本发明实施例公开了一种活动信息共享方法和装置,该方法可包括:用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;所述用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;所述用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。本发明实施例可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。

一种活动信息共享方法和装置
本专利申请要求2015年04月28日提交的中国专利申请号为201510208336.1,发明名称为“一种活动信息共享方法和装置”的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种活动信息共享方法和装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,人们经常会通过互联网对自己身边的活动进行共享。例如:在社交网站上发布自己聚餐、唱歌或者运动等活动信息,或者通过使用聊天软件将自己聚餐、唱歌或者运动等活动信息发送给好友,以让好友分享自己的喜悦。然而,目前人们一般是在活动结束后,将这些活动信息通过互联网进行共享,或者在活动过程中将该活动信息进行共享。但在上述两种技术中,都是需要人们在活动过程中手动将活动信息编辑至用户终端,而很多活动中人们是不方便使用用户终端的,例如:在与客人一起喝咖啡时,人们会顾忌客人感受,就会不方便操作用户终端,从而用户终端无法及时获取该活动信息;或者在健身房进行健身时,很多健身活动是不方便操作用户终端的,例如:跑步、举哑铃等运动,这时用户终端就无法及时获取该活动信息。可见,目前活动信息存在无法获取,以及共享的效率会比较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种活动信息共享方法和装置,可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
一方面,本发明实施例提供一种活动信息共享方法,包括:
用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;
所述用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;
所述用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;
所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供一种活动信息共享装置,包括:连接单元、运行单元、第一接收单元和共享单元,其中:
所述连接单元,用于与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;
所述运行单元,用于运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;
所述第一接收单元,用于通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;
所述共享单元,用于使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
上述技术方案中,用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;所述用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;所述用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。这样可以通过活动信息采集装置获取活动信息,从而可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的另一种活动信息共享装置的结构示意图,如图1,该活动信息共享装置包括:至少一个处理器11,例如CPU,至少一个网络接口14,用户接口13,存储器15,至少一个通信总线12。其中,通信总线12用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,用户接口13可以包括显示屏(Display)、键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口13还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口14可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口)。存储器15可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器15可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器101的存储装置。如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器15中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及数据处理APP。
在图1所示的数据处理装置中,当上述装置为用户终端时,网络接口14主要用于连接服务器,与服务器进行数据通信;
而处理器11可以用于调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP,并执行以下操作:
与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;
运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;
通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;
使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
本实施例中,可以是通过网络接口14与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接,以及通过网络接口14共享所述活动信息。
另外,本实施例中,上述控制指令可以是应用程序,可以某一些指令集合。
可选的,处理器11执行的使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息的操作,可以包括:
使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息,所述活动信息携带有活动时间信息;
所述方法还包括:
向所述服务器发送查找请求,所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的用户;
接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述活动时间信息对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的用户。
可选的,所述活动信息可以携带有在所述当前活动中目标动作的进行时间;所述查找请求可以用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户;
