4、住户可远程随时对访客的访问需求做出决策,住户不在社区时也可进行核准,大大方便了住户和访客。例如,某公司人员虽然不在写字楼,但也可以远程核准访客的访问需求,无需麻烦公司其他人员去接该访客,访客也省去了等待的麻烦并节约了时间。
5、对于陌生访客,可通过验证器上安装的摄录装置将访客的特征信息直接发送到住户的手机上,便于住户判断,提高了安全性。
6、访客需在服务器上进行注册,服务器也可保存访客进入社区的记录,提高了安全性,也便于物业公司和住户查询相关访客记录。
7、支持权利的代理,住户可将审核访客的权利暂时交给从户,同时方便了住户和从户。在写字楼等社区,相当于公司为住户,员工为从户。
8、住户在服务器上注册后还需物业公司审核,其权限才能生效,便于物业公司对住户的管理。例如,住户搬走后,物业公司可以立即禁止该住户的权限。
9、无需向门禁和访客手机发送密码(或二维码),省去了密码的生成、传送、加密和比较过程,安全性更高,使用更方便。
10、支持一个住户在多个社区同时拥有多个房产的情况,住户在服务器上只需注册一次。

下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示,示出了本发明中社区联网门禁系统的一种实施例,包括服务器1、住户客户机2、访客客户机3和验证器4。服务器1与网络6相连接;住户客户机2和访客客户机3可以是手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等,也与网络6连接;验证器4可包含射频模块61通过网络6与服务器1或住户客户机2或访客客户机3连接;也可以包含WIFI、蓝牙等无线通信模块62与访客客户机3直接连接。网络6可以是互联网。图1示出的例子还包括社区5、住户7、访客8和社区出入口9。住户7和住户客户机2包含在椭圆框内,表示该住户7使用该住户客户机2。访客8和访客客户机3包含在椭圆框内,表示该访客8使用该访客客户机3。一个验证器4只适用于一个社区5,一个社区5可有多个验证器4,例如该社区5有多个社区出入口9时。
服务器1包括数据库11。数据库11用于存储社区信息、住户信息以及访客信息。其中,社区信息是社区5的属性,可包括社区名称、社区身份信息(如用户名和密码)、联系方式(如电话号码);住户信息是住户7的属性,可包括住户名称(如房号、姓名、公司名等)、住户身份信息(如用户名和密码)、联系方式(如电话号码);访客信息是访客8的属性,可包括访客身份信息(如用户名和密码)、联系方式(如电话号码)、工作单位、 照片。
社区信息和住户信息具有对应关系,即一个社区5可以有多个住户7,一个住户7可以是多个社区5的业主,住户信息和社区信息的对应关系可包括楼房编号等属性。
访客客户机3包括用于发出放行请求的放行请求模块。
服务器1还包括用于生成放行授权信息的授权模块。放行授权信息可以是允许通行或不允许通行的指示,也可以是特定的时间段。授权模块也可以安装于住户客户机2中。
验证器4包括验证处理器41及用于发出放行指示信号的输出装置42。验证器4通常安装在社区5的社区出入口9处。
验证处理器41运行有用于判断是否有通行权利的放行验证模块。放行验证模块可以通过一个应用程序来实现。放行验证模块也可以基于浏览器访问服务器1的相关软件模块来实现,此时,基于浏览器的相关软件模块可对应为放行验证模块。
图2示出了社区联网门禁系统中输出装置42的一种实施例。在该实施例中,社区5的大门通常已安装了电子锁512,该电子锁512受门禁51的控制,门禁51的输出信号可以控制电子锁512的开启及闭合,从而实现对社区大门的控制。在该实施例中,输出装置42为一种控制信号电路,该控制信号电路可以产生开门控制信号421,将该开门控制信号421输入到门禁51的开锁信号端511,使电子锁512受控开启。在该实施例中,放行指示信号相当于开门控制信号421。
图3示出了社区联网门禁系统中输出装置42的另一种实施例。在该实施例中,输出装置42包括显示屏422和音箱423,通过该显示屏422、音箱423可以发出放行提示,物业管理人员在收到放行提示后,允许访客进入。在该实施例中,放行指示信号相当于显示屏422、音箱423发出的放行提示。在该实施例中,验证器4也可用平板电脑、手机、电脑一体机等通用设备实现。
服务器1、住户客户机2、访客客户机3和验证器4均包含用于相互之间 网络连接的联网装置。
图4示出了服务器1、住户客户机2、访客客户机3和验证器4之间网络连接的一种实施例。在该实施例中,服务器1的网卡13通过网线14与路由器15连接,再通过路由器15连接到网络6中。住户客户机2和访客客户机3为手机,内置有射频通信模块61,如GPRS、3G、4G等模块,可以直接连接到网络6中。验证器4内安装了射频通信模块61,也可以直接连接到网络6中。服务器1通常有固定的域名或地址,住户客户机2和访客客户机3可以通过浏览器或开发的APP应用程序访问服务器1。验证器4可以通过HTTP协议等方式直接与服务器1建立网络连接并进行通信。住户客户机2、访客客户机3与验证器4均通过射频通信模块61与网络6连接,没有固定的网络地址,但它们都可以与服务器1直接进行通信,因此住户客户机2、访客客户机3与验证器4之间的通信可以通过服务器1中转来实现。例如,住户客户机2欲向验证器4发送一消息,则该住户客户机2可以首先把该消息发送到服务器1,再由服务器1向相关验证器4转发,反之亦然。
