本发明的目的在于提供一种可控制试管中注入液体的液面高度,在加注液体过程中提高灌注设备与试管的连接稳定性的,便于试条的检测,且可在检测吸管插入试管对液体进行均匀混合及汲取的过程中,有效避免液体从试管中溢出的配合结构。

进一步地,取液件的下部穿过所述试管塞的凹陷,且所述取液件的下出口位于试管管腔内;所述下出口不高于试管塞下部的最低处。即所述下出口低于试管塞下部的最低处或所述下出口与试管塞下部的最低处齐平。

进一步地,所述试管塞的所述通道甲的内侧壁上还可设有环状凸起乙。所述环状凸起乙用于与取液件的下部配合时的密封和定位,同时也用于增加与取液件配合的牢固度。可以是取液件的下部外缘上设有与所述通道甲的内侧壁上的环状凸起乙配合的环状凹槽甲,所述取液件下部外缘上的环状凹槽甲与所述试管塞的通道甲的内侧壁上的环状凸起乙配合;也可是所述取液件下部外缘与所述试管塞通道甲的内侧壁上的环状凸起乙配合;还可在所述本体的外侧壁上设有凸起。所述本体的外侧壁上的所述凸起用于与试管配合时增加配合的牢固度和以及配合定位。所述凸起可以是环状、点状或螺旋状等等。
所述试管塞具有一关闭态和一打开态。当试管塞处于关闭态时,所述阻挡体的活动部不受外力作用处于自然状态。当试管塞处于打开态时,所述阻挡体的活动部受到取液件下部的作用,所述活动部向周边展开,形成一个轴向通道乙,或供液体流入试管或供检测设备取样。其中试管塞本体的阻挡体的个数可以是1、2、3、4等等。
当所述本体至少设有两个所述阻挡体,所述阻挡体的活动部相互独立,各所述活动部的侧面之间抵接或各所述活动部的侧面之间设有间隙等。
可以是:所述阻挡体的活动部相互独立,所述本体设有轴向的贯通孔。
可以是:所述活动部与所述活动部之间设有切线;所述切线由所述活动部的侧面抵触形成。
可以是,所述活动部与所述活动部之间设有切线,所述切线由所述活动部的侧面抵接形成,且在所述本体设有轴向的贯通孔;
可以是,所述活动部的侧面之间设有间隙,所述间隙形成轴向的贯通孔。

