- the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit 19 to the inside of the preform 10 at the time when the stretching of the preform 10 by the stretching rod 22 is completed is determined. It is preferable that the amount of the liquid to be filled in the molded container after completion of the liquid blow molding is 37% or less. Thereby, when the thing made from a polypropylene is used as the preform 10, the biaxially-stretch blow molding can be reliably carried out without rupturing the preform 10.
- the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit 19 to the inside of the preform 10 when the stretching of the preform 10 by the stretching rod 22 is completed. Is preferably 23% or less of the amount of liquid to be filled in the molded container after completion of liquid blow molding.
- the stretching of the preform 10 by the stretching rod 22 is completed, the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit 19 to the interior of the preform 10 is filled in the molded container after completion of the liquid blow molding.
- the pressurized liquid is supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit 19 to the inside of the preform 10. Even if the liquid is supplied into the preform 10 at a high pressure and flow rate suitable for liquid blow molding, the preform 10 is supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit 19 when the stretching of the preform 10 by the stretching rod 22 is completed.
- the amount of liquid supplied to the inside of the container can be suppressed to 50% or less of the amount of liquid to be filled in the molded container after completion of liquid blow molding. Therefore, the preform 10 can be efficiently and accurately subjected to liquid blow molding with a liquid having a high pressure and flow rate suitable for liquid blow molding, while reliably preventing the preform 10 from bursting due to rapid stretching. Can do.
- the change in the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit to the inside of the preform before the drawing of the preform by the drawing rod is completed is based on the timing at which the opening / closing body is opened, that is, when the liquid blowing is started. This was done by changing the timing of the start (operation) of the rod. That is, for example, in the case where a bottle-shaped container having an internal capacity of 360 ml is liquid blow molded from a polypropylene preform, as shown in FIG. 3, the operation timing of the stretching rod is set to 0.20 seconds when the liquid blow is started.
- the drawing from the pressurized liquid supply unit is completed until the stretching of the preform by the stretching rod is completed.
- the amount of liquid supplied to the interior of the reform was changed.
- the operation timing of the stretching rod is set to 0.20 seconds before the liquid blow starts and 0.15 seconds before 0.10 seconds, 0.08 seconds, and 0.05 seconds before, when a bottle-shaped container with an inner volume of 660 ml is liquid blow molded from a polyethylene terephthalate preform, the operation of the stretching rod
- the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit to the inside of the preform was changed until the drawing was completed.
- Table 1 shows the evaluation results when a bottle-shaped container having an inner volume of 360 ml from a polypropylene preform is liquid blow-molded, and liquid-blow molding a bottle-shaped container having an inner capacity of 660 ml from a polypropylene preform.
- Table 2 shows the evaluation results for the cases, and Table 3 shows the evaluation results for the case where a bottle-shaped container having an internal capacity of 660 ml is liquid blow molded from a polyethylene terephthalate preform.
- the amount of liquid supplied from the pressurized liquid supply unit to the inside of the preform before the completion of the stretching of the preform by the stretching rod that is, the liquid amount V2 at the completion of the stretching
- Liquid blow molding can be performed without rupturing the preform if the amount of liquid to be filled in the container after molding is completed, that is, 50% or less of the liquid volume V1 after molding. I was able to confirm that it was possible. Moreover, it has confirmed that it was more preferable to make liquid amount V2 at the time of extending
- the preform when the preform is made of polypropylene, the preform can be obtained by setting the liquid volume V2 at the completion of stretching to 37% or less of the liquid volume V1 after molding. It was confirmed that liquid blow molding can be performed without rupture.
- the preform is not limited to polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, but may be made of other materials.
Abstract