图5示出了服务器1、住户客户机2、访客客户机3和验证器4之间网络连接的另一种实施例。在该实施例中,服务器1的网卡13通过网线14与路由器15连接,再通过路由器15连接到网络6中。住户客户机2和访客客户机3为手机,内置有射频通信模块61,可以直接连接到网络6中;访客客户机3还内置有无线通信模块62,如蓝牙或WIFI模块。验证器4内也安装了无线通信模块62。住户客户机2和访客客户机3可以通过浏览器或安装的APP应用程序访问服务器1。访客客户机3与验证器4均有无线通信模块62,相互之间可以直接进行通信。验证器4因无法直接连接到网络6中,因此验证器4与服务器1之间的通信可以通过访客客户机3中转来实现。例如,服务器1欲向验证器4发送一消息,则服务器1可以首先把该消息发送到访客客户机3,再由访客客户机3向该验证器4转发,反之亦然。
验证器4还可存储有隶属于当前社区5的住户7的住户信息。如果采用这种模式,授权模块也可安装于验证处理器41。
系统还可包括用于确认社区信息和住户信息的对应关系的核对模块。核对模块通常由社区管理员负责操作,可以安装在服务器或验证器或社区管理员客户机中。所述社区信息和住户信息的对应关系建立之后,社区管理员通过核对模块确认社区信息和住户信息的对应关系。在该对应关系确认之后,对应住户才能接收访问请求。
系统还可包括用于接收并存储朋友名单信息的白名单设置模块。此时住户信息还包括朋友名单信息,朋友名单信息中的访客8访问对应住户7的请求将获得允许通行的放行授权信息。
系统还可包括用于接收并存储黑名单信息的黑名单设置模块,此时住户信息还包括黑名单信息,黑名单信息中的访客8访问对应住户7的请求将被拒绝。
系统还可包括用于接收并存储可访问时间段信息的时间设置模块。此时住户信息还包括可访问时间段信息,在可访问时间段外访客8访问对应住户7的请求将被拒绝。住户7可自主设定在可访问时间段外是否允许朋友名单信息中的访客8的访问。
系统还可包括用于接收并存储从户信息的从户设置模块。对居住社区,住户一般是业主,从户一般是租户;对写字楼或企事业单位等办公社区,住户一般是公司或部门,从户一般是员工。此时住户信息还包括从户信息,从户信息与社区信息有对应关系。从户信息是从户的属性,可包括从户身份信息(如用户名和密码)、联系方式(如电话号码)。从户具有对应住户7在对应社区5审核访客8的访问请求的权利。
验证器4还包括摄录装置,摄录装置可以用于获得访客8的图像、声音等特征信息。
验证器4还包括通过摄录装置获取访客特征信息的特征获取模块,将该访客特征信息传送给对应住户客户机2,可便于对访客8进行身份识别。
图6示出了社区联网门禁系统的社区进入方法的一种流程,包括如下步骤:
在S11中,访客8通过访客客户机3选择住户信息,通过放行请求模块请求进入社区5。
访客客户机3可以直接连接服务器1获得住户信息,也可以通过验证器4中转连接服务器1获得住户信息。
如果社区5的住户信息保存在验证器4中,访客8也可以通过访客客户机3与验证器4连接获得住户信息。
如果验证器4具有人机交互装置,访客8也可以通过验证器4的人机交互装置获得住户信息,相当于访客客户机3的功能集成在验证器4中。
在S12中,对应住户客户机2与服务器1连接,获得该请求。
如果所选住户信息包括从户信息,此时对应从户代替对应住户7在对应社区5审核该访客8的访问请求,即住户客户机2为对应从户的客户机。
在S13中,住户通过授权模块生成放行授权信息。
在S14中,对应验证器4的放行验证模块获得该放行授权信息。
在S15中,该验证器4的放行验证模块判断是否有通行的权利;如是,执行步骤S16。
在S16中,该验证器4的输出装置42发出放行指示信号。
图7示出了社区联网门禁系统的社区进入方法的另一种流程,包括如下步骤:
在S21中,访客8通过访客客户机3选择住户信息,通过放行请求模块请求进入社区5。
访客客户机3可以直接连接服务器1获得住户信息,也可以通过验证器4中转连接服务器1获得住户信息。
如果社区5的住户信息保存在验证器4中,访客8也可以通过访客客户机3与验证器4连接获得住户信息。
如果验证器4具有人机交互装置,访客8也可以通过验证器4的人机交互装置获得住户信息,相当于访客客户机3的功能集成在验证器4中。
在S22中,判断该住户信息的朋友名单信息是否包含当前访客信息。如 是,则执行步骤S211;如否,则执行步骤在S23。
在该流程中,默认住户7设定在可访问时间段外允许朋友名单信息中的访客8的访问。如果不允许,则需进一步判断当前时间是否在可访问时间段信息内。
在S23中,判断该住户信息的黑名单信息是否包含当前访客信息。如否,则执行步骤S24。
在S24中,判断当前时间是否在该住户信息的可访问时间段信息之内。如是,则执行步骤S25。
在S25中,对应住户客户机2与服务器1连接,获得该请求。
