所述连接基座3包括通孔31、固定部32、定位部33。所述通孔31与所述灯体1相连通,所述定位部33与所述固定部32设置在同一安装面上,所述固定部32开设在所述定位部33上。所述定位部33包括第一齿条组,所述第一齿条组在安装面上设置两排,可设置在所述通孔31的两侧,所述第一齿条组中的齿条连续排列。所述固定部32可以是固定孔或固定槽,开设在所述第一齿条组上,也就是在相邻齿条间开设固定孔或固定槽。所述固定部32分别与所述定位部33配合实现所述连接杆4与所述连接基座3间不同位置连接。所述定位部33与所述固定部32共同所在的安装面为弧面,便于与该弧面相对应的连接杆4的安装部41的安装面相配合,只需翻转连接杆4就能在连接基座3上的同一安装面上实现灯体和灯杆垂直和水平连接;所述定位部33与所述固定部32共同所在的安装面也可以为平面,在提供连接杆4翻转空间的前提下,如在凹部2内开设近似垂直两个安装面,所述定位部33与所述固定部32位于其中一平面上,通过翻转连接杆4就能在连接基座3上的同一安装面上实现灯体与灯杆垂直和水平连接。
所述连接基座3还包括在灯体1背面与凹部2相连处开设的弧面34。所述弧面34以所述灯体1背面与所述凹部2相连处的中心位置为基准位置,向所述定位部33或所述固定部32所在的安装面延伸开设,也就是所述弧面向凹部2凹陷的方向开设,以接近所述通孔31。所述弧面34的设置是为了配合所述连接杆支撑部42的结构,当灯体与灯杆水平连接时,所述支撑部42的外部结构与该弧面34相适配,使两者完美贴合,可实现稳固连接。即使当灯体受到横向风等外部作用发生晃动时,弧面34提供了侧向支承力,使得灯体与灯杆稳固连接。同时该弧面34设置也起到一定防水作用,雨水受重力作用从灯体背面滑落下 来,一般都飞溅出去,即使有飘落进来的雨水,弧面34往凹部2的通孔方向设置的结构防止雨水倒灌,作为优选,所述弧面34在水平面上的投影包含在所述灯体1背面在水平面上的投影内,也就是当从灯体背面方向垂直往下看时,该弧面34是不可视的,这样防水功能更有效。
所述连接杆4包括安装部41和支撑部42。所述安装部41的安装面可以是曲面,也可以是平面,用以与所述连接基座3上的安装面相适配,所述安装部41分别与所述定位部33配合形成灯体与灯杆之间的水平或垂直连接。所述安装部41包括开口411、安装定位部412、安装固定部413,所述安装定位部412与所述安装固定部413设置在同一安装面上,所述安装定位部412与所述安装固定部413均分两排设置在所述开口411的两侧;所述开口411与所述安装定位部412或所述安装固定部413设置在不同安装面上。所述安装定位部412具有第二齿条组,设置在安装部41一侧的所述第二齿条组由两组短齿条组构成,两组短齿条组分设置在同侧安装固定部413的两边,每组短齿条组的齿条连续排列。所述安装固定部413包括安装孔或安装槽,与所述固定部32的安装孔或安装槽相对应,且也设置在第二齿条组上,也就是在相邻齿条间开设固定孔或固定槽。当安装部41和连接基座3上的定位结构相适配,第一齿条组的齿条与第二齿条组齿条相互咬合,可使全部齿条咬合或部分齿条咬合,实现连接基座3和连接杆4之间的角度调节,一般调节范围可设置在±15度的调节范围,为此在连接基座3和安装部41上两者开设的固定孔为一对多、多对一、多对多的数量;或者连接基座3开设1个固定孔或1个固定槽,对应安装部41开设一个固定槽或1个固定孔。作为优选,所述第一齿条组的齿条数与所述第二齿条组齿条数近似相等,且足够长,便于第一齿条组对准第二齿条组调角度或第二齿条组对准第一齿条组调角度,且具有一定调角范围。
当所述安装固定部413为安装孔时,设置多个等间距排布的安装孔,为配合多个角度调节档,该安装孔相邻设置,每个安装孔为一角度调节档。当所述安装固定部413为安装槽时,短齿条沿所述安装槽边缘设置,为了使连接安装固定部413和固定部32的连接件具有活动空间,安装槽的纵向长度大于短齿条的纵向长度。其中,所述第一齿条组、所述第二齿条组中的齿条的横截面积可以为V形或U形,这样每个齿条组上都有凸部和凹部,当所述第一齿条组中的凹部或凸部与所述第二齿条组中的凸部或凹部相配合,实现连接杆4与连接基座3的定位。
为了使得开口411与通孔31紧密连接,所述通孔31与所述定位部33或所述固定部32设置在不同安装面上。所述通孔31所在的安装面横向开设在所述凹部上,所述开口411纵 向开设在所述安装部41的安装面上,有利于当开口411与通孔31相连接时,两者之间紧密连接,交叉的安装方式,可固定住线缆,不会随意晃动与该连接结构发生碰撞摩擦。所述支撑部42包括线缆腔421,所述线缆腔421依次与所述开口411、所述通孔31相联通。所述支撑部42包括与所述安装部41连接的头部422、和与灯杆连接的尾部423;所述头部422的内径从与所述灯杆连接处至与所述安装部41连接处逐渐变小,可用于收紧线缆,另外该头部422形状也是为了适配所述弧面34。
为了清晰表示角度,可在所述连接基座3、所述安装部41上分别设置角度标识部和角度指示部。所述角度标识部以刻度的形式表示,所述角度指示部位设置在所述安装部41两侧边的指示箭头。
