一种涤纶慢回弹填料的生产工艺 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种涤纶慢回弹填料的生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上的普通人造纤维枕,由人造化纤所组成,而且人造纤维是最普及、物美价廉之材质,所以使普通人造纤维枕的成本低廉,另外人造纤维枕易清洗,但由于化纤材质缺乏弹性、不透气,用久了会变形、结块,使枕头高低不平。现在很多人都喜欢使用记忆枕,记忆枕材质为高密度、吸震、可透气的记忆科技棉,记忆科技棉采用纯天然软木经过几十道特殊工艺制成,软木颗粒具有柔软、弹性好、重量轻、吸汗性好、透气性高的特点,使用者还可根据需要随意改变枕头的形状,比较有利于颈椎的保健。但是记忆科技棉在生产过程中经过了几十道的特殊工艺,这几十道的特殊工艺中难免要加入一些化学品,无法保证这些化学品不会对人体造成不良的影响。而且一般的记忆科技棉都不抗老化,不能放在太阳下暴晒,更不能清洗,长此以往,就给细菌营造了一个很好的生长环境,影响人体健康。
公知的涤纶枕芯填料,在生产过程中,为了兼具枕芯的软性及刚性,通常手段是通过对6.67dtex单孔64mm、8.33dtex四孔60mm、10.00dtex60mm七孔等涤纶三维卷曲棉进行优化组合。但因其之间的卷曲程度(波高、宽及频率)没有变化,且纤维长短差异很小,粗细虽有差异,但梯度较小,这类枕芯填料,纤维之间的空隙较大、填料的密度较小,枕芯使用一段时期后,由于长时间承受到来自人体头部重量,导致填料间隙变小、密度增大而使枕芯高度降低,纤维缠绕、结团而使枕芯变形,蓬松度下降,影响枕芯的使用价值。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种涤纶慢回弹填料的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种涤纶慢回弹填料的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:手工混棉→一次开松→二次开松→灌装→称重→封口;
所述手工混棉步骤中,将如下3种规格大小的纤维进行混棉:
填料①:重量比为30~50%,长度为60~64mm,粗细为6~10dtex涤纶三维卷曲棉,其卷曲程度高;
填料②:重量比为20~30%,长度为15~20mm,粗细为5~6dtex涤纶三维卷曲棉,其卷曲程度中;
填料③:重量比为10~20%,长度为10~15mm,粗细为3~5dtex涤纶三维卷曲棉,其卷曲程度低;
所述一次开松步骤中,喂棉高度5-8cm,喂棉速度1.0-1.5米,针布轮转速720-860转/分钟;
所述二次开松步骤中,喂棉高度8-10cm,喂棉速度1.5-2.0米,针布轮转速2400-3260转/分钟。
作为优化:所述手工混棉步骤中,混棉的时间为:30-40min。

所述二次开松步骤中,喂棉高度9cm,喂棉速度1.7米,针布轮转速3150转/分钟。

    填料②:重量比为20~30%,长度为15~20mm,粗细为5~6dtex涤纶三维卷曲棉,其卷曲程度中;
    填料③:重量比为10~20%,长度为10~15mm,粗细为3~5dtex涤纶三维卷曲棉,其卷曲程度低;
    所述一次开松步骤中,喂棉高度5-8cm,喂棉速度1.0-1.5米,针布轮转速720-860转/分钟;
