随着下一代网络(Next Generation Network,简称为NGN)的发展,三网(互联网、广电网、电信网)融合型家庭网关设备渐渐地走入了用户的日常生活中。家庭网关设备作为家庭内部对公网访问和交互的枢纽,可以实现家庭范围内多人共享无线上网、宽带上网、网络电话(Voice over Internet Protocol,简称为VoIP)通话、家庭存储、拓展交互式网络电视IPTV应用等功能。负责家庭内部多个网络设备间的互联互控,是资源共享不可缺少的设备,其发展速度备受瞩目。家庭网关设备的电话端口连接电话机,来电号码通过家庭网关设备进行控制管理。用户在接到来电时不明确主叫号码是否为骚扰号码,因而无法选择接入或者屏蔽控制。即使确认该号码为骚扰号码,也无法对其进行标记拉黑。
针对相关技术中用户不能通过家庭网关将来电号码设置为黑名单号码的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种来电号码处理方法及装置,以至少解决基于家庭网关的来电号码处理,用户不能自主设置来电号码为黑名单号码,给用户体验带来不便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种来电号码处理方法,包括:
家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
所述家庭网关根据所述指令将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单。

在本实施例中提供了一种来电号码处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的来电号码处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S100,家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
步骤S102,该家庭网关根据该指令将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单。
通过上述步骤,家庭网关根据设置指令,将确定为不良的来电号码设置为黑名单,家庭网关内设一个黑名单来电号码数据库,用于管理来电号码,解决了相关技术中用户不能通过家庭网关将来电号码设置为黑名单号码的问题,实现了用户基于家庭网关可以自主地设置黑名单,提高了用户体验舒适度。
在可选的实施方式中,该方法还包括:在通话过程中或通话结束时,家庭网关接收到将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令。在不确定是不良或黑名单的来电号码时,用户已经接听了电话。通过谈话和沟通,用户确定该来电是不良、推销或者其他需要屏蔽的黑名但。用户期望及时对其设置为黑名单。本实施例的家庭网关提供该种功能,在正常通话中或者通话结束时,将用户接听的来电号码设置为黑名单。用户可以自主完成家庭网关设备下来电号码的管理,提升用户对家庭网关语音通话的感受。
在本发明实施例中还提供了一种来电号码处理方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的来电号码处理方法的流程图二,如图2所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S200,家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
步骤S204,家庭网关根据该指令将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单;
步骤S206,家庭网关接收到删除指令,其中,该删除指令用于该家庭网关删除该黑名单中的至少一个号码;
步骤S208,家庭网关根据该删除指令删除该至少一个号码。
被叫用户可以在通话过程中和通话结束时对主叫号码进行黑名单标记。出于某些目的或原因,用户可能想将若干来电号码从黑名单中移除。可以登陆家庭网关号码控制平台,对已经屏蔽的号码进行单个或者批量删除,也可以通过该平台新增需要屏蔽的来电号码。通过上述步骤,用户可以自由移除或添加并管理黑名单,完成家庭网关设备下来电号码的管理,增强用户体验。
在本实施例中提供了一种来电号码处理方法,图3是根据本发明实施例的来电号码处理方法的流程图三,如图3所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S300,家庭网关监测到该第一来电号码的呼叫;
步骤S302,家庭网关判断该第一来电号码是否为黑名单;
家庭网关内设一个黑名单来电号码数据库,用于管理来电号码。主叫用户呼叫被叫用户,家庭网关监测到主叫用户的呼叫,并获取该来电号码。家庭网关判定该号码是否为黑名单,将该来电号码与黑名单数据库中的号码进行查找、匹配。
步骤S304,在判断结果为否的情况下,该家庭网关提示接听该第一来电号码的呼叫;家庭网关查询,该号码不存在黑名单数据库中,则判定该来电号码不是黑名单,不需要屏蔽,及时提醒被叫用户接听来电。提醒的方式可以包括振铃、声音、音乐、闹钟等或者其结合。
步骤S306,家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
步骤S308,家庭网关根据该指令将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单。被叫用户接通电话,认为该来电号码具有不良信息或者下次不想再提示和接听,可以通过该家庭网关设置该来电号码为黑名单。
