会议终端预定方法、会议服务器及会议终端切换系统
本申请要求于2015年4月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510217452.X、发明名称为“会议终端预定方法、会议服务器及会议终端切换系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种会议终端预定方法、一种会议服务器及一种会议终端切换系统。
背景技术
随着通信技术的高速发展,企业和政府部门越来越多地使用基于互联网协议(英文:Internet Protocol,简称:IP)的语音传输(英文:Voice over IP,简称:VOIP)技术的通信系统,使得人们可以跨越地理区域限制,在办公位置便可利用VOIP通信系统方便地接入同一会议。
在人们利用VOIP通信系统进行同一会议过程中,由于网络带宽不足或网络不稳定等原因,会导致用户的会议体验差,例如会议过程中会议终端出现语音、视频、屏幕卡顿等问题。在这种情况下,利用会议终端参加会议的用户不得不退出会议,或者通过语音方式接入会议,无法进行视频会议,严重影响会议效果;或者,会议组织者逐个与网络异常区域内的参加会议的用户沟通,并人为预定网络异常区域内处于空闲态的会议终端资源,召集参加会议的用户移动到人为预定的会议室中共同使用该会议室的会议终端继续会议,此过程中甚至需要会议主讲人暂停会议,严重影响会议进度和效果。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种会议终端预定方法、一种会议服务器及一种会议终端切换系统,用以实现会议过程中会议终端的预定和切换,保证网络异常情况下会议的正常进行。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种会议终端预定方法,包括:
会议服务器获取第一会议终端的用户标识;
会议服务器确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,获取用户标识关联的地理位置信息,并
根据地理位置信息预定用户标识对应的第二会议终端,获取第二会议终端信息;
会议服务器向第一会议终端发送第二会议终端信息。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,会议服务器确定第一会议终端的用户需要 切换会议终端,包括:
会议服务器获取第一会议终端的网络质量信息;

第一会议终端,用于接收会议服务器根据第一会议终端的用户标识发送的用户标识对应的第二会议终端信息;指示第一会议终端的用户从第一会议终端切换至第二会议终端信息对应的第二会议终端。
结合第三方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,会议服务器在确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,具体用于:
获取第一会议终端的网络质量信息;

记录第一会议终端的用户切换至第二会议终端过程中的会议内容,并将会议内容发送给第二会议终端。
本发明实施例中,会议过程中会议服务器获取第一会议终端的用户标识,会议服务器确定第一会议终端的网络异常、不能满足用户使用会议终端正常进行会议时,会议服务器根据第一会议终端的用户的地理位置信息,为用户预定用户所在地理位置附近的待切换的第二会议终端,并指示第一会议终端的用户执行会议终端切换过程,进而保证网络异常情况下会议的正常进行。此外,会议服务器保存用户执行会议终端切换过程中的会议内容,并将保存的会议内容发送至预定的第二会议终端,使得用户切换至第二会议终端后,在继续参加会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明技术方案中,会议过程中会议服务器获取会议终端的用户标识,会议服务器确定会议终端的网络异常、不能满足用户使用会议终端正常进行会议时,会议服务器通过基于位置服务(英文:Locat ion-Based Service,简称:LBS)服务器查询的网络质量异常的会议终端的用户的地理位置信息,通过会议终端管理服务器为网络异常的会议终端的用户预定用户所在地理位置附近的待切换的目标会议终端,并指示用户从当前所在的会议终端切换至预定的目标会议终端,进而保证网络异常情况下会议的正常进行。此外,会议服务器保存用户执行会议终端切换过程中的会议内容,如保存主讲人的语音内容,并将语音内容转换成文字,会议服务器将保存的会议内容发送至预定的目标会议终端,使得用户切换至目标会议终端后,在继续参加会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。
