使用本实用新型一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒具有以下有益效果:本实用新型采用在设有盖子的壳体中设置药片存放室,并在药片存放室下方设置切刀弹簧、推门弹簧、切割刀片、按钮、凸轮、双开门和转轴,通过将转轴固定在壳体上,凸轮固定在转轴上,切割刀片靠近凸轮,当转动转轴时,凸轮前端推动切割刀片将药片切开,按钮推动双开门使其空心端间隔的位于开口上方,通过按压按钮将双开门的空心端移动至药片的下方,被切开后的药片即可从开口中落出去,并且,本实用新型还在转轴上固定了拉杆,拉杆位于壳体的外部,这样以来,通过拉动拉杆即可转动转轴与凸轮,完成对切割刀片的推动,使其对药片进行切割,方便实用,并且,由于本实用新型中对药片的切割过程是在壳体内部完成的,因此切割刀片不会被空气中的物质污染,保证了药片切割过程的卫生,并且,本实用新型在对药片切割过程中产生的药渣可以在按压按钮时通过开口处进行接收并集中处理,不容易对台面造成任何污染,使用起来非常的卫生、方便。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒(以下简称药片存放盒),如图1所示,包括壳体1,壳体1的底部设有开口,可以从开口中将被切割后的药片取出,并且开口会被间隔性的封闭/打开,壳体1的顶部设有铰链盖1-1,可以通过打开铰链盖1-1将药片放入到药片存放盒内,在铰链盖1-1上设有橡胶锁2,在铰链盖1-1的开口处,设置一个凸起(图中未标示),在铰链盖1-1的开合过程中,橡胶锁2能够相应的卡合在铰链盖1-1的开口处的凸起上或者从凸起上被揭开,即当向下压铰链盖1-1的时候,橡胶锁2的端部卡在铰链盖1-1开口处的凸起上,当需将铰链盖1-1打开时,向上扳起橡胶锁2使其脱离与凸起的卡合,即可使铰链盖1-1处于打开状态。
如图1所示的,药片存放盒中靠近铰链盖1-1的区域为药片存放室3,在使用时,药片存放在药片存放室3内,与药片存放室3相邻的区域中设有切药片用的切割机构,当药片存放盒以正常使用状态放置时,切割机构位于药片存放室3的下方,这样以来药片存放室3中的药片可以在自身重力的作用下落入到切割机构处进行分切,切割机构包括切割刀片10、凸轮11、双开门12、按钮13以及按压销14,如图中所示,位于切割机构处的药片存放盒的内壁向盒内凸出延伸,形成一个带有竖直方向平面的第一凸起块15,以及第二凸起块16,第一凸起块15靠近药片存放盒3的端部设置成曲面形状,药片存放盒3中的药片9进入到图1中的靠近切割刀片10的位置,在第一凸起块15上开设有槽17,第二凸起块16上设有阶梯槽18,双开门12为长条状,其一端位于槽17内部,另一端位于阶梯槽18中,在槽17中设有推门弹簧8,推门弹簧8位于槽17的底部(可将其直接固定在槽底,但也可直接放置在槽中),并位于槽17底部与双开门12的端部之间,双开门12位于槽17中的端部顶在弹簧8上,可接受弹簧的推力并因此作用而运动。在阶梯槽18中还设有按压销14,按压销14与双开门12抵接,同时,按钮13在按压销14的另一端与其接触,按钮13铰接在壳体1上,当按压按钮13时,按钮13挤压按压销14向按压方向运动,继而,按压销14挤压双开门12向按压作用力方向移动,并挤压推门弹簧8,使其处于压缩状态,此后,推门弹簧8具有一个使双开门12、按压销14以及按钮13回复至初始位置的倾向,即当松开按压时,在推门弹簧8的作用下,双开门12、按压销14以及按钮13将回复至初始位置。
如上所述的,在图1中,双开门12靠近推门弹簧8的一端为实体,另一端为空心状,初始状态时,药片9位于双开门12的实体端上,当按压按钮13时,按钮13推动按压销14,通过按压销14推动双开门12向槽17中运动,同时双开门12压缩推门弹簧8,随着按钮13的深入,双开门12的实体端完全进入到槽17中,其空心端移动至药片9的下方,此时药片9可以从双开门的空心端落出。
如图1中所示,在药片存放盒中还设有切割刀片10,切割刀片10具有刃面和钝面,在紧靠切割刀片10的钝面的位置设有凸轮11,凸轮11的轴心固定在转轴19上,转轴19的两端可转动的固定在壳体1上,并且,在转轴19上固定两个拉杆4,此时,最好使转轴19的两个端部外露于壳体1,将两个拉杆4分别固定在转轴19的两个外露于壳体1的端部,将两个拉杆4的自由端通过一个条板20连接起来,使得在使用时,通过扳动条板20即可带动拉杆4以转轴19为轴心转动,由于拉杆4是固定在转轴19上的,因此转轴19也会随着拉杆4的转动而旋转,凸轮11固定在转轴19上,因此凸轮也会随着转轴19的转动而转动,即当扳动条板20,如图1中所示,朝向顺时针方向旋转条板20,拉杆4随即带动转轴19旋转,转轴19带动凸轮11转动,在凸轮11的转动过程中,其凸起的部分顶住切割刀片10,并将其往药片9的方向推动,最终将药片9切开成两片。
