Description

情報表示装置、情報表示方法、および情報表示システム
　本発明は、情報表示装置、情報表示方法、および情報表示システムに関する。
　新たな情報を登録する際に、過去の登録情報をテンプレートとし、前記過去の登録情報における複数の項目に対応する各情報を、新たに登録する登録情報における対応する項目の情報として表示することにより、作業者の編集が必要な項目数を低減し、情報の登録作業の省力化を図る方法が知られている（特許文献１）。

　しかしながら、前記過去の登録情報をテンプレートとして使用する場合、前記作業者が、前記過去の登録情報に基づき表示された各項目の情報の内容を確認せず登録してしまうことがある。このため、誤情報が登録されるおそれがあった。
　そこで、本発明は、前記過去の登録情報に基づき表示された情報を使用する場合に、前記誤情報の登録を防止できる情報表示装置、情報表示方法、および情報表示システムを提供する。
　本発明の情報表示装置は、複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する登録情報取得手段、
前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する表示手段、および
前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する編集手段を含み、
前記表示手段が、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、前記編集手段による編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行うことを特徴とする。
　本発明の情報表示方法は、複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する登録情報取得工程、
前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する表示工程、および
前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する編集工程を含み、

　本発明は、前記編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行う。このため、本発明によれば、例えば、前記未編集の情報を容易に確認できる。したがって、本発明によれば、誤情報の登録を抑制できる。

　つぎに、本発明の実施形態について説明する。なお、本発明は、下記の実施形態によって何ら限定および制限されない。なお、以下の図１から図７において、同一部分には、同一符号を付している。また、各実施形態の説明は、特に言及がない限り、互いの説明を援用できる。さらに、各実施形態の構成は、特に言及がない限り、組合せ可能である。
［実施形態１］
　実施形態１は、本発明の情報表示装置および情報表示方法に関する。
　本実施形態の情報表示装置および情報表示方法によれば、例えば、未編集の情報を容易に確認でき、誤情報の登録を抑制できる。
　図１に、本実施形態における情報表示装置のブロック図を示す。図１に示すように、本実施形態の情報表示装置１０は、登録情報記憶部１１１および編集情報記憶部１１２、登録情報取得手段１２１および編集手段１２２、ならびに表示手段１３を含む。登録情報記憶部１１１および編集情報記憶部１１２は、例えば、図１に示すように、ハードウェアであるデータ記憶手段１１に組み込まれてもよい。また、登録情報取得手段１２１および編集手段１２２は、例えば、図１に示すように、ハードウェアであるデータ処理手段（データ処理装置）１２に組み込まれてもよく、ソフトウェアまたは前記ソフトウェアが組み込まれたハードウェアでもよい。データ処理手段１２は、ＣＰＵ等を備えてもよい。なお、登録情報記憶部１１１および編集情報記憶部１１２は、任意の構成であり、あってもよいし、なくてもよいし、いずれか１つを含んでもよいし、複数を含んでもよい。
　登録情報記憶部１１１は、登録情報取得手段１２１、編集手段１２２および表示手段１３と、編集情報記憶部１１２は、編集手段１２２および表示手段１３と、それぞれ電気的に接続されてよい。情報表示装置１０は、例えば、取得された１群の登録情報等をデータ記憶手段１１に記憶させ、記憶させた１群の登録情報、および前記１群の登録情報の編集または編集の確定に対応した警告表示を表示手段１３に表示する。
　登録情報取得手段１２１は、複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する。登録情報取得手段１２１は、例えば、データ記憶手段から前記１群の登録情報を取得する。前記データ記憶手段は、装置内蔵型であってもよいし、外部記憶装置のような外付け型であってもよい。前記データ記憶手段は、例えば、ランダムアクセスメモリ（ＲＡＭ）、読み出し専用メモリ（ＲＯＭ）、フラッシュメモリー、ハードディスク（ＨＤ）、光ディスク、フロッピー（登録商標）ディスク（ＦＤ）等があげられる。また、登録情報取得手段１２１は、例えば、後述する表示手段１３に表示する表示画像を取得してもよい。この場合、登録情報取得手段１２１は、例えば、前記登録情報と前記表示画像とを登録情報記憶部１１１に記憶させ、記憶させた前記登録情報と前記表示画像とを表示手段１３に表示してもよい。
　前記１群の登録情報は、例えば、過去に登録された１群の登録情報、任意の１群のテンプレート情報等があげられる。前記１群のテンプレート情報については、後述する。
　前記項目の数は、複数であればよく、その上限は、特に制限されない。前記項目数は、例えば、２～２００個、３～１５０個、５～１００個である。
