可以理解的是,上述实施例中,第二连接块301和第二插接槽302在连接件30的第一侧上的位置和在第二侧上的位置可以相同(即整个连接件30大致呈T字形),也可以是上下错开设置,即第二连接块301分别设置于所述连接件30的第一侧的上部和第二侧的下部,第二插接槽302分别设置于所述连接件30的第一侧的下部和第二侧的上部(整个连接件30大致呈Z字形);在组装多个第一固定座10时,如图5至7所示,中间的第一固定座10 两侧分别连接一个连接件30,其中,两个连接件30的第二插接槽302分别与中间的第一固定座10的第一连接块101插接,两个连接件30的第二连接块301处于其对应侧的上部,并与第一固定座10上对应的第一插接槽102插接,这样,可保证第一固定座10的第一连接块101能够支撑连接件30,使得两者之间的连接更加稳固;并且,这样将连接件30与中间的第一固定座10组装后,再安装外侧的两个第一固定座10时,将外侧的两个第一固定座10分别倒转方向(相对于水平方向垂直翻转),使外侧的两个第一固定座10的第一连接块101均处于其上部,而第一插接槽102处于其下部。组装时,将外侧的两个第一固定座10的第一插接槽102与对应的连接件30的第二连接块301插接,第一连接块101与对应的连接件30的第二插接槽302配合,使得连接件30的二连接块支撑外侧的两个第一固定座10,这样,也保证了外侧的两个第一固定座10与对应的连接件30连接后,结构更加稳固,提高设备安装后的安全性。
采用如图4至7所示的设备安装装置,在安装设备时,安装数量及安装间距不受限制,因此,对于不同要求的设备可以配置相应的安装方式去安装设备。例如,对于安装间距不作要求,而对数量有要求的安装场景,则可以选择小间距安装,如图7,从而可以安装多个设备;对于需要大间距安装的设备,就可以选择大间距安装,如图5。
上述实施例中上、下、上部和下部等方位词,应当理解为附图中的方位,不代表实际应用时的方位。
参照图1及图2,为了提高第一固定座10和连接件30之间的稳固性,所述第一连接块101上设有第一固定孔1011,所述第二连接块301上对应所述第一固定孔1011的位置设有第二固定孔3011,通过插销或者螺钉(也可以是螺栓或者螺栓与螺母配合)插入所述第一固定孔1011和第二固定孔3011,以将第一连接块101和第二连接块301锁紧,从而使第一固定座10和连接件30之间的来接更加稳固、安全。
参照图1和图3,为了提高安装板20安装于第一固定座10的第一挂耳11上的稳固性,所述第一挂耳11具有与所述第一挂装槽201插接配合的插 入端,所述插入端上设有第三固定孔1012;所述安装板20上对应所述第三固定孔1012的位置设有第四固定孔2011,通过插销或者螺钉插入所述第三固定孔1012和第四固定孔2011,以使所述第一挂耳11与所述安装板20锁紧。相应的,第三挂耳与第一挂耳11一样,可在其插接端设置孔位;
并且,参照图2和图7,所述第二子挂耳122上可进一步设置连接孔3012,以在所述第一子挂耳121与第二子挂耳122相抵配合而形成所述第二挂耳12后,也能够通过插销或者螺钉与该连接孔3012及相应的孔位配合,将安装板20更加稳固的安装于第二挂耳12上。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过不同数量的连接件与不同数量的第一固定座连接进行不同形式的组装而组成的安装装置,可以适用于多种安装场景;并且,由于安装时操作简单,因此,可以最大程度的减少高空操作的步骤和难度,减少高空工作时间,减少工程安装占用的空间,从而降低工程施工的成本,增强了安全性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种设备安装装置,用于将设备安装于支撑杆上,所述设备安装装置包括连接件、第一固定座及安装板;所述第一固定座设置为与所述支撑杆连接固定,所述安装板设置为安装设备;所述连接件、第一固定座和安装板均为一个或多个;所述安装板上设有第一挂装槽,所述第一固定座上设置有第一挂耳,所述安装板通过所述第一挂装槽与第一挂耳配合而挂装于所述第一固定座上;所述连接件的一侧与所述第一固定座连接,与该侧相对的另一侧用于安装其他第一固定座;所述连接件与第一固定座连接固定后配合形成用于与所述第一挂装槽挂接的第二挂耳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述第一固定座上设有第一连接块及第一插接槽,所述连接件上设有第二连接块及第二插接槽,所述第一连接块插接于所述第二插接槽内,所述第二连接块插接于所述第一插接槽内,以将所述第一固定座与所述连接件连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第一连接块上设有第一固定孔,所述第二连接块上对应所述第一固定孔的位置设有第二固定孔,通过插销或者螺钉插入所述第一固定孔和第二固定孔,以将第一连接块和第二连接块锁紧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第一固定座上设有第一子挂耳,所述连接件上设有第二子挂耳,所述第一固定座与所述连接件连接,所述第一子挂耳与第二子挂耳相抵配合形成所述第二挂耳。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第二子挂耳上设有连接孔。
  6. 如权利要求2-5任一项所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第一挂耳具有与所述第一挂装槽插接配合的插入端,所述插入端上设有第三固定孔;所述安装板上对应所述第三固定孔的位置设有第四固定孔,通过插销或者螺钉插入所述第三固定孔和第四固定孔,以使所述第一挂耳与所述安装板锁紧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第一固定座用于与所述连接件连接的两侧分别设有所述第一连接块及第一插接槽;所述连接件 的两侧分别设有所述第二连接块和第二插接槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述连接件的第一侧的上部和第二侧的下部分别设有所述第二连接块;所述连接件的第一侧的下部和第二侧的上部分别设有所述第二插接槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的设备安装装置,其中,所述第一固定座上设有用于与所述第一挂装槽相配的第三挂耳,所述第三挂耳与所述第一挂耳背对设置,所述第三挂耳与所述第一挂装槽的装配方向与所述第一挂耳与所述第一挂装槽的装配方向相反。
