具体实施方式
如图1-3,本发明灯体与灯杆的连接结构包括凹部2、连接基座3、连接杆4。所述凹部2设置在灯体1外侧,例如设置在灯体1正面,也就是面朝地面的一面,所述连接基座3设置在所述凹部2内,所述连接杆4与所述连接基座3角度可调节的方式连接。这样设置隐藏了连接基座3的结构,有利于灯体美观,同时所述连接杆4与所述连接基座3相互作用,作用力施加在连接基座3上,也就是施加在灯体1上,有利于连接杆4与连接基座3间的稳固连接。并且,设置在灯体外侧也便于操作人员安装、调整角度。
所述连接基座3包括通孔31、固定部32、第一定位部33和第二定位部34。所述通孔31与所述灯体1相连通,所述第一定位部33与所述第二定位部34设置在所述连接基座3的两个不同安装面上,该安装面可以是曲面,也可以是平面。为了配合两个安装面实现连接基座3与连接杆4之间的稳固连接,可分别在两个安装面上开设有固定部32。考虑到线缆穿线问题,可以在两个不同安装面上开设通孔31,作为优选,开在所述两个不同安装面上的通孔31相互连通,便于在灯体与灯杆间已连有线缆时,不需要将线缆取出再次放入不同的通孔内实现再安装,节省了安装工序,安装更便捷。所述第一定位部33包括第一齿条组,所述第二定位部34包括第二齿条组,所述第一齿条组和所述第二齿条组均在不同的安装面上设置两排,可设置在所述通孔31的两侧,所述第一齿条组和所述第二齿条组中的的齿条连续排列,优选地,为了使两个安装面上调角范围相同,可使所述第一齿条组中的齿条数等于第二齿条组中的齿条数。所述固定部32可以是固定孔或固定槽,分别设置在所述第一齿条组和所述第二齿条组相邻位置。所述固定部32分别与所述第一定位部33或所述第二 定位部34配合实现所述连接杆4与所述连接基座3间不同位置连接。
所述连接基座3还包括在灯体1背面与凹部2相连处开设的弧面35。所述弧面35以所述灯体1背面与所述凹部2相连处的中心位置为基准位置,向所述通孔31方向延伸开设,也就是所述弧面向凹部2凹陷的方向开设,以接近所述通孔31。所述弧面35的设置是为了配合所述连接杆支撑部42的结构,当灯体与灯杆水平连接时,所述支撑部42的外部结构与该弧面35相适配,使两者完美贴合,可实现稳固连接。即使当灯体受到横向风等外部作用发生晃动时,弧面35提供了侧向支承力,使得灯体与灯杆稳固连接。同时该弧面35设置也起到一定防水作用,雨水受重力作用从灯体背面滑落下来,一般都飞溅出去,即使有飘落进来的雨水,弧面35往凹部2的通孔方向设置的结构防止雨水倒灌,作为优选,所述弧面35在水平面上的投影包含在所述灯体1背面在水平面上的投影内,也就是当从灯体背面方向垂直往下看时,该弧面35是不可视的,这样防水功能更有效。
所述连接杆4包括安装部41和支撑部42。所述安装部41的安装面可以是曲面,也可以是平面,用以与所述连接基座3上的两个不同安装面相适配,所述安装部41分别与所述第一定位部33或所述第二定位部34配合形成灯体与灯杆之间的水平或垂直连接。所述安装部41包括开口411、安装定位部412、安装固定部413,所述开口411、所述安装定位部412和所述安装固定部413设置在同一安装面上。所述安装定位部412具有第三齿条组,所述第三齿条组中的齿条连续排列,且齿条数大于所述第一齿条组或第二齿条组中的齿条数。为了便于角度准确调节,例如设置第一齿条组或第二齿条组中的齿条数为n,n>2,该齿条数可定义为第一角度调节档,所述第三齿条组中的齿条数为m,m等于n的整数倍或m大于n的整数倍,两者之间的倍数定义为多个角度调节档,这样有利于操作人员调节连接基座3和连接杆4之间的连接角度,一般调节范围可设置在±15度的调节范围,所述第一齿条组中的齿条或所述第二齿条组中的齿条与所述第三齿条组中的部分连续齿条相互咬合,实现连接杆4与连接基座3的定位。
