기 와이퍼를 관통하여 상기 용기 본체의 내부로 삽입되는 브러시와, 상기 브러시가 일측부에 결합 되는 브러시 지지로드와, 상기 브러시 지지로드의 타측부에 마련되며 상기 개구부가 마련된 영역의 상기 용기 본체에 분리 가능하게 결합 되는 브러시캡이 구비된 브러시 조립체를 포함하고,
    상기 와이퍼는 탄성 재질로 마련되고, 상기 개구부가 마련된 영역의 상기 용기 본체의 외벽에는 원터치 돌기가 마련되고 상기 원터치 돌기와 대응되는 영역의 상기 브러시캡에는 원터치 돌기홈이 마련되어 상기 브러시캡을 한 손으로 밀면 상기 원터치 돌기와 상기 원터치 돌기홈의 걸림 결합이 해제되어 상기 브러시캡을 상기 용기 본체로부터 열 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 원터치 돌기는 상기 용기 본체의 외주면을 연속적으로 둘러싸도록 마련되고, 상기 원터치 돌기홈도 상기 원터치 돌기에 대응되게 연속적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 원터치 돌기홈은 상기 브러시캡의 내벽으로부터 중심부 방향으로 돌출되는 한 쌍의 이격 배치된 홈돌기에 의해 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼는,
    상기 개구부가 마련된 영역의 상기 용기 본체에 삽입 결합 되는 와이퍼 바디; 및
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 상단부에 마련되며 상기 브러시 지지로드의 헤드 플랜지가 접하는 바디 플랜지를 포함하고,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 내벽에는 상기 브러시 지지로드의 몸통부 외벽이 전체적으로 접촉되어 지지 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 외벽에는 걸림 돌기가 마련되고,
    상기 걸림 돌기는 상기 용기 본체에 마련된 단턱에 걸림 지지 되어 상기 용기 본체로 삽입된 상기 와이퍼 바디의 이탈을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  6. 청구항 4에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 내벽에는 상기 몸통부의 외벽에 마련된 몸통돌기가 삽입되는 돌기걸림홈이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼 바디의 내벽에는 상기 돌기걸림홈으로부터 상기 와이퍼 바디의 바닥부까지 내경이 감소 되도록 경사면부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 브러시는,
    한 쌍의 긴 금속 와이어의 사이에 복수의 브러시사를 편평하게 배치하고, 상기 한 쌍의 금속 와이어를 나선형으로 꼬아 상기 복수의 브러시사를 고정시켜 마련되고, 납작한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 브러시 지지로드는,
    상기 브러시가 일단부에 결합 되고, 납작한 판 형상으로 마련되는 브러시 지지편;
    상기 브러시 지지편의 일단부에서 연장되며 외벽이 상기 와이퍼의 내벽에 전체적으로 접하는 몸통부; 및
    상기 몸통부의 일단부에서 연장되며, 이격 마련된 복수의 결합편에 의해 상기 브러시캡에 결합 되는 헤드부를 포함하는 원 터치 오픈 마스카라.
