本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
由上述实施例可知,本公开通过将光线传感器设置于移动设备的屏幕模组中,一方面无需在移动设备的面板上开孔,避免破坏面板的强度和美观度;另一方面消除了光线传感器与屏幕模组之间的距离,使得光线传感器检测到的环境光线状况更加符合屏幕模组的实际显示需求;此外,由于无需考虑开孔大小的限制因素,因而光线传感器在屏幕模组中能够获得更大的光线采集角度,有助于避免由于角度问题而导致的光线采集不准确的情况。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性和解释性的,并不能限制本公开。

具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本公开相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本公开的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
图1是相关技术中的一种移动设备的屏幕模组的结构示意图,如图1所示,在相关技术中,需要在移动设备的屏幕模组上开孔(通常位于图1所示的位置,即屏幕模组的内容显示区域10上方,比如听筒11的两侧),然后将光线传感器1安装在对应于该开孔的位置,则光线传感器1可以通过该开孔感应移动设备的环境光线状况。
然而,相关技术中的上述方案,存在很多问题:1、在移动设备的屏幕模组上开孔,破坏了移动设备的整体性,降低了移动设备的屏幕模组的强度;2、移动设备的屏幕模组上的开孔,影响了移动设备的美观度;3、为了在满足光线传感器1的功能需求的同时,尽可能降低开孔造成的影响,开孔孔径受到限制,导致光线传感器1在执行光线检测时受到光线射入角度的极大影响,造成移动设备在对屏幕亮度进行调整时,往往并不能够很好地配合环境光线变化,严重影响用户的使用体验;4、屏幕亮度的调整是直接针对内容显示区域10的亮度调整,但光线传感器1与内容显示区域10之间存在一定的间隔,导致光线传感器1采集到的环境光线状况与内容显示区域10处的实际状况必然存在一定差异,影响移动终端的屏幕亮度调节效果。
因此,本公开通过对移动设备的屏幕模组进行结构上的改进,以解决相关技术中存在的上述技术问题。
图2是根据本公开一示例性实施例示出的一种移动设备的屏幕模组的结构示意图,如图2所示,该屏幕模组可以包括:
光线传感器1,所述光线传感器1位于所述屏幕模组的内容显示区域10内,可对移动设备的环境光线数据进行采集;
数据传输线路2,所述数据传输线路2的两端分别连接至所述光线传感器1和所述移动设备中的处理部件3,可将所述光线传感器1采集的数据传输至所述处理部件3。
在本实施例中,内容显示区域10是指屏幕模组上用于实现内容显示功能的区域,比如对应于屏幕模组的LCD显示模组(图中未示出)的VA区域(View Area,可视区域)。
在本实施例中,通过将光线传感器1设置于移动设备的屏幕模组的内容显示区域10中,使得光线传感器1能够直接、无间隔地采集内容显示区域10处的环境光线,有助于提升光线传感器1对环境光线状况的检测精准度。
同时,由于内容显示区域10为透明结构,使得无需在移动设备的面板上开孔,光线传感器1即可直接对移动设备的环境光线进行采集,避免破坏移动设备屏幕模组的强度和美观度。
此外,由于光线传感器1直接透过屏幕模组在内容显示区域10处的玻璃面板,对移动设备的环境光线进行检测,因而采集到的光线不会受到开孔孔径的限制,不存在角度方 面的遮挡或限制问题,使得采集到的环境光线状况更加符合移动设备的实际情况,从而使移动设备能够更为精准地调整屏幕亮度。
1、光线传感器1的数量
在本公开的技术方案中,并不对光线传感器1的数量进行限制,可以根据实际需求,在移动设备的屏幕模组内设置任意数量的光线传感器1。
作为一示例性实施例,移动设备的屏幕模组内可以设置多个光线传感器1。如图3所示,可以将多个光线传感器1均匀排布于内容显示区域10中,从而全面、细致地实现对移动设备的环境光线状况的采集;其中,每个光线传感器1均通过相应的数据传输线路2连接至处理部件3。
需要说明的是,本公开中的处理部件3可以为单个处理芯片,比如MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元)芯片,也可以为执行处理功能的多个部件构成的模块,本公开并不对此进行限制。
2、光线传感器1与触摸屏结构4
图4是根据本公开一示例性实施例示出的一种移动设备的屏幕模组的触摸屏结构的局部放大示意图,如图4所示,屏幕模组中还可以包括:
触摸屏结构4,所述触摸屏结构4的导电层包含若干电极,且该若干电极按照预设图案(pattern)进行排布;比如在图4中,若干菱形电极顺序交错排列,其中一类电极41(图4中呈全黑色)沿横排排列且水平方向上的相邻电极之间两两相互连接,而另一类电极42(图4中呈斜条纹)沿竖排排列且竖直方向上的相邻电极之间两两相互连接。
其中,光线传感器1的竖直方向投影位于该若干电极之间形成的间隙区域的竖直方向投影内;换言之,光线传感器1位于若干电极之间的间隙区域中,但光线传感器1可能与导电层处于相同层级,也可能处于不同层级。在该实施例中,可以避免光线传感器1影响触摸屏结构4的导电层的功能,并且在屏幕模组的生产加工过程中,也有助于分别实现对导电层和光线传感器1的加工设置。
