为了克服现有的各类药剂存储容器的各种不足,本发明提供一种药剂安全存储容器。该容器为多层结构由特种材料制成,具有防腐蚀、防弹、防震、防刺、防盗的功能,设有专门的稳定剂存放机构,在紧急情况下可以自主操作使其储存的药剂失效,不对环境造成污染。

储液主体部分2由内胆2.1、安全软套2.2、外壳2.3、保温填充物辅助安装座2.4、保温填充物2.5、缓冲弹簧2.6、外盖2.7、塑料安装环2.8、机械锁2.9和机械锁开锁口2.10组成,其中安全软套2.2由防弹防刺防震的材料制成,包裹在外壳2.3外侧,外壳2.3采用高强度特种钢制成,包裹在内胆2.1外侧,内胆2.1其采用抗腐蚀材料制成,分为两层,在内胆2.1两层之间的缝隙中填充保温填充物2.5,在内胆2.1底部与保温填充物辅助安装座2.4之间铺满保温填充物2.5,保温填充物辅助安装座2.4采用软橡胶制成,通过螺纹安装在内胆2.1下部内侧,缓冲弹簧2.6安装于内胆2.1下部与安装基座4.1之间,塑料安装环2.8固连在内胆2.1外侧,位于安全软套2.2和外壳2.3顶部外缘上部,其上部开设有销轴安装孔,并利用销轴连接外盖2.7,并在其周边上安装机械锁2.9,其中机械锁开锁口2.10安装在塑料安装环2.8周向上,位于机械锁2.9下部,外盖2.7通过安装销安装在塑料安装环2.8上部,在其一侧开设有外盖销轴孔2.7.1,另一侧安装有机械锁扣环2.9.1。
当内胆2.1储存溶液后,由抗腐蚀材料制成的内胆2.1不受溶液腐蚀破坏,保温填充物2.5可以保持适合溶液储存的温度环境,由高强度特种钢制成的外壳2.3可以起到保护内胆的作用,最外层的安全软套2.2可以起到防弹防刺防震的作用,缓冲弹簧2.6可以减小外界环境对内胆2.1的轴向冲击,当需要开锁时,可以通过机械锁开锁口2.10打开机械锁2.9。
稳定剂存放机构3由稳定剂放置架3.1、稳定剂储盒3.2、稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3和稳定剂放置架固定板3.4组成,其中稳定剂放置架3.1安装在内胆2.1底部内侧的安装槽中,在其上下表面开设有通液孔、储盒安装槽、固定板安装槽和锁定环安装孔,稳定剂储盒3.2在其周边四表面和底部开设有通液孔,并通过其两边的外伸外沿安装在稳定剂放置架3.1的储盒安装槽中,稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3安装在稳定剂放置架3.1和稳定剂放置架固定板3.4中部的安装孔中,稳定剂放置架固定板3.4安装在稳定剂放置架3.1的固定板安装槽中,在其两侧通过稳定剂放置架固定板3.4外伸的圆柱安装在稳定剂放置架3.1的滑槽中,在其中部通过稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3连接在稳定剂放置架3.1上。
将固态稳定剂置于稳定剂储盒3.2之中,之后将装有固态稳定剂的稳定剂储盒3.2安装到稳定剂放置架3.1上,安装时借用钩子勾住稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3,将稳定剂放置架3.1下放到内胆2.1底部安装槽位置,下压稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3,从而带动稳定剂放置架固定板3.4将稳定剂放置架3.1的边缘压入内胆2.1底部的安装槽中,旋转稳定剂牵引锁定环3.3,从而将稳定剂放置架固定板3.4固定在稳定剂放置架3.1上,实现稳定剂放置架3.1在内胆2.1中的固定,在储存溶液后,溶液即可通过稳定剂放置架3.1和稳定剂储盒3.2上的通液孔与固态稳定剂接触,从而保证溶液在运输过程中化学性质的稳定。