处理器11执行的接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息的操作,可以包括:
接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述进行时间对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户。

向所述目标用户发送好友添加请求;

本实施例中,与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的用户当前活动的活动信息;使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。这样可以通过活动信息采集装置获取活动信息,从而可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的一种活动信息共享方法的流程示意图,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
S201、用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
可以是当用户在进行当前活动时,用户终端通过近场通讯功能检测到活动信息采集装置,并与该活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。例如:用户在喝咖啡时,用户的用户终端检测到智能餐饮装置,这时用户终端就可以与该智能餐饮装置建立通信连接;或者用户在运动时,用户的用户终端检测到智能运动装置,这时用户终端就可以与该智能运动装置建立通信连接。
本实施例中,用户终端可以包括如图1所示的装置,例如:步骤S201可以使用图1所示的网络接口14与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
S202、用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令。
本实施例中,上述控制指令可以理解为应用程序,例如:智能餐饮服务APP,或者可以是智能运动APP等。另外,上述运行可以是启动上述应用程序,或者切换至上述应用程序。
另外,本实施例中,上述控制指令可以是某一指令集合,该指令集合可处理和共享活动信息。
另外,本实施例中,上述控制指令可以是预先存储在如图1所示的存储器15。
S203、用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息。
当用户在进行当前活动时,上述活动信息采集装置就可以采集到当前活动的活动信息,例如:智能餐饮装置采集用户当前餐饮的活动信息,如用户当前 饮用咖啡的温度、酸碱度等信息,以及用户当前饮用咖啡的动作、时间等信息;或者智能运动装置采集用户当前运动的活动信息,如用户当前运动的动作、时间等运动信息。另外,这里介绍的用户可以是使用上述用户终端的用户,或者可以是当前处于上述用户终端附近的用户。
S204、用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
当获取到上述活动信息后就可以通过上述控制指令进行共享,例如:上传到服务器,或者上传到社交网站,或者发送给好友客户端等。
上述方法应用于任何具备网络功能的智能设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。
本实施例中,用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;所述用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;所述用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。这样可以通过活动信息采集装置获取活动信息,从而可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例提供的另一种活动信息共享方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
S301、用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
本实施例中,可以是Wi-Fi无线网、蓝牙、射频(RF)等无线通讯与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。例如:步骤301可以使用如图1所示的装置中的网络接口14与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接,其中,该网络接口14可以是Wi-Fi无线网、蓝牙、射频(RF)等无线通讯接口。
S302、用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令。
上述与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的控制指令可以是预先绑定的,或者实时绑定的,例如:当检测到上述活动信息采集装置时,就可以将该活动信息采集装置所采集的活动对应的控制指令为作与该活动信息采集装置绑定的控制 指令。例如:在图1所示的装置中,处理器11调用存储器15存储的上述控制指令,并运行该控制指令。
S303、用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息。
S304、用户终端使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息。
其中,上述服务器可以是上述控制指令对应的服务器,例如:上述控制指令是智能餐饮APP,那么,上述服务器就可以是餐饮智能社交服务器,上述控制指令是智能运动APP,那么,上述服务器就可以是运动智能社交服务器。
本实施例中,上述,所述活动信息可以携带有活动时间信息;
所述方法还可以包括如下步骤:
用户终端向所述服务器发送查找请求,所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的用户;
用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述活动时间信息对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的用户。
通过上述步骤可以实现查到在相同时间内进行相同活动的用户,例如:查找在相同时间内进行喝咖啡的用户,或者查找在相同时间内进行举重、跑步等用户。
另外,上述相同时间可以是在相同的时间范围内,例如:在同一分钟内或者在同一刻钟内等。
该实施方式中,上述活动信息携带可以有在所述当前活动中目标动作的进行时间;上述查找请求可以用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户;
上述用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息的步骤,可以包括:
用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述进行时间对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户。
