所述加速度传感器与中央处理器构成为汽车防盗报警模块,通过智能终端启动防盗模式后,该加速度传感器侦测到车体和座椅异动时自动启动应急环境录音和传感器信息实时记录涉及加速度、速度、位置、方位或声音的信息并尝试利用蓝牙无线通信手段提示用户。
在所述头枕上还设有挂断所述播音器与移动智能终端连接的触动开关和通过检测话音信噪比自动关闭所述播音器及结束当前通话或播放的反馈模块。
本发明的安全智能头枕的外形采用人体工学原理设计,其外形适宜使用者休息时依托或在紧急状态下依靠其保护,其由枕套与枕芯构成,枕芯由柔性材质定型后填充于枕套中,其柔韧度和舒适度具佳。本发明采用在该头枕的中部、后部或端部设置可安装若干类传感器的感应区、在其两侧的枕芯内设置由隔音材料制成的内设有播音器的音室、在其两侧设置通过设于枕芯内的导音 通道将所述播音器的音频输出传出的区域强声场和通过蓝牙与智能移动终端配对后开启所述播音器以及在枕芯内设置包括中央处理器的控制电路的结构,使得该头枕与使用者之间形成智能互动连接。通过对区域强声场的声音控制令使用者实现多样的识别和信息获取,比如体温、疲劳度、紧张程度、生命体征等,同时作为智能设备,能够捕捉周围环境的状态通过警示、提醒预测安全性,还可提供局部立体环境氛围,诸如音响、放松、睡眠、唤醒等多种工作模式。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的安全智能头枕由枕套、枕芯构成,枕套由柔性材质所制,枕芯由柔韧度和舒适度具佳的柔性材料定型后填充于枕套中。该头枕1适用于多种场合,如安装在办公室或车内座椅靠背上,也可在旅行休息时当枕头使用,还可在开车时固定在座椅上使用。对使用者头颈而言,其既可起到缓冲保护作用,又可起到舒适和保护头颈的目的。
在头枕1的中部设有感应区2,在该感应区2对应的枕芯内设置有具备许多功能的若干类传感器8。
在该头枕1的两侧的枕芯中设有由耐老化柔性隔音材质(本发明选用丁基橡胶与金属材质组合)构成的音室,分别为左音室和右音室,在每个音室中安放有独立控制的播音器3,每个播音器3与设置于枕芯内的控制电路相连。由音室前侧面(与使用者颈部相接触的方向为前,背对颈部的方向为后,下同)至枕套表面设有若干条可将播音器3输出的音频信号导出的导音通道4,这些导音通道4的出口汇聚至枕套两侧构成局部立体声的区域强声场5。该区域强声场5在使用者颈部贴近所述感应区2时位于该使用者耳根的近旁,该区域强声场5的声音仅使用者可以清晰听到。所述播音器3可通过蓝牙与智能移动终端(如智能手机、iPad等)配对后开启,或者通过设置于所述感应区2中的触动传感器8与智能移动终端配对后开启。即当移动智能终端呼叫时,使用者即可利用颈部与头枕1的轻轻接触或体位轻轻变动开启所述播音器3,由播音器3输出来电音频讯号,此时,双耳处于最佳声音播放的所述区域强声场5中。该情况下,头枕1不需要与耳部发生接触,区域强声场5形成的局部声场可以在不贴近耳部的情况下,令使用者清晰听取来电声音。
所述导音通道4长度不小于2cm,其可为孔形通道,也可为由传声性能好的材料构成的声波通道。
所述控制电路包括中央处理器、存储器、电池和电源管理模块等。
本发明的进一步改进是在所述枕芯中还设有检测使用者颈部触及所述头枕1的倚靠压力和速度的压力传感器8和加速度传感器8以及由中央处理器控制并由所述播音器3输出音频的速压报警提醒模块。倚靠压力与速度被用于评估使用者紧张程度、舒适程度和危险程度等。
当驾车人在行驶过程中,在其颈部与头枕1接触时,所述压力传感器8和加速度传感器8感知到的信息处于和缓信息对应的设定值时,即可说明该使用者处于安全放松状态。
而当上述传感器8感知到的信息为重度、快速、摇摆等被视为异常压力和速度对应的设定值时,则说明该驾车人有可能处于疲劳状态下或者发生异常状态,此时,压力传感器8和/或加速度传感器8将该信号发送给所述的中央处理器,中央处理器自动通过蓝牙配对启动移动智能终端将该驾车人的位置和感知状态信息报告给预先设置的应急联络人或移动智能终端服务器后台系统,同时启动声音记录功能将头枕1周围发生的声音及传感器数据记录下来。