如图1中所示,在壳体1上设置有用于顶紧切割刀片10的刀片弹簧5,刀片弹簧5一端固定在壳体1上,另一端顶紧切割刀片10的,在拉下条板20相继带动拉杆4、转轴19、凸轮11转动,推动切割刀片10完成切割过程时,切割刀片10会同时压缩固定在壳体1上的刀片弹簧5,当切割刀片10完成对药片的切割后,松开条板20,在刀片弹簧5的作用力下,切割刀片10被推至初始位置,同时,凸轮11也被切割刀片10推至初始位置,切割过程周期结束。
在图1中,按钮13的中部铰接在壳体1上,其一端与按压销14接触,另一端与挡板弹簧6连接,在此可通过细绳(图中未标示)将按钮13的端部与挡板弹簧6连接起来,这样以来,在按压按钮13的与按压销14接触的端部时,要同时克服挡板弹簧6的回复拉力和推门弹簧8的回复弹力,将双开门12的空心端移动至药片9的下方,被切割刀片10切割后的药片即可通过双开门12的空心端处从药片存放盒中被取出,同时,当释放按钮13后,在推门弹簧8的推动作用下,加上挡板弹簧6的回复拉力的作用,按钮13即可很方便快速的回复至初始位置,双开门12的实体端也回复至初始位置,进行下一个循环。
如图1所示,在将挡板弹簧6与按钮13的一个端部连接起来时,还可在挡板弹簧6与按钮13之间设置一个挡板7,在按压按钮13时,由于按钮13中部铰接在壳体1上,当按压其下端,其上端拉扯挡板弹簧6,同时将挡板7拉至图中药片9的上方,阻挡其它药片的落入,当按钮13在推门弹簧8弹力的作用下回复至初始位置,挡板弹簧6收缩,将挡板7拉回至初始位置,此后药片即可再次落入到切割刀片10的旁边,进行下一轮对药片的切割过程。
图2为本实用新型一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒的侧面结构示意图,如图中所示,本实用新型中,切割刀片10为“工”字型,其具体结构可同时参照图7包括位于上方的第一横部101、位于下方的第二横部102以及连接第一横部101和第二横部102的切刀部103,第一横部101的两端与第二横部102的两端分别与四个固定在壳体1上的刀片弹簧5接触,其切刀部103有钝面和刃面之分,凸轮11固定在转轴19上,可随转轴的转动而转动,凸轮11与切刀部103的钝面接触,转轴19可旋转的固定在壳体1上,而且转轴19的两端外露于壳体1,在其外露的两端上固定连接有两个拉杆4,两个拉杆4的自由端之间通过条板20连接起来,当扳动条板20,拉杆4带动转轴19转动,继而凸轮11也开始转动,其凸出部位顶紧切割刀片10向药片9的方向运动,直到将药片9切开,当将药片9切开后使用者是可以感觉到的,此后使用者即可放开条板20,刀片弹簧5被压缩后的回复力开始推动切割刀片10,使其回复至初始位置,同时,凸轮11在刀片弹簧5推动切割刀片10时被切割刀片10的钝面推动,继而转轴19旋转,拉杆4、条板20也随之回复至初始位置。
参照图2,当切割刀片10完成对药片9的切割后,按压按钮13,即可打开双开门12,使被切割后药片从壳体1中坠落出来,具体可参考图2a、图2b以及图2c,在图2a中,槽17中装有推门弹簧8,阶梯槽18中装有双开门12和按压销14,从槽17处至阶梯槽18处,推门弹簧8、双开门12、按压销14依次排列,按压销14部分外露于阶梯槽18,按钮13与按压销14外露于阶梯槽18的端部接触,当按压按钮13时,按钮13推动按压销14向槽17方向移动,相继的推动按压销14、双开门12朝向槽17内运动,并压缩推门弹簧8,将双开门12的空心端移动至药片9的下方,切开后的药片9即可从双开门中坠落。如图2a,药片9位于双开门12的实体端上方,在图2b中,按钮13被按压后,通过按压销14将双开门12顶入槽17内,同时使双开门12的空心端移动至药片9下方,在图2c中,切割刀片10推向药片,其底部的第二横部102移动至与双开门12同一视角的位置。
图3为本实用新型一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒的壳体的内部的剖开状态示意图,如图所示,壳体1的靠近端部的位置收缩形成药片存放室3,紧靠药片存放室3下部为整体宽度较窄的药片通道112,且该药片通道112下部收缩至宽度略大于一个药片的宽度,厚度略大于一个药片的厚,这里的药片的宽度与厚度均以现有的最大的药片为基准,药片9通过药片通道112下落,至开口111的上方,常规情况下,双开门12的实心端位于开口111处,药片9便落在双开门12上,当按压按钮13,双开门12的空心端移动至开口111上方,被切开的药片即可通过开口111出去。如图中所示,在壳体1的底部设有开口111,在开口111的上方设有槽17,用于放置推门弹簧8,在与槽17同一水平高度的位置设有阶梯槽18,用于放置双开门12和按压销14,壳体1整体可以通过浇铸的方法生产,本实用新型中,槽17还可以设置成盲孔,其作用是相同的,可以视为等同替换,同样的,阶梯槽18也可以替换为阶梯孔,可以根据加工的难易程度选择。