　前記項目に対応する各情報は、特に制限されず、例えば、情報表示装置１０を使用する分野により適宜決定できる。前記使用分野は、特に制限されず、複数の項目を扱う分野があげられ、例えば、業務管理分野、小売分野、教育分野、医療分野、行政分野等があげられる。前記使用分野が業務管理分野の場合、前記各情報は、例えば、業績管理に関する情報があげられ、具体的には、受注先、契約内容、契約形態、プロジェクト名等の契約情報、予算額、執行額、販売原価等の会計情報、契約日、執行日等の日付情報、人員数、人員名等の人員情報、進捗見込、進捗実績等の進捗情報等の情報があげられる。前記使用分野が小売分野の場合、前記各情報は、例えば、商品管理に関する情報があげられ、具体的には、仕入額、販売額、仕入数、販売数、在庫数、仕入元、販売先等の仕入販売情報、仕入日、販売日等の日付情報、商品管理者、販売員等の人員情報等の情報があげられる。前記使用分野が教育分野の場合、前記各情報は、例えば、教員および生徒に関する情報があげられ、具体的には、教員の氏名、生徒の氏名、生徒の保護者の氏名等の氏名情報、教員の住所、生徒の住所、生徒の保護者の住所等の住所情報、教科の評点および評価コメント等の評価情報等の情報があげられる。前記使用分野が医療分野の場合、前記各情報は、例えば、患者に関する情報があげられ、具体的には、担当医師名、患者名等の氏名情報、医療費、薬剤費、検査費等の会計情報、受診日、再診日、検査日等の日付情報、既往歴、調剤履歴等の履歴情報等の情報があげられる。前記使用分野が行政分野の場合、前記各情報は、例えば、住民に関する情報があげられ、具体的には、家族構成、氏名、住所等の世帯情報等の情報があげられる。
　編集手段１２２は、前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する。編集手段１２２は、例えば、入力手段等により入力された情報に基づき、前記各情報を編集し、確定する。前記入力手段は、例えば、タッチパネル等のモニター、操作キー等の携帯端末に備わる通常の入力手段、キーボード、マウス等のコンピュータに備わる通常の入力手段、入力ファイルおよび他のコンピュータ等を用いることができる。
　表示手段１３は、前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する。表示手段１３は、特に制限されず、例えば、映像により出力するモニター（例えば、液晶ディスプレイ（ＬＣＤ）、ブラウン管（ＣＲＴ）ディスプレイ等の各種画像表示装置等）等があげられる。表示手段１３は、例えば、タッチパネルであってもよい。この場合、表示手段１３は、例えば、前記入力手段を兼ねてもよい。前記表示領域は、例えば、前記登録情報等を表示する領域である。前記表示画像は、例えば、表示手段１３に表示される画像である。表示手段１３は、例えば、前記表示画像の各項目のうち、選択された項目の表示領域について、表示されている情報を非表示とし、編集手段１２２により編集された情報を前記表示領域に表示してもよい。前記項目の選択は、例えば、前記表示画像に表示されたカーソルにより実施できる。具体例として、前記表示画像において、前記カーソルの位置と対応する位置に表示された項目を前記選択された項目としてもよいし、前記カーソルにより決定された項目を前記選択された項目としてもよい。
　また、表示手段１３は、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、編集手段１２２による編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行う。本実施形態の情報表示装置１０は、このように未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行うことにより、前記未編集の情報を容易に確認できるため、例えば、前記作業者の確認を促すことができ、誤情報の登録を抑制できる。前記未編集情報は、例えば、編集手段１２２による編集が行われていない情報、すなわち、前記１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を意味する。前記警告表示は、特に制限されず、例えば、色による表示、文字による表示、記号（マーク）による表示等があげられ、前記未編集の情報をより容易に確認できることから、好ましくは、色による表示である。前記警告表示が色による表示の場合、前記色は、例えば、赤、黄、橙等の警告色があげられる。前記警告表示が色による表示の場合、前記各項目の表示領域の色は、同じでもよいし、異なってもよい。後者の場合、色の組合せは、特に制限されず、例えば、赤と橙との組合せ、橙と黄との組合せ等があげられる。前記文字は、例えば、未変更であることを表す文字等があげられる。前記マークは、例えば、エクスクラメーションマーク、チェックマーク等があげられる。前記警告表示は、例えば、１種類の表示を行ってもよいし、２種類以上の表示を組合せて行ってもよい。後者は、例えば、前記色による表示、前記文字による表示、および前記マークによる表示の組合せ等があげられる。前記警告表示を表示する位置は、特に制限されず、例えば、前記各項目の表示領域、前記各項目の表示領域以外の領域があげられる。前記表示領域以外の領域は、例えば、前記各項目の表示領域の上、下、左、右等があげられる。前記未編集の情報をさらに容易に確認できることから、前記未編集情報を表示する表示領域の色を警告色とすることにより、前記警告表示を行うことがさらに好ましい。
　つぎに、図２に、本実施形態における情報表示方法のフローチャートを示す。本実施形態の情報表示方法は、例えば、図１の情報表示装置を用いて、つぎのように実施する。図２に示すように、本実施形態の情報表示方法は、Ａ１ステップ（登録情報取得）、Ａ２ステップ（登録情報表示）、Ａ３ステップ（登録情報編集）、およびＡ４ステップ（警告表示）を含む。
（Ａ１）登録情報取得
　Ａ１ステップでは、複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する。前記データ記憶手段から前記１群の登録情報を取得する場合、データ記憶手段（図示せず）に記憶された前記１群の登録情報を読み出し、取得する。そして、取得した前記１群の登録情報を、登録情報記憶部１１１に記憶させる。
