所述储液主体部分由内胆、安全软套、外壳、保温填充物辅助安装座、保温填充物、温度传感器、半导体制冷片、制冷片辅助安装片、缓冲弹簧和液位传感器组成,其中安全软套由防弹防刺防震的材料制成,在其内表面开设有数据线孔,包裹在外壳外侧,外壳采用高强度特种钢制成,包裹在内胆外侧,内胆在其底部中部有安装槽并开设有传感器安装孔和导线孔,其采用抗腐蚀材料制成,分为两层,在内胆两层之间的缝隙中填充保温填充物,在内胆底部与保温填充物辅助安装座之间铺满保温填充物,保温填充物辅助安装座采用软橡胶制成,通过螺纹安装在内胆下部内侧,缓冲弹簧安装于内胆下部与安装基座之间,温度传感器和液位传感器安装在内胆底部的传感器安装孔中,利用密封材料密封,并通过导线连接主控板,半导体制冷片安装在内胆底部的安装槽中,一面接触内胆底部的外表面,另一侧接触制冷片辅助安装片,通过硅胶密封,并通过导线连接主控板。
所述稳定剂存放机构由稳定剂放置架、稳定剂储盒、稳定剂牵引锁定环和稳定剂放置架固定板组成,稳定剂放置架安装在内胆底部内侧的安装槽中,在其上下表面开设有通液孔、储盒安装槽、固定板安装槽和锁定环安装孔,稳定剂储盒在其周边四表面和底部开设有通液孔,并通过其两边的外伸外沿安装在稳定剂放置架的储盒安装槽中,稳定剂牵引锁定环安装在稳定剂放置架和稳定剂放置架固定板中部的安装孔中,稳定剂放置架固定板安装在稳定剂放置架的固定板安装槽中,在其两侧通过稳定剂放置架固定板外伸的圆柱安装在稳定剂放置架的滑槽中,在其中部通过稳定剂牵引锁定环连接在稳定剂放置架上。
所述主体基座部分由安装基座、USB充电口、应急电源、主电池、电池合盖、主控板、抽屉盒和抽屉锁定滑块组成,安装基座通过螺纹安装在内胆底部,在其一侧开设有USB充电口,在其底部开设有电池安装槽,其中USB充电口通过导线连接主控板,缓冲弹簧安装在保温填充物辅助安装座与安装基座之间,应急电源安装在安装基座上部,并通过导线连接主控板,主电池安装在安装基座底部的电池安装槽中,在其下表面安装有电池合盖,并通过导线连接主控板,主控板安装在安装基座中上部,抽屉盒安装在安装基座中部的安装槽中,抽屉锁定滑块安装在安装基座和抽屉盒周边开的滑槽中。
所述控制显示部分由中和剂释放按钮、温度显示屏、温度上调按钮、温度下调按钮、保温按钮、总开关、制冷按钮、加热按钮、液量显示屏、塑料安装环、密码锁按钮、密码锁机械开锁口、外盖、密码锁和密码显示屏组成,其中塑料安装环固连在内胆外侧,位于安全软套和外壳顶部外缘上部,其上部开设有销轴安装孔,并利用销轴连接外盖,在与外盖连接处开设有导线孔,并在其周边上安装密码锁,温度显示屏、液量显示屏和密码显示屏安装在塑料安装环外缘上侧,并 通过数据线连接主控板,中和剂释放按钮、温度上调按钮、温度下调按钮、保温按钮、总开关、制冷按钮、加热按钮和密码锁按钮安装在塑料安装环外缘下侧,并通过数据线连接主控板,密码锁机械开锁口位于密码显示屏下缘中部。
所述主体内盖机构由内盖安全销、活动内盖、固定内盖、安全密封垫和安全密封圈组成,其中固定内盖通过螺纹安装在内胆内侧上部,其上部开设有三个取液口和一个安全锁定孔,相邻取液口角间距分别为为60度、120度和180度,在其径向方向开设有导线孔,在其内侧周向布置有两道导电环,活动内盖通过螺纹安装在固定内盖内侧,其上部开设有三个取液口,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,在其周向开设有安装槽,在其中部开设有中空安装凸台,在凸台中开设有导线孔,在凸台内侧开设有锥面,内盖安全销安装在固定内盖的安全锁定孔中,并压紧在安全密封垫上表面,安全密封垫采用高弹性抗腐蚀材料制成,其上部开设有与活动内盖所开取液口相对应的三个取液口,安装在活动内盖的上表面,位于固定内盖与活动内盖之间,安全密封圈安装在活动内盖周向的安装槽中。