通过该方法,可以屏蔽被叫用户不需要、不想接听的来电。即使接听来电后也可以及时设置该来电号码为黑名单,极大地方便了用户可以自主完成家庭网关中来电号码的管理,提升用户对家庭网关语音通话的感受。
在本实施例中提供了一种来电号码处理方法,图4是根据本发明实施例的来电号码处理方法的流程图四,如图4所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S400,家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
步骤S402,家庭网关根据该指令将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单。
步骤S404,家庭网关监测到第二来电号码的呼叫;
步骤S406,家庭网关判断该第二来电号码是否为黑名单;在判断结果为是的情况下,执行步骤S408,在判断结果为否的情况下,执行步骤S410;
步骤S408,家庭网关屏蔽该第二来电号码的呼叫;
步骤S410,家庭网关提示是否设置该第二来电号码为黑名单。
在家庭网关将第一来电号码设置为黑名单之后,被叫用户收到了第二来电号码的呼叫。对第二来电号码进行判断,在黑名单数据中匹配查找成功时,则屏蔽该第二来电号码,用户不需要感知。在黑名单数据库未查找到该第二来电号码时,除了提示被叫用户接听电话外,更提供了一种用户可选的操作,即提示用户将第二来电号码设置为黑名单,当然提示用户进行设置的方式可以有多种,例如,以语音的方式提示或者以在家庭网关中反馈提示消息。通过上述方法,提供了更多可选的操作给用户,使得用户能够在家庭网关中自主完成对来电号码的管理,提升用户对家庭网关语音通话的感受。
在本发明实施例中还提供了一种来电号码处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及可选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图5是根据本发明实施例的来电号码处理装置的结构框图一,如图5所示,该装置包括第一接收模块50和设置模块52,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一接收模块50,设置成:家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;

通过该装置,在家庭网关将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的情况下,被叫用户收到了第二来电的呼叫。对第二来电号码进行判断,在黑名单数据中匹配查找成功时,则对用户屏蔽该来电,用户不需要感知。在黑名单数据库未 查找到该第二来电号码时,除了提示被叫用户接听电话外,更提供了一种用户可选的操作,即提示用户将第二来电号码设置为黑名单。通过该方法,提供了更多可选的操作给用户,使用户更加轻松、容易自主完成家庭网关中来电号码的管理,提升用户对家庭网关语音通话的感受。

图9是根据本发明可选实施例的一种来电号码处理的家庭网关的结构框图;如图9所示,该装置可以包括如下模块:
号码获取模块90,号码获取模块主要负责主叫来电号码的显示,并将该号码传递给号码控制模块的功能;设置成:接收到远端主叫号码的呼叫,进行来电显示,并将来电号码会传递至号码控制模块92;
号码控制模块92,设置成:对来电号码是否设置成黑名单号码的处理。号码控制模块92包括:黑名单查询单元921和黑名单存储单元922
黑名单存储单元922,设置成:存储黑名单,可以是一个黑名单数据库或者黑名单号码存储数据库。黑名单查询单元921,设置成:将接收的号码在黑名单数据库中进行匹配查询,并返回查询结果:该号码已存在和该号码不存在。若来电号码在黑名单数据库中已存在,被叫用户不振铃,来电直接被屏蔽;若来电号码在黑名单数据库中不存在,此后被叫用户振铃,可以摘机正常通话。
号码控制平台94,主要设置成:负责号码管理使能开关配置、新增黑名单号码和从黑名单中移除已屏蔽号码的任务。例如可以是,被叫用户可以在通话过程中和通话结束时对主叫号码进行黑名单标记。用户希望移除被屏蔽的号码,可以登陆家庭网关的号码控制平台94,对已经屏蔽的号码进行单个或者批量删除,也可以通过该平台新增需要屏蔽的来电号码。
在本发明的可选实施例中提供了一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法,图10是根据本发明可选实施例的一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法的流程图一,如图10所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S1000,获取主叫来电号码;
号码获取模块会接收到主叫来电显示,将该来电号码传递给号码控制模 块;号码控制模块收到主叫号码,执行步骤S1002;
步骤S1002,判断该来电号码是否为黑名单中的号码;
黑名单查询模块会将该号码与黑名单存储数据库中的号码进行匹配查询。查询结果是该号码已经在黑名单存储数据库中存在,则进入步骤S1004;
步骤S1004,屏蔽该来电号码;
号码控制模块对此次通话请求进行拦截,被叫用户不会振铃,本次通话被屏蔽,通话结束,对用户来说不用感知。
查询结果是该号码已经在黑名单存储数据库中存在,则进入步骤S1006;
步骤S1006,提示用户接听来电;
步骤S1008,摘机通话;
步骤S1010,主叫挂机或者通话异常;家庭网关通过振铃、音乐、闹钟等形式提醒被叫用户接听来电。用户在接通来电,主叫在疑似骚扰电话的情形,会挂断电话,或者出现通话异常,例如出现杂音或莫名其妙的问答等。在这种情况持续一定时间时下,通话已经结束了,只是用户还未放下电话机。
