光纤终端盒 技术领域

背景技术
由于光纤通信具有大容量、长距离和抗电磁干扰等优点,因此更加迎合未来人类对信息量大,精密度高的需求,而且低廉的价格使得光纤这种传输介质能得到很大范围的推广,目前光纤网络已经逐步进入家庭使用。光纤入户的安装通常包括光纤终端盒(ATB,Access Terminal Box)的安装和光网络终端(ONT,Optical Network Terminal)的安装。光纤终端盒和光网络终端属于光网络中用户室内的应用产品,光纤终端盒与光网络终端通过光纤终端盒的引出光缆连接。由于光纤入户需要进入用户家中安装,因此在实现光纤入户的普及化时需依赖简化安装方法来达成。
如图1所示为现有技术的一种光纤终端盒,包括保护盖1、基座2以及底板3。基座2上一般设置有适配器安装区、熔接区域和盘绕区,底板3通过卡勾31固定在基座上的卡槽21内,保护盖通过卡勾11固定在基座2上的卡槽22内。卡勾31内藏在保护盖1里面,先将保护盖2拆下,才可以将卡勾31与卡槽21解锁,将基座2从底板3上拆下来。由于基座2上盘绕有大量光纤,非专业人员在将基座2从底板3上拆卸时,很有可能会碰到光纤,很容易损坏光纤。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种光纤终端盒,将基座从底板上拆卸掉时,无需首先拆卸保护盖,因此可以更好地保护基座上盘绕的光纤,避免损坏光纤。

  1. 一种光纤终端盒,其特征在于,包括保护盖(11)、基座(12)和底板(13),所述保护盖(11)包括盖板(110)和设在所述盖板四周的侧壁(111),所述盖板(110)和所述侧壁(111)构成开口箱式结构,所述基座(12)通过第一可拆卸结构固定于所述保护盖(11)的开口箱式结构内,所述基座(12)通过第二可拆卸结构与所述底板(13)固定,所述第二可拆除结构包括凸出于所述基座(12)的底平面设置的第一卡勾(122)以及对应设置于所述底板(13)上的第一卡槽(131),所述第一卡勾(122)与所述第一卡槽(131)卡扣将所述基座(12)固定在所述底板(13)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾(122)包括卡身(1221)和卡尖(1222),所述卡尖(1222)凸出于所述基座(12)的底平面,所述卡身(1221)凸出所述基座(12)的侧壁所在平面,所述保护盖(11)的侧壁上对应设置有凹槽(112),所述凹槽(112)用于放置所述卡身(1221)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸结构包括凹陷部(123)和凸出部(112),所述凹陷部(123)设置在所述基座(12)的侧壁(111)上,所述凸出部(112)对应设置在所述保护盖(11)的侧壁(111)内,所述凸出部(112)与所述凹陷部(123)配合将所述基座(12)与所述保护盖(11)固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸结构还包括第二卡勾(121)和第二卡槽(114),所述第二卡勾(121)设置在所述基座(12)设置有凹陷部(123)的侧壁的相对侧壁上,所述第二卡槽(114)设置在所述保护盖(11)设置有凸出部(112)的侧壁的相对侧壁上,所述第二卡勾(121)与所述第二卡槽(114)通过卡扣将所述基座(12)与所述保护盖(11)固定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述凹陷部(123)为固定孔,所述凸出部(112)为固定柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述固定柱的数量为两个,所述固定孔的数量为两个。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾(122)的数量为两个,所述第一卡槽(131)的数量为两个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述保护盖(11)设置凸出部(112)的侧壁上还设置有适配器通孔(115)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,所述保护盖(11)设置第二卡槽(114)的侧壁上还设置有活动标签板(116)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的光纤终端盒,其特征在于,结构为方形。