主体基座部分4由安装基座4.1、抽屉锁定滑块4.2和抽屉盒4.3组成,其中安装基座4.1通过螺纹安装在内胆2.1底部,缓冲弹簧2.6安装在保温填充物辅助安装座2.4与安装基座4.1之间,抽屉盒4.3安装在安装基座4.1中部的安装槽中,抽屉锁定滑块4.2安装在安装基座4.1和抽屉盒4.3周边开的滑槽中。
抽屉盒4.3可以存放药剂等其他物品,滑动抽屉锁定滑块4.2即可取出或锁紧抽屉盒4.3。
主体内盖机构5由内盖安全销5.1、活动内盖5.2、固定内盖5.3、安全密封垫5.4和安全密封圈5.5组成,其中固定内盖5.3通过螺纹安装在内胆2.1内侧上部,其上部开设有三个取液口和一个安全锁定孔,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,活动内盖5.2通过螺纹安装在固定内盖5.3内侧,其上部开设有三个取液口,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,在其周向开设有安装槽,在其中部开设有中空安装凸台,在凸台内侧开设有锥面,内盖安全销5.1安装在固定内盖5.3的安全锁定孔中,并压紧在安全密封垫5.4上表面,安全密封垫5.4采用高弹性抗腐蚀材料制成,其上部开设有与活动内盖5.2所开取液口相对应的三个取液口,安装在活动内盖5.2的上表面,位于固定内盖5.3与活动内盖5.2之间,安全密封圈5.5安装在活动内盖5.2周向的安装槽中。
在需要取液时,先取下内盖安全销5.1,之后旋转活动内盖5.2上部的圆柱凸台,使得活动内盖5.2和固定内盖5.3的不同取液口对正,从而打开一个、两个或三个取液口,实现不同数量的取液口取液功能,在不需要取液时,旋转活动内盖5.2上部的圆柱凸台,使得活动内盖5.2和固定内盖5.3的取液口相互错开,将内盖安全销5.1安装到固定内盖5.3的安全锁定孔中,从而压紧安全密封垫5.4和活动内盖5.2,并固定活动内盖5.2和固定内盖5.3之间的相对位置,以免相互转动。
中和剂存储释放机构6由安全橡胶安装座6.1、安全复位弹簧6.2、安全橡胶块6.3、安全压片6.4、中和剂释放弹簧6.5、中和剂释放盖6.6和中和剂释放推杆6.7组成,其 中安全橡胶安装座6.1通过螺纹连接在活动内盖5.2中部安装凸台内侧下部,其中部开设有通孔,在其上部开设有锥面,安全橡胶块6.3通过橡胶铸造成型,安装在活动内盖5.2中部安装凸台内侧,在其外侧开设有外侧内倾锥面6.3.4,在其内侧开设有内侧外倾锥面6.3.2和内侧内倾锥面6.3.3,在其中部开设有中和剂存储空间,在其下部周向均布开设有推杆安装槽6.3.1,并在其下部周向均布开设有四个缝隙,将其下部分为四个分块,其外侧内倾锥面6.3.4与活动内盖5.2中部内侧锥面接触,其内侧内倾锥面6.3.3与安全橡胶安装座6.1外侧锥面接触,安全复位弹簧6.2安装在安全橡胶安装座6.1上表面和安全橡胶块6.3下表面之间,安全压片6.4安装在活动内盖5.2与安全橡胶块6.3之间,位于安全橡胶块6.3上部,在其周向开设有安装槽,安装弹性密封圈,中和剂释放盖6.6采用弹性材料制成,安装在安全橡胶块6.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,其上部均布有四个外伸安装边6.6.1,外伸安装边6.6.1安装在安全橡胶块6.3的推杆安装槽6.3.1上部,中和剂释放弹簧6.5安装在中和剂释放盖6.6内侧,位于安全橡胶块6.3与中和剂释放盖6.6之间,中和剂释放推杆6.7安装在安全橡胶块6.3的推杆安装槽6.3.1中,其上侧表面与中和剂释放盖6.6外伸安装边6.6.1的锥面接触,其下侧表面与安全橡胶安装座6.1锥面底部平面接触。
