所述卡连接器还包括第二导向机构,第二导向机构包括第二滑动槽和第二凸起部,第二凸起部能够沿所述第一滑动槽滑动;其中,所述第二滑动槽和第二凸起部中的一个设置在定位支架上朝向所述推动杆的一面上,另一个设置在推动杆朝向所述定位支架的侧面上。
可选地,所述卡连接器还包括开关,所述开关串联至所述第二电磁件,所述开关为脉冲式开关。
可选地,所述卡连接器还包括解锁电路,所述解锁电路连接至所述开关并控制开关的通断。
一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括上述任一卡连接器。
本发明实施例提供的卡连接器和智能终端中设置有开合机构,其中,在推动杆下移动时,使得转动杆和辅助转动轴在推动杆的带动下发生顺时针旋转,辅助转动轴的作用相当于动滑轮,起到放大转动力的作用。在转动杆发生顺时针旋转时,转动杆的左端将卡托从基座中顶出一定的距离,使得卡托中的卡能够被方便地取出。因此,开合机构中采用了电磁驱动的方案,并通过齿模的配合方式,放大了电磁力,解决了常规电磁力较弱,驱动力不足的困难,提供了一种利用电磁力完成智能终端中卡的自动打开的实现方式。对于用户而言,极大的提高了用户体验度。对于产品外观,可以实现几乎无缝的外观,不需要无拆卸孔及塞子扣手,因此具有外表美观和用户体验佳的特点。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的开合机构、卡连接器以及智能终端进行详细描述。
本发明实施例提供一种开合机构、所述开合机构设置在智能终端的卡连接器中,或者设置在智能终端的主板上;开合机构用于在控制开关的触发下,将卡连接器中的卡弹出,从而提供一种便捷的取卡方式。所述开合机构可以设置在卡连接器中的基座上,具有较好的稳定性。
所述开合机构包括转动杆,辅助转动轴、推动杆、以及第一电磁件;所述转动杆和所述辅助转动轴同轴固定,且转动杆和辅助转动轴同步旋转;所述推动杆的一端设置有第二电磁件,所述第二电磁件和第一电磁件相对设置;所述推动杆上设置为第一啮合部,所述转动杆上设置有第二啮合部,所述辅助转动轴上设置有第三啮合部,所述第二啮合部和第一啮合部相配合,所述第三啮合部和第一啮合部相配合。
下面结合卡连接器对开合机构进行说明。
请参阅图1A和图1B,为本发明实施例提供的一种卡连接器的结构示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种卡连接器,所述卡连接器包括基座 10和卡托20,所述卡连接器还包括开合机构30,所述开合机构30包括转动杆31,辅助转动轴32、推动杆33、以及第一电磁件35;所述转动杆31和辅助转动轴32同轴固定,且转动杆31和辅助转动轴32同步旋转;所述推动杆33的一端设置有第二电磁件36,所述第二电磁件36和第一电磁件35相对设置。
其中,图1A为卡连接器闭合状态的示意图,即卡连接器中的卡托处于偏下的位置,即卡放置在卡连接器中正常使用时的状态,图1B为卡连接器打开状态的示意图,即卡连接器中的卡托处于偏上的位置,使得卡连接器中的卡可以被取出的状态。在图1A中,开合机构30中的转动杆31的左端位于下位置。图1B中,之前左端位于下位置的转动杆31沿顺时针转动至上位置,从而将卡托20推向偏上的位置,使得卡托20中的卡能够被方便地取出。
所述推动杆33上设置有第一啮合部335,所述转动杆31上设置有第二啮合部,所述辅助转动轴32上设置有第三啮合部325,所述第二啮合部和第一啮合部相配合,所述第三啮合部和第一啮合部相配合。其中,第一啮合部335请参阅图4,第三啮合部325请参阅图3B。
请参阅图2A和图2B,为开合机构30中推动杆33和转动杆31、以及辅助转动轴32的配合示意图,其中,图2A为卡连接器闭合时的示意图,图2A为卡连接器打开时的示意图。
在推动杆33向下移动时,通过第一啮合部和第二啮合部之间的相互配合,使得转动杆31在推动杆33的带动下发生顺时针旋转,同样通过第一啮合部和第三啮合部之间的相互配合,使得辅助转动轴32在推动杆33的带动下发生顺时针旋转;同时,由于转动杆31和辅助转动轴32之间通过配合部同步旋转;因此,辅助转动轴32的顺时针旋转将为转动杆31的顺时针旋转提供辅助作用,辅助转动轴32的作用相当于动滑轮,起到放大转动力的作用。在转动杆31发生顺时针旋转时,转动杆31的左端将卡托20从基座10中顶出一定的距离,该距离可以为3~5mm,从而使得卡托20中的卡能够被方便地取出。
由于卡托20弹出的距离较小,当卡连接器闭合时,卡托20移动至偏下 位置,从而推动转动杆31发生逆时针转动,转动杆31将带动辅助转动轴32发生逆时针转动,同样由于第一啮合部和第二啮合部之间的相互配合,以及通过第一啮合部和第三啮合部之间的相互配合,转动杆31和辅助转动轴32将一并带动推动杆33向上移动,复位至磁铁远离位置,即第二电磁件36和第一电磁件35之间为最大距离。其中,由于电池铁通电时候的开关信号为脉冲信号,因此一旦卡托推出,信号切断就不再产生磁力,便于推动杆33复位至磁铁远离位置。
本发明实施例中,所述基座10上设置有固定轴(图中未示出)固定轴可以是安装定位在基座10上的圆柱销,所述转动杆31的第一端上设置有第一圆孔,所述转动杆31通过第一圆孔套接在固定轴上;所述转动杆31通过转动使转动杆31的第二端与卡连接器中的卡片相接触或相脱离;所述辅助转动轴32的中心设置有第二圆孔,所述辅助转动轴32通过第二圆孔套接在固定轴上。
