一种插箱结构 技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备领域,特别涉及一种插箱结构。
背景技术
插箱在通讯产品领域里面有着大量的应用。很多插箱都需要装入到别的机柜或者是插箱里面去,比如多级插箱结构,常见的插箱需要依靠一些辅助设备来进行插拔和安装,比如:把手,扳手,侧耳等。然而,不论采用哪种辅助设备来进行插拔和安装,都不可避免的为这些辅助设备提供操作空间,这些辅助设备还会占用一定的空间。有的是占用插箱内部的空间,有的是占用插箱外部的空间。因此,现有的插箱结构,很多会因为多了这些辅助设备,而降低插箱的空间利用率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种插箱结构,其目的是为了解决现有的插箱结构通过辅助设备实现插装,降低插箱的空间利用率的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的实施例提供了一种插箱结构,包括:第一插箱以及安装在第一插箱内部的第二插箱;
第二插箱内部设有至少两个隔板;隔板上设有扶手孔。
进一步地,扶手孔的形状为腰圆形。
进一步地,第一插箱与第二插箱之间通过穿设螺栓固定。
进一步地,第一插箱上设有用于对第二插箱进行限位的限位销,第二插箱上设有用于卡合限位销的卡槽。
本发明的上述方案有如下的有益效果:
本发明提供的插箱结构,通过在第二插箱内部设置带有扶手孔的隔板,使隔板在第二插箱插拔时起辅助工具的作用,提高了第二插箱内部的空间利用率,使插箱结构更加完整和规则。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
通常情况下,插箱结构需要借助辅助工具或者在自身上设置拉手等结构来辅助安装,然而上述两种情况均需要占用一定的插箱内部空间,而降低插箱的空间利用率,因此本发明针对现有的问题,提供了一种插箱结构,通过在隔板21上设置扶手孔211,使插箱的插拔不再需要借助其他辅助工具,节省了插箱内部空间。
如图1-图2所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种插箱结构,包括:第一插箱1以及安装在第一插箱1内部的第二插箱2;其中,第一插箱1内部可设有多个第二插箱2。
进一步地,第一插箱1与第二插箱2之间通过穿设螺栓固定。其中,可以在第二插箱2内部铆接一个螺母,然后将螺栓先后穿过第一插箱1与第二插箱2,并与螺母紧固,即可实现第一插箱1与第二插箱2之间的固定。
第二插箱2内部设有至少两个隔板21;隔板21上设有扶手孔211,在第二插箱2安装的过程中,通过在扶手孔211上施加外力即可。
进一步地,扶手孔211的形状为腰圆形,腰圆形的扶手孔211有利于人工操作。
进一步地,第一插箱1上设有用于对第二插箱2进行限位的限位销11,第二插箱2上设有用于卡合限位销11的卡槽22。其中,在第二插箱2安装到第一插箱1的过程中,限位销11卡合到卡槽22即可完成第二插箱2的定位。
本发明提供的插箱结构,通过在第二插箱2内部设置带有扶手孔211的隔板21,使隔板21在第二插箱2插拔时起辅助工具的作用,提高了第二插箱2内部的空间利用率,使插箱结构更加完整和规则。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
根据本发明的插箱结构使插箱的插拔不再需要借助其他辅助工具,节省了插箱内部空间,使插箱结构更加完整和规则。

  1. 一种插箱结构,其特征在于,包括:第一插箱(1)以及安装在所述第一插箱(1)内部的第二插箱(2);
    所述第二插箱(2)内部设有至少两个隔板(21);所述隔板(21)上设有扶手孔(211)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插箱结构,其特征在于,所述扶手孔(211)的形状为腰圆形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的插箱结构,其特征在于,所述第一插箱(1)与第二插箱(2)之间通过穿设螺栓固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的插箱结构,其特征在于,所述第一插箱(1)上设有用于对所述第二插箱(2)进行限位的限位销(11),所述第二插箱(2)上设有用于卡合所述限位销(11)的卡槽(22)。
