Description

一种用于垃圾压缩箱的箱门的密封装置 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾压缩箱领域。具体地,本发明涉及垃圾压缩箱的箱门密封装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知将垃圾装入移动或固定式的垃圾压缩箱中,并且对垃圾进行压缩。在装填垃圾时,垃圾压缩箱的后门盖处于封闭状态,此时顶门盖处于打开状态,提料装置将垃圾通过打开的顶门盖投入垃圾压缩箱中。当垃圾压缩箱装满后,封闭垃圾压缩箱的顶门盖,打开后门盖,将箱中的垃圾倒出。
当后门盖处于封闭状态时,需要保证垃圾压缩箱中的垃圾与外界隔离,使得垃圾压缩箱中的固体或者液体不会通过后门盖泄露,因此已知在垃圾压缩箱的后门盖上设置密封装置。
传统垃圾压缩箱后门盖上的橡胶密封装置为环形,图1示出了传统橡胶密封装置100的横截面剖视图,密封装置100包括密封装置基部和两个密封唇边101,密封装置的内部设有中空凹腔。密封装置基部的下表面向内凹进,当密封装置固定在卡槽中时,在下表面和卡槽之间填充粘胶13从而实现密封装置100与卡槽之间的固定和密封。当关闭箱门时,两个密封唇边被箱门框架的表面压紧,从而实现密封装置和箱门框架之间的密封。
图2示出密封装置100装配在箱体框架10上的剖视图,箱体框架10包括水平的支撑板以及垂直于所述支撑板的侧板11,装配时,将卡槽14满焊在箱体框架上,待卡槽14冷却后,将密封装置胶粘在卡槽14中固定。当后门盖封闭时,密封装置被压紧,顶部的两个密封唇边抵靠箱门框架10的平面形成密封,密封装置的下表面被胶粘在卡槽14中,因此在密封装置和卡槽之间形成密封。

当卡槽生锈或损坏需要更换时,首先要如上所述先将密封装置取出,再用火焰切割机将卡槽与箱体框架之间的焊缝12切断,取下卡槽,然后将焊缝12磨平,将新的卡槽满焊在箱体框架10上,待冷却后将新的密封装置胶粘在新的卡槽中。该过程非常繁琐,即使密封装置没有损坏,在更换卡槽时也必须更换密封装置,该过程也相当费时费力。
为了克服以上缺陷,专利文件CN202986769U公开了一种用于垃圾压缩箱的后门的密封装置。所述密封装置为三面密封,内部设有空腔,一侧设有与空腔连通的开缝结构。密封装置通过螺钉固定在箱门框架上,这种结构虽然易于拆卸,但是在压紧时密封装置不是封闭的,垃圾滤液可以从一侧的开缝结构进入密封装置的空腔中,从而对密封装置的内部产生腐蚀。
发明内容
为了克服以上提到的现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于垃圾压缩箱的密封装置,所述密封装置通过固定装置被固定在垃圾压缩箱的第一框架上,封闭所述垃圾压缩箱时,密封装置被压紧在垃圾压缩箱的第一框架和第二框架之间,所述密封装置包括:

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的密封装置,其特征在于,当将所述密封装置固定在第一框架上时,将压板按压在密封装置的本体的底面上,所述压板上具有与所述至少一个通孔对应的孔,至少一个螺钉通过压板的孔以及底面上的所述至少一个通孔并且螺合在第一框架的孔中,以便将所述密封装置固定在第一框架上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置至少由选自橡胶、塑料和热塑性弹性体的材料制成。