（Ａ２）登録情報表示
　Ａ２ステップでは、前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する。前記１群の登録情報が過去の１群の登録情報である場合、前記過去の１群の登録情報における複数の項目に対応する各情報を、前記表示画像の対応する各項目の表示領域に表示する。また、前記１群の登録情報が任意の１群のテンプレート情報である場合、前記任意の１群のテンプレート情報における複数の項目に対応する各情報を、前記表示画像の対応する各項目の表示領域に表示する。また、Ａ２ステップでは、前記表示画像の各項目のうち、選択された項目の表示領域について、表示されている情報を非表示とし、前記編集工程（Ａ３ステップ）において編集された情報を前記表示領域に表示してもよい。
（Ａ３）登録情報編集
　Ａ３ステップでは、前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する。前記編集は、例えば、前記情報の削除、追加、変更等により実施する。前記確定は、例えば、前記情報の編集を終了することにより実施する。前記確定は、例えば、前記１群の登録情報における１つの情報の編集の確定であってもよいし、２つ以上の情報の編集の確定であってもよいし、前記登録情報において編集が必要な全ての情報の編集の確定でもよい。そして、前記編集の確定後、前記複数の項目に対応する各情報を、例えば、編集情報として、編集情報記憶部１１２に記憶させる。
（Ａ４）警告表示
　Ａ４ステップでは、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、前記編集工程（Ａ３ステップ）における編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行う。前記未編集情報は、例えば、前記取得した１群の登録情報と、前記各項目の表示領域における各情報と比較することにより特定できる。Ａ４ステップは、例えば、Ａ２ステップおよびＡ３ステップと平行して行うことが好ましい。前記警告表示は、例えば、全項目に対して１つの警告表示を行ってもよいし、前記各項目に対して警告表示を行ってもよく、好ましくは、後者である。また、前記各項目に対して警告表示を行う場合、各項目に対する編集または編集の確定まで、対応する警告表示を行うことが好ましい。前記編集までは、例えば、項目を選択したときまで、項目を選択し、項目の情報の編集開始まで、項目の情報の編集開始後所定時間まで等があげられる。前記項目の選択を前記カーソルにより実施する場合、前記編集までは、例えば、カーソル位置決定をした時まで、カーソル位置決定をし、項目の情報の編集開始時まで、カーソル位置決定をし、項目の情報を編集開始後の所定時間まで等があげられる。また、前記編集また編集の確定後、前記編集を取消す場合、前記取消を行った項目の表示領域について、再度、前記警告表示を行ってもよい。さらに、前記編集また編集の確定後、前記編集または編集の確定後の項目の表示領域について、前記警告表示以外の表示を行ってもよい。そして、前記全ての編集が確定した場合、終了する。

　本実施形態の情報表示装置および情報表示方法によれば、例えば、前記編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報において、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を１群のテンプレート情報として登録できる。また、前記１群の登録情報を取得し、編集する場合、例えば、前記作業者は、同じ項目を編集する頻度が相対的に高く、その他の項目を編集する頻度は相対的に低い。前記１群のテンプレート情報は、前記未変更の項目に対応する各情報を登録しているため、例えば、前記１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、表示することで、前記作業者が、相対的に編集する頻度が高い項目には、情報が表示されず、相対的に編集する頻度が低い項目には、前記１群のテンプレート情報の対応する情報が表示される。このため、前記１群のテンプレートを使用することにより、例えば、前記作業者が、編集すべき情報を容易に確認できる。したがって、本実施形態の情報表示装置および情報表示方法によれば、例えば、誤情報の登録をより抑制できる。
　変形例２の情報表示装置は、さらに、テンプレート情報登録手段を含み、前記テンプレート情報登録手段が、前記編集手段による編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報において、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を１群のテンプレート情報として登録することが好ましい。この点を除き、変形例２の情報表示装置は、実施形態１の情報表示装置と同様の構成を有する。
　前記未変更の項目は、例えば、前記編集手段による編集が行われていない項目である。このため、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報は、例えば、前記未編集情報ということもできる。
　変形例２の情報表示装置は、さらに、テンプレート情報取得手段を含み、前記表示手段が前記テンプレート情報を表示する場合、前記テンプレート情報取得手段が、登録された１群以上のテンプレート情報から、１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、前記表示手段が、前記取得した１群のテンプレート情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示することが好ましい。