这样该实施方式可以实现,查找在相同时间内进行相同活动且进行相同动作的用户,例如:在相同时间内喝咖啡且举杯的用户,或者在相同时间内聚餐 且举杯的用户,或者在相同时间内高音唱歌的用户,或者在相同时间内跑步中途休息的用户等。
具体可以上述服务器接收到多个用户共享的活动信息,再从这些活动信息中筛选出上述目标用户,从而反应目标用户的用户信息。
另外,上述用户信息可以是包括用户的账号信息或者身份信息等,例如:用户ID、社交网站账号信息、即时通讯账号信息等。
该实施方式中,上述方法还可以包括如下步骤:
用户终端向所述目标用户发送好友添加请求;
用户终端接收所述目标用户响应所述好友添加请求发送的响应消息。
这样可以实现通过上述查找步骤向目标用户发送好友添加请求,以添加目标用户为好友。
另外,上述目标用户还可以是在特定位置范围内的用户,例如:步骤204共享的活动信息还可以携带有当前位置信息,这样上述目标用户就可以是与该当前位置信息对应的位置的用户。
本实施例中,上述方法还可以包括如下步骤:
用户终端接收所述服务器发送用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息包括所述服务器基于至少一个所述活动信息计算的用户特征信息。
其中,上述用户特征信息可以根据用户共享的活动信息进行计算出的用户特征信息,例如:用户餐饮活动时的习惯特征信息、用户运动活动时的习惯特征信息。另外,上述用户特征信息还可以是基于多个用户的活动信息计算的,如用户的排名信息。
本实施例中,上述当前活动可以包括如下任意一项:
运动活动、餐饮活动和娱乐活动。
本实施例,在图2所示的实施例的基础上增加了多种可选的实施方式,且都可以实现可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例提供的一种系统架构的举例示意图,该实施例中,以餐饮活动进行举例说明,如图4所示,包括:餐饮智能装置A、餐饮智能装置B、智能餐饮服务APPA、智能餐饮服务APPB、餐饮智能服务 器、餐饮智能社交服务器、第三方通讯接口服务器,其中:
用户A收到盛满咖啡的餐饮智能装置A时,用户的手机就可以放置在与餐饮智能装置A比较近的位置,手机的近场通讯功能检测到餐饮智能装置A,并与餐饮智能装置A,并启动智能餐饮服务APPA。另外,启动智能餐饮服务APPA后,手机通过网络与餐饮智能装置A建立网络连接,并读取餐饮智能装置A的传感器感到的咖啡温度、酸碱度等数据,并实时显示在手机的智能餐饮服务APPA上。另外,用户所进行的端起咖啡,用配有传感器的勺子搅拌咖啡等这些动作,都可以被加速度传感器感知,并反映到智能餐饮服务APPA上。且这些数据可以实时传输到餐饮智能服务器、餐饮智能社交服务器。
另外,上述智能餐饮服务APPA获取到活动信息时,可以显示如图5所示的界面,在图5a所示的界面中可以包括:用户名、店铺、时间、饮品、温度、搅拌次数、饮用次数、评分等信息,另外,该界面还可以包括用于分享到社交网络的虚拟按钮或者用于查找同时举杯的人的虚拟按钮。这样当用户点击用于分享到社交网络的虚拟按钮时,就可以显示如图5b所示的界面,该界面中包括分享的社交网站、分享信息以及确定是否分享的按钮,当用户点击确认时,就可以将分享信息共享至社交网站。另外,当用户点击用于查找同时举杯的人的虚拟按钮时,就可以显示如图5c所示的界面,该界面内容可以是餐饮智能社交服务器从智能餐饮服务APPB获取到的用户信息,这样用户就可以点击是否添加用户B的按钮。通过上述技术方案就可以实现将用户当前活动信息分享至社交网站,或者添加在相同时间内举杯的用户为好友。
下面为本发明装置实施例,本发明装置实施例用于执行本发明方法实施例一至二实现的方法,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本发明实施例一和实施例二。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明实施例提供的一种活动信息共享装置的结构示意图,如图6所示,包括:连接单元61、运行单元62、第一接收单元63和共享单元64,其中:
连接单元61,用于与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
可以是当用户在进行当前活动时,用户终端通过近场通讯功能检测到活动信息采集装置,并与该活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。例如:用户在喝咖啡时,用户的用户终端检测到智能餐饮装置,这时用户终端就可以与该智能餐饮装置建立通信连接;或者用户在运动时,用户的用户终端检测到智能运动装置,这时用户终端就可以与该智能运动装置建立通信连接。
本实施例中,用户终端可以包括如图1所示的装置,例如:连接单元51可以使用图1所示的网络接口14与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
运行单元62,用于运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令。
本实施例中,上述控制指令可以理解为应用程序,例如:智能运动APP等。另外,上述运行可以是启动上述应用程序,或者切换至上述应用程序。
另外,本实施例中,上述控制指令可以是某一指令集合,该指令集合可处理和共享活动信息。
另外,本实施例中,上述控制指令可以是预先存储在如图1所示的存储器15。
第一接收单元63,用于通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息。
当用户在进行当前活动时,上述活动信息采集装置就可以采集到用户当前活动的活动信息,例如:智能餐饮装置采集用户当前餐饮的活动信息,如用户当前饮用咖啡的温度、酸碱度等信息,以及用户当前饮用咖啡的动作、时间等信息;或者智能运动装置采集用户当前运动的活动信息,如用户当前运动的动作、时间等运动信息。另外,这里介绍的用户可以是使用上述用户终端的用户,或者可以是当前处于上述用户终端附近的用户。
共享单元64,用于使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
当获取到上述活动信息后就可以通过上述控制指令进行共享,例如:上传到服务器,或者上传到社交网站,或者发送给好友客户端等。
根据本发明的一个实施例,根据图2所示的活动信息共享方法可以是由图6所示的活动信息共享装置中的各个单元来执行的人机交互方法。例如,图2中所示的步骤S201可以由图6所示的连接单元61来执行,图2中所示的步骤 S202可以由图6所示的运行单元62来执行,图2中所示的步骤S203可以由图6所示的第一接收单元63来执行,图2中所示的步骤S204可以由图6所示的共享单元64来执行。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,图6所示的活动信息共享装置中的各个单元可以分别或全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成,或者其中的某个(些)单元还可以再拆分为功能上更小的多个单元来构成,这可以实现同样的操作,而不影响本发明的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实际应用中,一个单元的功能也可以由多个单元来实现,或者多个单元的功能由一个单元实现。在本发明的其它实施例中,终端设备也可以包括其它模块。但在实际应用中,这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现,并且可以由多个单元协作实现。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)等处理元件和存储元件的例如计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图2中所示的活动信息共享方法的计算机程序(包括程序代码),来构造如图6中所示的活动信息共享装置,以及来实现根据本发明的实施例的活动信息共享方法。所述计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介质装载于上述计算设备中,并在其中运行。