即便移动智能终端呼入时,如果压力传感器8和/或加速度传感器8侦测到快速震动或异动时,同样,中央处理器自动通过蓝牙配对启动移动智能终端将该驾车人的位置和感知状态信息报告给预先设置的应急联络人或移动智能终端服务器后台系统,同时启动声音记录功能将头枕1周围发生的声音记录下来。
本发明的又一改进是在所述枕芯中还设有能够利用相对重力的方位感自动甄别两侧播音器的位于使用人实际左右方位,自动设置位于使用人左侧的播音器为左播音器,位于使用人右侧的播音器为右播音器,即利用重力方位正确辨识头枕两侧与使用人实际的左右关系。即加速度传感器8还能够监测头枕与重力场相对角度,并能够利用相对重力的方位自动甄别左右播音器的实际摆放关系。根据与重力场夹角,自动设定位于使用者左侧的播音器被指定为左播音器,而实际位于右侧的播音器被指定为右播音器,从而保证即使使用者不小心颠倒使用头枕,其头枕能够自动纠正左右方向感的正确性,即位于头枕使用人左侧的播音器永远是被自动指派为左播音器来提供左侧提醒信息使用。
所述区域强声场5分别位于左右耳侧并被独立控制,可以联合播放立体声或分别独立播放用于提示具备左右方位特征的声音信息。该独立具备方位特征的声音,来自于其他周围传感器8或与该头枕1已配对的智能设备。其包括具备方位特征的危险信号(如左右微波雷达探知到快速接近的汽车后根据汽车方位预警)和具备方位特征的导航提示(如左转向或右转向)等,具备方位特征的提醒被左右播音器3利用独立的强度控制强化器方位感。加速度传感器8能够 利用相对重力的方位自动甄别左右播音器3,从而始终保证正确的控制左右播音器3发出正确的具有方位感的提醒。其方位信息的提醒是充分利用人体本能反应的一种声音提醒形式,即当危险来自左侧时通过强化左侧的声音让人在本能快速的感知的危险方位和作出本能条件反射。
加速度传感器8还可用来检测使用者颈部与所述头枕1之间相对重力方向的空间位置偏离程度的提醒,为使用者记忆和定制座椅配戴位置喜好特征,该位置变动时会自动产生提醒与所述的中央处理器相连并由所述播音器3输出相关的音频提示信息。该位置喜好监测还能用于汽车防盗状态监测,一旦头枕相对重力方向的位置突发变动,可能用于触发汽车防盗警报。
即当头枕1佩带在使用者头颈上时,该头枕1与使用者颈部是否处于最佳舒适状态,可通过所述音频提示信息实现,最佳音频听取状态被视为最优保护状态,因为该结构是结构设计保证耳根侧部、后部和颈部的适当防护,最佳声音接收区刚好约束了被保护位置被柔性材质包围保护。
本发明的再一改进是在所述导周边设有拾漏音侦测区6,在该拾漏音侦测区6中设有若干个可起免提通话功能和侦测周边漏音的Mic,所述Mic与感应区2相连。拾漏音侦测区6将侦测到的漏音讯号反馈到中央处理器,进行声音播放控制调整(即为中央处理器提供反馈,从而对所述播音器3音频输出做出必要的声波滤波和优化再处理),同时Mic也被用于话音拾取功能,实现智能终端免提通话功能;Mic还用于侦测异常声响可能用于危险预警。如周边环境中的强烈撞击声、爆炸声、风噪声等等。
本发明的另一改进是:所述中央处理器通过蓝牙或WiFi等通信手段与车载左右微波雷达相接并将该微波雷达探知的周围状况或车流状况由所述播音器3以立体声况输出;所述中央处理器通过蓝牙或WiFi等通信手段与车载导航装置相接并将该导航装置感知的转弯信息由所述播音器3以立体声况输出。
所述播音器3具备明确的左右方位特征,其特征可以被加速度传感器8重新定义,确保正确的左右方位对应关系(即如果使用者无意倒置了头枕1,中央处理器仍能够正确判定正确的实际的左右方位,从而保证正确的具备方位信息的提醒),其左右特征被明确的用于具备方位信息的提醒音播放功能上,该方位信息的提醒可以来自其他周围传感器8或与之配对的移动智能终端。比如当汽车安装有后侧测速雷达时,一旦雷达监测到左侧有汽车快速接近,即发送信息到本发明的头枕1,该头枕1能够利用该具备左右方位特征的预警信号利用左侧的播音器3强化播放,以提醒注意左侧危险,这一技术可以有效利用人体本能条件反射做出快速反应,即最快速让人留意到左侧的危险情况验证程度,而无需花时间判断哪一侧是左侧,而恰恰这毫秒级别的本能提前反应可以大大的降低危险事件的发生概率,及通过立体双侧局部独立控声,可以充分利用人体的快速反应条件反射本能达到最佳提醒效果。