在组装中和剂存储释放机构6时,首先使用工具将安全橡胶块6.3底部的四个分块扩张开,以便将中和剂释放弹簧6.5和中和剂释放盖6.6放入安全橡胶块6.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,之后将中和剂释放推杆6.7插入安全橡胶块6.3的推杆安装槽6.3.1中,将安全橡胶块6.3、安全压片6.4、中和剂释放弹簧6.5、中和剂释放盖6.6、中和剂释放推杆6.7整体装入活动内盖5.2中部的中空安装凸台中,再将安全橡胶安装座6.1和安全复位弹簧6.2安装到安全橡胶块6.3下部,其中安全橡胶安装座6.1和安全复位弹簧6.2沿轴向压紧安全橡胶块6.3、安全压片6.4;在中和剂存储释放机构6安装完毕之后,在内胆2.1储存溶液之前,首先利用顶杆顶开安全橡胶块6.3下部内侧的内侧外倾锥面6.3.2,顶住中和剂释放盖6.6上移,压缩中和剂释放弹簧6.5,直至中和剂释放盖6.6的外伸安装边6.6.1卡入并固定于安全橡胶块6.3的推杆安装槽上部;利用漏斗顶开安全橡胶块6.3下部内侧的内侧外倾锥面6.3.2,此时利用漏斗即可将颗粒状中和剂装入到安全橡胶块6.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,取下漏斗后,安全橡胶块6.3在安全复位弹簧6.2的弹力作用下,安全橡胶块6.3的外侧内倾面6.3.4与活动内盖5.2中部内侧锥面压紧,使整个6.3都处于紧缩状态,安全橡胶块6.3在上移过程中,安全橡胶块6.3的内侧内倾面6.3.3与安全橡胶安装座6.1的锥面相对移动,安全橡胶块6.3的四个分块向内侧收缩,从而使得安全橡胶块6.3的四个分块间的缝隙闭合,使中和剂得以密封保存在中和剂存 储空间中;在紧急情况下,通过手动按压安全压片6.4,带动安全橡胶块6.3下移,并压缩安全复位弹簧6.2,安全橡胶块6.3的内侧内倾锥面6.3.3与安全橡胶安装座6.1外侧锥面压紧,安全橡胶块6.3的外侧内倾面6.3.4与活动内盖5.2中部内侧锥面之间产生相对运动,使安全橡胶块6.3整体处于松弛状态,安全橡胶块6.3的四个分块向外扩张,从而使得安全橡胶块6.3四个分块之间的缝隙增大,同时四个中和剂释放推杆6.7推动释放盖6.6上缘的四个外伸安装边6.6.1内缩,之后中和剂释放盖6.6在中和剂释放弹簧6.5弹力的作用下迅速弹出并下移至6.3内部的中和剂储存空间中,从而推动中和剂沿安全橡胶块6.3张开的缝隙进入内胆2.1,中和剂与内胆2.1内的溶液混合反应,即可将内胆2.1内的溶液报废。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种药剂安全存储容器,其特征在于,由外保护套、储液主体部分、稳定剂存放机构、主体基座部分、主体内盖机构以及中和剂存储释放机构组成:
    所述外保护套由外保护套外衬、外保护套橡胶支架、减震弹簧片、减震弹簧和外保护套内衬组成,所述外保护套外衬包裹在外保护套外部,在其上部布置有外保护套拉链,外保护套橡胶支架安装在外保护套中部,位于外保护套外衬和外保护套内衬之间,在其周向方向开设有若干安装槽,在其底部均布有若干安装座,所述减震弹簧片均布安装在外保护套橡胶支架轴向的安装槽中,所述减震弹簧安装在外保护套橡胶支架底部的安装座中;
    所述储液主体部分由内胆、安全软套、外壳、保温填充物辅助安装座、保温填充物、缓冲弹簧、外盖、塑料安装环、机械锁和机械锁开锁口组成,所述安全软套由防弹防刺防震的材料制成,包裹在外壳外侧,外壳采用高强度特种钢制成,包裹在内胆外侧,内胆其采用抗腐蚀材料制成,分为两层,在内胆两层之间的缝隙中填充保温填充物,在内胆底部与保温填充物辅助安装座之间铺满保温填充物,所述保温填充物辅助安装座采用软橡胶制成,通过螺纹安装在内胆下部内侧,所述缓冲弹簧安装于内胆下部与安装基座之间,塑料安装环固连在内胆外侧,位于安全软套和外壳顶部外缘上部,其上部开设有销轴安装孔,并利用销轴连接外盖,并在其周边上安装机械锁,其中机械锁开锁口安装在塑料安装环周向上,位于机械锁下部,所述外盖通过安装销安装在塑料安装环上部,在其一侧开设有外盖销轴孔,另一侧安装有机械锁扣环;