所述中和剂存储释放机构由安全橡胶安装座、安全复位弹簧、安全橡胶块、安全压片、中和剂释放弹簧、中和剂释放盖、中和剂释放推杆、中和剂释放衔铁和中和剂释放电磁铁组成,其中安全橡胶安装座通过螺纹连接在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧下部,其中部开设有通孔,在其上部开设有锥面,通过橡胶铸造成型在其上平面均布安装有四块中和剂释放电磁铁,安全橡胶块安装在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧,在其外侧开设有外侧内倾锥面,在其内侧开设有内侧外倾锥面和内侧内倾锥面,在其中部开设有中和剂存储空间,在其下部周向均布开设有推杆安装槽,并在其下部周向均布开设有四个缝隙,将其下部分为四个分块,通过橡胶铸造成型在其下平面四个分块中各安装有一块中和剂释放衔铁,其外侧内倾锥面与活动内盖中部内侧锥面接触,其内侧内倾锥面与安全橡胶安装座外侧锥面接触,安全复位弹簧安装在安全橡胶安装座上表面和安全橡胶块下表面之间,安全压片安装在活动内盖与安全橡胶块之间,位于安全橡胶块上部,在其周向开设有安装槽,安装弹性密封圈,中和剂释放盖采用弹性材料制成,安装在安全橡胶块中部的中和剂存储空间中,其上部均布有四个外伸安装边,外伸安装边安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽上部,中和剂释放弹簧安装在中和剂释放盖内侧,位于安全橡胶块与中和剂释放盖之间,中和剂释放推杆安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽中,其上侧表面与中和剂释放盖外伸安装边的锥面接触,其下侧表面与安全橡胶安装座锥面底部平面接触。
本发明具有如下优点:主要用于存储液态的高精度化学品、危险品,在存储和物流过程中保持危化品化学性质的稳定,具有加热、制冷和保温等多种功能, 能够实时监控温度、液量,在紧急情况下,可自主操作将危险化学制剂快速中和报废,以免造成危险品泄露和环境污染,物流过程安全可靠,在工业危化品存储和运输等方面产生了一定的有益效果。

当内胆2.1储存溶液后,由抗腐蚀材料制成的内胆2.1不受溶液腐蚀破坏,保温填充物2.5可以保持适合溶液储存的温度环境,由高强度特种钢制成的外壳2.3可以起到保护内胆的作用,最外层的安全软套2.2可以起到防弹防刺防震的作用;温度传感器2.6和液位传感器2.10分别测量内胆2.1内储存溶液的温度和液量,通过数据线将测量信息传递给主控板4.6,半导体制冷片2.7具有致热和致冷两种工作状态,从而加热或冷却内胆2.1内储存的溶液,缓冲弹簧2.9可以减小外界环境对内胆2.1的轴向冲击。

主体内盖机构6由内盖安全销6.1、活动内盖6.2、固定内盖6.3、安全密封 垫6.4和安全密封圈6.5组成,其中固定内盖6.3通过螺纹安装在内胆2.1内侧上部,其上部开设有三个取液口和一个安全锁定孔,相邻取液口角间距分别为为60度、120度和180度,在其径向方向开设有导线孔,在其内侧周向布置有两道导电环,活动内盖6.2通过螺纹安装在固定内盖6.3内侧,其上部开设有三个取液口,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,在其周向开设有安装槽,在其中部开设有中空安装凸台,在凸台中开设有导线孔,在凸台内侧开设有锥面,内盖安全销6.1安装在固定内盖6.3的安全锁定孔中,并压紧在安全密封垫6.4上表面,安全密封垫6.4采用高弹性抗腐蚀材料制成,其上部开设有与活动内盖6.2所开取液口相对应的三个取液口,安装在活动内盖6.2的上表面,位于固定内盖6.3与活动内盖6.2之间,安全密封圈6.5安装在活动内盖6.2周向的安装槽中。
