PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络),由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。
RPLMN(Registered PLMN已登记PLMN):已登记PLMN。是移动通信终端在上次关机或脱网前登记上的PLMN。在3GPP 2003年第TSG TP-21次会议上决定,将该参数从USIM卡上删掉,而将其保存在终端的内存中。
EPLMN(Equivalent PLMN等效PLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的PLMN,其优先级相同。
EHPLMN(Equivalent Home PLMN等效归属地PLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的本地PLMN。其实:EHPLMN和EPLMN就好比是中移动的新建的158网络,而PLMN就好比是原来的135~139网络。
HPLMN(Home PLMN归属地PLMN):为移动通信终端用户归属的PLMN。也就是说,移动通信终端USIM卡上的IMSI号中包含的MCC和MNC与HPLMN上的MCC和MNC是一致的,对于某一用户来说,其归属的PLMN只有一个。
VPLMN(Visited PLMN拜访地PLMN):为移动通信终端用户访问拜访地的PLMN。其PLMN和存在SIM卡中的IMSI的MCC,MNC是不完全相同的。当移动通信终端丢失覆盖后,一个VPLMN将被选择。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的移动通信终端包括但不限于可以运行用户身份识别卡的智能手机、平板电脑、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手环、智能穿戴设备、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)膝上型便携计算机等移动通信设备。
图1是本发明实施例中的一种网络接入方法的流程示意图,下面将结合附图1对本发明实施例中的一种网络接入方法进行详细介绍,如图1所示,本实施例中的一种网络接入方法可以包括以下步骤S101-步骤S102。
步骤S101:从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地的移动通信终端在所述第二拜访地搜索网络。
具体地,移动通信终端在进行国际漫游时,从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地,并在第二拜访地搜索网络。首先,移动通信终端根据已经设定的优先级首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网RPLMN(Registered PLMN)即第一拜访地的PLMN,然后才选择搜索等效公共陆地移动网EPLMN或归属地公共陆地移动网HPLMN(Home PLMN),当用户从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地,或者从第二拜访地返回到第一拜访地时,移动通信终端无法判断用户当前是否处于第一拜访地或者第二拜访地,因而会继续搜索已登记公共陆地移动网RPLMN,若没有搜索到RPLMN的网络,则会继续查找等效公共陆地移动网EPLMN列表中相匹配的拜访地网络。需要说明的是,第一拜访地和第二拜访地均属于拜访地,且归属地、第一拜访地和第二拜访地中的任意两个属于不同国家或不同行政区。可以理解的是,第一、第二仅仅用于区分拜访地,不用于具体限定拜访地,可视为行程当中的除归属地以外的出发地和目的地。
步骤S102:若在所述第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接;其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,若在第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立移动通信终端与该相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接。其中,EPLMN列表中包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与该移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述 移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。当EPLMN列表中存储有第一拜访地PLMN的网络标识和第二拜访地PLMN的网络标识时,即在EPLMN列表中将第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地PLMN进行了等效处理,当移动通信终端从第一拜访地到达第二拜访地时,移动通信终端优先搜索RPLMN时,由于第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地VPLMN是等效的,因而移动通信设备可以快速驻留到第二拜访地,即搜网注册成功。
进一步地,EPLMN列表中还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,即可以在EPLMN列表中同时存储归属地PLMN的网络标识和等效归属地PLMN的网络标识,并添加多个拜访地PLMN的网络标识以及对应的等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,在此情况下,移动通信终端便可以通过EPLMN中的多个拜访地PLMN进行多个拜访地之间的漫游并快速搜网注册成功。
具体应用场景中,移动通信终端在拜访地A第一次开机将通过扫频搜索获得的拜访地小区A的PLMN信息与EPLMN列表中提前存储的PLMN进行比较匹配,如果移动通信终端请求的PLMN与该小区的PLMN都存在于EPLMN列表当中,则尝试驻留该小区,并发起注册过程。由于EPLMN列表中的多个EPLMN信息包括了拜访地VPLMN、RPLMN和HPLMN等,且多个PLMN均处于同一优先级,所以移动通信设备在进行网络搜索时,会将首先搜索成功的网络作为移动通信终端进行网络注册操作的网络,移动通信终端建立与该网络之间的通信连接,即搜网注册成功。

图2是本发明实施例中的另一种网络接入方法的流程示意图,下面将结合附图2对本发明实施例中的另一种网络接入方法进行详细介绍,如图2所示,本发明实施例中的另一种网络接入方法可以包括以下步骤S201-步骤S203。
步骤S201:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,在移动通信终端出厂之前或者使用之前或者到达拜访地之前,将移动通信终端附带的SIM卡所属的归属地PLMN、等效的归属地PLMN和与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识添加到EPLMN列表中进行等效。可以理解的是,可以只添加需要到达的拜访地PLMN的网络标识,也可以添加所有与所述归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。即可以根据用户的实际需求做不同的拜访地PLMN的网络标识的添加,本发明不作具体限定。
步骤S202:从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地的移动通信终端在所述第二拜访地搜索网络。
具体地,移动通信终端在进行国际漫游时,从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地,并在第二拜访地搜索网络。首先,移动通信终端根据已经设定的优先级首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网RPLMN(Registered PLMN)即第一拜访地的PLMN,然后才选择搜索等效公共陆地移动网EPLMN或归属地公共陆地移动网HPLMN(Home PLMN),当用户从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地,或者从第二拜访地返回到第一拜访地时,移动通信终端无法判断用户当前是否处于第一拜访地或者第二拜访地,因而会继续搜索已登记公共陆地移动网RPLMN,若没有搜索到RPLMN的网络,则会继续查找等效公共陆地移动网EPLMN列 表中相匹配的拜访地网络。需要说明的是,第一拜访地和第二拜访地均属于拜访地,且归属地、第一拜访地和第二拜访地中的任意两个属于不同国家或不同行政区。可以理解的是,第一、第二仅仅用于区分拜访地,不用于具体限定拜访地,可视为行程当中的除归属地以外的出发地和目的地。
步骤S203:若在所述第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接;其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,若在第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立移动通信终端与该相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接。其中,EPLMN列表中包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与该移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。当EPLMN列表中存储有第一拜访地PLMN的网络标识和第二拜访地PLMN的网络标识时,即在EPLMN列表中将第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地PLMN进行了等效处理,当移动通信终端从第一拜访地到达第二拜访地时,移动通信终端优先搜索RPLMN时,由于第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地VPLMN是等效的,因而移动通信设备可以快速驻留到第二拜访地,即搜网注册成功。
进一步地,EPLMN列表中还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,即可以在EPLMN列表中同时存储归属地PLMN的网络标识和等效归属地PLMN的网络标识,并添加多个拜访地PLMN的网络标识以及对应的等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,在此情况下,移动通信终端便可以通过EPLMN中的多个拜访地PLMN进行多个拜访地之间的漫游并快速搜网注册成功。

