公共陆地移动网络(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network),由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网路通常与公众交换电话网互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。
公共陆地移动网络的标识通常是一串数字码,例如中国移动的PLMN的网络标识为46000,中国联通的PLMN的网络标识为46001,用户可通过各个运营商提供的移动网络可以进行方便快捷的通信。随着人们生活水平的提高,携带通信终端设备出国旅游或出差办事的用户也越来越多,当用户进行漫游通信(如国际漫游通信)时,其移动通信终端(如手机)等需要重新找网,以获取公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。
当移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地(例如移动通信终端从归属国漫游至拜访国),移动通信终端需要接入当前归属地的公共陆地移动网络PLMN,然而,目前经常发生的情况是移动通信终端从某归属地移动到拜访地,移动通信终端经常需要很长的时间(有时候甚至可能需要等待几十分钟以上)才可成功接入当前拜访地的公共陆地移动网络,这极大的影响用户通信体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端,移动通信终端在开始找网之前,可以提前将与归属网络运营商签约的 拜访地运营商的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN写入等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表。当以已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN在拜访地进行找网时,因搜索的RPLMN与VPLMN等效,而使得移动通信终端可以驻留到该小区,并尝试发起找网注册过程,能够减少移动通信终端搜索网络过程中的搜索时长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例第一方面公开了一种网络接入方法,包括:
在移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。

存储器,存储程序代码;以及
处理器,用于调用所述程序代码以执行以下操作:
在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
本发明实施例第三方面公开了一种计算机可读存储媒介,存储程序代码,所述程序代码可运行于一移动通信终端中,以用于:
在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地 PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
本发明实施例的技术方案中,不仅将移动通信终端归属的PLMN的网络标识添加到等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表,并且还将获取到的与移动通信终端归属的PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识也添加到EPLMN列表,其中,EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的各PLMN之间被移动通信终端在一定程度上视为等效,因此,如果根据所述EPLMN列表进行所述移动通信终端的网络接入,那么由于EPLMN列表中存储了与移动通信终端归属的PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的一些拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识,因此,当所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到某拜访地,所述移动通信终端在移动到的当前拜访地进行网络搜索,那么网络搜索命中EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的某个PLMN的可能性将极大提高,因此,所述移动通信终端在当前拜访地接入网络的效率可能极大提高,这就有利于极大的缩短用户通信等待时长(理想状态下移动通信终端可能只需要几秒就可以完成网络接入),进而有利于极大的提高用户通信体验。

PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络),由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网路通常与公众交换电话网(PSTN)互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。PLMN=MCC+MNC,例如中国移动的PLMN为46000、46002、46007、46008,中国联通的PLMN为46001、46006、46009。PLMN是一个无线通讯系统,趋向于面向陆地上的例如交通工具或步行中的移动用户。然而,移动和便携的因特网用户也越来越普及。一个理想的公共陆地移动网络PLMN系统提供给移动和便携用户和固定网络相当的服务,这在地形比较复杂的区域是一个特殊的挑战,因为基站会难以被找到和维持。在都市的环境中有很多的障碍,像是建筑物,和各种射频都能引起杂音和干扰的辐射。
RPLMN(Registered PLMN已登记PLMN):已登记PLMN。是移动通信终端在上次关机或脱网前登记上的PLMN。在3GPP 2003年第TSG TP-21次会议上决定,将该参数从USIM卡上删掉,而将其保存在终端的内存中。
EPLMN(Equivalent PLMN等效PLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的PLMN,其优先级相同。
EHPLMN(Equivalent Home PLMN等效归属PLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的本地PLMN。其实:EHPLMN和EPLMN就好比是中移动的新建的158网络,而PLMN就好比是原来的135~139网络。
HPLMN(Home PLMN归属PLMN):为移动通信终端用户归属的PLMN。也就是说,移动通信终端USIM卡上的IMSI号中包含的MCC和MNC与HPLMN上的MCC和MNC是一致的,对于某一用户来说,其归属的PLMN只有一个。
VPLMN(Visited PLMN拜访地PLMN):为移动通信终端用户访问拜访地的PLMN。其PLMN和存在SIM卡中的IMSI的MCC,MNC是不完全相同的。当移动通信终端丢失覆盖后,一个VPLMN将被选择。
移动通信终端包含但不限于手机、手表、平板电脑等具有通信功能的终端。
参见图1,是本发明实施例提供的网络接入方法的一种实施方式的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤S102:从归属地移动到拜访地的移动通信终端在所述拜访地搜索网络。
具体地,移动通信终端可以是手机,当用户携带有移动通信终端进行出国旅行、出差等时,移动通信终端网络将处于国际漫游阶段,其中拜访地与归属地属于不同的国家,归属地可以为中国,拜访地可以为美国、韩国等。例如,用户携带手机从中国到达美国时,归属地为中国,拜访地为美国,手机网络将处于国际漫游阶段。
例如,当用户携带手机到达拜访地美国进行第一次开机时,手机可以在美国进行网络搜索。
步骤S104:若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,移动通信终端到达拜访地之后,可以接收用户输入的开机指令或者关闭当前飞行模式的指令,移动通信终端开机后或者关闭当前飞行模式之后,开始进行网络搜索。移动通信终端可以根据网络列表中的网络标识进行网络搜索。移动通信终端扫描可以获取基站广播的VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动 网络的网络标识;移动通信终端可以将上述扫描获取到的网络标识与上述EPLMN列表中的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识进行匹配。
进一步地,手机可以读取存储的网络列表,并可以获取网络列表中的拜访地PLMN的网络标识。EPLMN列表的展示示意图可以如图2所示,其中,EPLMN(Equivalent Public Land Mobile Network,等效PLMN)是与用户终端当前所选择的PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)处于同等地位的公共陆地移动网络,其优先级相同。EPLMN主要解决共享网络与原网络的用户驻留和漫游策略。运营商可以配置等效的PLMN网络,这些网络之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。从业务的角度,它使得不同运营商的网络资源之间,或者同一运营商定义的不同PLMN之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。本发明实施例中,网络标识可以包括网络号段,如中国移动包含四个号段,分别为46000、46002、46007以及46008;中国联通包含三个号段,分别为46001、46006以及46009。所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的HPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识;或者,所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的EHPLMN等效归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识;或者所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的HPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识、EHPLMN等效归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。所述预先添加的VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识与终端在上次关机或脱网前登记上的RPLMN等效,其优先级相同。
当移动通信终端搜索到小区基站发送的VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识与EPLMN网络列表中的任意一个网络标识相匹配时,移动通信终端可以发起网络注册,并建立与拜访地网络之间的通信连接。
参见图3,是本发明实施例提供的网络接入方法的另一种实施方式的流程示意图,该方法包括:
步骤S302:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,移动通信终端可以是手机,当用户携带移动通信终端进行出国旅 行、出差等时,移动通信终端网络将处于国际漫游阶段,其中拜访地与归属地属于不同的国家,归属地可以为中国,拜访地可以为美国、韩国等。例如,用户携带手机从中国到达美国时,归属地为中国,拜访地为美国,手机网络将处于国际漫游阶段。手机在到达拜访地开机找网之前,可以预先添加VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识至网络列表,可以通过用户手动添加,也可以通过蓝牙传输添加,也可以是运营商主动添加,也可以是手机在出厂前,手机供应商主动添加VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识至EPLMN网络列表。例如,当归属地为美国时,可以手动添加美国所属网络的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识至EPLMN网络列表。EPLMN网络列表可以包括预先添加的HPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识(和/或EHPLMN等效归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识),
步骤S304:从归属地移动到拜访地的移动通信终端在所述拜访地搜索网络。
具体地,移动通信终端可以是手机,当用户携带移动通信终端进行出国旅行、出差等时,移动通信终端网络将处于国际漫游阶段,当到达拜访地之后,移动通信终端可以在所述拜访地搜索网络。
例如,当用户携带手机从归属地中国到达拜访地美国并进行第一次开机时,手机可以在美国进行网络搜索。
步骤S306:若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块(SIM卡)所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。

