Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une table de cuisson (PC) comprenant : une pluralité de brûleurs à prémélange (BRN) comportant chacun un moyen destiné à réguler la puissance de ces derniers comportant des vannes mélangeuses correspondantes (1) comprenant chacune à leur tour une chambre de mélange (2) du gaz et de l'air entrant dans ladite chambre à travers des groupes d'orifices (403-404) dont chacun comporte à son tour un ou plusieurs orifices d'air (403) et un ou plusieurs orifices de gaz (404), et réglés de sorte à fournir au brûleur (BRN) correspondant une puissance partielle prédéterminée (Pp.1, Pp2) ; des conduits d'air (401) et de gaz (402) destinés à alimenter lesdits groupes d'orifices (403-404) ; un ventilateur (VENTILATEUR) destiné à alimenter ledit conduit d'air (401) ; une unité de commande (SFT) pour couper un ou plusieurs brûleurs (BRN) desdits brûleurs (BRN), au moyen d'électrovannes (SSV ; SV) et en réponse au signal de détecteurs de flamme (FD) associés à un ou plusieurs brûleurs (BRN) desdits brûleurs (BRN) ; une unité de commande (CMD) qui, à son tour, comporte des liaisons fonctionnelles destinées à recevoir/envoyer des signaux et des entrées provenant dudit ou desdits moyens, ou appliquées audit ou auxdits moyens destinés à réguler la puissance des brûleurs (BRN) afin de les faire fonctionner et/ou de connaître leur état, d'un tableau de commande (CC), dudit ventilateur (VENTILATEUR). Ladite pluralité de brûleurs (BRN) sont disposés dans une ou plusieurs zones de cuisson (5) dont les deux brûleurs (BRN) présents, ou plus, sont adjacents l'un à l'autre, ou les uns aux autres, de telle sorte qu'il puisse y avoir une continuité substantielle entre les capuchons de propagation de flamme (6) des brûleurs contigus entre lesdits brûleurs (BRN), lesdits capuchons (6) étant formées de sorte à produire un lit de flammes qui s'étend sensiblement jusqu'à leur bord.