如果所选住户信息包括从户信息,此时对应从户代替对应住户7在对应社区5审核该访客8的访问请求,即住户客户机2为对应从户的客户机。
在S26中,判断是否需要获得当前访客的访客特征信息。如是,则执行步骤S27;如否,则执行步骤在S28。
在S27中,通过当前验证器的特征获取模块获取访客特征信息。
在S28中,住户通过授权模块生成放行授权信息。
在S29中,对应验证器4的放行验证模块获得该放行授权信息。
对应验证器4是指安装在对应社区出入口9的验证器4,该社区出入口9为该访客8欲通行的社区出入口9。在S28中生成的放行授权信息在服务器1中,获得该放行授权信息的方式可以包括:服务器1直接向验证器4发送放行授权信息,如果该社区5有多个社区出入口9,访客8通常需先选择对应的社区出入口9以确定对应的验证器4;服务器1通过访客客户机3中转向验证器4发送放行授权信息;验证器4向服务器1查询获得放行授权信息,此时,验证器4可直接向服务器1查询获得放行授权信息,也可以通过访客客户机3发送请求给验证器4,验证器4再向服务器1查询获得放行授权信息。放行授权信息可以加密传输。
在S210中,该验证器4的放行验证模块判断是否有通行的权利;如是,执行步骤S211。
在S211中,该验证器4的输出装置42发出放行指示信号。

Claims (10)

  1. 社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,包括服务器、住户客户机、访客客户机和验证器,所述服务器包括数据库,所述服务器、住户客户机、访客客户机和验证器均包含用于相互之间网络连接的联网装置,所述验证器安装于社区出入口,其特征在于:
    所述数据库用于存储社区信息、住户信息和访客信息;所述社区信息和住户信息具有对应关系;
    所述访客客户机包括用于发出放行请求的放行请求模块;
    所述服务器或住户客户机包括用于生成放行授权信息的授权模块;
    所述验证器包括验证处理器及用于发出放行指示信号的输出装置;
    所述验证处理器运行有用于判断是否有通行权利的放行验证模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    所述验证器存储有隶属于当前社区的住户的住户信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    还包括用于确认社区信息和住户信息的对应关系的核对模块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    还包括用于接收并存储朋友名单信息的白名单设置模块和/或用于接收并存储黑名单信息的黑名单设置模块;
    所述朋友名单信息和/或黑名单信息包含在所述住户信息中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    还包括用于接收并存储可访问时间段信息的时间设置模块;
    所述可访问时间段信息包含在所述住户信息中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    还包括用于接收并存储从户信息的从户设置模块;
    所述从户信息包含在所述住户信息中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统,其特征在于,
    所述验证器还包括摄录装置以及通过摄录装置获取访客特征信息的特征获取模块。
  8. 一种基于权利要求1所述社区联网门禁系统的社区进入方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    1】访客通过访客客户机选择住户信息,通过放行请求模块请求进入社区;
    2】对应住户客户机与服务器连接,获得该请求;
    3】住户通过授权模块生成放行授权信息;
    4】对应验证器的放行验证模块获得该放行授权信息;
    5】该验证器的放行验证模块判断是否有通行的权利;如是,执行步骤6】;
    6】该验证器的输出装置发出放行指示信号。
  9. 基于权利要求8所述社区进入方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1】后,判断该住户信息的朋友名单信息是否包含当前访客信息:
    如是,则验证器的输出装置发出放行指示信号;
    如否,则继续判断该住户信息的黑名单信息是否包含当前访客信息:
    如包含,则验证器的输出装置发出拒绝放行指示信号,
    如不包含,则进一步判断当前时间是否在该住户信息的可访问时间段信息之内:
    如在,才转入所述步骤2】。
  10. 基于权利要求8或9所述社区进入方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2】后,判断是否需要获得当前访客的访客特征信息:
    如是,通过当前验证器的特征获取模块获取访客特征信息;
    如否,才转入所述步骤3】。
