本发明涉及微生物显微镜计数语音快速录入及报表生成技术领域,尤其涉及一种藻类计数数据语音快速录入及报表生成系统和方法。
背景技术
在水生态系统中,藻类是重要的初级生产者。它通过光合作用固定太阳能、合成有机物,并随着食物链(网)进入下一个营养级。因此对藻类进行研究有着重要的意义。现在,无论是环境监测部门和科研部门,都会对藻类开展监测和研究,使用显微镜对藻类样品(特别是野外调查样品)进行鉴定和计数,获得群落结构组成和生物量是现在主要的技术手段。
现在通用的显微镜计数藻类的方法主要包括以下流程:
使用藻类计数框做片->在显微镜下放大200~500倍->随机数50-100个视野,使用纸和笔记录每个视野中藻类的名称及其细胞个数->将数据输入电脑,并通过人工将不同样品的种类对齐->计算换算倍率,并将细胞个数换算成生物量
这种方法在显微镜计数工作完成后还需要技术人员花大量时间输入数据和重新整理。针对这种耗时的情况,国外曾有科学家开发了试图减轻技术人员工作量的软件,该软件特点如下:
准备一台电脑,打开该软件并将电脑按键(或者按键组合)设定成不同物种;在计数时如果发现某一物种,计算其个数后敲击该物种对应的按键(或者按键组合),然后输入细胞个数。
虽然该软件能避免输入数据以及换算生物量的麻烦,但是同时也增加了难度。例如,藻类的物种数有成千上万种,而且每个样本间的物种组成可能千差万别,因此需要针对每个样本设定一次按键;同时,计数者还需要记住各个按键(或者按键组合)所代表的物种名称。正是因为这些,使得软件开发后并没有推广开来使用。
有鉴于此,有必要提出一种藻类计数数据语音快速录入及报表生成系统和方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种藻类计数数据语音快速录入及报表生成系统和方法,提供了一种实现藻类计数结果快速录入、最大限度减轻技术员工作量的解决方案。

开始工作时,计数者通过手动输入样品的物种名称、采样时间、显微镜放大倍率、计数视野总个数、鉴定者等相关信息,通过点击“开始计数”或者口述“开始”,系统生成一张临时报表并开始工作(图1中第I步)。

当计数者念出“结束计数”或者已经达到预设的视野计数个数时,系统发出“滴滴滴”三声响提示计数者,然后由计数者决定是进行下一个样品的计数还是直接生成报表。
计数者如果选择进行下一个样品的计数,该临时报表的数据则存入到数据库中,直到计数者统一生成报表(图1中第III步)。
报表的内容应当包含样本名称、采样时间、鉴定者等相关信息。
本发明由于系统语音输入可以仅包括物种名称、细胞个数和操作指令等简单的语音内容,同时绝大部分情况都在室内使用,因此对语音识别技术和设备的要求可以不是非常苛刻。
信息反馈设备6产生的反馈声音可以是,但不限于本发明的“嘀”音。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下有益效果:

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述物种名称数据库、指令库和数字库为txt文档、Excel文档、或者Access数据库、SQL数据库。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述物种名称数据库包括物种的分类信息和拉丁名。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述语音输入设备为麦克风,所述信息反馈设备为扬声器,麦克风和扬声器集成在PC终端上、或者通过有线或无线连接在PC终端上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述报表生成单元生成的报表为Excel格式文档,Excel格式文档中包含样品名称、鉴定人、计数方法的信息。
  7. 一种藻类计数数据语音快速录入及报表生成方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、手动输入报表信息,报表信息中包括物种名称;
    S2、语音输入设备输入语音信息,所述语音信息包括物种名称、物种细胞个数、和操作指令;
    S3、语音识别单元对语音信息进行识别,并通过比对单元进行比对,若为物种名称和细胞个数,则通过报表填写单元进行填写,若为操作指令,判断操作指令为报表填写操作指令或本次计数结束指令,若为报表填写操作指令,则继续填写报表信息,若为本次计数结束指令,则报表生成单元生成报表;
    S4、信息反馈设备进行报表填写信息反馈。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的报表信息还包括采样时间、显微镜放大倍率、计数视野总个数、鉴定者信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3还包括:
    判断语音信息中的物品名称是否已添加在报表信息中,若是,则通过报表填写单元进行 填写,若否,则将该物品名称添加至当前报表信息中并通过报表填写单元进行填写。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4包括:
    若比对单元无法识别语音识别单元的语音信息,则信息反馈设备反馈第一反馈音,并进行人工干预;
    若报表填写单元填写完毕,则信息反馈设备反馈第二反馈音;
    若报表填写单元指令执行完毕,则信息反馈设备反馈第三反馈音;
    若报表生成单元报表生成完毕,则信息反馈设备反馈第四反馈音。