    所述稳定剂存放机构由稳定剂放置架、稳定剂储盒、稳定剂牵引锁定环和稳定剂放置架固定板组成,所述稳定剂放置架安装在内胆底部内侧的安装槽中,在其上下表面开设有通液孔、储盒安装槽、固定板安装槽和锁定环安装孔,所述稳定剂储盒在其周边四表面和底部开设有通液孔,并通过其两边的外伸外沿安装在稳定剂放置架的储盒安装槽中,所述稳定剂牵引锁定环安装在稳定剂放置架和稳定剂放置架固定板中部的安装孔中,所述稳定剂放置架固定板安装在稳定剂放置架的固定板安装槽中,在其两侧通过稳定剂放置架固定板外伸的圆柱安装在稳定剂放置架的滑槽中,在其中部通过稳定剂牵引锁定环连接在稳定剂放置架上;
    所述主体基座部分由安装基座、抽屉锁定滑块和抽屉盒组成,所述安装基座通过螺纹安装在内胆底部,所述缓冲弹簧安装在保温填充物辅助安装座与安装基座之间,所述抽屉盒安装在安装基座中部的安装槽中,所述抽屉锁定滑块安装在安装基座和抽屉盒周边开的滑槽中;
    所述主体内盖机构由内盖安全销、活动内盖、固定内盖、安全密封垫和安全密封圈组成,所述固定内盖通过螺纹安装在内胆内侧上部,其上部开设有三个取液口和一个安全锁定孔,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,所述活动内盖通过螺纹安装在固定内盖内侧,其上部开设有三个取液口,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,在其周向开设有安装槽,在其中部开设有中空安装凸台,在凸台内侧开设有锥面,所述内盖安全销安装在固定内盖的安全锁定孔中,并压紧在安全密封垫上表面,安全密封垫采用高弹性抗腐蚀材料制成,其上部开设有与活动内盖所开取液口相对应的三个取液口,所述安装在活动内盖的上表面,位于固定内盖与活动内盖之间,安全密封圈安装在活动内盖周向的安装槽中;
    所述中和剂存储释放机构由安全橡胶安装座、安全复位弹簧、安全橡胶块、安全压片、中和剂释放弹簧、中和剂释放盖和中和剂释放推杆组成,所述安全橡胶安装座通过螺纹连接在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧下部,其中部开设有通孔,在其上部开设有锥面,所述安全橡胶块通过橡胶铸造成型,安装在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧,在其外侧开设有外侧内倾锥面,在其内侧开设有内侧外倾锥面和内侧内倾锥面,在其中部开设有中和剂存储空间,在其下部周向均布开设有推杆安装槽,并在其下部周向均布开设有四个缝隙,将其下部分为四个分块,其外侧内倾锥面与活动内盖中部内侧锥面接触,其内侧内倾锥面与安全橡胶安装座外侧锥面接触,所述安全复位弹簧安装在安全橡胶安装座上表面和安全橡胶块下表面之间,安全压片安装在活动内盖与安全橡胶块之间,位于安全橡胶块上部,在其周向开设有安装槽,安装弹性密封圈,所述中和剂释放盖采用弹性材料制成,安装在安全橡胶块中部的中和剂存储空间中,其上部均布有四个外伸安装边,外伸安装边安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽上部,所述中和剂释放弹簧安装在中和剂释放盖内侧,位于安全橡胶块与中和剂释放盖之间,所述中和剂释放推杆安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽中,其上侧表面与中和剂释放盖外伸安装边的锥面接触,其下侧表面与安全橡胶安装座锥面底部平面接触。