步骤S1012,提示被叫用户是否将该来电号码设置为黑名单;在通话结束时,被叫用户还未挂机的情况下,家庭网关可以发出提示的信息,提示用户将该来电号码设置为黑名单。被叫用户对该来电号码可能会感到不安,或者认为来电号码是骚扰电话、或者下次不需再接听。家庭网关可以在通话即将结束时,发出提示的信息,设置成:提醒用户是否将该来电号码设置为黑名单。
步骤S1014,将来电号码设置为黑名单;
被叫用户听提示音,被叫用户可以进行黑名单号码标记操作,将该号码写入黑名单存储数据库。
步骤S1016,被叫用户挂机。在用户完成将该来电号码设置为黑名单的情况下,或者在用户不选择将该来电号码设置为黑名单的情况下,执行步骤S1016,被叫用户挂机,家庭网关结束本次服务。
通过该可选实施例的方法,实现了在主叫号码已经被标记成黑名单号码 的情况下,屏蔽来电号码的呼叫;在主叫号码未被标记成黑名单号码的情况下,主叫用户挂机,被叫用户根据家庭网关的提示,选择对来电号码设置为黑名单。
在本发明的可选实施例中提供了一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法,图11是根据本发明可选实施例的一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法的流程图二,如图11所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S1100,获取主叫来电号码;
号码获取模块会接收到主叫来电显示,将来电号码传递给号码控制模块;号码控制模块收到主叫号码,执行步骤S1102;
步骤S1102,判断该来电号码是否为黑名单中的号码;
黑名单查询模块会将该号码与黑名单存储数据库中的号码进行匹配查询。查询结果是该号码已经在黑名单存储数据库中存在,则进入步骤S1004;
步骤S1104,屏蔽该来电号码;
号码控制模块对此次通话请求进行拦截,被叫用户不会振铃,本次通话被屏蔽,通话结束,对用户来说不用感知。
查询结果是该号码已经在黑名单存储数据库中存在,则进入步骤S1106;
步骤S1106,提示用户接听来电;
步骤S1108,摘机通话;家庭网关通过振铃、音乐、闹钟等形式提醒被叫用户接听来电。
步骤S1110,被叫用户进行黑名单标记操作;
可以在该对话过程中,被叫用户对此次通话主叫号码进行黑名单标记操作。用户在接通来电,主叫在骚扰或疑似骚扰电话的情形,正常通话过程中,或者出现通话异常,例如出现杂音或莫名其妙的问答等。被叫用户可以选择挂断电话,并且可以在挂断电话之前,选择对该来电号码设置为黑名单。
步骤S1112,号码加入黑名单信息数据库;家庭网关根据用户的设置黑名单的指令,将该来电号码写入黑名单存储数据库。
步骤S1114,结束通话;被叫用户挂机,过程结束。
通过该可选实施例的方法,可以实现在主叫号码未被标记成黑名单号码的情况下,被叫用在通话过程中、挂断电话之前,自主地设置黑名单号码。
在本发明的可选实施例中提供了一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法,图12是根据本发明可选实施例的一种基于家庭网关的来电号码处理方法的流程图三,如图12所示,该流程可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S1200,登陆家庭网关号码控制平台;在通话结束的情况下,或者说在未通话的情况下,用户可以登录家庭网关号码控制平台,对来电号码进行管理。
步骤S1202,配置黑名单标记开关;家庭网关号码控制平台可以根据用户需求,设置开启或者关闭。号码控制平台至少提供两种操作或功能:新增或者删除黑名单号码。
步骤S1204,添加或删除黑名但号码;家庭网关根据用户操作,开启黑名单标记开关,进入黑名单设置界面。用户可以根据自己的需求新增黑名单号码,或者删除已标记的黑名单号码。添加黑名单号码,即在家庭网关号码控制平台管理界面创建新增项,输入需要标记的号码,可以逐一添加,也可以批量添加。删除黑名单号码,即选择已标记的黑名单号码,点击移除,进行删除操作,可以逐一删除,也可以批量删除。
步骤S1206,保存数据,退出家庭网关号码控制平台。用户在家庭网关号码控制平台完成黑名单号码的管理后,选择保存按钮,退出,黑名单数据库可以即时更新数据。通过本可选实施例,可以保存用户操作记录,实现了用户自主新增和删除黑名单号码。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被网关执行时,使得该网关可执行上述任意的来电号码处理方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述的计算机程序的载体。
综上所述,上述实施例、可选实施例和实施方式提供了一种新型的家庭网关来电号码处理的方法及家庭网关,家庭网关可以根据用户指令,对黑名单号码进行管理和操作,解决了基于家庭网关的来电号码管理,用户不能自 主设置来电号码为黑名单号码,给用户体验带来不便的问题。在不引入硬件增加成本的前提下,实现了用户基于家庭网关可以自主地设置黑名单,使得NGN网络下的家庭终端用户,无需向网络服务商开通号码屏蔽业务,就能便捷自主的对来电号码进行控制管理。尤其是,在正常通话中或者通话结束时,家庭网关将用户接听的来电号码设置为黑名单。用户可以自由移除或添加并管理黑名单,完成家庭网关设备下来电号码的管理,以提升用户使用家庭网关进行VoIP语音通话的感受。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
