再者,如公共场所之金融机构而言,其一般于柜台另设有小型玻璃隔墙,且大门处另设有开放透空式铁卷门,但是,目前之枪案仍然不减,而其原因除了业界需加强安全戒备外,另一重要原因乃在该小型玻璃隔墙无任何防盗、防抢作用,且一发现有异样人员(如头戴安全帽)欲进去门内,根本无法立即将大门关闭,因该电卷门放下速度太慢,也无声音吓阻歹徒的功能,以杜绝枪案有发生之可能;因此:就上述之门窗防盗、防抢、甚至防火而时实须有再改进创新之处者。
申请人深感于此,遂着手力思研制创新,遂而思及若能使门窗达到安全锁固、方便开放之目标外,更重要者能在瞬间即达开关固结之作用,且有楼外逃生的装置,能挽救因火灾自困者利于逃生的目的,若能以此设计理念,而再思及其技术手段应可利用电力来迅速驱动偶数伸缩旋臂,使其能快速地
对应结合形成开放式之隔离门墙,且亦能迅速地开启,并符合减化构件成本之目标,若能达到此种预期功能,则势必可对目前之所有防盗、防抢及防火门窗做一革命性创新,使其使用性大增者。

此外,本发明还提供一种可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一,在未安装的防盗窗的窗户外安装由方管构成的门窗框;
步骤二,在门窗框的两侧设置左右对称的两排伸缩悬臂,可伸缩悬臂伸展时,对称的两伸缩悬臂通过保险装置锁死;可伸缩悬臂收缩时,所有的伸
缩悬臂隐藏于门窗框的两侧;
步骤三,在门窗框的顶部安装扭力齿轮组,扭力齿轮组连接用于逃生的钢丝卷轴。
其中,在步骤二安装好伸缩悬臂后,在伸缩悬臂及门窗框的内部安装防盗电线,在门窗框的顶部安装扩音器,所述扩音器与防盗电线连接,防盗电线被割裂时扩音器发出警鸣。
其中,在步骤二安装伸缩悬臂时,具体包括安装第一钢索来控制伸缩悬臂收缩,安装伸缩弹簧来控制伸缩悬臂伸长。
本发明的有益效果是:相较于现有技术,本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,在门窗框内设置了偶数个伸缩旋臂,第一动力组件驱动伸缩旋臂伸展,当伸缩旋臂伸展时,左右对称的两伸缩旋臂相向结合,公自动插销和母插销扣扣接,此时门窗框和伸缩旋臂结合能够实现普通防盗窗相同的防盗功能。当出现火灾或者其他紧急事故需要从门窗框处逃生时,第一动力组件驱动伸缩旋臂收缩至最短,然后第二动力组件驱动齿排块随着活动框在轨道内向下运动,齿排块驱动支杆上的从动齿轮转动,使伸缩旋臂旋转收回至门窗框内,此时,伸缩旋臂不再封堵门窗框,人可通过门窗框逃离室内。而且,当伸缩旋臂旋转收回至门窗框时,室内的采光效果更好。

相较于现有技术,本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,在门窗框11内设置了偶数个伸缩旋臂15,第一动力组件16驱动伸缩旋臂15伸展,当伸缩旋臂15伸展时,左右对称的两伸缩旋臂15相向结合,公自动插销153和母插销扣154扣接,此时门窗框11和伸缩旋臂15结合能够实现普通防盗窗相同的防盗功能。当出现火灾或者其他紧急事故需要从门窗框11处逃生时,第一动力组件16驱动伸缩旋臂15收缩至最短,然后第二动力组件17驱动齿排块14随着活动框13在轨道12内向下运动,齿排块14驱动支杆151上的从动齿轮152转动,使伸缩旋臂15旋转收回至门窗框11内,此时,伸缩旋臂15不再封堵门窗框11,人可通过门窗框11逃离室内。而且,当伸缩旋臂15旋转收回至门窗框11时,室内的采光效果更好。
此外,本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,在伸缩弹簧155的作用下,动作十分迅速,能够快速关闭和打开。在应用于营业场所的大门时,在安保人员发现有歹徒欲进门内,能够立即将大门关闭,提高安全性。
