一种网络接入方法及移动通信终端
本申请要求于2015年4月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510217531.0、发明名称为“一种网络接入方法及移动通信终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种网络接入方法及移动通信终端。
背景技术
公共陆地移动网络(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network),由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网络通常与公众交换电话网互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。
公共陆地移动网络的标识通常是一串数字码,例如中国移动的PLMN的网络标识为46000,中国联通的PLMN的网络标识为46001,用户可通过各个运营商提供的移动网络可以进行方便快捷的通信。随着人们生活水平的提高,携带通信终端设备用户也越来越多,当用户将新用户识别卡首次插入移动通信终端时,或者漫游到其他拜访地时,移动通信终端(如手机等)都需要找网,以获取公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。然而,无论是将新用户识别卡首次插入移动通信终端,还是漫游到其它拜访地,移动通信终端都需要很长的时间(有时候甚至可能需要等待几十分钟以上)找网,且只有找网成功才可接入当前位置的公共陆地移动网络,这极大的影响用户通信体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种网络接入方法及移动通信终端,能够减少移动通信终端连接公共陆地移动网络的时长,从而极大提高了用户通信体验。
本发明实施例公开了一种网络接入方法,包括:
移动通信终端发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的 共享请求;
当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;
所述移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
相应地,本发明实施例还公开了一种移动通信终端,包括:
发送单元,用于发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;
存储单元,用于当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;
接入单元,用于搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
本发明实施例中,移动通信终端发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;所述移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。实施本发明实施例,会根据存储的所述EPLMN列表进行网络接入。其中,EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的各PLMN之间被移动通信终端在一定程度上视为等效,因此,如果根据所述EPLMN列表进行所述移动通信终端的网络接入,那么由于EPLMN列表中存储了与所述移动通信终端支持的网络制式相匹配的PLMN的网络标识,因此当所述移动通信终端进行网络搜索,那么网络搜索命中EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的某个PLMN的可能性将极大提高,因此,所述移动通信终端在当前位置接入网络的可能极大提高,这就有利于极大的缩短用户通信等待时长(理想状态下移动通信终端可能只需要几秒就可以完成网络接入),进而有利于极大的提高用户通信体验。

本发明实施例公开了一种网络接入方法及移动通信终端,能够减少移动通信终端连接公共陆地移动网络的时长,从而极大提高了用户通信体验。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种网络接入方法的流程示意图;其中,图1所示的方法可以应用于智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)等具有网络接入功能的终端中。如图1所示,该网络接入方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101、移动通信终端发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求。
本发明实施例中,共享请求用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表。
本发明实施例中,等效公共陆地移动网络(Equivalent Public Land Mobile Network,EPLMN)列表包含移动通信终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识。其中,网络制式就是网络的类型,我国移动通信终 端常用的网络制式有码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)手机占用的CDMA 1X,800MHZ频段;全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM)手机占用的900/1800/1900MHZ频段;近两年的GSM1X双模(即WCDMA)占用的900/1800MHZ频段;第三代移动通信技术3G占用的900/1800/1900/2100MHz频段,4G占用的1920--2170MHZ频段。
本发明实施例中,EPLMN是与用户终端当前所选择的公共陆地移动网络PLMN处于同等地位的公共陆地移动网络PLMN,其优先级相同。EPLMN主要解决共享网络与原网络的用户驻留和漫游策略。运营商可以配置等效的PLMN网络,这些网络之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。从业务的角度,它使得不同运营商的网络资源之间,或者同一运营商定义的不同PLMN之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。
S102、当移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,移动通信终端存储接收到的EPLMN列表。
本发明实施例中,当移动通信终端发送共享请求后,即可开启低功耗蓝牙扫瞄,以扫描获取其他移动通信终端通过低功耗蓝牙扫描协议信道发送的添加了与该移动终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识的EPLMN列表。
