在一实施例中,所述检测模块可包括:
检测子模块,被配置为检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,所述第二列表用于记录具有同步权限的用户标识;
确定子模块,被配置为在所述检测子模块确定所述第二列表中存储有所述需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识时,确定需要同步到所述共享相册的图片;
禁止子模块,被配置为在所述检测子模块确定所述第二列表中未存储所述需要同步到所述共享相册的图片对应的用户标识时,禁止所述需要同步到共享相册的图片同步到所述共享相册中。

如果存在与所述图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,将所述图片存储到所述共享相册中。

在步骤S101中,检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片。
在一实施例中,需要同步到共享相册的图片可以来自该共享相册对应的用户标识对应的智能终端(例如,智能手机、平板电脑),也可以来自该共享相册具有云同步权限的用户标识对应的智能终端,例如,用户标识为Bobby(也可称为用户Bobby)的共享相册具有云同步权限的用户标识包括:Simon、Amy,则当Simon、Amy各自对应的智能终端新拍摄了一些图片后,服务器可以检测Bobby、Simon、Amy各自对应的智能终端所拍摄的图片是否需要同步到用户标识为Bobby的共享相册上。
在步骤S102中,在检测到有需要同步到共享相册的图片时,确定第一列表中是否存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,第一列表用于记录需要共享的预设人脸特征。
在一实施例中,可以对需要同步到共享相册的图片进行人脸识别,得到图片中的人脸特征,进而在第一列表中确定是否存在与该图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征。在一实施例中,第一列表中的用户标识的个数可以由共享相册的用户根据其需要共享的人员的图片来设置,可以包括一个用户标识,也可以包括两个以上的用户标识,本公开对具体个数不做限制。
在步骤S103中,如果存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,将图片存储到共享相册中。
在一实施例中,例如,用户Simon将与其关系较为亲近的Bobby的人脸特征设置在第一列表中,由此,当Simon通过智能终端拍摄了新的图片时,可以对新的图片中是否有Bobby的人脸特征,进而对包含有Bobby人脸特征的图片存储到Bobby的共享相册中,实现以人为单位的共享图片,方便用户Simon查阅共享相册上包含有相关人脸的图片。
本实施例中,在检测到有需要同步到共享相册的图片时,通过确定第一列表中是否存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,如果存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,将图片存储到共享相册中,从而实现了以预设人脸特征对应的人为单位的共享相册,方便用户在共享相册中查阅图片。
在一实施例中,检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片,可包括:
检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,第二列表用于记录对共享相册具有同步权限的用户标识;
如果第二列表中存储有所述需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,确定需要同步到共享相册的图片;
如果第二列表中未存储所述需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,禁止所述需要同步到共享相册的图片同步到共享相册中。
在一实施例中,方法还可包括:
在检测到有访问共享相册的用户标识时,确定第三列表中是否存储有用户标识,第三列表用于记录具有访问共享相册权限的用户标识;
如果第三列表中存储有所述访问共享相册的用户标识,允许该访问共享相册的用户标 识对应的用户访问共享相册。
在一实施例中,方法还可包括:
识别共享相册中的每一图片中的人脸特征;
对共享相册中的人脸特征进行人脸聚类,得到至少一个人脸相册,所述人脸相册包括具有相同人脸特征的图片。