　前記入力例情報は、前記１群以上の登録情報を表示してもよいし、前記新たな１群の登録情報を表示してもよいし、両者を表示してもよい。また、前記１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、前記入力例情報は、例えば、前記作業者が、前記表示領域に情報が表示されていない項目に入力する情報の内容が把握しやすくなり、誤情報の登録をさらに抑制できることから、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報において、頻度の高い情報であることが好ましい。前記入力例情報は、例えば、１例でもよいし、複数例でもよい。
　変形例２の情報表示装置が前記入力例情報を表示する場合、前記１群のテンプレート情報と前記入力例情報とを簡易に区別ができ、前記作業者が、前記入力例情報の表示されている項目を把握しやすくなり、誤情報の登録をさらに抑制できることから、前記表示手段が、前記表示画像の各項目の表示領域において、前記テンプレート情報と前記入力例情報とを異なる色調で表示することが好ましい。
　前記異なる色調は、特に制限されず、例えば、黒とグレーとの組合せ等があげられる。
　変形例２の情報表示装置が前記テンプレート情報取得手段を含む場合、前記１群のテンプレート情報に関連する注意事項等をコメント情報により共有でき、前記１群のテンプレート情報を使用した際の誤情報の登録を抑制できることから、変形例２の情報表示装置は、さらに、コメント情報付与手段を含み、前記コメント情報付与手段が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に、関連付けられたコメント情報を付与することが好ましい。
　前記コメント情報は、特に制限されず、例えば、前記１群のテンプレート情報に関する注意事項、前記１群のテンプレート情報における項目の情報の説明、前記１群のテンプレート情報における項目の入力例等があげられる。前記コメント情報は、例えば、前記１群のテンプレート情報を登録した作業者がわかるシール情報を含んでもよい。前記シール情報は、例えば、アイコン、写真、アバター等があげられる。
　変形例２の情報表示装置は、さらに、コメント情報取得手段を含み、前記コメント情報取得手段が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報を取得し、前記表示手段が、前記コメント情報を前記表示画像に表示することが好ましい。
　前記コメント情報を表示する位置は、特に制限されず、例えば、前記表示画像の任意の位置とすることができる。

　変形例２の情報表示方法は、さらに、テンプレート情報取得工程を含み、前記表示工程が前記テンプレート情報を表示する場合、前記テンプレート情報取得工程が、登録された１群以上のテンプレート情報から、１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、前記表示工程が、取得した１群のテンプレート情報を、表示画像の対応する各項目の表示領域に表示することが好ましい。

　実施形態２は、本発明の情報表示装置および情報表示方法に関する。
　本実施形態の情報表示装置および情報表示方法によれば、例えば、未編集の情報を容易に確認でき、誤情報の登録をより抑制できる。
　図３に、本実施形態における情報表示装置のブロック図を示す。図３に示すように、本実施形態の情報表示装置２０は、登録情報記憶部１１１、編集情報記憶部１１２、テンプレート情報記憶部１１３、およびコメント情報記憶部１１４、登録情報取得手段１２１、編集手段１２２、情報登録手段１２３、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４、コメント情報付与手段１２５、テンプレート情報取得手段１２６、およびコメント情報取得手段１２７、ならびに表示手段１３を含む。登録情報記憶部１１１、編集情報記憶部１１２、テンプレート情報記憶部１１３、およびコメント情報記憶部１１４は、例えば、図３に示すように、ハードウェアであるデータ記憶手段１１に組み込まれてもよい。また、登録情報取得手段１２１、編集手段１２２、情報登録手段１２３、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４、コメント情報付与手段１２５、テンプレート情報取得手段１２６、およびコメント情報取得手段１２７は、例えば、図３に示すように、ハードウェアであるデータ処理手段（データ処理装置）１２に組み込まれてもよく、ソフトウェアまたは前記ソフトウェアが組み込まれたハードウェアでもよい。データ処理手段１２は、ＣＰＵ等を備えてもよい。なお、登録情報記憶部１１１、編集情報記憶部１１２、テンプレート情報記憶部１１３、およびコメント情報記憶部１１４は、任意の構成であり、あってもよいし、なくてもよいし、いずれか１つを含んでもよいし、複数を含んでもよい。
　登録情報記憶部１１１は、登録情報取得手段１２１、編集手段１２２、情報登録手段１２３、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４、および表示手段１３と、編集情報記憶部１１２は、編集手段１２２、情報登録手段１２３、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４、および表示手段１３と、テンプレート情報記憶部１１３は、テンプレート情報取得手段１２６および表示手段１３と、コメント情報記憶部１１４は、コメント情報取得手段１２７および表示手段１３と、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４は、コメント情報付与手段１２５と、テンプレート情報取得手段１２６は、コメント情報取得手段１２７と、それぞれ電気的に接続されてよい。情報表示装置２０は、例えば、取得された１群の登録情報、テンプレート情報等をデータ記憶手段１１に記憶させ、記憶させた１群の登録情報、および前記１群の登録情報の編集または編集の確定に対応した警告表示を表示手段１３に表示する。
