为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种纸面膨化珍珠岩板及生产方法,即降低了产品成本、简化了生产工艺,也降低了生产设备的成本,同时提高生产效率;
为了实现上述目的,本发明的纸面膨化珍珠岩板,由膨化珍珠岩原料构成的中间层,以及所述中间层外侧的第一纸面层和第二纸面层。
其中,所述第一纸面层和第二纸面层分别采用韧质纸。
其中,所述韧质纸为牛皮纸。

本发明纸面膨化珍珠岩板材产品具有质量轻、强度好,并具有隔音、保温、耐腐蚀、抗老化,耐候性好,而且价格低廉,价格仅为纸面石膏板的三分之二,具有极强的市场竞争力;
本发明纸面膨化珍珠岩板材生产线及生产方法,与现有膨化珍珠岩板生产线相比较,减少了生产设备、简化了生产工艺,降低了产品的生产成本。

  8. 根据权利要求5所述的纸面膨化珍珠岩板生产线,其特征在于,所述成型工位,设置有压力机,将第一纸面层、膨化珍珠岩原料和第二纸面层一起压制成纸面膨化珍珠岩板材。
  9. 一种纸面膨化珍珠岩板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)在皮带输送线上铺放韧质纸,形成第一纸面层;
    2)在第一纸面层铺洒混合好的膨化珍珠岩原料;
    3)在混合好的膨化珍珠岩原料上铺放韧质纸,形成第二纸面层;
    4)对第一纸面层、混合好的膨化珍珠岩原料和第二纸面层进行压制,制成纸面膨化珍珠岩板材;
    5)对纸面膨化珍珠岩板材进行干燥、切边,形成纸面膨化珍珠岩板材成品。