至此,本公开实施例提供的上述方法,可以实现以预设人脸特征对应的以人为单位的共享相册,方便用户在共享相册中查阅图片。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图2A是根据一示例性实施例一示出的图片共享方法的流程图,图2B是根据一示例性实施例示出的图片共享方法所适用的场景示意图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以通过第二列表的方式确定具有同步共享图片权限的用户为例进行示例性说明,本实施例结合图2B进行示例性说明,如图2A所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S201中,检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,所述第二列表用于记录对共享相册具有同步权限的用户标识,如果第二列表中存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,执行步骤S202,如果第二列表中未存储需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,执行步骤S205。
在一实施例中,第二列表可以由共享相册的用户根据相关人员的关系远近以及对共享相册的安全程度来设置,例如,用户Simon可以将其配偶Amy列为允许将其子Bobby的图片同步到Simon的共享相册中;在一实施例中,第二列表中的用户标识的个数可以由共享相册的用户根据其需要同步图片的范围来设置,可以包括一个用户标识,也可以包括两个以上的用户标识,本公开对具体个数不做限制。
在步骤S202中,如果第二列表中存储有用户标识,确定需要同步到共享相册的图片。
例如,用户Simon的共享相册对应的第二列表中存储有用户标识Amy,则当Amy通过智能终端拍摄到新的图片时,可以确定有需要同步到Simon的共享相册的图片,进一步通过下述步骤来确定是否需要将Amy新拍摄的图片同步到Simon的共享相册中。
在步骤S203中,在确定需要同步到共享相册的图片后,确定第一列表中是否存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,第一列表用于记录需要共享的预设人脸特征,如果存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,执行步骤S204。
步骤S203的描述可以参见上述步骤S102的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S204中,如果存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,将图片存储到共享相册中。
在步骤S205中,如果第二列表中未存储需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,禁止所述需要同步到共享相册的图片同步到共享相册中。
下面结合图2B对本公开进行示例性说明,如图2B所示,用户Simon在智能终端21 上存储了大量的图片,通过云同步的方式同步到服务器23上的共享相册中,服务器23所存储的图片通过用户标识的方式进行识别,一般而言,用户Simon在服务器23上所存储的图片只能允许用户Simon访问。当用户Simon在服务器23的共享相册上创建一个共享相册210时,可以通过该共享相册分享给他人(例如,用户Amy)。在一实施例中,用户Simon可以允许用户Amy将Amy通过智能终端22所拍摄的图片共享到其共享相册内,从而将Amy所拍摄的设定人员的图片及时上传到Simon的共享相册,相应地,用户Simon可以将其所拍摄的图片共享到其共享相册内,从而可以使Amy能够及时地从Simon的共享相册实时地访问设定人员的图片。
例如,Simon与Amy为夫妻关系,其子为Bobby,Simon与Amy将共同关注Bobby,当Amy通过智能终端22拍摄了一张包含有Bobby人脸的图片后,可以通过智能终端22实时地将包含有Bobby人脸的图片同步到服务器23上关于Simon的共享相册中,从而可以使Simon实时地通过共享相册共享该张图片;再例如,当Simon拍了一张包含有Bobby人脸的图片后,可以实时地将包含有Bobby人脸的图片通过智能终端21同步到服务器23上关于Simon的共享相册中,从而可以使Amy实时地共享该张图片。在一实施例中,共享相册既可以显示在Simon的智能终端21上,也可以显示在Amy的智能终端22上。在一实施例中,可以将包含有Bobby人脸特征的图片存放在共享相册中的文件夹210中。
本实施例在具有上述实施例的有益技术效果的基础上,通过检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,如果第二列表中存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,从而可以将需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识对应的用户所拍摄的图片实时地同步到共享相册中,从而可以使用户能够实时地分享图片。
图3是根据一示例性实施例二示出的图片共享方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以通过第三列表的方式确定具有访问共享图片权限的用户标识为例进行示例性说明,本实施例结合图2B进行示例性说明,如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S301中,在检测到有访问共享相册的用户标识时,确定第三列表中是否存储有该用户标识,第三列表用于记录具有访问共享相册权限的用户标识,如果第三列表中存储有该用户标识,执行步骤S302,如果第三列表中未存储该用户标识,执行步骤S303。第三列表中的用户标识的个数可以由共享相册的用户根据其允许访问共享相册的人员来设置,可以包括一个用户标识,也可以包括两个以上的用户标识,本公开对具体个数不做限制。在一实施例中,第三列表中所包含的用户标识可以与上述实施例中的第二列表中所包含的用户标识相同,也可以不相同,具体可以由共享相册的用户来设置。
在步骤S302中,如果第三列表中存储有访问共享相册的用户标识,允许所述访问共享相册的用户标识对应的用户访问共享相册。
在步骤S303中,如果第三列表中未存储有所述访问共享相册的用户标识,禁止所述访问共享相册的用户标识对应的用户访问共享相册。
下面结合图2B进行示例性说明,如图2B所示,当服务器23检测到Amy访问共享 相册时,服务器23需要确定第三列表中是否存储有该用户标识Amy,如果第三列表中存储有该用户标识Amy,则允许Amy访问Simon的共享相册;如果第三列表中未存储该用户标识Amy,则禁止Amy访问共享相册。
本实施例在具有上述实施例的有益技术效果的基础上,通过检测第三列表中是否存储有具有访问共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,如果第三列表中存储有具有访问共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,允许该用户标识访问共享相册,如果第三列表中未存储具有访问共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,禁止该用户标识访问共享相册,从而可以确保共享相册不被非法用户攻击,确保共享相册中的图片在服务器上的安全存储。
图4是根据一示例性实施例三示出的图片共享方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以如何对共享相册上的图片以人脸为单位进行存储为例进行示例性说明,本实施例结合图2B进行示例性说明,如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S401中,识别云相册中的每一图片中的人脸特征。
在步骤S402中,对云相册中的人脸特征进行人脸聚类,得到至少一个人脸相册,该人脸相册包括具有相同人脸特征的图片。
在步骤S403中,根据人脸相册创建共享相册。
下面结合图2B进行示例性说明,如图2B所示,在用户Simon通过智能终端21存储在服务器23的云相册中,通过人脸识别方法对云相册中的所有图片进行人脸识别,确定每一个人脸对应的人脸特征,将云相册中的人脸特征进行人脸聚类,得到至少一个包括相同包含同一人脸特征的图片集合,例如,通过Simon的共享相册上的每一张图片进行人脸识别后,得到Amy、Bobby、Sunny等的人脸特征,通过对Amy、Bobby、Sunny各自对应的图片进行聚类,得到包含Amy、Bobby、Sunny等人的人脸特征的至少一个人脸相册,可以将包含Amy、Bobby、Sunny各自对应的人脸特征的人脸相册创建共享相册,例如,创建包含有Bobby的人脸特征的共享相册,在Amy访问该共享相册时可以查看到所有关于Bobby的图片,从而实现了共享相册中以人脸特征为单位的方式存储图片,方便Simon和Amy在共享相册中查阅Bobby的图片。
本实施例中,通过对共享相册中的图片以人脸特征的方式进行聚类,实现了人为单位的共享相册,方便用户在共享相册中查阅图片。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种图片共享装置的框图,如图5所示,图片共享装置包括:
检测模块51,被配置为检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片;
第一确定模块52,被配置为在检测模块51检测到有需要同步到共享相册的图片时,确定第一列表中是否存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,第一列表用于记录需要共享的预设人脸特征;
存储模块53,被配置为在第一确定模块52确定存在与图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征时,将图片存储到共享相册中。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种图片共享装置的框图,在上述图5所示实施例的基础上,在一实施例中,如图6所示,检测模块51可包括:
检测子模块511,被配置为检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,第二列表用于记录具有同步权限的用户标识;