本发明技术方案中会议终端所在的地理位置可以位于不同地理区域,例如图1中的区域1、区域2等。用户切换前的会议终端或用户切换后的目标会议终端可以为单用户会议终端或多用户会议终端,单用户会议终端是指单个用户使用的会议终端,也称为个人会议终端,如个人计算机(英文Personal Computer,简称:PC)、可移动终端(Mobile)、IP话机等,例如:用户利用PC参加会议时,该PC即为该用户的会议终端。多用户会议终端是指多个用户共用的会议终端,通常是指可容纳一定数量用户的会议室,多个用户可利用会议室中的多媒体设备连接会议。
本发明技术方案中涉及的场景通常情况下是指,用户切换前利用单用户会议终端参加会议,同一地理区域范围内的多个用户的会议终端均出现网络异常后,会议服务器为同一地理区域范围内的多个用户预定该地理区域范围内可容纳多个用户的目标会议终端,用户执行会议终端切换后,用户利用目标会议终端参加会议,进而保证网络异常情况下会议的正常进行。
下面通过实施例详细介绍本发明实施例提供的一种获取业务流的转发路径信息的装置及方法,以下实施例的序号仅代表实施例的先后顺序,并不代表实施例的优劣。
实施例一
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种会议终端预定方法,包括:
S201、会议服务器获取第一会议终端的用户标识;
S202、会议服务器确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,获取用户标识关联的地理位置信息,并
根据地理位置信息预定用户标识对应的第二会议终端,获取第二会议终端信息;
S203、会议服务器向第一会议终端发送第二会议终端信息。
本实施例中,第二会议终端即为第一会议终端的用户切换后用于用户继续参加会议的目标会议终端。
本实施例中,会议服务器根据获取的第一会议终端的网络质量信息确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端。具体的,可以有如下两种实现方式:
第一种实现方式,会议服务器在第一会议终端的网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值时,确 定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端。
第二种实现方式,会议服务器在第一会议终端的网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值,且第一会议终端所在地理位置的预设距离范围内满足网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值的会议终端数量大于或等于第二预设阈值时,会议服务器确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端。
需要说明的是,本实施例中还可以通过其他方式确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端,例如第一会议终端自行检测网络质量情况然后判断用户是否需要切换会议终端;或者,通过第三方对第一会议终端的网络质量进行检测,然后第三方判断第一会议终端的用户是否需要切换会议终端。
在上述两种实现方式中,可选的,会议服务器向第一会议终端发送网络质量监控信息,监控信息用于指示第一会议终端向会议服务器发送网络质量信息。然后,第一会议终端根据网络质量监控信息向会议服务器上报网络质量信息。
可选的,网络质量信息至少包括以下一种信息:电平、噪声、回声、丢包率、抖动、平均意见值(英文:Mean Opinion Score,简称:MOS)以及时延,但不限于此,其中,MOS是用于衡量通信系统语音质量的指标。
可选的,网络质量监控信息至少包括以下一种信息:网络质量信息的上报阈值、网络质量信息的上报周期以及服务质量(英文:Quality of Service,简称:QOS)监控开关,但不限于此。
例如,网络质量监控信息包括网络质量信息的上报阈值、网络质量信息包括噪声时,第一会议终端确定用户的噪声满足上报阈值时,第一会议终端向会议服务器上报的网络质量信息。
