Description

CONTENEDOR MULTIUSOS CON RUEDAS
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a un nuevo contenedor multiusos con ruedas para múltiples aplicaciones, preferentemente para el transporte y distribución de cualquier tipo de productos.
Encuentra especial aplicación en líneas de montaje del sector del automóvil.
PROBLEMA TÉCNICO A RESOLVER Y ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Hoy en día, en la organización de una empresa es necesario un conjunto de medios para llevar a cabo las operaciones de logística, como pueden ser la recogida, almacenamiento, transporte, distribución y suministro de productos o piezas.
En líneas de montaje del sector del automóvil se requiere el uso de este tipo de contenedores, ya que con estos contenedores es posible suministrar una cantidad de productos o piezas desde un área de almacenamiento hasta un área de trabajo. Por ejemplo, una vez suministradas dichas piezas y utilizadas por el operario, el envase que las protegía puede ser retornado en dichos contenedores para su reutilización.
Actualmente se emplean estanterías o líneas de transporte donde los contenedores se desplazan longitudinalmente por las zonas de trabajo gracias a elementos rodantes propios de dichas líneas de transporte.
La presente invención describe sin embargo un contenedor multiusos con ruedas propias de modo que a pesar de llevar incorporadas ruedas, éstas están perfectamente integradas en la estructura del contenedor sin afectar a su capacidad de apilamiento, permitiendo esta característica simplificar la morfología de las líneas de transporte.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un contenedor multiusos con ruedas que comprende una embocadura, una base, dos paredes laterales, dos testeros, un borde inferior rodeando las paredes laterales y los testeros, al menos dos ruedas rígidas acopladas a cada cara externa de las paredes laterales en proximidad al borde inferior de las paredes laterales y a unas esquinas inferiores del contenedor, unos rebajes en la embocadura para encajar una parte inferior de las ruedas de un contenedor apilado encima, donde la base sobresale por debajo de dicho borde inferior, y una tapa para cubrir el contenedor. Preferentemente, cada pared lateral comprende tres ruedas, donde cada rueda está protegida por un faldón protector. Estos faldones protectores comprenden a su vez una cara externa, una cara interna y una abertura circular central para acoplar y retener mediante salto elástico un vástago de un pasador extraíble con la rueda ya insertada. La cara interna de los faldones protectores está separada de la cara externa de la pared lateral, definiendo una ranura donde se inserta por presión una cabeza del pasador extraíble.
Las paredes laterales comprenden unas nervaduras verticales, dispuestas alineadas con los faldones protectores, formando una pieza enteriza, unidas por un extremo a los faldones protectores más próximos a los testeros y por el otro extremo a los rebajes de la embocadura del contenedor.
El contenedor incorpora al menos un faldón protector central que comprende un elemento de refuerzo.
Los testeros comprenden unas nervaduras verticales unidas por un extremo al borde inferior de los testeros y por el otro extremo a la embocadura del contenedor. El contenedor comprende adicionalmente unas extensiones próximas a la embocadura para reforzar la estructura del contenedor.
El contenedor, las ruedas y el pasador extraíble están fabricados de un material plástico. BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
Para completar la descripción y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a esta memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un conjunto de dibujos en dónde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: Figura 1.- Muestra una vista lateral del contenedor donde se observa un corte AA en una de las ruedas de la pared lateral para mostrar en detalle el montaje.

Figura 4.- Muestra una vista de varios contenedores apilados. El segundo contenedor lleva incorporada la tapa y sobre dicha tapa se apoya la base del primer contenedor. El segundo contenedor se apila directamente sobre el tercer contenedor, encajando la parte inferior de las ruedas de este segundo contenedor sobre los rebajes de la embocadura del tercer contenedor. DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA
El contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) de la invención permite recoger, almacenar, transportar, distribuir y suministrar cualquier producto, preferentemente piezas. Las ruedas (10) que lleva incorporadas permiten el empleo del contenedor en las conocidas estanterías o guías (14) dinámicas, con la particularidad de que las ruedas (10) van en el propio contenedor, en lugar de en las estanterías o guías (14), pudiendo utilizar por tanto estanterías o guías (14) constituidas por un simple perfil liso.