请参阅图3A和图3B,其中,图3A为述转动杆31的立体结构示意图,图3B为辅助转动轴32的立体结构示意图。图3A中的视角为从斜上方往斜下方方向看,图3B中的视角为从斜下方往斜上方方向看。
其中,转动杆31和辅助转动轴32之间可以通过配合部实现同步旋转,配合部为相互配合的扣合部和扣合槽。如图3A和图3B所示,所述转动杆31的第一端设置有扣合部311,所述辅助转动轴32上设置有与所述扣合部相配合的扣合槽321。通过扣合部311和扣合槽321的配合,使得所述转动杆31和辅助转动轴32中的一个发生旋转时,另一个由于转动杆31和辅助转动轴32的紧密结合将发生同步旋转。
请参阅图4,为推动杆33的立体结构示意图,如图4所示,本发明实施例中,所述第一啮合部335包括第一啮合槽3351和第二啮合槽3352,当推动杆33上第二电磁件在第一电磁件的磁力下向第一电磁件的位置移动时,所述转动杆31和辅助转动轴32在推动杆33的带动下发生顺指针移动,所述第二啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第二啮合槽3352切换至第一啮合槽3351,所述第三啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第二啮合槽3352切换至第一啮合槽3351。
如图2B所示,辅助转动轴32上的第三啮合部中同样设置有两个啮合槽,从而与推动杆33的第一啮合部相配合,此外辅助转动轴32的环形并非封闭的环形,而是设置有一段开口324,起到转动避空的作用。在图2A中,同样也设置有一段开口314,起到转动避空的作用,第一啮合部设置在311的侧面,第
二啮合部与第三啮合部325的形状相同。
当转动杆31在卡托20的作用力下发生逆时针转动时,辅助转动轴32在转动杆31的带动下发生同步顺指针移动,所述第二啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第一啮合槽3351切换至第二啮合槽3352,所述第三啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第一啮合槽3351切换至第二啮合槽3352;所述推动杆33在所述转动杆31和所述辅助转动轴32的作用力下,移动至远离第一电磁件的位置。
本发明实施例中,所述第一啮合槽3351为侧壁为平面的啮合槽,所述第二啮合槽3352为侧面为曲面的啮合槽。
本发明实施例中,以第一啮合部335包括第一啮合槽3351和第二啮合槽3352两个啮合槽为例进行了说明,此外,第一啮合部335也可以采用其他的设置,例如,第一啮合部335包括两个以上的啮合槽,或者啮合槽包括其他的形状。
本发明实施例中,所述卡连接器还包括第一导向机构,第一导向机构包括第一滑动槽和第一凸起部,例如第一凸起部可以为柱状,第一凸起部能够沿所述第一滑动槽滑动;其中,所述第一滑动槽和第一凸起部中的一个设置在基座10的上表面、另一个设置在推动杆33中与第一端相对的第二端的底部。
本发明实施例中,所述卡连接器还包括第二导向机构,第二导向机构包括第二滑动槽和第二凸起部,例如第二凸起部可以为柱状,第二凸起部能够沿所述第一滑动槽滑动;其中,所述第二滑动槽和第二凸起部中的一个设置在定位支架上朝向所述推动杆33的一面上,另一个设置在推动杆33朝向所述定位支架的侧面上;所述定位支架设置在基座10上。
本发明实施例中,以第一凸起部和第二凸起部均设置在推动杆33上为例进行了说明。如图4所示,推动杆33的底部设置了柱状的第一凸起部337,推动杆33的侧面设置了柱状的第二凸起部338。
本发明实施例中,所述第二电磁件为永磁铁,所述第一电磁件为电磁铁,且所述电磁铁的磁性与所述第二电磁件的磁性相反。
本发明实施例中,所述卡连接器还包括开关,所述开关串联至第二电磁件,所述开关为脉冲式开关。
请参阅图5,为卡连接器电路原理图,其中,第二电磁件35(T1)通过开关S1连接至电源,所述开关S1为脉冲式开关,当开关S1接通时,第二电磁件35将产生一个短时的电流,从而使得推动杆33在磁力作用下向下移动,并通过推动杆33使得转动杆31顺时针旋转,从而将卡托20向上推动,使得卡连接器从闭合状态切换到打开状态。开关接通之后会自动切换为断开状态。
本发明实施例中,开关的接通可以通过多种方式触发,例如可以通过触摸屏的按键,也可以通过硬件按键,例如,将开关S1的开启功能设置成音量键(+)长按,当音量键(+)长按时,芯片发出脉冲信号,给第二电磁件T1通电。
可选地,本发明实施例中,所述卡连接器还包括解锁电路,所述解锁电路连接至所述开关并控制开关的通断。解锁电路可以利用手机中的手势加密程序实现,当预设轨迹与解锁轨迹一致时,芯片发出脉冲信号,给第二电磁件T1通电。