本实施例中,会议服务器确定第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端后,获取第一会议终端的用户标识关联的地理位置信息,会议服务器将携带有用户标识关联的地理位置信息的预定会议终端请求消息发送给会议终端管理服务器;会议终端管理服务器预定用户标识对应的第二会议终端,第二会议终端作为第一会议终端的用户的待切换会议终端,会议终端管理服务器将第二会议终端信息发送给会议服务器,会议终端管理服务器预定的第二会议终端所在的地理位置与用户标识关联的地理位置在预设距离范围内,以使第一会议终端的用户方便移动到第二会议终端继续参加会议。
本实施例中,会议服务器可以通过LBS服务器查询获得用户标识关联的地理位置信息,LBS服务器预先保存参加会议的所有会议终端的用户标识与地理位置信息的关联信息;或者,会议服务器通过第一会议终端上报地理位置信息的形式,获取第一会议终端的用户标识关联的地理位置信息。
可选的,第二会议终端信息包括目标会议终端的互联网协议IP地址、目标会议终端的电话号码和目标会议终端所在的地理位置等,但不限于此。
LBS服务器预先保存有每个参加会议的会议终端的用户标识与用户的地理位置信息的关 联信息。可选的,每个参加会议的用户首次登陆会议终端参加会议时,会议终端向LBS服务器上报用户的用户标识和用户标识对应的地理位置信息,该地理位置信息用于指示用户所在的地理位置,LBS服务器将接收的用户标识与用户标识对应的位置信息关联并保存。例如,用户将个人计算机(英文Personal Computer:简称:PC)作为会议终端、或将移动终端Mobile作为会议终端时,会议终端通过UC服务器向LBS服务器上报的用户的地理位置信息;用户将因特网协议电话(IP Phone)作为会议终端,IP Phone将交换机的媒体接入控制(Media Access Control,MAC)IP上报给UC浏览器,UC浏览器根据接收的MAC IP查询该用户的地理位置信息,然后再向LBS服务器上报查询的地理位置信息。
本实施例中,会议服务器记录第一会议终端的用户切换至第二会议终端过程中的会议内容,并将会议内容发送给第二会议终端,使得用户切换至第二会议终端后,在继续参加会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。
可选的,会议服务器向第一会议终端发送第二会议终端信息之后,第一会议终端向会议服务器发送会议终端切换响应消息,该响应消息用于指示第一会议终端的用户执行会议终端切换过程中会议正常进行。会议服务器根据该会议终端切换响应消息可以得知,会议过程中只有部分用户从当前会议终端切换至目标会议终端,在部分用户执行会议终端切换的过程中会议没有被中断仍在正常进行。此时,会议服务器保存用户在会议终端切换过程中的会议内容,如保存主讲人的语音内容,并将语音内容转换成文字,会议服务器将保存的会议内容发送至预定的目标会议终端,使得执行会议终端切换的用户在切换至目标会议终端后,利用目标会议终端继续参与会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。
下面通过会议服务器与会议终端等之间的交互过程,详细说明本发明实施例提供了一种会议终端预定方法。
下述内容中,会议终端即为第一会议终端,目标会议终端即为第一会议终端的用户切换后的第二会议终端。
如图3所示,针对参加会议的每个用户的会议终端,LBS服务器预先保存会议终端上报的用户标识与用户的地理位置信息的关联信息的方法流程如下:
S301、用户首次登陆会议终端参加会议时,会议终端确定用户的用户标识和用户标识对应的地理位置信息。
用户的用户标识可以为用户的账号信息,用户的地理位置信息用于指示用户所在的地理位置。
S302、会议终端向LBS服务器上报用户的用户标识和用户标识对应的地理位置信息。
例如,用户将PC作为会议终端时,会议终端通过UC服务器向LBS服务器上报的用户的地理位置信息;
用户将Mobile作为会议终端时,Mobile利用全球定位系统(英文:Global Positioning Systems,简称:GPS)定位确定用户所在的地理位置,然后将用户的用户账号信息和定位的 地理位置信息通过UC服务器发送给LBS服务器;
用户将IP Phone作为会议终端时,IP Phone将交换机的MAC IP上报给UC浏览器,UC浏览器根据接收的MAC IP查询该用户的地理位置信息,然后再向LBS服务器上报查询的地理位置信息。
S303、LBS服务器将接收的每个用户的用户标识和地理位置信息进行关联并保存。
这样,会议服务器可以通过LBS服务器保存的用户标识与位置信息的关联信息查询某个用户标识对应的地理位置信息。管理员可以对LBS服务器上保存的用户标识与位置信息的关联信息进行维护更新。