连网模块504,用于在所述搜索模块502在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN时,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接。其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。移动通信终端到达拜访地之后,可以接收用户输入的开机指令或者关闭当前飞行模式的指令,移动通信终端开机后或者关闭当前飞行模式之后,开始进行网络搜索。移动通信终端可以根据网络列表中的网络标识进行网络搜索。移动通信终端扫描可以获取基站广播的VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识;移动通信终端可以将上述扫描获取到的网络标识与上述EPLMN列表中的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识进行匹配。

参见图5,是本发明实施例提供的移动通信终端的另一种实施方式的结构示意图,其中,如图5所示,该移动通信终端50可以包括搜索模块502、连网模块504之外,还可以包括:第一获取模块501、第二获取模块503、第三获取模块505及添加模块507。
第一获取模块501,用于在添加模块507向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
第二获取模块503,用于在添加模块507向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
第三获取模块505,用于在添加模块507向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,接收用户输入的所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
添加模块507,用于在所述搜索模块502在所述移动通信终端的拜访地搜索网络之前,向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
再进一步地,请参阅图6,图6是本发明实施例提供的网络接入装置的一种实施方式的结构示意图,其中,如图6所示,该移动通信终端200可以包括: 发送装置2001、至少一个通讯总线2002、至少一个处理器2003(例如CPU)、接收装置2004、存储器2005及至少一个网络接口2006。其中,通信总线2002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,网络接口2006可选的可以包括标准的无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口、红外接口等)。存储器2005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器,存储器2005可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器2003的存储系统;作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器2005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块、网络接入程序。
在图6所示的移动通信终端200中,网络接口2006主要用于接收拜访地PLMN的网络标识;而处理器2003可以用于调用存储器2005中存储的找网程序,并执行以下操作:
在移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。

综上所述,通过实施本发明实施例,提供一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端,本发明实施例的技术方案中,本发明实施例的技术方案中,不仅将移动通信终端归属的PLMN的网络标识添加到等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表,并且还将获取到的与移动通信终端归属的PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识也添加到EPLMN列表,其中,EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的各PLMN之间被移动通信终端在一定程度上视为等效,因此,如果根据所述EPLMN列表进行所述移动通信终端的网络接入,那么由于EPLMN列表中存储了与移动通信终端归属的PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的一些拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识,因此,当所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到某拜访地,所述移动通信终端在移动到的当前拜访地进行网络搜索,那么网络搜索命中EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的某个PLMN的可能性将极大提高,因此,所述移动通信终端在当前拜访地接入网络的效率可能极大提高,这就有利于极大的缩短用户通信等待时长(理想状态下移动通信终端可能只需要几秒就可以完成网络接入),进而有利于极大的提高用户通信体验。
本发明所有实施例中的模块或子模块,可以通过通用集成电路,例如CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器),或通过ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,专用集成电路)来实现。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例终端中的单元可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种网络接入方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
    若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络之前还包括:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:通过网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:接收用户输入的所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  8. 一种移动通信终端,包括:
    存储器,存储程序代码;以及
    处理器,用于调用所述程序代码以执行以下操作:
    在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
    若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码以在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络之前还包括:执行所述程序代码以向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,执行所述程序 代码向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:执行所述程序代码以通过网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:执行所述程序代码以通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:执行所述程序代码以接收用户输入的所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储媒介,存储程序代码,所述程序代码可运行于一移动通信终端中,以用于:
    在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络;
    若在所述拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别模块所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储媒介,其特征在于,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储媒介,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储媒介,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码以在所述移动通信终端从归属地移动到拜访地时在所述拜访地搜索网络之前还包括:执行所述程序代码以向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储媒介,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:执行所述程序代码以通过网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储媒介,其特征在于,执行所述程序代码向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:执行所述程序代码以通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