Con este nuevo diseño se permite al usuario transportar de forma cómoda el contenedor (1), aplicando el mínimo esfuerzo sobre cualquier parte del contenedor (1). Una vez introducido el producto en el interior del contenedor (1) se puede llevar a cabo el cierre con la correspondiente tapa (6), quedando así el contenedor (1) perfectamente cerrado y el producto en el interior.
El contenedor (1) objeto de la invención comprende una embocadura (2), una base (3), dos paredes laterales (4), dos testeros (5), un borde inferior (7) rodeando las paredes laterales (4) y los testeros (5), y al menos dos ruedas (10) acopladas a cada cara externa de las paredes laterales (4) en proximidad al borde inferior (7) de las paredes laterales (4) y a las esquinas inferiores del contenedor (1), donde la base (3), la cual es preferentemente rectangular, sobresale por debajo de dicho borde inferior (7) ya que como se ha mencionado anteriormente, este tipo de contenedores (1) se utiliza para rodar sobre guías (14) de perfil liso. Adicionalmente comprende una tapa (6) para cubrir el contenedor (1).
Según una realización preferida de la invención, cada pared lateral (4) incorpora tres ruedas (10) donde cada rueda (10) está protegida por un faldón protector (8). Los faldones protectores (8), tal y como se puede observar en la figura 1 , comprenden una cara externa (15), una cara interna (16) y una abertura circular central (9) donde se acopla y retiene, mediante salto elástico, el vástago (12) de un pasador extraíble (1 1) con la rueda (10) ya insertada.
Para permitir el apilamiento de los contenedores (1), el contenedor (1) incluye en la embocadura (2) unos rebajes (20) para encajar la parte inferior de las ruedas (10) de un contenedor (1) apilado encima, tal y como se aprecia en la figura 4. En dicha figura 4 se muestran dos formas distintas de apilamiento, se observa por un lado como el segundo contenedor lleva incorporada la tapa (6) y sobre dicha tapa (6) se apoya la base (3) del primer contenedor, y por otro lado, se observa como el segundo contenedor se apila directamente sobre el tercer contenedor, encajando la parte inferior de las ruedas de este segundo contenedor sobre los rebajes (20) de la embocadura (2) del tercer contenedor.
Las paredes laterales (4) del contenedor (1) comprenden unas nervaduras verticales (19) unidas por un extremo a los faldones protectores (8) más próximos a los testeros (5) y por el otro extremo a los rebajes (20) de la embocadura (2) del contenedor (1) permitiendo aumentar la rigidez de dichos faldones protectores (8) y aumentar la protección de las ruedas (10).
Preferentemente, dichas nervaduras verticales (19) están dispuestas alineadas con los faldones protectores (8), formando una pieza enteriza. Por lo tanto, la anchura de las nervaduras verticales (19) es la misma anchura que la de los faldones protectores (8).
Por otro lado, los testeros (5) comprenden también unas nervaduras verticales (19) unidas por un extremo al borde inferior (7) de los testeros (5) y por el otro extremo a la embocadura (2) del contenedor (1) que permiten reforzar la estructura del contenedor (1).
Adicionalmente, el al menos un faldón protector (8) central comprende un elemento de refuerzo (18). Tanto la cara externa (15) como la cara interna (16) de los faldones protectores (8), se muestran en las figuras 1 y 5, donde se observa cómo la cara interna (16) de los faldones protectores (8) está ligeramente separada de la cara externa de la pared lateral (4), a modo de horquilla, definiendo una pequeña ranura (17) donde se inserta por presión la cabeza (13) del pasador extraíble (11). Gracias a esta pequeña ranura (17) que hace de medio de sujeción de la cabeza (13) del pasador extraíble (1 1), y a la abertura circular central (9) de los faldones protectores (8) que sujetan el vástago (12) del pasador extraíble (1 1), las ruedas (10) quedan firmemente sujetas a la estructura del contenedor (1). Obviamente, otras configuraciones de ruedas pueden ser utilizadas.