第二确定模块54,被配置为在检测模块51检测到有访问共享相册的用户标识时,确定第三列表中是否存储有用户标识,第三列表用于记录具有访问共享相册权限的用户标识;
访问模块55,被配置为在第二确定模块54确定第三列表中存储有访问共享相册的用户标识时,允许访问共享相册的用户标识对应的用户访问共享相册。
在一实施例中,装置还可包括:
识别模块56,被配置为识别云相册中的每一图片中的人脸特征;
人脸聚类模块57,被配置为对识别模块56识别到的云相册中的人脸特征进行人脸聚类,得到至少一个人脸相册,该人脸相册包括具有相同人脸特征的图片;
创建模块58,被配置为根据人脸聚类模块57聚类得到的人脸相册创建共享相册。

  1. 一种图片共享方法,应用在服务器上,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片;
    在检测到有需要同步到所述共享相册的图片时,确定第一列表中是否存在与所述图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,所述第一列表用于记录需要共享的预设人脸特征;
    如果存在与所述图片中的人脸特征相匹配的预设人脸特征,将所述图片存储到所述共享相册中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片,包括:
    检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,所述第二列表用于记录对所述共享相册具有同步权限的用户标识;
    如果所述第二列表中存储有所述需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,确定需要同步到所述共享相册的图片;
    如果所述第二列表中未存储所述需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,禁止所述需要同步到共享相册的图片同步到所述共享相册中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到有访问所述共享相册的用户标识时,确定第三列表中是否存储有所述用户标识,所述第三列表用于记录具有访问所述共享相册权限的用户标识;
    如果所述第三列表中存储所述访问所述共享相册的用户标识,允许所述访问所述共享相册的用户标识对应的用户访问所述共享相册。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    识别云相册中的每一图片中的人脸特征;
    对所述云相册中的人脸特征进行人脸聚类,得到至少一个人脸相册,所述人脸相册包括具有相同人脸特征的图片;
    根据所述人脸相册创建所述共享相册。
  5. 一种图片共享装置,应用在服务器上,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    检测模块,被配置为检测是否有需要同步到共享相册的图片;

    检测子模块,被配置为检测第二列表中是否存储有需要同步到共享相册的图片对应的用户标识,所述第二列表用于记录具有同步权限的用户标识;
    确定子模块,被配置为在所述检测子模块检测到所述第二列表中存储有所述需要同步到所述共享相册的图片对应的用户标识时,确定需要同步到所述共享相册的图片;
    禁止子模块,被配置为在所述检测子模块检测到所述第二列表中未存储所述需要同步到所述共享相册的图片对应的用户标识时,禁止所述需要同步到共享相册的图片同步到所述共享相册中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二确定模块,被配置为在所述检测模块检测到有访问所述共享相册的用户标识时,确定第三列表中是否存储有所述用户标识,所述第三列表用于记录具有访问所述共享相册权限的用户标识;
    访问模块,被配置为在所述第二确定模块确定所述第三列表中存储有所述访问所述共享相册的用户标识时,允许所述访问所述共享相册的用户标识对应的用户访问所述共享相册。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    识别模块,被配置为识别云相册中的每一图片中的人脸特征;
