在现实生活中,为了增大电视机的视角,越来越多的电视机底座增加了旋转功能,但旋转的角度有限,不能为消费者带来更宽广的视角。另外,电视机的外接线材(例如电源线、信号线等等)也越来越多,外接线材外露在电视机底座的外部,通常比较凌乱,还会对电视机的旋转造成影响,且外接线材不易管理,甚至存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种底座组件,旨在解决现有的电视机底座的旋转角度有限以及电视机的外接线材外露在电视机底座的外部的技术问题。

参照图2及图3,在一较佳实施例中,该底座组件的装配过程如下:
1、先用四颗M3*12螺钉46将连接筒26锁合在支架筒20的第二连接凸缘264上;
2、将滑动筒28的套设在连接筒26的第一连接凸缘262上;
3、将旋转轴套22的滑动凸缘222套设在滑动筒28上,而承载在第一连接凸缘262上;
4、将尼龙垫圈40的环形凸起收容于滑动凸缘222的环形槽224内,使其连在一起;
5、将弹簧垫圈42放置在尼龙垫圈40上,并且套设在连接筒26的轴向另一端的外周面上;
6、将紧固螺母44锁在连接筒26的的轴向另一端的外周面上,并使之挤压弹簧垫圈42;
7、将导线套24放置在紧固螺母44上,并使两者中心同轴设置,并用一颗M3*6螺钉48将导线套24和旋转轴套22的筒体220锁在一起,从而完成该底座组件的组装。
该较佳实施例的底座组件上安装显示设备后,实现显示设备旋转的前提是底座组件克服旋转轴套22的滑动凸缘222与连接筒26的第一连接凸缘262形成的摩擦面之间的摩擦力,同时为了防止在微小外力作用下显示设备自由旋转,通过紧固螺母44调节摩擦力的大小以便在一定大小外力的作用下,显示设备才能旋转,其中,摩擦力是由正压力产生的(显示设备本身重力产生的正压力)。因此,调节底座组件的紧固螺母44扭力的大小就相当于调节摩擦力大小,从而螺母扭力决定使显示设备旋转的旋转力大小。
参照图4,图4示出了底座组件内部走线的方式,底座组装完成后,中间形成了直径30mm的过孔。安装在底座组件上的显示设备的电源线、信号线等线材,可以自由通过该底座组件,且便于整理,不至于凌乱的散落在显示设备的后面。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种底座组件,用于支撑显示设备,其特征在于,所述底座组件包括底座支架以及可套设在所述底座支架上的旋转轴套;
    所述底座支架包括本体和与本体相连的支架筒,所述支架筒沿其轴向贯穿,所述支架筒的轴向的一端与所述本体连接,所述支架筒的另一端为自由端,
    所述旋转轴套包括筒体和与所述筒体内壁连接的滑动凸缘,所述旋转轴套套设在所述支架筒上时,所述滑动凸缘的轴向端面的至少一部分与所述支架筒的自由端相对设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括连接筒,所述连接筒沿其轴向贯穿,所述连接筒轴向的两端分别与所述支架筒的内周和所述旋转轴套的内周连通,所述连接筒轴向的一端与所述支架筒的自由端连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述连接筒的外周沿其径向向外延伸形成第一连接凸缘,所述支架筒自由端的边缘沿其径向向内延伸形成第二连接凸缘,所述第一连接凸缘与所述第二连接凸缘紧固连接,所述第一连接凸缘夹设在所述第二连接凸缘和所述滑动凸缘之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括滑动筒,所述滑动筒的外周与所述旋转轴套的内壁和所述滑动凸缘的表面相对,所述滑动筒的内壁与所述支架筒的外周和所述第一连接凸缘的外周相对。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括紧固螺母,所述连接筒的轴向另一端向上凸出所述滑动凸缘的上表面,所述紧固螺母与所述连接筒的轴向另一端的外周面旋转连接,并且所述紧固螺母的下端面与所述滑动凸缘的上表面相对。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括紧固螺母,所述连接筒的轴向另一端向上凸出所述滑动凸缘的上表面,所述紧固螺母与所述连接筒的轴向另一端的外周面旋转连接,并且所述紧固螺母的下端面与所述滑动凸缘的上表面相对。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括紧固螺母,所述连接筒的轴向另一端向上凸出所述滑动凸缘的上表面,所述紧固螺母与所述连接筒的轴向另一端的外周面旋转连接,并且所述紧固螺母的下端面与所述滑动凸缘的上表面相对。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括尼龙垫圈和弹簧垫圈,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均套设在所述连接筒的外周,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均夹设在所述滑动凸缘和所述紧固螺母之间,并且所述尼龙垫圈位于所述弹簧垫圈的下方。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括尼龙垫圈和弹簧垫圈,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均套设在所述连接筒的外周,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均夹设在所述滑动凸缘和所述紧固螺母之间,并且所述尼龙垫圈位于所述弹簧垫圈的下方。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括尼龙垫圈和弹簧垫圈,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均套设在所述连接筒的外周,所述尼龙垫圈和所述弹簧垫圈均夹设在所述滑动凸缘和所述紧固螺母之间,并且所述尼龙垫圈位于所述弹簧垫圈的下方。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括导线套和螺钉,所述导线套沿其轴向贯穿,所述导线套的轴向两端分别与所述连接筒的内周和所述旋转轴套的内周连通,所述导线套轴向的一端的端面与所述紧固螺母的上端面相对,
    所述螺钉穿过所述旋转轴套的周壁和所述导线套的周壁以连接所述导线套和所述旋转轴套。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括导线套和螺钉,所述导线套沿其轴向贯穿,所述导线套的轴向两端分别与所述连接筒的内周和所述旋转轴套的内周连通,所述导线套轴向的一端的端面与所述紧固螺母的上端面相对,
    所述螺钉穿过所述旋转轴套的周壁和所述导线套的周壁以连接所述导线套和所述旋转轴套。
  13. 如权利要求7所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座组件还包括导线套和螺钉,所述导线套沿其轴向贯穿,所述导线套的轴向两端分别与所述连接筒的内周和所述旋转轴套的内周连通,所述导线套轴向的一端的端面与所述紧固螺母的上端面相对,
    所述螺钉穿过所述旋转轴套的周壁和所述导线套的周壁以连接所述导线套和所述旋转轴套。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述导线套邻近所述连接筒的一端为锥形口设置。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述导线套邻近所述连接筒的一端为锥形口设置。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的底座组件,其特征在于,所述导线套邻近所述连接筒的一端为锥形口设置。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的底座组件,其特征在于,在所述支架筒的外周设有沿其径向向外凸出的支承凸缘,所述旋转轴套的端面与所述支承凸缘端面相对设置。
  18. 如权利要求2所述的底座组件,其特征在于,在所述支架筒的外周设有沿其径向向外凸出的支承凸缘,所述旋转轴套的端面与所述支承凸缘端面相对设置。
  19. 如权利要求3所述的底座组件,其特征在于,在所述支架筒的外周设有沿其径向向外凸出的支承凸缘,所述旋转轴套的端面与所述支承凸缘端面相对设置。
  20. 如权利要求1的所述底座组件,其特征在于,所述支架筒为圆形筒体,所述筒体为圆形筒体。