本发明实施例中,公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网络通常与公众交换电话网(Public Switched Telephone Network,PSTN)互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。例如中国移动的公共陆地移动网络PLMN为46000,中国联通的公共陆地移动网络PLMN为46001。公众陆地移动电话网是一个无线通讯系统,趋向于面向陆地上的例如交通工具或步行中的移动用户。这样的系统可以是独立的,但常常和固定电话系统如公用交换电话网络PSTN连接起来。然而,移动和便携的因特网用户也越来越普及。一个理想的公共陆地移动网络PLMN系统提供给移动和便携用户和固定网络相当的服务,这在地形比较复杂的区域是一个特殊的挑战,因为基站会难以被找到和维持。在都市的环境中有很多的障碍,像是建筑物,和各种射频都能引起杂音和干扰的辐射。
具体地,当移动通信终端接收到另一移动通信终端发送的EPLMN列表时,将EPLMN列表存储至本端存储器或用户识别卡中。其中,用户识别卡可以是SIM(Subscriber Identity Module)卡。
S103、移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
本发明实施例中,移动通信终端扫描获取基站广播的PLMN的网络标识;移动通信终端将扫描获取到的PLMN的网络标识与EPLMN列表中的PLMN的网络标识进行匹配;若匹配成功,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
在图1中,移动通信终端发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;所述移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。实施本发明实施例,会根据存储的所述EPLMN列表进行网络接入。其中,EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的各PLMN之间被移动通信终端在一定程度上视为等效,因此,如果根据所述EPLMN列表进行所述移动通信终端的网络接入,那么由于EPLMN列表中存储了与所述移动通信终端支持的网络制式相匹配的PLMN的网络标识,因此当所述移动通信终端进行网络搜索,那么网络搜索命中EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的某个PLMN的可能性将极大提高,因此,所述移动通信终端在当前位置接入网络的可能极大提高,这就有利于极大的缩短用户通信等待时长(理想状态下移动通信终端可能只需要几秒就可以完成网络接入),进而有利于极大的提高用户通信体验。

本发明实施例中,共享请求用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表。
作为一种可选的实施方式,携带移动通信终端的用户当从归属地前往拜访地或从拜访地甲到拜访地乙时,在进行网络切换或者在到达目的地后重新开机,搜索当前目的地的网络时,需要获知当前携带终端用户的地理位置信息,从而获取相对应的拜访地公用陆地移动网络的标识,当检测与当前位置相对应的拜访地的公共陆地移动网络标识未存储在终端中,则可以发送共享请求,以请求其他终端发送包含与当前位置相对应的拜访地的公共陆地移动网络标识的共享EPLMN列表。获取当前终端的地理位置可以通过多种定位方式获取,如终端中自带的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS)。
S202、当移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,移动通信终端将移动通信终端接收到的EPLMN列表并入到移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中。
本发明实施例中,其他移动通信终端发送的EPLMN列表可以包含添加了与该移动通信终端支持的公共陆地移动网络标识,也可以包括与当前位置信息相对应的公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。其中,公共陆地移动网络标识可以包括网络号段,如中国移动包含四个号段,分别为46000、46002、46007以及46008;中国联通包含三个号段,分别为46001、46006以及46009。
具体地,当移动终端接收到其他移动通信终端发送的EPLMN列表时,移动通信终端可以将接收到的EPLMN列表并入到移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中,并将该EPLMN列表存储在本端存储器中或者是将其存储在用户识别卡中。
S203、移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
本发明实施例中,移动通信终端扫描获取基站广播的PLMN的网络标识; 移动通信终端将扫描获取到的PLMN的网络标识与EPLMN列表中的PLMN的网络标识进行匹配;若匹配成功,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
S204、输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
本发明实施例中,当移动通信终端检测EPLMN列表添加了与当前的位置对应的PLMN的网络标识,或者添加了该移动终端可支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络的网络标识时,根据EPLMN列表进行网络接入。当网络接入成功时,输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。当由于一些其他因素导致本次网络接入不成功时,则移动通信终端检测网络接入不成功的原因,并输出解决策略给用户。
作为一种可选的实施方式,当移动通信终端接收到用户发送的针对EPLMN列表的查看指令时,移动通信终端可以向用户输出验证窗口,只有输入正确的验证码方可查看该EPLMN列表。
当移动通信终端接收到用户发送的针对EPLMN列表的查看指令时,移动通信终端可以向用户输出验证窗口具体实施方式可包括以下步骤:
11)接收用户操作目标按键所触发的查看指令;
12)输出提示信息,该提示信息用于提示输入待验证信息;
13)接收响应该提示信息输入的待验证信息;
14)验证该待验证信息是否与预先设置的预设验证信息一致;
15)若验证该待验证信息与预设验证信息一致,则响应该查看指令,输出EPLMN列表。