如图4所示,针对参加会议的每个用户的会议终端,会议终端向会议服务器上报会议终端的网络质量信息的方法流程如下:
S401、会议服务器配置网络质量监控信息。
管理员可以在会议服务器上具体设置网络质量监控信息,网络质量监控信息用于指示会议终端向会议服务器上报会议终端的网络质量信息。网络质量信息至少包括以下一种信息:电平、噪声、回声、丢包率、抖动、MOS以及时延,但不限于此,其中,MOS是用于衡量通信系统语音质量的指标。网络质量监控信息可以包括网络质量信息的上报阈值、网络质量信息的上报周期以及服务质量QOS监控开关等,但不限于此。其中,服务质量QOS监控开关用于指示会议终端是否需要向会议服务器上报网络质量信息,当服务质量QOS监控开关为关闭时,会议终端不需要监控网络质量信息并向会议服务器上报。
S402、会议终端向会议服务器发送参加会议请求消息,该请求消息携带用户的用户标识。
可选的,用户通过点击会议终端上的URL链接或拨号等方式向会议服务器发送参加会议请求消息,以便将会议终端与当前会议进行连接,用户利用会议终端参加会议;用户的会议终端也可以通过接收会议服务器的会议邀请消息的方式加入会议。
S403、会议服务器将配置的网络质量监控信息发送给会议终端。
可选的,会议服务器通过参加会议响应消息将网络质量监控信息发送给会议终端。
若此处会议服务器需要获取用户的地理位置信息,则会议服务器通过LBS服务器查询用户标识关联的地理位置信息。
S404、会议终端根据接收的网络质量监控信息向会议服务器上报会议终端的网络质量信息。
网络质量信息用于衡量会议终端的网络质量,网络质量信息可以包括电平、噪声、回声、丢包率、抖动、用于衡量通信系统语音质量的MOS以及时延等信息,但不限于与此。
如图5所示,会议服务器预定用户待切换的目标会议终端的方法流程如下:
S501、至少一个会议终端向会议服务器发送用户标识,和与至少一个会议终端一一对应的会议终端的网络质量信息。
S502、会议服务器根据接收的网络质量信息,确定至少一个会议终端的用户需要切换会 议终端。
具体的,针对至少一个会议终端中每个会议终端的网络质量信息,会议服务器在网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值时,确定网络质量信息对应的会议终端的网络质量不合格,即该会议终端的网络异常,该会议终端不能满足用户正常进行会议;会议服务器统计至少一个会议终端中网络质量不合格的会议终端数量;当统计的会议终端数量大于或等于第二预设阈值时,会议服务器判定至少一个会议终端的用户中每个用户均需要切换会议终端。
此过程中,若由于至少一个会议终端的用户中每个用户所在的地理位置之间距离较远,用户切换至同一个目标会议终端不容易实现时,会议服务器可以根据用户所在的地理位置将用户划分成不同地理区域范围,判断在同一地理区域范围内的用户当前会议终端的网络质量是否异常,是否需要切换会议终端,会议服务器通过LBS服务器查询用户所在的地理位置。
具体的,会议服务器统计同一地理区域范围内网络质量不合格的会议终端数量,若同一地理区域范围内网络质量不合格的会议终端数量大于或等于第二预设阈值时,会议服务器通过会议终端管理服务器为该地理区域范围内网络质量不合格的用户预定目标会议终端,该目标会议终端在该地理区域范围内,以便用户移动到该目标会议终端所在地,并利用该目标会议终端继续参与会议。
S503、会议服务器向会议终端管理服务器发送预定会议室请求消息,请求消息包括用户标识关联的地理位置信息。
用户标识关联的地理位置信息是会议服务器通过LBS服务器查询得到的。会议服务器可以通过调用会议终端管理服务器接口,向会议终端管理服务器发送预定会议室请求消息,该请求消息除携带用户标识关联的地理位置信息,还可以携带用户标识。
可选的,若会议服务器根据用户所在的地理位置将用户划分成不同地理区域范围,当会议服务器通过S502中的方法确定某一地理区域范围内的用户需要切换会议终端时,会议服务器发送的预定会议室请求消息携带该地理区域的位置信息。
S504、会议终端管理服务器根据接收的用户标识关联的地理位置信息预定该用户标识对应的目标会议终端,并获取目标会议终端信息。
目标会议终端所在的地理位置与用户标识关联的地理位置在预设距离范围内。目标会议终端信息至少包括以下一种信息:目标会议终端的互联网协议IP地址、目标会议终端的电话号码和目标会议终端所在的地理位置,但不限于此。
S505、会议终端管理服务器向会议服务器发送目标会议终端信息。
可选的,会议终端管理服务器向会议服务器发送的会议室预定响应消息中携带目标会议终端信息。