Tal y como se ha podido observar, el acople de las ruedas (10) se realiza de manera fácil y sencilla. Además, las ruedas (10) son muy ligeras y rígidas de modo que reducen el peso del contenedor (1).
En caso de rotura de las ruedas (10), el reemplazo también es muy sencillo, basta con desmontar dichas ruedas (10), desacoplándolas mediante presión. Esto da lugar a una reducción de los costes de fabricación. En las figuras 2 y 3 se muestra como los contenedores (1) quedan apoyados sobre las guías (14) de perfil liso.
Preferentemente, el contenedor (1), las ruedas (10) y el pasador extraíble (1 1) están fabricados de un material plástico.
Una serie de extensiones (21) próximas a la embocadura (2) del contenedor (1) ayudan a reforzar la estructura del contenedor (1).
El contenedor (1) tiene varios tamaños, que se adaptan a las dimensiones estándar que habitualmente se utilizan para el transporte de mercancías que son sometidas a paletizado, y puede llevar asas de agarre para facilitar su transporte.
Adicionalmente, las esquinas del contenedor (1) están achaflanadas. La presente invención no debe verse limitada a la forma de realización aquí descrita. Otras configuraciones pueden ser realizadas por los expertos en la materia a la vista de la presente descripción. En consecuencia, el ámbito de la invención queda definido por las siguientes reivindicaciones.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) que comprende una embocadura (2), una base (3), unas paredes laterales (4) y unos testeros (5), caracterizado por que comprende:
- un borde inferior (7) rodeando las paredes laterales (4) y los testeros (5),
- al menos dos ruedas (10) acopladas a cada cara externa de las paredes laterales (4) en proximidad al borde inferior (7) de las paredes laterales (4) y a unas esquinas inferiores del contenedor (1), y
- unos rebajes (20) en la embocadura (2) para encajar una parte inferior de las ruedas (10) de un contenedor (1) apilado encima,
donde la base (3) sobresale por debajo de dicho borde inferior (7).
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que cada pared lateral (4) comprende tres ruedas (10).
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por que cada rueda (10) está protegida por un faldón protector (8).
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por que los faldones protectores (8) comprenden una cara externa (15), una cara interna (16) y una abertura circular central (9) para acoplar y retener un vástago (12) de un pasador extraíble (11) con la rueda (10) insertada.
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado por que el vástago (12) del pasador extraíble (1 1) con la rueda (10) insertada está configurado para acoplarse a la abertura circular central (9) mediante salto elástico.
Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 5, caracterizado por que las paredes laterales (4) comprenden unas nervaduras verticales (19) unidas por un extremo a los faldones protectores (8) más próximos a los testeros (5) y por el otro extremo a los rebajes (20) de la embocadura (2) del contenedor (1).
7. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado por que las nervaduras verticales (19) están dispuestas alineadas con los faldones protectores (8), formando una pieza enteriza.
8. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 7, caracterizado por que comprende al menos un faldón protector (8) central que comprende un elemento de refuerzo (18).
9. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 8, caracterizado por que los testeros (5) comprenden unas nervaduras verticales (19) unidas por un extremo al borde inferior (7) de los testeros (5) y por el otro extremo a la embocadura (2) del contenedor (1).
10. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 9, caracterizado por que la cara interna (16) de los faldones protectores (8) está separada de la cara externa de la pared lateral (4), definiendo una ranura (17) donde se inserta por presión una cabeza (13) del pasador extraíble (11).
1 1. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que comprende dos paredes laterales (4) y dos testeros (5).
12. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que las ruedas (10) son rígidas.
13. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que comprende una tapa (6) para cubrir el contenedor (1).
14. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por que comprende unas extensiones (21) próximas a la embocadura (2) para reforzar la estructura del contenedor (1).
15. Contenedor multiusos con ruedas (1) según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado por que el contenedor (1), las ruedas (10) y el pasador extraíble (1 1) están fabricados de un material plástico.