本发明实施例中,在移动通信终端接收到用户操作目标按键所触发的查看指令之后,移动通信终端将输出用于提示输入待验证信息的提示信息;并且移动通信终端可以输出用于输入待验证信息的待验证信息输入口。
本发明实施例中,该待校验信息可包括但不限于待验证密码、待验证指纹信息、待验证脸形信息、待验证虹膜信息、待验证视网膜信息以及待验证声纹信息中的任意一种和几种的组合。
本发明实施例中,该预先设置的预设验证信息可包括但不限于预设验证密码、预设验证指纹信息、预设验证脸形信息、预设验证虹膜信息、预设验证视 网膜信息以及预设验证声纹信息中的任意一种和几种的组合。
本发明实施例中,上述的预设验证信息可以包括指纹串信息以及每一个指纹对应的输入时间;那么相应地,验证待验证信息是否与预设验证信息一致可以包括以下步骤:
验证指纹串是否与预设验证信息包括的指纹串相同,并且相同指纹的输入时间的差值是否均小于预设值,如果验证指纹串与预设验证信息包括的指纹串相同,并且相同指纹的输入时间的差值均小于预设值,那么可以验证待验证信息与预设验证信息一致;反之,验证待验证信息与预设验证信息不一致。其中,通过实施该实施方式,可以防止非法用户在移动通信终端上任意查看存储的EPLMN列表,从而可以有效地防止移动通信终端被非法用户肆意操作。
在图2中,详细描述了移动通信终端在网络接入时的接入过程,以及在网络接入成功的时候,通过输出提示信息,以提示本次网络接入的时长。且在搜索网络成功后,将其存储在本端存储器中或用户识别卡中;若用户需要查看该EPLMN列表时,也只有验证身份成功后方可查看。实时本发明实施例,可以提高搜索网络的效率;且可以有效地保障存储在移动通信终端中的EPLMN列表的安全性。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例公开的一种移动通信终端的结构示意图,用于执行该网络接入方法。如图3所示,该移动通信终端可以包括:发送单元301、存储单元302以及接入单元303,其中,
发送单元301,用于发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求。

输出单元304,用于输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
本发明实施例中,当检测EPLMN列表添加了与当前的位置对应的PLMN的网络标识,或者添加了该移动终端可支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络的 网络标识时,接入单元303根据EPLMN列表进行网络接入。当网络接入成功时,输出单元304输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。当由于一些其他因素导致本次网络接入不成功时,则输出单元304检测网络接入不成功的原因,并输出解决策略给用户。
作为一种可选的实施方式,当接收到用户发送的针对EPLMN列表的查看指令时,输出单元304可以向用户输出验证窗口,只有输入正确的验证码方可查看该EPLMN列表。

本发明实施例中,在接收到用户操作目标按键所触发的查看指令之后,输出单元304将输出用于提示输入待验证信息的提示信息;并且输出单元304可以输出用于输入待验证信息的待验证信息输入口。
本发明实施例中,该待校验信息可包括但不限于待验证密码、待验证指纹信息、待验证脸形信息、待验证虹膜信息、待验证视网膜信息以及待验证声纹信息中的任意一种和几种的组合。

验证指纹串是否与预设验证信息包括的指纹串相同,并且相同指纹的输入时间的差值是否均小于预设值,如果验证指纹串与预设验证信息包括的指纹串 相同,并且相同指纹的输入时间的差值均小于预设值,那么可以验证待验证信息与预设验证信息一致;反之,验证待验证信息与预设验证信息不一致。其中,通过实施该实施方式,可以防止非法用户在移动通信终端上任意查看存储的EPLMN列表,从而可以有效地防止移动通信终端被非法用户肆意操作。
在图4中,详细描述了在网络接入时的接入过程,以及在网络接入成功的时候,通过输出提示信息,以提示本次网络接入的时长。且在搜索网络成功后,将其存储在本端存储器中或用户识别卡中;若用户需要查看该EPLMN列表时,也只有验证身份成功后方可查看。实时本发明实施例,可以提高搜索网络的效率;且可以有效地保障存储在移动通信终端中的EPLMN列表的安全性。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的又一种移动通信终端的结构示意图,用于执行该网络接入方法。如图5所示,该移动通信终端500可以包括:至少一个处理器501,至少一个输入装置502,至少一个输出装置503,存储器505等组件。其中,这些组件通过一条或多条总线504进行通信连接。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5中示出的移动通信终端的结构并不构成对本发明实施例的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
处理器501为终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器505内的程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器505内的数据,以执行移动通信终端的各种功能和处理数据。处理器501可以由集成电路(Integrated Circuit,简称IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器501可以仅包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU),也可以是CPU、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,简称DSP)、图形处理器(Graphic Processing Unit,简称GPU)及各种控制芯片的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
输入装置502可以包括标准的触摸屏等。
输出装置503可以包括显示屏、扬声器等。
存储器505可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器501、输入装置502以 及输出装置503通过调用存储在存储器505中的软件程序以及模块,从而执行移动通信终端的各项功能应用以及实现数据处理。存储器505主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序等;数据存储区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。在本发明实施例中,操作系统可以是Android系统、iOS系统或Windows操作系统等等。