该方位信息的提醒技术还用于汽车导航提醒,即移动智能终端将转向提醒在语音播放的同时赋予真实的方位数字信息,该头枕1能够准确的提醒驾驶者正确的转向方位。
所述加速度传感器8通过中央处理器构成汽车防盗报警模块,该加速度传感器8在侦测到异动时自动启动应急记录功能包括环境录音、方位、加速度、速度、位置等,并尝试利用无线通信手段提示用户。
即利用加速度传感器8检测头枕相对重力方向的角度,并作为座椅喜好存储和比对,可提示使用者调整座椅后正确的复原到初始喜好位置,以及记忆不同人喜好,根据提示调整复原。同时该加速度传感器8也用于汽车防盗监控状态,即在汽车进入防盗检测模式下,一旦加速度传感器侦测到变动,自动启动环境录音功能并尝试利用无线通信手段提示用户。
在所述头枕1上还设有挂断所述播音器3与移动智能终端连接的触动开关和通过实时检测话音信噪比,中央处理器可以自行判断没有通话要求并自动关闭所述播音器1和结束当前通话或音乐。即自然控制指令模式。本发明头枕1在电话接入情况下,可以通过轻靠头枕1来控制接听来电;通过手触动头枕侧面的触动开关控制挂断来电;同时也在不触动头枕侧面情况下,由中央处理器自动检测话音信噪比,在无通话数据的一段时间后自动结束当前通话或音乐播放,同时语音识别控制作为一种通用技术被自动支持。
在所述头枕1背部还可安装充电架7。
该充电架7既可将该头枕1安装于座椅或特定靠架上,也可作为充电装置为该头枕1内的电池进行充电。
初次使用本发明时,该头枕1使用声音作为信标提示使用者其佩戴的头枕1是否处于最佳状态(最佳状态为头枕1中部对应使用者的耳根至颈部区域,该状态对使用者而言为最佳保护状态),并与智能终端/手机通信传送话音、音乐、数据的智能头颈保护头枕1和提醒器,头枕1利用定向声音播音器3含长行程(长于2cm)声波导音通道4构成局部声音控制,从而在双侧耳根部建立独立局部声场,即远离双侧耳根位置的声音极小,因此使用者利用此局部声音可以确定是否为最佳的佩戴位置,即听到最佳声音时对应的佩戴位置即代表正确位置。
作为进一步的功能扩展,在本发明的头枕1中还可以设置无线通信器(如蓝牙、WiFi、Zigbee、3G、4G等)、各类传感器8(磁敏、温度、红外体温探测器、加速度传感器8、陀螺仪、GPS、甲醛气体探测器、粉尘探测器、光线感应器等)、扬声器、麦克风、发光器、振动器等执行器等。
本发明可用于车载头枕1用途,并能够与手机配对,实现蓝牙音响、智能终端安装制定应用软件,并运行该软件后可以得到增强控制功能,而在没有安装特定应用软件情况下,可以启动标准的蓝牙通话和音乐播放功能。制定 应用软件能够通过智能终端控制头枕1的中央处理器对各个部件管理和配置,实现多样的喜好设定和功能设定,如催眠模式、唤醒模式。
局部声场是有效的提醒和指示器,有效的配戴即可获得最佳声音,也即处于正常操控环境之中。
在所述智能催眠、智能换醒和体温探测等功能是基于利用传感器分析判定而实施的智能闹钟、智能催眠、睡眠质量监测、疲劳度监测、紧张度监测等应用表现。
本发明的另一应用举例:
如图2所示,作为便携式智能U型头枕1,能够用于旅行,提供舒适的头枕1,同时通过所述的播音器3、中央处理器进行智能播放,达到催眠模式、唤醒模式、放松模式等等特殊效果。