在需要取液时,先取下内盖安全销6.1,之后旋转活动内盖6.2上部的圆柱凸台,使得活动内盖6.2和固定内盖6.3的不同取液口对正,从而打开一个、两个或三个取液口,实现不同数量的取液口取液功能,在不需要取液时,旋转活动内盖6.2上部的圆柱凸台,使得活动内盖6.2和固定内盖6.3的取液口相互错开,将内盖安全销6.1安装到固定内盖6.3的安全锁定孔中,从而压紧安全密封垫6.4和活动内盖6.2,并固定活动内盖6.2和固定内盖6.3之间的相对位置,以免相互转动。
中和剂存储释放机构7由安全橡胶安装座7.1、安全复位弹簧7.2、安全橡胶块7.3、安全压片7.4、中和剂释放弹簧7.5、中和剂释放盖7.6、中和剂释放推杆7.7、中和剂释放衔铁7.8以及中和剂释放电磁铁7.9组成,其中安全橡胶安装座7.1通过螺纹连接在活动内盖6.2中部安装凸台内侧下部,其中部开设有通孔,在其上部开设有锥面,通过橡胶铸造成型在其上平面均布安装有四块中和剂释放电磁铁7.9,安全橡胶块7.3安装在活动内盖6.2中部安装凸台内侧,在其外侧开设有外侧内倾锥面7.3.4,在其内侧开设有内侧外倾锥面7.3.2和内侧内倾锥面7.3.3,在其中部开设有中和剂存储空间,在其下部周向均布开设有推杆安装槽7.3.1,并在其下部周向均布开设有四个缝隙,将其下部分为四个分块,通过橡胶铸造成型在其下平面四个分块中各安装有一块中和剂释放衔铁7.8,其外侧内倾锥面7.3.4与活动内盖6.2中部内侧锥面接触,其内侧内倾锥面7.3.3与安全橡胶安装座7.1外侧锥面接触,安全复位弹簧7.2安装在安全橡胶安装座7.1上表面和安全橡胶块7.3下表面之间,安全压片7.4安装在活动内盖6.2与安全橡胶块7.3之间,位于安全橡胶块7.3上部,在其周向开设有安装槽,安装弹性密封圈,中和剂释放盖7.6采用弹性材料制成,安装在安全橡胶块7.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,其上部均布有四个外伸安装边7.6.1,外伸安装边7.6.1安装在安全橡胶 块7.3的推杆安装槽7.3.1上部,中和剂释放弹簧7.5安装在中和剂释放盖7.6内侧,位于安全橡胶块7.3与中和剂释放盖7.6之间,中和剂释放推杆7.7安装在安全橡胶块7.3的推杆安装槽7.3.1中,其上侧表面与中和剂释放盖7.6外伸安装边7.6.1的锥面接触,其下侧表面与安全橡胶安装座7.1锥面底部平面接触。
在组装中和剂存储释放机构7时,首先使用工具将安全橡胶块7.3底部的四个分块扩张开,以便将中和剂释放弹簧7.5和中和剂释放盖7.6放入安全橡胶块7.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,之后将中和剂释放推杆7.7插入安全橡胶块7.3的推杆安装槽7.3.1中,将安全橡胶块7.3、安全压片7.4、中和剂释放弹簧7.5、中和剂释放盖7.6、中和剂释放推杆7.7、中和剂释放衔铁7.8整体装入活动内盖6.2中部的中空安装凸台中,再将安全橡胶安装座7.1和安全复位弹簧7.2安装到安全橡胶块7.3下部,其中安全橡胶安装座7.1和安全复位弹簧7.2沿轴向压紧安全橡胶块7.3、安全压片7.4;在中和剂存储释放机构7安装完毕之后,在内胆2.1储存溶液之前,首先利用顶杆顶开安全橡胶块7.3下部内侧的内侧外倾锥面7.3.2,顶住中和剂释放盖7.6上移,压缩中和剂释放弹簧7.5,直至中和剂释放盖7.6的外伸安装边7.6.1卡入并固定于安全橡胶块7.3的推杆安装槽上部;利用漏斗顶开安全橡胶块7.3下部内侧的内侧外倾锥面7.3.2,此时利用漏斗即可将颗粒状中和剂装入到安全橡胶块7.3中部的中和剂存储空间中,取下漏斗后,安全橡胶块7.3在安全复位弹簧7.2的弹力作用下,安全橡胶块7.3的外侧内倾面7.3.4与活动内盖6.2中部内