　情報表示装置２０において、登録情報取得手段１２１、テンプレート情報取得手段１２６、およびコメント情報取得手段１２７は、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段から出力された１群の登録情報、１群のテンプレート情報、コメント情報を、それぞれ取得する。また、情報登録手段１２３、テンプレート情報登録手段１２４、およびコメント情報付与手段１２５は、それぞれ、新たな１群の登録情報、１群のテンプレート情報、およびコメント情報を出力し、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段が記憶し、登録する。この点を除き、情報表示装置２０は、実施形態１、変形例１および２の情報表示装置の説明を援用できる。
　つぎに、図４および５に、本実施形態における情報表示方法のフローチャートを示し、図６に、情報表示の例を示す。本実施形態の情報表示方法は、例えば、図３の情報表示装置を用いて、つぎのように実施する。図４に示すように、本実施形態の情報表示方法は、Ａ１ステップ（登録情報取得）、Ａ２ステップ（登録情報表示）、Ａ３ステップ（登録情報編集）、Ａ４ステップ（警告表示）、Ａ５ステップ（情報登録）、Ａ６ステップ（テンプレート情報登録）、Ａ７ステップ（コメント情報付与）、Ａ８ステップ（テンプレート情報取得）、Ａ９ステップ（テンプレート情報表示）、Ａ１０ステップ（コメント情報取得）、およびＡ１１（コメント情報表示）を含む。
　まず、実施形態１と同様に、Ａ１ステップ、Ａ２ステップ、およびＡ３ステップを実施する。
（Ａ４）警告表示
　つぎに、Ａ２ステップおよびＡ３ステップと平行し、前記各項目の表示領域における各情報が、未編集情報か否かを判断する（Ａ４０１）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、前記未編集情報でない場合、前記表示領域の色を警告色としない（Ａ４０２）。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち、前記未編集情報である場合、前記表示領域の色を警告色とする（Ａ４０３）。具体的には、Ａ２ステップにおいて、１群の登録情報を表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する場合、前記各項目の表示領域における各情報は、前記１群の登録情報と同じである。このため、図６Ａに示すように、全ての項目の表示領域３１ａ～ｄの色を警告色とする（図中ではグレー）。つぎに、Ａ３ステップにおいて、登録情報３２ａ～ｄにおいて、登録情報３２ａを編集する。図６Ｂに示すように、前記編集後、前記未編集情報でない登録情報３２ａに対応する項目の表示領域３１ａの警告色は、解除する。また、前記未編集情報である登録情報３２ｂ～ｄに対応する項目の表示領域３１ｂ～ｄの色は、引き続き警告色とする。そして、情報を登録するとの入力があるか否かを判断する（Ａ４０４）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、情報を登録しない場合、Ａ４０１ステップに戻る。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち情報を登録する場合、Ａ５０１ステップに進む。
（Ａ５）情報登録
　つぎに、情報を登録するとの入力がある場合、編集工程（Ａ３ステップ）における編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報を新たな１群の登録情報として、出力し、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段が記憶し、登録する（Ａ５０１）。
（Ａ６）テンプレート情報登録
　そして、新たな１群の登録情報を登録する場合、前記編集工程（Ａ３ステップ）における編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報において、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を１群のテンプレート情報として登録するとの入力があるか否かを判断する（Ａ６０１）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、前記１群のテンプレート情報として登録するとの入力がない場合、終了する。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち、前記１群のテンプレート情報として登録するとの入力がある場合、前記１群のテンプレート情報を出力し、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段が記憶し、登録する（Ａ６０２）。
（Ａ７）コメント情報付与
　さらに、前記１群のテンプレート情報を登録する場合、前記１群のテンプレート情報に、関連付けられたコメント情報があるか否かを判断する（Ａ７０１）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、前記コメント情報がない場合、Ａ８０１ステップに進む。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち、前記コメント情報がある場合、前記コメント情報を出力し、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段が、前記コメント情報を記憶し、登録する（Ａ７０２）。
（Ａ８）テンプレート情報取得