在本实施例中,第一动力组件16包括第一马达161、扭力器162、第一传动连杆163和两根旋杆164和两组伞齿轮165;第一马达161通过扭力器162与一根旋杆164驱动连接,该旋杆164通过一组伞齿轮165与第一传动连杆163驱动连接,第一传动连杆163通过另一组伞齿轮165与另一根旋杆164
驱动连接;旋杆164上连接有与伸缩旋臂15一一对应的卷轮166;伸缩旋臂15包括多根直径不同的管件、伸缩弹簧155和第一钢索156,多根管件依次连接且直径在伸缩旋臂15尾部至头部方向上依次递减,伸缩弹簧155固定在伸缩旋臂15内部,第一钢索156一端固定在卷轮166上,另一端与伸缩弹簧155固定连接。
第二动力组件17包括第二马达171、两主动齿轮172和第二传动连杆173;第二马达171与一主动齿轮172直接连接,并通过第二传动连杆173与另一主动齿轮172连接;齿排块14上设有从活动框13中探出的轮齿141,两主动齿轮172分别与两个齿排块14的轮齿141咬合。
本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其工作原理如下:
当需要打开安全门窗装置时,第一马达161先工作,一方面通过扭力器162驱动一根旋杆164转动,另一方面借助第一传动连杆163和两组伞齿轮165驱动另一根旋杆164转动,同时驱动两根旋杆164转动,两根旋杆164上的卷轮166分别转动缠绕第一钢索156,第一钢索156缩短,使伸缩旋臂15收缩;伸缩旋臂15收缩至最短后,第二马达171同时驱动两主动齿轮172转动,带动齿排块14和活动框13向下运动,此时齿排块14会驱动支杆151上的从动齿轮152转动,使伸缩旋臂15旋转收回至门窗框11内;
当需要关闭安全门窗装置时,第二马达171反转,驱动两主动齿轮172转动,带动齿排块14和活动框13向上运动,使伸缩旋臂15旋转至水平位置;伸缩旋臂15的定位可通过如下结构实现,在伸缩旋臂15的尾部的外壁上连接有一抵杆157,门窗框11的内侧设有与抵杆157对应的抵块111,伸缩旋臂15旋向水平后,抵杆157抵在抵块111;而后,第一马达161反转,同时驱动两根旋杆164反转,两根旋杆164上的卷轮166分别转动释放第一钢索156,在伸缩弹簧155的作用下使伸缩旋臂15伸展,左右对称的两伸缩旋臂15相向结合,公自动插销153和母插销扣154扣接。
在本实施例中,在旋杆164的卷轮166上方位置处另设有一防盗电线19,防盗电线19穿设过伸缩旋臂15内部、第一传动连杆163和第二传动连杆173,防盗电线19与控制装置18电连接;门窗框11的顶部设有一在防盗电线被割裂时发出警鸣的扩音器,扩音器与控制装置18电连接。
当有不法分子,试图通过破坏安全门窗装置时,会切断防盗电线19,此时扩音器会发出警报,起到威吓作用;此外,还可连接一与公安系统联网的警报装置,来加强防盗效果。
在本实施例中,公自动插销153的端部为带凹痕的球状;母插销扣154包括第一夹爪1541、第二夹爪1542、第二钢索1543、扭力弹簧1544和固定轴1545,第一夹爪1541利用固定轴1545固定在伸缩旋臂15的头部的内侧,第二夹爪1542与第一夹爪1541连接,扭力弹簧1544固定在第一夹爪1541和第二夹爪1542之间;第二钢索1543的一端与第二夹爪1542固定连接,另一端缠绕在卷轮166上,且第二钢索1543的与第一钢索156的缠绕方向相反;第一夹爪1541和第二夹爪1542夹持公自动插销153的凹痕。
当两左右对称伸的缩旋臂对接时,卷轮166的转动,会释放第二钢索1543,在扭力弹簧1544的作用下,第一夹爪1541和第二夹爪1542闭合,夹持在公自动插销153的凹痕上,起到保险作用;当两左右对称的伸缩旋臂15预分离时,卷轮166反转缠绕第二钢索1543,使第一夹爪1541和第二夹爪1542打开,此时公自动插销153与母插销扣154分离,两伸缩旋臂15分离。