侧锥面压紧,使整个7.3都处于紧缩状态,安全橡胶块7.3在上移过程中,安全橡胶块7.3的内侧内倾面7.3.3与安全橡胶安装座7.1的锥面相对移动,安全橡胶块7.3的四个分块向内侧收缩,从而使得安全橡胶块7.3的四个分块间的缝隙闭合,使中和剂得以密封保存在中和剂存储空间中;在紧急情况下,长按30秒钟中和剂释放按钮5.1,之后主控板4.6通过数据线传输信号驱动中和剂释放电磁铁7.9工作,中和剂释放电磁铁7.9产生磁力,从而吸引中和剂释放衔铁7.8,之后带动安全橡胶块7.3下移,并压缩安全复位弹簧7.2,安全橡胶块7.3的内侧内倾面7.3.3与安全橡胶安装座7.1外侧锥面压紧,安全橡胶块7.3的外侧内倾面7.3.4与活动内盖6.2中部内侧锥面之间产生相对运动,使安全橡胶块7.3整体处于松弛状态,安全橡胶块7.3的四个分块向外扩张,从而使得安全橡胶块7.3四个分块之间的缝隙增大,同时四个中和剂释放推杆7.7推动释放盖7.6上缘的四个外伸安装边7.6.1内缩,之后中和剂释放盖7.6在中和剂释放弹簧7.5弹力的作用下迅速弹出并下移至安全橡胶块7.3内部的中和剂储存空间中,从而推动中和剂沿安全橡胶块7.3张开的缝隙进入内胆2.1,中和剂与内胆2.1内的溶液混合反应,即可将内胆2.1内的溶液报废;也可以通过手动按压安全压片7.4释放中和剂,报废内胆2.1中存储的溶液。

Claims (1)

  1. 自主式防污染危化品物流容器,其特征在于,由外保护套、储液主体部分、稳定剂存放机构、主体基座部分、控制显示部分、主体内盖机构以及中和剂存储释放机构组成:
    所述外保护套由外保护套外衬、外保护套橡胶支架、减震弹簧片、减震弹簧和外保护套内衬组成,所述外保护套外衬包裹在外保护套外部,在其上部布置有外保护套拉链,所述外保护套橡胶支架安装在外保护套中部,位于外保护套外衬和外保护套内衬之间,在其周向方向开设有若干安装槽,在其底部均布有若干安装座,所述减震弹簧片均布安装在外保护套橡胶支架轴向的安装槽中,所述减震弹簧安装在外保护套橡胶支架底部的安装座中;
    所述储液主体部分由内胆、安全软套、外壳、保温填充物辅助安装座、保温填充物、温度传感器、半导体制冷片、制冷片辅助安装片、缓冲弹簧和液位传感器组成,其中所述安全软套由防弹防刺防震的材料制成,在其内表面开设有数据线孔,包裹在外壳外侧,外壳采用高强度特种钢制成,包裹在内胆外侧,内胆在其底部中部有安装槽并开设有传感器安装孔和导线孔,其采用抗腐蚀材料制成,分为两层,在内胆两层之间的缝隙中填充保温填充物,在内胆底部与保温填充物辅助安装座之间铺满保温填充物,所述保温填充物辅助安装座采用软橡胶制成,通过螺纹安装在内胆下部内侧,所述缓冲弹簧安装于内胆下部与安装基座之间,所述温度传感器和液位传感器安装在内胆底部的传感器安装孔中,利用密封材料密封,并通过导线连接主控板,半导体制冷片安装在内胆底部的安装槽中,其一面接触内胆底部的外表面,另一侧接触制冷片辅助安装片,通过硅胶密封,并通过导线连接主控板;
    所述稳定剂存放机构由稳定剂放置架、稳定剂储盒、稳定剂牵引锁定环和稳定剂放置架固定板组成,所述稳定剂放置架安装在内胆底部内侧的安装槽中,在其上下表面开设有通液孔、储盒安装槽、固定板安装槽和锁定环安装孔,所述稳定剂储盒在其周边四表面和底部开设有通液孔,并通过其两边的外伸外沿安装在稳定剂放置架的储盒安装槽中,所述稳定剂牵引锁定环安装在稳定剂放置架和稳定剂放置架固定板中部的安装孔中,所述稳定剂放置架固定板安装在稳定剂放置架的固定板安装槽中,在其两侧通过稳定剂放置架固定板外伸的圆柱安装在稳定剂放置架的滑槽中,在其中部通过稳定剂牵引锁定环连接在稳定剂放置架上;
