  • the second operation is blanking, performed through the simultaneous action of the pair of upper blades (C5) and (C4) and lower ones (C6) and (C1 1), as shown by the detail in FIG.3A and by the various figures of the series 4; the outer blades (upper and lower) are adjustable in width so as to be adapted to various sizes of blanks;
  • the last operation is the simultaneous cutting of the pair of blanks performed by the pair of blades (C7) and (C8).
  • the pairs of blanks are then conveyed by the belt (D1) into a suitable pickup position; during this movement, the printing device (D2) will apply (if required) wording and decorations identifying the product.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil permettant de diviser et découper des feuilles de carton pour conditionner des piles de carreaux en céramique à partir de carton non traité en feuilles, que l'on trouve d'une manière générale pour des utilisations génériques. La présente invention comprend principalement (seules les parties qui effectuent les opérations de traitement principales sont mentionnées) : un dispositif pour saisir des feuilles de carton commercial (A2), une paire de rouleaux de pression (B2), une paire de lames (B3), des dispositifs pour saisir les feuilles de carton divisées (B6), un poste de découpage (C) (comprenant des roues de rainage, des lames de découpage et une division finale), un dispositif pour saisir des découpes finies (D3) et une série de postes à palette pour accumuler les découpes finies (E1, E2, E3).