根据压力的探测和(运动)睡眠探测等智能选择音响播放效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全智能头枕,包括按照人体工学原理设计成的能有效保护人体耳根、耳后区域至颈部区域的头枕(1)外形以及定型填充于枕套中的枕芯,其特征在于:在头枕(1)上可与使用者颈部触接的中部或后部设有感应区(2),在与该感应区(2)对应的枕芯内安装有至少一种智能传感器(8);在所述枕芯的两侧分别设有由柔性隔音材质构成的内设有播音器(3)的左音室和右音室,在每个音室的前侧面设有若干个通往枕套外的导音通道(4),由所述的播音器(3)产生的声音穿过该导音通道(4)在该头枕(1)外构成一个具有音量、频谱滤波和混音的区域强声场(5),该区域强声场(5)在使用者颈部贴近所述感应区(2)时位于该使用者耳根的近旁,所述播音器(3)可通过蓝牙与智能移动终端配对后开启联机功能,或者通过设置于所述感应区(2)中的传感器(8)探知到异动时自动开启脱机提醒功能;在该枕芯内还设有与所述播音器(3)和各类传感器(8)相连接的包括中央处理器的控制电路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在该头枕(1)的周边设有拾漏音侦测区(6),在该拾漏音侦测区(6)中设有若干个可起免提通话功能和侦测所述区域强声场(5)的漏音、周边环境中的噪音及异常声响的微型麦克风。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在所述枕芯中还设有检测使用者颈部触及所述头枕(1)的倚靠压力和速度的压力传感器(8)或加速度传感器(8)以及由中央处理器根据所述压力传感器(8)或加速度传感器(8)感知的触动信号开启与移动智能终端通话的配对识别模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在所述枕芯中还设有通过加速度传感器(8)判断该头枕佩戴正反方向是否正确的姿态识别模块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在所述枕芯中还设有安全预警提醒模块,该模块根据目标方位发生的实时声音响度分别控制该目标方位对应侧的播放器(3)播放具有方位信息响度提醒的音效讯号。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:所述中央处理器根据所述微型麦克风、压力传感器(8)、加速度传感器(8)或感应区(2)中设置的其他传感器感知到的声音、压力、加速度或方位传感数据偏离预设值时启动应急记录机制并通过蓝牙配对启动所述的移动智能终端与设定的应急联络人或服务器后台系统相接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:所述导音通道(4)的长度不小于2cm,所述导音通道(4)外部柔软,其内壁由具有隔音特性的金属、玻璃或橡胶中的至少一种组合构成。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在所述控制电路中还设有通过所述微型麦克风、压力传感器(8)和加速度传感器(8)自动侦测和评估周围环境安静度和/或舒适度的可控的催眠放松音乐模块和异常动向提醒模块,所述催眠放松音乐模块可与移动智能终端配对或通过连接外设音乐播放器经由中央处理器根据所述安静度和舒适度评估值实时调整适当的音乐音量、频谱滤波和混音并通过所述播音器(3)播放音乐,所述异常动向提醒模块可经由中央处理器通过声音合成技术强化音乐提醒强度通过所述播音器(3)播放强力换醒音乐或闹钟音乐。
  9. 根据权利要求4或5所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:所述加速度传感器(8)与中央处理器构成为汽车防盗报警模块,通过智能终端启动防盗模式后,该加速度传感器(8)侦测到车体和座椅异动时自动启动应急环境录音和传感器信息实时记录涉及加速度、速度、位置、方位或声音的信息并尝试利用蓝牙无线通信手段提示用户。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的安全智能头枕,其特征在于:在所述头枕(1)上还设有挂断所述播音器(3)与移动智能终端连接的触动开关和通过检测话音信噪比自动关闭所述播音器(1)及结束当前通话或播放的反馈模块。