为了更有效、稳固、便捷实现连接杆4与连接基座3之间的连接和实现灯体与灯杆的水平或垂直连接,进一步做了以下布置。其一,所述凹部2从所述灯体1正面至其背面的深度大于所述安装部41厚度。所述凹部2需要具备一定深度,尤其是当安装部41厚度小于凹部2深度时,即使受到外部横向风等作用时,所述凹部2为该安装部41提供侧向支撑力,防止安装部41与凹部2发生偏离,甚至脱开。其二,所述通孔31与所述定位部33或所述固定部32设置在不同安装面上,在连接杆4与连接基座3连接时,便于线缆放置,尤其是在翻转连接杆4与连接基座3实现灯体与灯杆不同连接方式时提供翻转灵活性和便利性。更进一步,所述通孔所在的安装面与所述定位部或所述固定部所在的安装面之间存在高度差,该高度差使得通孔31所在安装面在连接杆4与连接基座3连接后与连接基座3间形成以腔体,提供线缆放置空间。其三,所述安装部41的安装面纵向长度与固定部的安装面纵向长度近似一致,这样可实现所述安装部41单一安装面与所述连接基座3单一安装面相配合的两种方式安装。因此上述的结构设置,使得连接杆4与连接基座3的连接方式是在需要翻转连接杆4的基础上实现。连接杆4的安装部41的安装面正对连接基座3的安装面,通过翻转连接杆4,也就是翻转连接杆4安装部41的安装面,分别实现灯体与灯杆的水平或垂直安装。
当连接杆4与所述连接基座3连接时,安装部41上的安装定位部412、安装固定部413分别与连接基座3上安装面上的定位部33、固定部32相对应;一旦定位结构相配合定位在某一角度时,利用连接件,如螺栓、螺钉等,将两固定部结构固定连接,操作人员就无需打开灯体结构,在灯体外部轻松地完成灯体与灯杆间的水平或垂直安装、连接基座3和连接杆4之间的角度调节。
上面所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围 进行限定。在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下,本领域普通人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变型和改进,均应落入到本发明的保护范围,本发明请求保护的技术内容,已经全部记载在权利要求书中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,包括设置在灯体(1)外侧的凹部(2)、设在凹部(2)内的连接基座(3)、和与所述连接基座(3)调角式连接的连接杆(4);所述连接基座(3)包括与灯体(1)相通的通孔(31)、固定部(32)、以及与所述固定部(32)配合实现所述连接杆(4)与所述连接基座(3)间不同位置连接的定位部(33);所述连接杆(4)包括安装部(41)和支撑部(42);所述连接杆(4)的支撑部(42)开设有与灯体(1)的通孔(31)相连通的线缆腔(421);所述固定部(32)与所述定位部(33)配合以形成灯体与灯杆的水平或垂直连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述定位部(33)与所述固定部(32)设置在同一安装面上;所述定位部(33)包括第一齿条组,所述固定部(32)开设在所述定位部(33)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述通孔(31)与所述定位部(33)或所述固定部(32)设置在不同安装面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述通孔(31)所在的安装面与所述定位部(33)或所述固定部(32)所在的安装面之间存在高度差。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接基座(3)还包括在灯体(1)背面与凹部相连处开设的弧面(34);所述弧面(34)以所述灯体(1)背面与所述凹部(2)相连处的中心位置为基准位置,向所述定位部(33)或所述固定部(32)所在的安装面延伸开设,以接近所述通孔(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述弧面(34)在水平面上的投影包含在所述灯体(1)背面在水平面上的投影内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述凹部(2)从所述灯体(1)正面至其背面的深度大于所述安装部(41)厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述安装部(41)包括用于联通所述线缆腔(421)和所述通孔(31)的开口(411)、与所述定位部(33)共同配合定位的安装定位部(412)、以及与所述固定部(32)共同配合固定的安装固定部(413);所述安装定位部(413)包括第二齿条组,所述安装固定部(413)开设在所述第二齿条组上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二齿条组的齿条个数等于所述第一齿条组齿条个数。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述安装定位部(412)与所述安装固定部(413)设置在同一安装面上;所述开口(411)与所述安装定位部(412)或所述安装固定部(413)设置在不同安装面上。