通过本发明技术方案,采用家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;该家庭网关根据该指令将该第一来电号码设置为黑名单,解决了相关技术中用户不能通过家庭网关将来电号码设置为黑名单号码的问题,实现了用户基于家庭网关可以自主地设置黑名单,提高了用户体验舒适度。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种来电号码处理方法,包括:
    家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
    所述家庭网关根据所述指令将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的来电号码处理方法,所述家庭网关接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令的步骤包括:
    在通话过程中或通话结束时,所述家庭网关接收到将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的来电号码处理方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述家庭网关接收到删除指令,其中,所述删除指令用于删除所述黑名单中的至少一个号码;
    所述家庭网关根据所述删除指令删除所述至少一个号码。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的来电号码处理方法,其中,在所述家庭网关接收到将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令的步骤之前,该方法还包括:
    所述家庭网关监测到所述第一来电号码的呼叫;
    所述家庭网关判断所述第一来电号码是否为黑名单;
    在确定所述第一来电号码不是黑名单的情况下,所述家庭网关提示接听所述第一来电号码的呼叫。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的来电号码处理方法,其中,在所述家庭网关根据所述指令将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    所述家庭网关监测到第二来电号码的呼叫;
    所述家庭网关判断所述第二来电号码是否为黑名单;
    在判断所述第二来电号码不是黑名单的情况下,所述家庭网关提示是否设置所述第二来电号码为黑名单;
    在判断所述第二来电号码是黑名单的情况下,所述家庭网关屏蔽所述第二来电号码的呼叫。
  6. 一种来电号码处理装置,包括第一接收模块和设置模块,其中:
    所述第一接收模块设置成:接收将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令;
    所述设置模块设置成:根据所述指令将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的来电号码处理装置,其中,所述第一接收模块设置成按照如下方式接收到将第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令:
    在通话过程中或通话结束时,所述家庭网关接收到将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的来电号码处理装置,所述装置还包括第二接收模块和删除模块,其中:
    所述第二接收模块设置成:接收删除指令,其中,所述删除指令用于删除所述黑名单中的至少一个号码;
    所述删除模块设置成:根据所述删除指令删除所述至少一个号码。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的来电号码处理装置,所述装置还包括第一监测模块、第一判断模块和提示模块,其中:
    所述第一监测模块设置成:在所述第一接收模块接收到将所述第一来电号码设置为黑名单的指令之前,监测到所述第一来电号码的呼叫;
    所述第一判断模块设置成:判断所述第一来电号码是否为黑名单;
    所述提示模块设置成:在判断所述第一来电号码不是黑名单的情况下,提示接听所述第一来电号码的呼叫。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7所述的来电号码装置,所述装置还包括第二监测模块、第二判断模块、第二提示模块和屏蔽模块,其中:
    所述第二监测模块设置成:在所述设置模块根据所述指令将所述来电号码设置为黑名单之后,监测到第二来电号码的呼叫;
    所述第二判断模块设置成:判断所述第二来电号码是否为黑名单;
    所述第二提示模块设置成:在判断所述第二来电号码不是黑名单的情况 下,提示是否设置所述第二来电号码为黑名单;
    所述屏蔽模块设置成:在判断所述第二来电号码是黑名单的情况下,屏蔽所述第二来电号码的呼叫。
  11. 一种家庭网关,包括如权利要求6-10中任一项所述的来电号码处理装置。
  12. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被网关执行时,使得该网关可执行如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的来电号码处理方法。
  13. 一种载有如权利要求12所述的计算机程序的载体。