当然,图4所示的菱形电极和排列方式,仅为本公开用于举例的一种pattern形式;而本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求,设计和采用任意形式的pattern,只要符合“光线传感器1的竖直方向投影位于该若干电极之间形成的间隙区域的竖直方向投影内”的需求,均可以应用于本公开的技术方案中。比如图5示出了另一pattern形式,其中包含带状的水平设置电极43和竖直设置电极44,则可以通过将光线传感器1设置于电极43、电极44之间形成的间隔区域内。
3、光线传感器1的设置位置
在相关技术中,存在很多种不同形式的屏幕模组,则光线传感器1可能存在不同的设置位置;下面以其中几种可能的设置方案为例,对本公开的技术方案进行说明。
作为一示例性实施例,如图6所示,移动设备的屏幕模组可以采用“外挂式”结构,即触摸屏结构4设置于玻璃面板5与LCD显示模组6之间,该“外挂式”结构可以包括 如GG型、GG2型、OGS型、G1F型、GFF型、GF2型、GF型等,均适用于本公开的技术方案;相应地,光线传感器1可以存在下述设置方式:
1)光线传感器1A,设置于触摸屏结构4与玻璃面板5之间;比如将光线传感器1A设置于触摸屏结构4表面或玻璃面板5底面后,再将触摸屏结构4与玻璃面板5进行粘接,则光线传感器1A位于两者之间的粘胶层中。
2)光线传感器1B,设置于触摸屏结构4中,可以避免影响触摸屏结构4与玻璃面板5之间的粘接操作。
3)光线传感器1C,设置于触摸屏结构4与LCD显示模组6之间;比如将光线传感器1C设置于触摸屏结构4底面或LCD显示模组6表面后,再将触摸屏结构4与LCD显示模组6进行粘接,则光线传感器1C位于两者之间的粘胶层中。
作为另一示例性实施例,如图7所示,移动设备的屏幕模组可以采用“内嵌式”结构,即触摸屏结构4内嵌于LCD显示模组6中,该“内嵌式”结构可以包括如On-cell型、In-cell型等;相应地,光线传感器1可以设置于触摸屏结构4中。
4、光线传感器1与LCD显示模组6
作为一示例性实施例,光线传感器1可以采用透明材料制成,从而避免造成对LCD显示模组6的内容显示造成影响。
作为另一示例性实施例,可以通过缩小光线传感器1的体积,使得用户在使用移动设备的过程中,肉眼难以分辨出光线传感器1,从而避免造成对LCD显示模组6的内容显示造成影响。
作为又一示例性实施例,如图8所示,在LCD显示模组6中的彩色滤光片(见图8中的局部放大区域,即彩色滤光片的部分区域,图中未标示)上,形成若干相邻设置的子像素(即图8中的局部放大区域中依次相邻设置的矩形,R子像素对应于红色Red,G子像素对应于绿色Green,B子像素对应于蓝色Blue),且每个子像素中均包含一BM(Black Matrix,黑色矩阵)区域61,该BM区域不用于相应子像素的色彩显示,因而可以使光线传感器1的竖直方向投影位于LCD显示模组6的子像素的BM区域61的竖直方向投影内,从而即便光线传感器1的体积较大或未采用透明材料制成,仍然可以避免对LCD显示模组6的内容显示造成影响。
当然,可以通过使光线传感器1的竖直方向投影同时满足:1、位于触摸屏结构4的导电层的若干电极之间的间隔区域的竖直方向投影内;2、位于LCD显示模组6的子像素的BM区域61的竖直方向投影内,从而同时避免对触摸屏结构4和LCD显示模组6造成影响。

应当理解的是,本公开并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本公开的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种移动设备的屏幕模组,其特征在于,包括:
    光线传感器,所述光线传感器位于所述屏幕模组的内容显示区域内,可对所述移动设备的环境光线数据进行采集;
    数据传输线路,所述数据传输线路的两端分别连接至所述光线传感器和所述移动设备中的处理部件,可将所述光线传感器采集的数据传输至所述处理部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,还包括:
    触摸屏结构,所述触摸屏结构的导电层包含若干电极,且所述若干电极按照预设图案进行排布;
    其中,所述光线传感器的竖直方向投影位于所述若干电极之间形成的间隙区域的竖直方向投影内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,所述光线传感器采用透明材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,还包括:
    玻璃面板和LCD显示模组,且所述触摸屏结构位于所述玻璃面板和所述LCD显示模组之间;
    其中,所述光线传感器位于所述触摸屏结构中,或者位于所述触摸屏结构与所述玻璃面板之间,或者位于所述触摸屏结构与所述LCD显示模组之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,还包括:
    玻璃面板和LCD显示模组,且所述触摸屏结构内嵌于所述LCD显示模组中;
    其中,所述光线传感器位于所述触摸屏结构中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,还包括:
    LCD显示模组;
    其中,所述光线传感器的竖直方向投影位于所述LCD显示模组的子像素的BM区域的竖直方向投影内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕模组,其特征在于,所述屏幕模组中包括多个光线传感器,且所述多个光线传感器均匀排布。
  8. 一种移动设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的移动设备的屏幕模组。