具体的,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,用于执行以下操作:
处理器501控制输出装置503发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;
当接收到另一移动通信终端响应共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的EPLMN列表;
搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,用于执行步骤当接收到另一移动通信终端响应共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的EPLMN列表,包括:
当接收到另一移动通信终端响应共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,将接收到的EPLMN列表并入到移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中。
本发明实施例中,EPLMN列表包含移动通信终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识。
本发明实施例中,处理器501调用存储在存储器505中的应用程序,还用于执行以下步骤:
处理器501控制输出装置503输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
本发明实施例中,网络标识包括网络号段。
具体的,本发明实施例中介绍的终端可以实施本发明结合图1、图2介绍的网络接入方法实施例中的部分或全部流程。
本发明所有实施例中的模块或子模块,可以通过通用集成电路,例如CPU(Central Processing Unit, 中央处理器),或通过ASIC(Application Specific  Integrated Circuit,专用集成电路)来实现。
本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例终端中的单元可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种网络接入方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动通信终端发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;
    当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;
    所述移动通信终端搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表,包括:
    当所述移动通终端接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述移动通信终端将所述移动通信终端接收到的所述EPLMN列表并入到所述移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表包含所述移动通信终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络标识包括网络号段。
  6. 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括:
    发送单元,用于发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;
    存储单元,用于当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;
    接入单元,用于搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述存储单元具体用于当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,将所述移动通信终端接收到的所述EPLMN列表并入到所述移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表包含所述移动通信终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动通信终端,所述移动通信终端还包括:
    输出单元,用于输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6~9中任意一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述网络标识包括网络号段。
  11. 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,其中,
    所述存储器用于存储应用程序;
    所述处理器调用存储在所述存储器中的应用程序,用于发送用于请求共享等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表的共享请求;
    所述存储器,还用于当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表;
    所述处理器调用存储在所述存储器中的应用程序,还用于搜索网络,若搜索到了与存储的所述EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的PLMN,建立所述移 动通信终端与所述相匹配的PLMN之间的通信连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述存储器当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,存储接收到的所述EPLMN列表的具体实施方式为:
    当接收到另一移动通信终端响应所述共享请求而发送的EPLMN列表时,所述存储器将所述移动通信终端接收到的所述EPLMN列表并入到所述移动通信终端已存储的EPLMN列表之中。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表包含所述移动通信终端支持的网络制式的公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述处理器调用存储在所述存储器中的应用程序,还用于执行以下步骤:
    输出用于提示用户本次网络接入的时长的提示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11~14中任意一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述网络标识包括网络号段。