    所述主体基座部分由安装基座、USB充电口、应急电源、主电池、电池合盖、主控板、抽屉盒和抽屉锁定滑块组成,所述安装基座通过螺纹安装在内胆底部,在其一侧开设有USB充电口,在其底部开设有电池安装槽,其中USB充电口通过 导线连接主控板,所述缓冲弹簧安装在保温填充物辅助安装座与安装基座之间,所述应急电源安装在安装基座上部,并通过导线连接主控板,所述主电池安装在安装基座底部的电池安装槽中,在其下表面安装有电池合盖,并通过导线连接主控板,所述主控板安装在安装基座中上部,所述抽屉盒安装在安装基座中部的安装槽中,所述抽屉锁定滑块安装在安装基座和抽屉盒周边开的滑槽中;
    所述控制显示部分由中和剂释放按钮、温度显示屏、温度上调按钮、温度下调按钮、保温按钮、总开关、制冷按钮、加热按钮、液量显示屏、塑料安装环、密码锁按钮、密码锁机械开锁口、外盖、密码锁和密码显示屏组成,其中所述塑料安装环固连在内胆外侧,位于安全软套和外壳顶部外缘上部,其上部开设有销轴安装孔,并利用销轴连接外盖,在与外盖连接处开设有导线孔,并在其周边上安装密码锁,温度显示屏、液量显示屏和密码显示屏安装在塑料安装环外缘上侧,并通过数据线连接主控板,所述中和剂释放按钮、温度上调按钮、温度下调按钮、保温按钮、总开关、制冷按钮、加热按钮和密码锁按钮安装在塑料安装环外缘下侧,并通过数据线连接主控板,密码锁机械开锁口位于密码显示屏下缘中部;
    所述主体内盖机构由内盖安全销、活动内盖、固定内盖、安全密封垫和安全密封圈组成,其中所述固定内盖通过螺纹安装在内胆内侧上部,其上部开设有三个取液口和一个安全锁定孔,相邻取液口角间距分别为为60度、120度和180度,在其径向方向开设有导线孔,在其内侧周向布置有两道导电环,所述活动内盖通过螺纹安装在固定内盖内侧,其上部开设有三个取液口,相邻取液口角间距分别为60度、120度和180度,在其周向开设有安装槽,在其中部开设有中空安装凸台,在凸台中开设有导线孔,在凸台内侧开设有锥面,所述内盖安全销安装在固定内盖的安全锁定孔中,并压紧在安全密封垫上表面,安全密封垫采用高弹性抗腐蚀材料制成,其上部开设有与活动内盖所开取液口相对应的三个取液口,安装在活动内盖的上表面,位于固定内盖与活动内盖之间,所述安全密封圈安装在活动内盖周向的安装槽中;
    所述中和剂存储释放机构由安全橡胶安装座、安全复位弹簧、安全橡胶块、安全压片、中和剂释放弹簧、中和剂释放盖、中和剂释放推杆、中和剂释放衔铁和中和剂释放电磁铁组成,其中所述安全橡胶安装座通过螺纹连接在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧下部,其中部开设有通孔,在其上部开设有锥面,通过橡胶铸造成型在其上平面均布安装有四块中和剂释放电磁铁,所述安全橡胶块安装在活动内盖中部安装凸台内侧,在其外侧开设有外侧内倾锥面,在其内侧开设有内侧外倾锥面和内侧内倾锥面,在其中部开设有中和剂存储空间,在其下部周向均布开设有推杆安装槽,并在其下部周向均布开设有四个缝隙,将其下部分为四个分块,通 过橡胶铸造成型在其下平面四个分块中各安装有一块中和剂释放衔铁,其外侧内倾锥面与活动内盖中部内侧锥面接触,其内侧内倾锥面与安全橡胶安装座外侧锥面接触,所述安全复位弹簧安装在安全橡胶安装座上表面和安全橡胶块下表面之间,所述安全压片安装在活动内盖与安全橡胶块之间,位于安全橡胶块上部,在其周向开设有安装槽,安装弹性密封圈,所述中和剂释放盖采用弹性材料制成,安装在安全橡胶块中部的中和剂存储空间中,其上部均布有四个外伸安装边,所述外伸安装边安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽上部,所述中和剂释放弹簧安装在中和剂释放盖内侧,位于安全橡胶块与中和剂释放盖之间,所述中和剂释放推杆安装在安全橡胶块的推杆安装槽中,其上侧表面与中和剂释放盖外伸安装边的锥面接触,其下侧表面与安全橡胶安装座锥面底部平面接触。