公自动插销153的外侧环设一大包环158,母插销扣154外侧环设一小包环159,大包环158套设在小包环159上;大包环158和小包环159能够有限保护公自动插销153和母插销扣154,使他们免于外漏,防止被破坏。
请参阅图6,本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,在应用于防盗窗时,还可设置钢丝卷轴20和扭力齿轮组21,钢丝卷轴20缠绕在扭力齿轮组21上,扭力齿轮组21固定在门窗框11上。在发生意外时,可通过钢丝卷轴20从防
盗窗安全逃离。
本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,还可应用于金融机构之柜台实施时,门窗框11可免除顶框,并在另门窗框11内适当处设置蓄电池接设至控制装置18,以作为备电之用。
综上所述,本发明提供的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,具有如下优点:
1、伸缩旋臂15伸展时,公自动插销153与母插销扣154分离自动结合,能够起到良好的放到作用;
2、伸缩旋臂15收缩时,一方面,第一动力组件16驱动伸缩旋臂15缩短以减小体积;另一方面,第二动力组件17驱动伸缩旋臂15旋转收回至门窗框11内;不仅能够供人从门窗口处逃生,而且使室内的采光更好,外形也更为美观;
3、在伸缩弹簧155的作用下,伸缩旋臂15能够迅速伸展以使相对称的两伸缩旋臂15相结合,能够快速将不法分子关在门外,保证室内的安全;
4、此外,仅需在门窗框11的一侧设置两马达即可,不仅结构更为简单,而且保证了左右伸缩悬臂的动作一致,使其配合精准;
5、在门窗框11的顶部设置了钢丝卷轴20,钢丝卷轴20连接一组等速扭力齿轮组21,在发生火灾时,逃生者借钢丝卷轴20及扭力齿轮组21,做楼外的等速下降,以逃离室内;
6、本发明还设置防盗电线19以及在防盗电线19被割裂时发出警鸣的扩音器,当有不法分子,试图通过破坏安全门窗装置时,会切断防盗电线19,此时扩音器会发出警报,起到威吓作用。
此外,本发明还提供一种可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,包括以下几个步骤:
步骤一,在未安装的防盗窗的窗户外安装由方管构成的门窗框;
步骤二,在门窗框的两侧设置左右对称的两排伸缩悬臂,可伸缩悬臂伸展时,对称的两伸缩悬臂通过保险装置锁死;可伸缩悬臂收缩时,所有的伸
缩悬臂隐藏于门窗框的两侧;
步骤三,在门窗框的顶部安装扭力齿轮组,扭力齿轮组连接用于逃生的钢丝卷轴。
本发明提供的可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,用左右对称的两排伸缩悬臂代替传统的一体化结构的钢管作为阻挡栏杆,能够实现打开和关闭两种工作状态。在日常情况下,伸缩臂伸展并利用保险装置锁死锁死,能够起到普通防盗窗的保险功能;而在发生火灾、地震或其他紧急情况时,防盗窗可打开,人们可利用安装在门窗框的顶部的扭力齿轮组和钢丝卷轴逃生。本发明提供的可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,克服了传统的防盗窗不可打开或者打开后丧失防盗效果的缺点,能够同时满足防盗窗在日常情况下的防盗需求,以及紧急情况下的逃生需求。
为了进一步提高防盗窗的防盗性能,本发明提供的可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,在步骤二安装好伸缩悬臂后,在伸缩悬臂及门窗框的内部安装防盗电线,在门窗框的顶部安装扩音器,扩音器与防盗电线连接,防盗电线被割裂时扩音器发出警鸣。