所述安装固定部413为安装槽或安装孔。所述安装定位部412分两排设置在所述开口411两侧,所述安装固定部413分两排设置,每排安装固定部设置在相应的每排安装定位部相邻位置。当所述安装固定部413为安装孔时,设置多个等间距排布的安装孔,与所述安装定位部412设置在同一侧的安装孔的整体纵向长度不大于所述第三齿条组纵向长度,因所述第三齿条组与所述第一齿条组或第二齿条组相咬合,为了使得咬合面更稳固,该安装孔设置在每个咬合面的中部,也就使得第三齿条组首末端的齿条比安装孔设置的更接近边缘侧,这样连接基座3和连接杆4上的定位、固定结构可更好的配合实现定位、固定效果;另外,为 配合多个角度调节档,该安装孔相邻设置,每个安装孔为一角度调节档。当所述安装固定部413为安装槽时,与所述安装定位部412设置在同一侧的安装槽纵向长度不大于所述第三齿条组纵向长度,因所述第三齿条组与所述第一齿条组或第二齿条组相咬合,为了使得咬合面更稳固,使固定点设置在每个咬合面的中部,也就使得第三齿条组首末端的齿条比安装孔槽首末端更接近边缘侧,这样连接基座3和连接杆4上的定位、固定结构可更好的配合实现定位、固定效果。其中,所述第一齿条组、所述第二齿条组、所述第三齿条组中的齿条的横街面积可以为V形或U形,这样每个齿条组上都有凸部和凹部,当所述第一齿条组或所述第二齿条组中的凹部或凸部与所述第三齿条组中的凸部或凹部相配合,实现连接杆4与连接基座3的定位。
为了使得开口411与通孔31紧密连接,当所述通孔31纵向开设在所述凹部2内且连通两个安装面,所述开口411横向开设在所述安装部41的安装面上。所述第三齿条组沿所述开口411边缘设置,有利于当开口411与通孔31相连接时,两者之间紧密连接,交叉的安装方式,可固定住线缆,不会随意晃动与该连接结构发生碰撞摩擦。所述支撑部42包括线缆腔421,所述线缆腔421依次与所述开口411、所述通孔31相联通。所述支撑部42包括与所述安装部41连接的头部422、和与灯杆连接的尾部423;所述头部422的内径从与所述灯杆连接处至与所述安装部41连接处逐渐变小,可用于收紧线缆,另外该头部422形状也是为了适配所述弧面。
为了清晰表示角度,可在所述连接基座3、所述安装部41上分别设置角度标识部和角度指示部。所述角度标识部以刻度的形式表示,所述角度指示部位设置在所述安装部41两侧边的指示箭头。
为了更有效、稳固、便捷实现连接杆4与连接基座3之间的连接和实现灯体与灯杆的水平或垂直连接,进一步做了以下布置。其一,所述凹部2从所述灯体1正面至其背面的深度大于所述安装部41厚度。因为了实现水平或垂直连接,需要在凹部2处开设有近似90度的切口,受切割工艺、受力影响,所述凹部2需要具备一定深度,尤其是当安装部41厚度小于凹部2深度时,即使受到外部横向风等作用时,所述凹部2为该安装部41提供侧向支撑力,防止安装部41与凹部2发生偏离,甚至脱开。其二,所述第一定位部33所在的安装面从所述灯体1正面向所述凹部2内延伸以接近所述第二定位部34,所述第二定位部34所在的安装面从所述灯体1正面向所述凹部内2延伸以接近所述第一定位部33,所述第一定位部33所在的安装面的最低位置与所述第二定位部34所在的安装面的最低位置不在同一水平面上。简单来说,所述第一定位部33所在的安装面与所述第二定位部34所在的安装面之间 存在一定高度差,便于灵活转动所述连接杆4,实现连接杆4与连接基座3间的连接;同时这样设置,使得力臂更大,受力更稳固。其三,所述安装部41的安装面纵向长度足够长,至少比任意所述连接基座3上的安装面的纵向长度长,这样可有效实现所述安装部41单一安装面分别与所述连接基座两个安装面实现两种方式安装。因此,上述的结构设置,使得连接杆4与连接基座3的连接方式是在不需要翻转连接杆的基础上实现。连接杆4的安装部41的安装面正对连接基座3中的一个安装面,当需要变换至连接基座3的另一安装面时,连接杆4仍保持与连接基座的相对位置,在圆周方向上偏转角度后与另一安装面相对。
当连接杆4与所述连接基座3连接时,安装部41上的安装定位部412、安装固定部413分别与连接基座3上其中一安装面上的第一定位部33或第二定位部34、固定部32相对应;一旦定位结构相配合定位在某一角度时,利用连接件,如螺栓、螺钉等,将两固定部结构固定连接,操作人员就无需打开灯体结构,在灯体外部轻松地完成灯体与灯杆间的水平或垂直安装、连接基座和连接杆之间的角度调节。