本发明实施例还提供一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括上述实施例提供的任意一种卡连接器。本发明实施例提供的智能终端可以是智能手机、平板电脑,或个人电脑。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的卡连接器和智能终端中设置有开合机构,其中,在 推动杆下移动时,使得转动杆和辅助转动轴在推动杆的带动下发生顺时针旋转,辅助转动轴的作用相当于动滑轮,起到放大转动力的作用。在转动杆发生顺时针旋转时,转动杆的左端将卡托从基座中顶出一定的距离,使得卡托中的卡能够被方便地取出。因此,开合机构中采用了电磁驱动的方案,并通过齿模的配合方式,放大了电磁力,解决了常规电磁力较弱,驱动力不足的困难,提供了一种利用电磁力完成智能终端中卡的自动打开的实现方式。对于用户而言,极大的提高了用户体验度。对于产品外观,可以实现几乎无缝的外观,不需要无拆卸孔及塞子扣手,因此具有外表美观和用户体验佳的特点。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种开合机构,所述开合机构设置于卡连接器中或者智能终端的主板上;
    所述开合机构包括转动杆,辅助转动轴、推动杆、以及第一电磁件;所述转动杆和所述辅助转动轴同轴固定,且转动杆和辅助转动轴同步旋转;
    所述推动杆的一端设置有第二电磁件,所述第二电磁件和第一电磁件相对设置;
    所述推动杆上设置有第一啮合部,所述转动杆上设置有第二啮合部,所述辅助转动轴上设置有第三啮合部,所述第二啮合部和第一啮合部相配合,所述第三啮合部和第一啮合部相配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开合机构,其中,
    所述转动杆的第一端上设置有第一圆孔,所述转动杆设置为通过所述第一圆孔套接在基座上的固定轴上;所述转动杆设置为通过转动使转动杆的第二端与卡连接器中的卡托相接触或相脱离;
    所述辅助转动轴的中心设置有第二圆孔,所述辅助转动轴设置为通过第二圆孔套接在基座上的固定轴上;
    所述转动杆的第一端设置有扣合部,所述辅助转动轴上设置有与所述扣合部相配合的扣合槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的开合机构,其中,所述第一啮合部包括第一啮合槽和第二啮合槽,
    当推动杆上第二电磁件在第一电磁件的磁力下向第一电磁件的位置移动时,所述转动杆和辅助转动轴在推动杆的带动下发生顺指针移动,所述第二啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第二啮合槽切换至第一啮合槽,所述第三啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第二啮合槽切换至第一啮合槽;
    当转动杆在卡托的作用力下发生逆时针转动时,辅助转动轴在转动杆的带动下发生同步顺指针移动,所述第二啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第一啮合槽切换至第二啮合槽,所述第三啮合部与第一啮合部之间的啮合配合从第一啮合槽切换至第二啮合槽;所述推动杆在所述转动杆和所述辅助 转动轴的作用力下,移动至远离第一电磁件的位置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的开合机构,其中,所述第一啮合槽为侧壁为平面的啮合槽,所述第二啮合槽为侧面为曲面的啮合槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的开合机构,其中,所述第二电磁件为永磁铁,所述第一电磁件为电磁铁,且所述电磁铁的磁性与所述第二电磁件的磁性相反。
  6. 一种卡连接器,所述卡连接器包括基座和卡托,所述卡托位于所述基座上;所述卡连接器还包括开合机构,所述开合机构为权利要求1~5中任一项所述的开合机构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的卡连接器,还包括第一导向机构,第一导向机构包括第一滑动槽和第一凸起部,第一凸起部能够沿所述第一滑动槽滑动;其中,所述第一滑动槽和第一凸起部中的一个设置在基座的上表面、另一个设置在推动杆中与第一端相对的第二端的底部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的卡连接器,其中,所述开合机构还包括定位支架,所述定位支架固定在基座上;
    所述卡连接器还包括第二导向机构,第二导向机构包括第二滑动槽和第二凸起部,第二凸起部能够沿所述第一滑动槽滑动;其中,所述第二滑动槽和第二凸起部中的一个设置在定位支架上朝向所述推动杆的一面上,另一个设置在推动杆朝向所述定位支架的侧面上。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的卡连接器,还包括开关,所述开关串联至所述第二电磁件,所述开关为脉冲式开关。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的卡连接器,还包括解锁电路,所述解锁电路连接至所述开关并控制开关的通断。
  11. 一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括权利要求6~10中任一项所述的卡连接器。