扩音器与防盗电线能够提高防盗窗的防盗能力,当有不法分子,试图通过破坏安全门窗装置时,会切断防盗电线,此时扩音器会发出警报,起到威吓作用;此外,还可连接一与公安系统联网的警报装置,来加强防盗效果。
本发明提供的可逃生的防盗窗布置方法,在步骤二安装伸缩悬臂时,具体包括安装第一钢索来控制伸缩悬臂收缩,安装伸缩弹簧来控制伸缩悬臂伸长。
在不受第一钢索牵引时,在伸缩弹簧的作用下,伸缩悬臂处于伸展状态,在第一钢索牵引下,伸缩旋臂克服伸缩弹簧的作用开始收缩,进而实现伸展和收缩的切换。利用伸缩弹簧的优点在于,伸缩悬臂能够在弹簧恢复力的作用下迅速伸展,达到快速关闭的目的,能够将危险分子迅速关闭在防盗窗外。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其特征在于,包括门窗框、两个轨道、两个活动框、至少两个齿排块、偶数个伸缩旋臂、控制装置、第一动力组件以及第二动力组件;所述门窗框由方管拼接构成,所述两个轨道分别固定在门窗框的左右两侧的方管内壁,所述活动框安装在轨道内,所述齿排块固定在活动框内,所述第二动力组件与齿排块连接以驱动齿排块上下运动;所述偶数个伸缩旋臂左右对称的安装在门窗框的两侧,左右对称的两伸缩旋臂相向结合,且伸缩旋臂的根部连接有一支杆,所述支杆连接有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与齿排块的轮齿咬合;所述第一动力组件驱动伸缩旋臂伸缩;左右对称的两伸缩旋臂的头部分别设有公自动插销和母插销扣,在伸缩旋臂伸展完成后,公自动插销和母插销扣扣接;所述控制装置分别与第二动力组件和第一动力组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其特征在于,所述第一动力组件包括第一马达、扭力器、第一传动连杆和两根旋杆和两组伞齿轮;所述第一马达通过扭力器与一根旋杆驱动连接,该旋杆通过一组伞齿轮与第一传动连杆驱动连接,所述第一传动连杆通过另一组伞齿轮与另一根旋杆驱动连接;所述旋杆上连接有与伸缩旋臂一一对应的卷轮;所述伸缩旋臂包括多根直径不同的管件、伸缩弹簧和第一钢索,多根管件依次连接且直径在伸缩旋臂尾部至头部方向上依次递减,所述伸缩弹簧固定在伸缩旋臂内部,所述第一钢索一端固定在卷轮上,另一端与伸缩弹簧固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其特征在于,所述第二动力组件包括第二马达、两主动齿轮和第二传动连杆;所述第二马达与一主动齿轮直接连接,并通过第二传动连杆与另一主动齿轮连接;所述齿排块上设有从活动框中探出的轮齿,两主动齿轮分别与两个齿排块的轮齿咬合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其特征在于,在旋杆的卷轮上方位置处另设有一防盗电线,所述防盗电线穿设过伸缩旋臂内部、 第一传动连杆和第二传动连杆,防盗电线与控制装置电连接;所述门窗框的顶部设有一在防盗电线被割裂时发出警鸣的扩音器,所述扩音器与控制装置电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可隐藏的安全门窗装置,其特征在于,所述公自动插销的端部为带凹痕的球状;所述母插销扣包括第一夹爪、第二夹爪、第二钢索、扭力弹簧和固定轴,所述第一夹爪利用固定轴固定在伸缩旋臂的头部的内侧,所述第二夹爪与第一夹爪连接,所述扭力弹簧固定在第一夹爪和第二夹爪之间;所述第二钢索的一端与第二夹爪固定连接,另一端缠绕在卷轮上,且第二钢索的与第一钢索的缠绕方向相反;所述第一夹爪和第二夹爪夹持公自动插销的凹痕;所述公自动插销的外侧环设一大包环,所述母插销扣外侧环设一小包环,所述大包环套设在小包环上。