步骤S301:所述移动通信终端通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,移动通信终端可以通过有线网络在出厂之前、或用户家里或者用 户的办公场所提前获取并下载拜访地PLMN的网络标识;也可以通过无线下载、共享资源或者好友分享推荐等无线网络方式获取拜访地的PLMN的网络标识。
步骤S302:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,在移动通信终端出厂之前或者使用之前或者到达拜访地之前,将移动通信终端附带的SIM卡所属的归属地PLMN、等效的归属地PLMN和与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识添加到EPLMN列表中进行等效。可以理解的是,可以只添加需要到达的拜访地PLMN的网络标识,也可以添加所有与所述归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。即可以根据用户的实际需求做不同的拜访地PLMN的网络标识的添加,本发明不作具体限定。
步骤S303:从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地的移动通信终端在所述第二拜访地搜索网络。

具体地,若在第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立移动通信终端与该相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接。其中,EPLMN列表中包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与该移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。当EPLMN列表中存储有第一拜访地PLMN的网络标识和第二拜访地PLMN的网络标识时,即在EPLMN列表中将第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地PLMN进行了等效处理,当移动通信终端从第一拜访地到达第二拜访地时,移动通信终端优先搜索RPLMN时,由于第一拜访地RPLMN和第二拜访地VPLMN是等效的,因而移动通信设备可以快速驻留到第二拜访地,即搜网注册成功。
进一步地,EPLMN列表中还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,即可以在EPLMN列表中同时存储归属地PLMN的网络标识和等效归属地PLMN的网络标识,并添加多个拜访地PLMN的网络标识以及对应的等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识,在此情况下,移动通信终端便可以通过EPLMN中的多个拜访地PLMN进行多个拜访地之间的漫游并快速搜网注册成功。
具体应用场景中,移动通信终端在拜访地A第一次开机将通过扫频搜索获得的拜访地小区A的PLMN信息与EPLMN列表中提前存储的PLMN进行比较匹配,如果移动通信终端请求的PLMN与该小区的PLMN都存在于EPLMN列表当中,则尝试驻留该小区,并发起注册过程。由于EPLMN列表中的多个EPLMN信息包括了拜访地VPLMN、RPLMN和HPLMN等,且多个PLMN均处于同一优先级,所以移动通信设备在进行网络搜索时,会将首先搜索成功的网络作为移动通信终端进行网络注册操作的网络,移动通信终端 建立与该网络之间的通信连接,即搜网注册成功。
更进一步地,上述实施例中的步骤S301中的所述移动通信终端通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识,还可以通过以下具体的实施方式中的任意一种实现。
实施方式一:所述移动通信终端通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,移动通信终端根据出厂时或者已指定好的订单信息获取拜访地PLMN的网络标识。

参见图9,图9是本发明实施例中的又一种移动通信终端的结构示意图,。其中,如图9所示,该移动通信终端60可以包括:至少一个处理器601,例如中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU),至少一个网络接口604,用户接口603,存储器605,至少一个通信总线602以及显示屏606。其中,通信总线602用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,用户接口603可以包括显示屏(Display)606,可选用户接口603还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。通信接口604可选的可以包括标准的有线接口(如数据线接口、网线接口等)、无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口、近场通讯接口)。存储器605可以是高速随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM),也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器605可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器601的存储装置。如图9所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器605中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及网络接入程序。
在图9所示的移动终端60中,通信接口604主要用于连接其他终端,与其他终端进行数据通信;而处理器601可以调用存储器605中存储的网络接入程序,用于执行如下操作:
从第一拜访地移动到了第二拜访地的移动通信终端60在所述第二拜访地 搜索网络;

    若在所述第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接;其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。

    通信模块,用于若在所述第二拜访地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的拜访地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的拜访地PLMN之间的通信连接;其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识为与所述移动通信终端附带的客户识别SIM卡所属的归属地运营商签订了漫游协议的拜访地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括等效归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    标识添加模块,用于向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    第一标识获取模块,用于所述移动通信终端通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    第二标识获取模块,用于所述移动通信终端通过订单信息获取所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    第三标识获取模块,用于所述移动通信终端接收用户输入的所述拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  16. 根据权利要求9至15任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述归属地、所述第一拜访地和所述第二拜访地中的任意两个属于不同国家或不同行政区。