　つぎに、後述するＡ９ステップにおいて１群のテンプレート情報を表示するとの入力があるか否かを判断する（Ａ８０１）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、前記１群のテンプレート情報を表示しない場合、終了する。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち、前記１群のテンプレート情報を表示する場合、前記１群のテンプレート情報を記憶させた情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段における１群以上のテンプレート情報から出力された１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、テンプレート情報記憶部１１３に記憶させる（Ａ８０２）。また、Ａ９ステップにおいて、入力例情報を表示する場合、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段から出力された、前記テンプレート情報が表示されていない項目と対応する項目の情報を取得する。前記情報は、例えば、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報において、頻度の高い情報である。

　そして、取得した１群のテンプレート情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示し（Ａ９０１）、前記入力例情報を、前記１群のテンプレート情報とは異なる色調で、前記１群のテンプレート情報が表示されていない項目に表示する。
（Ａ１０）コメント情報取得
　つぎに、前記取得した１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報があるか否かを判断する（Ａ１００１）。Ｎｏの場合、すなわち、前記取得した１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報がない場合、終了する。他方、Ｙｅｓの場合、すなわち、前記取得した１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報がある場合、情報表示装置２０外のデータ記憶手段から出力された前記コメント情報を取得し、コメント情報記憶部１１４に記憶させる（Ａ１００２）。

　本実施形態のプログラムは、前述の情報表示方法を、コンピュータ上で実行可能なプログラムである。または、本実施形態のプログラムは、例えば、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録されてもよい。前記記録媒体としては、特に限定されず、例えば、ランダムアクセスメモリ（ＲＡＭ）、読み出し専用メモリ（ＲＯＭ）、ハードディスク（ＨＤ）、光ディスク、フロッピー（登録商標）ディスク（ＦＤ）等があげられる。
［実施形態４］
　実施形態４は、本発明の情報表示システムに関する。
　本実施形態の情報表示システムによれば、例えば、未編集の情報を容易に確認でき、誤情報の登録をより抑制できる。本実施形態の情報表示システムによれば、登録情報取得手段、表示手段、および編集手段を現場に設置し、サーバ等は他の場所に設置して、オンラインにより登録情報を表示できる。そのため、装置の設置に場所を取ることがなく、メンテナンスも容易である。また、各設置場所が離れている場合であっても、一箇所での集中管理や遠隔操作が可能となる。本発明の情報表示システムは、例えば、前記情報表示装置および情報表示方法等の説明を援用できる。
　図７に、本発明の情報表示装置を用いた情報表示システムの一例の構成を示す。図７に示すように、本実施形態の情報表示システムは、登録情報取得手段３０１ａ、３０１ｂ、３０１ｃと、編集手段３０２ａ、３０２ｂ、３０２ｃと、表示手段３０３ａ、３０３ｂ、３０３ｃと、通信インターフェイス３０４ａ、３０４ｂ、３０４ｃと、サーバ３７０とを備える。登録情報取得手段３０１ａは、編集手段３０２ａ、表示手段３０３ａ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ａと、編集手段３０２ａは、表示手段３０３ａと、接続されている。登録情報取得手段３０１ａ、編集手段３０２ａ、表示手段３０３ａ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ａは、場所Ｘに設置されている。登録情報取得手段３０１ｂは、編集手段３０２ｂ、表示手段３０３ｂ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ｂと、編集手段３０２ｂは、表示手段３０３ｂと、接続されている。登録情報取得手段３０１ｂ、編集手段３０２ｂ、表示手段３０３ｂ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ｂは、場所Ｙに設置されている。登録情報取得手段３０１ｃは、編集手段３０２ｃ、表示手段３０３ｃ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ｃと、編集手段３０２ｃは、表示手段３０３ｃと、接続されている。登録情報取得手段３０１ｃ、編集手段３０２ｃ、表示手段３０３ｃ、および通信インターフェイス３０４ｃは、場所Ｚに設置されている。そして、通信インターフェイス３０４ａ、３０４ｂ、３０４ｃと、サーバ３７０とが、回線網３６０を介して接続されている。