可选的,会议服务器接收到目标会议终端信息后,将目标会议终端信息与正在进行的会议进行关联。
S506、会议服务器向会议终端发送目标会议终端信息。
会议终端接收到目标会议终端信息后,指示用户切换至目标会议终端信息对应的目标会议终端。
如图6所示,针对接收目标会议终端信息的会议终端中的每个会议终端,会议终端根据目标会议终端信息指示用户执行会议终端切换过程如下:
S601、会议服务器向会议终端发送目标会议终端信息。
接收目标会议终端信息的会议终端可以仅限于当前网络异常的会议终端,目标会议终端所在的地理位置与网络异常的会议终端的用户所在的地理位置在预设距离范围内。
S602、会议终端指示用户切换至目标会议终端信息对应的目标会议终端。
可选的,会议终端还可以用户需要切换会议终端的原因等信息,例如,通知用户由于当前会议终端的网络异常、或者会议语音效果不佳等原因无法正常进行会议,提示用户从当前会议终端切换至目标会议终端信息对应的目标会议终端。
被通知切换会议终端的用户离开当前会议终端,移动到目标会议终端继续进行会议。若用户离开会议终端时没有断开该会议终端与当前会议的连接,会议服务器向用户离开的会议终端发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户断开该会议终端与当前会议的连接,会议服务器多次提示仍没有断开连接,则会议服务器断开会议终端与当前会议的连接。可选的,会议服务器断开会议终端与当前会议的连接后,通过短消息等方式通知用户。
S603、目标会议终端向会议服务器发送加入当前会议请求消息。
会议管理员或移动到目标会议终端的用户开启目标会议终端,目标会议终端的多媒体会议客户端(Web Client)连接会议服务器加入当前会议,多媒体会议客户端向会议服务器主动上报目标会议终端的IP。
S604、会议服务器向目标会议终端发送加入当前会议响应消息。
会议服务器可以根据参加会议的用户的会议终端信息确定目标会议终端的参加会议资格。若参加会议的用户的会议终端信息中没有记录目标会议终端的相关信息,则禁止目标会议终端加入当前会议。

S605、会议服务器主动邀请目标会议终端加入当前会议。

会议终端切换通知信息用于通知会议主讲人或管理员部分参加会议的用户正在执行会议终端切换过程,以便会议主讲人或管理员选择在会议终端切换过程中继续会议或者暂停会议。 继续会议是指在会议终端切换过程中当前会议正常进行;暂停会议是指在会议终端切换过程中暂停当前会议,待目标会议终端连接到当前会议后再继续当前会议。
会议主讲人或管理员选择继续会议:
S702、会议主讲人或管理员的会议终端通知会议服务器选择继续会议。
S703、会议服务器保存会议终端切换过程中的会议内容。
S704、会议服务器将保存的会议内容发送至目标会议终端。
例如:会议服务器保存主讲人的语音内容,并将语音内容转换成文字,以便会议服务器将保存的会议内容发送至预定的目标会议终端,使得执行会议终端切换的用户在切换至目标会议终端后,能够利用目标会议终端继续参与会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。
或者,会议主讲人或管理员选择暂停会议:
S705、会议主讲人或管理员的会议终端通知会议服务器选择暂停会议。
S706、会议服务器向全部参加会议的用户的会议终端发送暂停会议的通知消息。
可选的,会议服务器向全部参加会议的用户的会议终端发送的通知消息还可以携带暂停会议的原因。
S707、会议服务器确定目标会议终端成功连接会议后,向全部参加会议的用户的会议终端发送继续会议的通知消息。
若除部分参加会议的用户的会议终端网络异常外,会议服务器根据会议主讲人的会议终端的网络质量信息,确定会议主讲人的会议终端存在网络异常问题时,会议主讲人或管理员可以选择暂停会议,以便安排维修人员处理网络异常问题。
本发明实施例一中,会议过程中会议服务器获取会议终端的用户标识,会议服务器确定会议终端的网络异常、不能满足用户使用会议终端正常进行会议时,会议服务器根据会议终端的用户标识关联的地理位置信息,为用户预定用户所在地理位置附近的待切换的目标会议终端,并指示会议终端的用户执行会议终端切换过程,进而保证网络异常情况下会议的正常进行。此外,会议服务器保存用户执行会议终端切换过程中的会议内容,并将保存的会议内容发送至预定的目标会议终端,使得用户切换至目标会议终端后,在继续参加会议的同时了解会议终端切换过程中遗漏的会议内容。

  1. 一种会议终端预定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    会议服务器获取第一会议终端的用户标识;