本实用新型一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒的使用过程示意图如图4-图6所示,在图4中,条板20、拉杆4、凸轮11和按钮13、按压销14、双开门12均处于初始位置,在图5中,使用者操作药片存放盒,扳动条板20,旋转凸轮11使其将切割刀片10推向药片9,直到将药片9切割完毕,松开条板20,在刀片弹簧5的作用下,切割刀片10、凸轮11以及拉杆4、条板20均回复至初始位置,如图6中所示,此后按压按钮13,推动按压销14以及双开门12,使得双开门12的空心端位于药片下方,即可通过双开门12的空心端将被切开的药片取出,之后松开按钮13,在推门弹簧8的作用下,双开门12、按压销14以及按钮13将回复至如图4中所示的初始位置,药片存放盒的一次使用周期结束。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作了详细说明,但是本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,包括设有能开合的盖子的壳体(1),在所述壳体(1)上设有开口(111),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的内部形成药片存放室(3),在所述壳体(1)内还设有切刀弹簧(5)、推门弹簧(8)、切割刀片(10)、按钮(13)、凸轮(11)、双开门(12)和转轴(19),
    所述的转轴(19)可转动的设置在所述的壳体(1)上,所述的凸轮(11)固定在所述的转轴(19)上,在壳体(1)外部还设有与所述转轴(19)固定连接的拉杆(4),
    所述的切割刀片(10)靠近所述的凸轮(11),所述的切刀弹簧(5)一端固定所述的壳体(1)上,另一端与所述的切割刀片(10)接触,
    在所述壳体(1)的开口(111)上方设有双开门(12),所述的按钮(13)铰接在所述的壳体(1)上,所述的双开门(12)位于所述的推门弹簧(8)与所述的按钮(13)之间,使得按压所述按钮(13)时,所述双开门(12)与所述开口(111)的相对位置改变,所述壳体(1)的内部与外部得以连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:所述的拉杆(4)为两根,其分别固定在所述转轴(19)的两端,且拉杆(4)的自由端之间通过条板(20)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:在所述的壳体(1)上还设有槽(17),所述的推门弹簧(8)设置在所述的槽(17)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:在所述的壳体(1)上还设有阶梯槽(18),所述的双开门(12)一端位于所述的阶梯槽(18)内,另一端与所述的推门弹簧(8)接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:在所述的双开门(12)与所述的按钮(13)之间还设有按压销(14),所述的按压销(14)设置在所述的阶梯槽(18)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:所述的按钮(13)中部铰接在所述的壳体(1)上,其一端部分外露于所述的壳体(1),并与所述的按压销(14)接触,另一端位于所述的壳体(1)内,在所述的壳体(1)上设有挡板弹簧(6),所述的挡板弹簧(6)通过细绳与所述按钮(13)位于所述壳体(1)内的一端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:在所述的挡板弹簧(6)与所述的按钮(13)之间还设有挡板(7),使得按压所述按钮(13)时,其位于所述壳体(1)内的端部拉动挡板(7)移动至所述开口(111)的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)位于所述药片存放室(3)的下部收缩,形成药片通道(112),使得所述药片存放室(3)中的药片能够通过药片通道(112)进入到所述开口(111)的上方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)的盖子为铰链盖(1-1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种网络医院的线下药片切割存放盒,其特征在于:在所述的铰链盖(1-1)上还设有橡胶锁(2)。