　この情報表示システムでは、サーバ３７０側に、データ記憶手段が格納される。そして、前記データ記憶手段に、１群以上の登録情報が記憶されている。例えば、場所Ｘで１群の登録情報を表示し、編集する場合、サーバ３７０が、前記１群の登録情報を送信し、登録情報取得手段３０１ａが取得した１群の登録情報を、表示手段３０３ａが表示し、編集手段３０２ａが、前記１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する。また、編集手段３０２ａによる編集の確定後の新たな１群の登録情報、１群のテンプレート情報、および前記１群のテンプレート情報に関連するコメント情報を登録する場合、場所Ｘには、さらに、情報登録手段、テンプレート情報手段、およびコメント情報付与手段が設置されていてもよい。この場合、前記情報登録手段、前記テンプレート情報手段、および前記コメント情報付与手段は、通信インターフェイス３０４ａと、それぞれ接続されている。そして、前記情報登録手段、前記テンプレート情報手段、および前記コメント情報付与手段は、それぞれ、前記新たな１群の登録情報、前記１群のテンプレート情報、および前記コメント情報を送信し、サーバ３７０は、前記新たな１群の登録情報、前記１群のテンプレート情報、および前記コメント情報を前記データ記憶手段に記憶させる。
　なお、本実施形態の情報表示システムは、前述の実施形態および変形例の組合せに対応したものであってもよい。また、本実施形態の情報表示システムは、例えば、クラウドコンピューティングに対応したものであってもよい。さらに、本実施形態の情報表示システムは、通信インターフェイス３０４ａ、３０４ｂ、３０４ｃと、サーバ３７０とが、無線回線を接続されていてもよい。

　本発明は、前記編集手段による編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行う。このため、本発明によれば、例えば、前記未編集の情報を容易に確認できる。したがって、本発明によれば、誤情報の登録を抑制できる。このため、本発明は、例えば、情報入力等の情報処理分野等において、極めて有用である。

Claims (29)

  1. 複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する登録情報取得手段、
    前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する表示手段、および
    前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する編集手段を含み、
    前記表示手段が、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、前記編集手段による編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行うことを特徴とする、情報表示装置。
  2. 前記未編集情報を表示する表示領域の色を警告色とすることにより、前記警告表示を行う、請求項１記載の情報表示装置。
  3. さらに、情報登録手段を含み、
    前記情報登録手段が、前記編集手段による編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報を新たな１群の登録情報として登録する、請求項１または２記載の情報表示装置。
  4. 前記１群の登録情報が、過去に登録された１群の登録情報または任意の１群のテンプレート情報である、請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示装置。
  5. さらに、テンプレート情報登録手段を含み、
    前記テンプレート情報登録手段が、前記編集手段による編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報において、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を１群のテンプレート情報として登録する、請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示装置。
  6. さらに、テンプレート情報取得手段を含み、
    前記表示手段が前記１群のテンプレート情報を表示する場合、
    前記テンプレート情報取得手段が、登録された１群以上のテンプレート情報から、１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、
    前記表示手段が、前記取得した１群のテンプレート情報を、表示画像の対応する各項目の表示領域に表示する、請求項５記載の情報表示装置。
  7. 前記表示手段が、前記表示画像の各項目において、前記表示領域に情報が表示されていない項目に、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報の少なくとも一方の対応する項目の情報を入力例情報として表示する、請求項６記載の情報表示装置。
  8. 前記入力例情報が、前記新たな１群の登録情報である、請求項７記載の情報表示装置。
  9. 前記入力例情報が、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報において、頻度の高い情報である、請求項７記載の情報表示装置。
  10. 前記表示手段が、前記表示画像の各項目の表示領域において、前記テンプレート情報と前記入力例情報とを異なる色調で表示する、請求項７から９のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示装置。
  11. 前記表示手段が、前記表示画像の各項目のうち、選択された項目の表示領域について、表示されている情報を非表示とし、前記編集手段により編集された情報を前記表示領域に表示する、請求項１から１０のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示装置。
  12. さらに、コメント情報付与手段を含み、
    前記コメント情報付与手段が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に、関連付けられたコメント情報を付与する、請求項５から１１のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示装置。
  13. さらに、コメント情報取得手段を含み、