    所述会议服务器确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,获取所述用户标识关联的地理位置信息,并
    根据所述地理位置信息预定所述用户标识对应的第二会议终端,获取所述第二会议终端信息;
    所述会议服务器向所述第一会议终端发送所述第二会议终端信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述会议服务器确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端,包括:
    所述会议服务器获取所述第一会议终端的网络质量信息;
    所述会议服务器在所述网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值时,确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端;或者,所述会议服务器在所述网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值,且所述第一会议终端所在地理位置的预设距离范围内满足网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值的会议终端数量大于或等于第二预设阈值时,所述会议服务器确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端。

    收发模块,用于获取第一会议终端的用户标识;
    处理模块,用于确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端;

    通过所述会议终端管理服务器预定所述用户标识对应的目标会议终端,并接收所述会议终端管理服务器发送的所述第二会议终端信息,所述第二会议终端所在的地理位置与所述用户标识关联的地理位置信息对应的地理位置在预设距离范围内。

    存储模块,用于保存所述第一会议终端的用户切换至所述第二会议终端过程中的会议内容;

  9. 一种会议终端切换系统,其特征在于,所述会议终端切换系统包括会议服务器和第一会议终端;
    所述会议服务器,用于获取所述第一会议终端的用户标识;确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,获取所述用户标识关联的地理位置信息,并根据所述地理位置信息预定所述用户标识对应的第二会议终端,获取所述第二会议终端信息;向所述第一会议终端发送所述第二会议终端信息;
    所述第一会议终端,用于接收所述会议服务器根据所述第一会议终端的用户标识发送的所述用户标识对应的第二会议终端信息;指示所述第一会议终端的用户从所述第一会议终端切换至所述第二会议终端信息对应的第二会议终端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的会议终端切换系统,其特征在于,所述会议服务器在确定所述 第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端时,具体用于:
    获取所述第一会议终端的网络质量信息;
    在所述网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值时,确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端;或者,在所述网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值,且所述第一会议终端所在地理位置的预设距离范围内满足网络质量信息低于第一预设阈值的会议终端数量大于或等于第二预设阈值时,所述会议服务器确定所述第一会议终端的用户需要切换会议终端。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的会议终端切换系统,其特征在于,所述会议服务器在根据所述地理位置信息预定所述用户标识对应的第二会议终端,获取所述第二会议终端信息时,具体用于:
    向会议终端管理服务器发送预定会议终端请求消息,所述请求消息包括所述用户标识关联的地理位置信息;
    通过所述会议终端管理服务器预定所述用户标识对应的目标会议终端,并接收所述会议终端管理服务器发送的所述第二会议终端信息,所述第二会议终端所在的地理位置与所述用户标识关联的地理位置信息对应的地理位置在预设距离范围内。