上述装置应用于任何具备网络功能的智能设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、PC、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备。
本实施例中,与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的用户当前活动的活动信息;使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。这样可以通过活动信息采集装置获取活动信息,从而可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
请参阅图7,图7是本发明实施例提供的另一种活动信息共享装置的结构示意图,如图7所示,包括:连接单元71、运行单元72、第一接收单元73 和共享单元74,其中:
连接单元71,用于与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。
本实施例中,可以是Wi-Fi无线网、蓝牙、射频(RF)等无线通讯与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接。例如:连接单元71可以使用如图1所示的装置中的网络接口14与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接,其中,该网络接口14可以是Wi-Fi无线网、蓝牙、射频(RF)等无线通讯接口。
运行单元72,用于运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令。
上述与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的控制指令可以是预先绑定的,或者实时绑定的,例如:当检测到上述活动信息采集装置时,就可以将该活动信息采集装置所采集的活动对应的控制指令为作与该活动信息采集装置绑定的控制指令。例如:在图1所示的装置中,处理器11调用存储器15存储的上述控制指令,并运行该控制指令。
第一接收单元73,用于通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的用户当前活动的活动信息。
共享单元74,用于使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
本实施例中,上述共享单元74可以用于使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息,所述活动信息可以携带有活动时间信息。
其中,上述服务器可以是上述控制指令对应的服务器,例如:上述控制指令是智能餐饮APP,那么,上述服务器就可以是餐饮智能社交服务器,上述控制指令是智能运动APP,那么,上述服务器就可以是运动智能社交服务器。
所述装置还可以包括:
第一请求单元75,用于向所述服务器发送查找请求,所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的用户;
第二接收单元76,用于接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述活动时间信息对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的用户。
通过上述装置可以实现查到在相同时间内进行相同活动的用户,例如:查找在相同时间内进行喝咖啡的用户,或者查找在相同时间内进行举重、跑步等 用户。
另外,上述相同时间可以是在相同的时间范围内,例如:在同一分钟内或者在同一刻钟内等。
该实施方式中,上述活动信息可以携带有在所述当前活动中目标动作的进行时间;所述查找请求可以用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户;
第二接收单元76可以用于接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述进行时间对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户。
这样该实施方式可以实现,查找在相同时间内进行相同活动且进行相同动作的用户,例如:在相同时间内喝咖啡且举杯的用户,或者在相同时间内聚餐且举杯的用户,或者在相同时间内高音唱歌的用户,或者在相同时间内跑步中途休息的用户等。
具体可以上述服务器接收到多个用户共享的活动信息,再从这些活动信息中筛选出上述目标用户,从而反应目标用户的用户信息。
另外,上述用户信息可以是包括用户的账号信息或者身份信息等,例如:用户ID、社交网站账号信息、即时通讯账号信息等。
该实施方式中,上述装置还可以包括:
第二请求单元77,用于向所述目标用户发送好友添加请求;
第三接收单元78,用于接收所述目标用户响应所述好友添加请求发送的响应消息。
这样可以实现通过上述查找步骤向目标用户发送好友添加请求,以添加目标用户为好友。
另外,上述目标用户还可以是在特定位置范围内的用户,例如:上述共享的活动信息还可以携带有当前位置信息,这样上述目标用户就可以是与该当前位置信息对应的位置的用户。
本实施例中,上述共享单元74可以用于使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息;
如图8所示,上述装置还可以包括:
第四接收单元79,用于接收所述服务器发送用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息包括所述服务器基于至少一个所述活动信息计算的用户特征信息。
其中,上述用户特征信息可以根据用户共享的活动信息进行计算出的用户特征信息,例如:用户餐饮活动时的习惯特征信息、用户运动活动时的习惯特征信息。另外,上述用户特征信息还可以是基于多个用户的活动信息计算的,如用户的排名信息。
本实施例中,上述当前活动可以包括如下任意一项:
运动活动、餐饮活动和娱乐活动。