    前記コメント情報取得手段が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報を取得し、
    前記表示手段が、前記コメント情報を前記表示画像に表示する、請求項１２記載の情報表示装置。
  14. 複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得する登録情報取得工程、
    前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示する表示工程、および
    前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定する編集工程を含み、
    前記表示工程が、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、前記編集工程における編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行うことを特徴とする、情報表示方法。
  15. 前記未編集情報を表示する表示領域の色を警告色とすることにより、前記警告表示を行う、請求項１４記載の情報表示方法。
  16. さらに、情報登録工程を含み、
    前記情報登録工程が、前記編集工程における編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報を新たな１群の登録情報として登録する、請求項１４または１５記載の情報表示方法。
  17. 前記１群の登録情報が、過去に登録された１群の登録情報または任意の１群のテンプレート情報である、請求項１４から１６のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法。
  18. さらに、テンプレート情報登録工程を含み、
    前記テンプレート情報登録工程が、前記編集工程における編集の確定後の前記複数の項目に対応する各情報において、前記取得した１群の登録情報から未変更の項目に対応する各情報を１群のテンプレート情報として登録する、請求項１４から１７のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法。
  19. さらに、テンプレート情報取得工程を含み、
    前記表示工程が前記１群のテンプレート情報を表示する場合、
    前記テンプレート情報取得工程が、登録された１群以上のテンプレート情報から、１群のテンプレート情報を取得し、
    前記表示工程が、取得した１群のテンプレート情報を、表示画像の対応する各項目の表示領域に表示する、請求項１８記載の情報表示方法。
  20. 前記表示工程が、前記表示画像の各項目において、前記表示領域に情報が表示されていない項目に、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報の少なくとも一方の対応する項目の情報を入力例情報として表示する、請求項１９記載の情報表示方法。
  21. 前記入力例情報が、前記新たな１群の登録情報である、請求項２０記載の情報表示方法。
  22. 前記入力例情報が、前記１群以上の登録情報および前記新たな１群の登録情報において、頻度の高い情報である、請求項２０記載の情報表示方法。
  23. 前記表示工程が、前記表示画像の各項目の表示領域において、前記テンプレート情報と前記入力例情報とを異なる色調で表示する、請求項２０から２２のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法。
  24. 前記表示工程が、前記表示画像の各項目のうち、選択された項目の表示領域について、前記表示されている情報を非表示とし、前記編集工程において編集された情報を前記表示領域に表示する、請求項１４から２３のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法。
  25. さらに、コメント情報付与工程を含み、
    前記コメント情報付与工程が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に、関連付けられたコメント情報を付与する、請求項１８から２４のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法。
  26. さらに、コメント情報取得工程を含み、
    前記コメント情報取得工程が、前記１群のテンプレート情報に関連付けられたコメント情報を取得し、
    前記表示工程が、前記コメント情報を前記表示画像に表示する、請求項２５記載の情報表示方法。
  27. 請求項１４から２６のいずれか一項に記載の情報表示方法をコンピュータ上で実行可能なことを特徴とする、プログラム。
  28. 請求項２７記載のプログラムを記録していることを特徴とする、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
  29. 端末とサーバとを含み、
    前記端末と前記サーバとは、システム外の通信回線網を介して、接続可能であり、
    前記端末は、登録情報取得手段、表示手段、および編集手段を含み、
    前記登録情報取得手段は、複数の項目に対応する各情報を１群の登録情報とし、１群以上の登録情報から１群の登録情報を取得し、
    前記表示手段は、前記取得した１群の登録情報を、表示画像の各項目の表示領域に表示し、
    前記編集手段は、前記取得した１群の登録情報における各情報を編集し、確定し、
    前記表示手段は、前記各項目の表示領域における前記登録情報について、前記編集手段による編集または編集の確定まで、未編集情報であることを示す警告表示を行い、
    前記サーバは、データ記憶手段を含み、
    前記データ記憶手段は、前記１群以上の登録情報を記憶していることを特徴とする、情報表示システム。