上面所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定。在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下,本领域普通人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变型和改进,均应落入到本发明的保护范围,本发明请求保护的技术内容,已经全部记载在权利要求书中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,包括设置在灯体(1)外侧的凹部(2)、设在凹部(2)内的连接基座(3)、和与所述连接基座(3)调角式连接的连接杆(4);所述连接基座(3)包括与灯体(1)相通的通孔(31)、固定部(32)、以及与所述固定部(32)配合实现所述连接杆(4)与所述连接基座(3)间不同位置连接的第一定位部(33)和第二定位部(34);所述连接杆(4)包括安装部(41)和支撑部(42);所述连接杆(4)的支撑部(42)开设有与灯体(1)的通孔(31)相联通的线缆腔(421);所述第一定位部(33)与所述第二定位部(34)设置在所述连接基座(3)的两个安装面上,所述安装部(41)可分别与第一定位部(33)、第二定位部(34)其中之一配合以分别形成灯体与灯杆的水平或垂直连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部(33)包括第一齿条组;所述第二定位部(34)包括第二齿条组;所述固定部(32)在所述第一齿条组和/或所述第二齿条组的相邻位置设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,特征在于,所述连接基座(3)还包括在灯体(1)背面与凹部(2)相连处开设的弧面(35);所述弧面(35)以所述灯体(1)背面与所述凹部(2)相连处的中心位置为基准位置,向所述通孔(31)方向延伸开设。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述弧面(35)在水平面上的投影包含在所述灯体(1)背面在水平面上的投影内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述凹部(2)从所述灯体(1)正面至其背面的深度大于所述安装部(41)厚度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述通孔(31)开设在两个安装面上,连结所述第一定位部(33)所在的安装面和所述第二定位部(34)所在的安装面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部(33)所在的安装面从所述灯体(1)正面向所述凹部(2)内延伸以接近所述第二定位部(34),所述第二定位部(34)所在的安装面从所述灯体(1)正面向所述凹部(2)内延伸以接近所述第一定位部(33),所述第一定位部(33)所在的安装面的最低位置与所述第二定位部(34)所在的安装面的最低位置不在同一水平面上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述安装部(41)包括用于联通所述线缆腔(421)和所述通孔(31)的开口(411)、与所述第一定位部(33)或第二定位部(34)共同配合定位的安装定位部(412),以及与所述固定部(32)共同配合固定的安装固定部(413);所述安装定位部(412)具有齿条个数大于所述第一齿条组或所述第二齿条组齿条个数的第三齿条组。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述开口(411)、所述安装定位部(412)和所述安装固定部(413)三者皆设置在同一安装面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述灯体与灯杆的连接结构,其特征在于,所述支撑部(42)包括与所述安装部(41)连接的头部(421)、和与灯杆连接的尾部(422);所述头部(421)的内径从与所述灯杆连接处至与所述安装部(41)连接处逐渐变小。