本实施例,在图6所示的实施例的基础上增加了多种可选的实施方式,且都可以实现可以及时获取活动信息,以及提高活动信息共享的效率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,根据图3所示的活动信息共享方法可以是由图7所示的活动信息共享装置中的各个单元来执行的人机交互方法。例如,图3中所示的步骤S301、S302、S303及S304可以分别由图7中所示的连接单元71、运行单元72、第一接收单元73以及共享单元74来执行。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,图7所示的活动信息共享装置中的各个单元可以分别或全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成,或者其中的某个(些)单元还可以再拆分为功能上更小的多个单元来构成,这可以实现同样的操作,而不影响本发明的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实际应用中,一个单元的功能也可以由多个单元来实现,或者多个单元的功能由一个单元实现。在本发明的其它实施例中,终端设备也可以包括其它模块。但在实际应用中,这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现,并且可以由多个单元协作实现。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)等处理元件和存储元件的例如计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图3中所示的活动信息共享方法的计算机程序(包括程序代码),来构造如图7中所示的活动信息共享装置,以及来实现根据本发明的实施例的活动信息共享方法。所述计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介质装载于上述计算设备中,并在其中运行。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    用户终端与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;
    所述用户终端运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;
    所述用户终端通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;
    所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息,包括:
    所述用户终端使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息,所述活动信息携带有活动时间信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端向所述服务器发送查找请求,所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的用户;
    所述用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述活动时间信息对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的用户。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述活动信息携带有在所述当前活动中目标动作的进行时间;所述用户终端查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户;
    所述用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,包括:
    所述用户终端接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述进行时间对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端向所述目标用户发送好友添加请求;
    所述用户终端接收所述目标用户响应所述好友添加请求发送的响应消息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息,包括:
    所述用户终端使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端接收所述服务器发送用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息包括所述服务器基于至少一个所述活动信息计算的用户特征信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的活动信息共享方法,其特征在于,所述当前活动包括如下任意一项:
    运动活动、餐饮活动和娱乐活动。
  7. 一种活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,包括:连接单元、运行单元、第一接收单元和共享单元,其中:
    所述连接单元,用于与活动信息采集装置建立通信连接;
    所述运行单元,用于运行与所述活动信息采集装置绑定的处理所述活动信息采集装置采集的活动信息的控制指令;
    所述第一接收单元,用于通过所述通信连接接收所述活动信息采集装置采集的当前活动的活动信息;
    所述共享单元,用于使用所述控制指令共享所述活动信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,所述共享单元用于使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息,所述活动信息携带有活动时间信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    第一请求单元,用于向所述服务器发送查找请求,所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的用户;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述活动时间信息对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的用户。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,所述活动信息携带有在所述当前活动中目标动作的进行时间;所述查找请求用于查找在相同时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户;
    所述第二接收单元用于接收所述服务器响应所述查找请求发送的目标用户的用户信息,所述目标用户为在所述进行时间对应的时间内进行所述当前活动的所述目标动作的用户。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二请求单元,用于向所述目标用户发送好友添加请求;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述目标用户响应所述好友添加请求发送的响应消息。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,所述共享单元用于使用所述控制指令向服务器发送所述活动信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    第四接收单元,用于接收所述服务器发送用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息包括所述服务器基于至少一个所述活动信息计算的用户特征信息。
  12. 如权利要求7-9中任一项所述的活动信息共享装置,其特征在于,所述当前活动包括如下任意一项:
    运动活动、餐饮活动和娱乐活动。