相邻所述活动部的侧面之间间隙大于等于0.06mm且小于等于1.8mm,优选相邻所述活动部的侧面之间间隙大于等于0.06mm且小于等于0.3mm。侧面之间间隙可以形成为X形、十字形、Y形、一字形、T字型或不规则形等,间隙的形状依据所述活动部的数量而定。
当只有一个阻挡体时,所述阻挡体的活动部与所述通道甲的内侧壁之间设有间隙,所述间隙大于等于0.06mm且小于等于1.8mm,优选所述阻挡体的活动部与所述通道甲的内侧壁之间设有间隙大于等于0.06mm且小于等于0.3mm。所述间隙形成轴向的贯通孔。也可以是所述阻挡体的活动部的侧面抵接所述通道甲的内侧壁。此时活动部的上表面可 以是平面,斜面、也可以是曲面。
试管中灌注液体后,倒掉取液件中多余的液体,将取液件与试管组件分离,试管内液体在所述贯通孔处接触外部的气体,即在所述贯通孔的表面形成液膜,液膜是液体跟气体接触的表面存在一个薄层,叫做表面层,表面层里的分子比液体内部稀疏,分子间的距离比液体内部大一些,分子间的相互作用表现为引力。轴向贯通孔利用了液体表面具有张力的特性,通过液膜阻挡液体流至外部,从而实现防漏。贯通孔与气体接触的面积越小,形成液膜的防漏效果越好,反之就越差;所述贯通孔的截面积最小处大于等于2㎜2小于35㎜2,优选所述贯通孔的截面积最小处大于等于3㎜2小于18㎜2
上述方案中,取液件的所述下出口低于试管塞下部的最低处,所述取液件的通道下出口至少低于试管塞下部的最低处1mm,但不低于所述试管塞下部的最低处20mm。优选所述取液件的通道下出口至少低于试管塞下部的最低处2mm,但不低于所述试管塞下部的最低处12mm。更佳为所述取液件的通道下出口至少低于试管塞下部的最低处3mm,但不低于所述试管塞下部的最低处8mm。
当所述取液件的通道下出口低于试管塞下部的最低处1mm、2mm、3mm、4mm、5mm、6mm、7mm、8mm、9mm、10mm、11mm、12mm、13mm、14mm、15mm、16mm、17mm、18mm、19mm、20mm等时,液体自取液件灌注至试管的过程中,当试管中的液面封堵住取液件的通道下出口时,因试管中残留气体压力,致使取液件内液体停止流入试管,从而有效地控制试管内液面高度(可以是液面封堵住导液通道的出液口,也可以是液面封堵住排气通道的排气口,还可以是液面同时封堵住导液通道的出液口和排气通道的排气口),液面距离试管塞的下端仍可保持一定的距离。当取液件移开后,试条或检测用吸管等物品再次插入试管中进行检测时,可确保插入的物品不会立即将液面抬高至试管塞的下端,从而造成液体外溢。另外,检测吸管在试管中吸排液体,使液体混合均匀的过程中,需先将吸管中的气体排除,如果试管中液面过高或超过试管塞的下端,吸管在吸排液时,排除的气体会推高液面使液体溢出,因而,液面低于试管塞一定高度,在吸管吸排液体或排气时,可确保气体先排出避免排气导致液面提高超过试管塞的下端,使试管中的液体溢出,又能保证试条和检测仪检测时所需液面高度。
一般情况,试管管腔高度不小于90mm且不大于115mm。试管开口端的直径大于等于12.5mm且小于等于16mm。
上述方案中,所述通道下出口至试管管口的距离不小于试管管腔高度的5%,不大于 试管管腔高度的35%。优选所述下出口至试管管口的距离不小于试管管腔高度的10%,不大于试管管腔高度的25%。较佳所述下出口至试管管口的距离不小于试管管腔高度的15%,不大于试管管腔高度的22%。
上述方案中,位于所述试管管腔中的试管塞高度不小于为试管管腔高度的5%,不大于试管管腔高度的20%。优选位于所述试管管腔中的试管塞高度不小于为试管管腔高度的8%,不大于试管管腔高度的16%。
上述方案中,所述取液件的通道包括用于导流液体的导液通道和/或用于排气的排气通道。导液通道包括进液口和出液口,导液通道的下出口为出液口;排气通道包括排气口和出气口,所述排气通道的下出口为排气口。
当所述通道包括导液通道和所述排气通道时,所述通道中设有隔断,所述隔断将所述通道分隔为互不相通的导液通道和排气通道。其中,所述隔断可以是:
一、所述隔断为连接导液通道和排气通道的连接部,且连接部的底端不高于所述出液口和/排气口。可以是连接部的底端同时低于所述出液口和排气口;或连接部的底端低于排气口,但不高于所述出液口;或连接部的底端同时与所述出液口和排气口齐平。
二、所述隔断为连接导液通道和排气通道的连接部,且连接部上设有向内凹陷甲。
所述出液口和所述排气口位于所述取液件的下部;所述取液件的下部与所述试管组件配合固定时,液体可通过所述导流通道顺利流入所述试管的管腔中。其中,导流通道截面积最小处大于等于3mm2小于等于18mm2;排气通道截面积最小处大于等于3mm2小于等于18mm2。当所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定或分离时,所述试管塞的阻挡体产生形变。所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定或分离时,所述管腔中的液体均不易从管腔中流出。其中,导流通道截面积最小处指出液口的截面积;排气通道截面积最小处指排气口的截面积。
优选所述导流通道截面积最小处大于等于4mm2小于等于12mm2;所述排气通道截面积最小处大于等于4mm2小于等于12mm2。当导流通道截面积最小处大于等于4mm2小于等于12mm2;所述排气通道截面积最小处大于等于4mm2小于等于12mm2时,可减低液体堵住所述取液件的排气口的可能,造成所述取液件中液体流动不畅的情况;同时也能减轻因间歇性采液导致所述取液件导液不畅的情况;倾倒所述取液件中多余液体的过程中,在所述出液口、所述排气口处形成液膜,从而降低所述试管中的液体从出液口或排气口流出去的概率。其中,在所述导流通道截面积最小处不大于10mm2时,优选所述排 气通道截面积最小处不小于所述导流通道截面积最小处。
其中,所述排气通道截面积最小处指排气口的截面积,导流通道截面积最小处指的是出液口的截面。
当导流通道最小处截面积大于10㎜2时,优选排气通道截面积最小处不低于导流通道截面积最小处的25%,使取液件在采集液体的过程中导液顺畅且快速。
取液件的通道下出口的外周还可设有遮挡体,所述遮挡体用于阻挡取液件通道外的液体溅洒至试管外壁。遮挡体的高度不低于试管高度的70%。
所述遮挡体与所述取液件可以是一体成型,也可是分体配合固定。所述遮挡体位于试管的外围。所述遮挡体可以是位于所述取液件的上部、中部、下部、外围、上部及外围、中部及外围或下部及外围。所述取液件还设有手柄,所述手柄外侧设有防护侧壁,所述防护侧壁用于避免液体溅落于手柄上。所述遮挡体包括遮挡侧壁,所述遮挡侧壁环绕试管小于等于360°。当所述遮挡侧壁环绕试管360°时,可在所述遮挡侧壁上设有观察、扫描用的视窗;或者将所述遮挡侧壁用透明材料制备,采用透明材料时可不设有用于观察、扫描用的视窗。
进一步地,所述遮挡体包括活动部甲和固定部甲,所述活动部甲与所述固定部甲活动连接;所述固定部甲与所述取液件的下部固定连接或一体成型。
进一步地,所述活动部甲与所述固定部甲套接,且所述活动部甲在所述取液件轴向位置改变至一定角度时在自有重力的作用下,可相对所述固定部甲在轴向自由滑动。还可在活动部甲的侧壁上设有轴向的收缩槽。
所述遮挡体包括活动部乙和固定部乙,所述活动部乙相对所述固定部乙可转动,所述活动部乙与所述固定部乙的横截面均为弧状,所述固定部乙与所述取液件的下部固定连接。活动部乙相对所述固定部乙转动,其中活动部乙和固定部乙之间可以存在部分的叠合,活动部乙和固定部乙围合后共同环绕试管360°。
上述方案中,与所述活动部的上表面紧密配合处的所述B部的外径大于等于5.5mm且小于等于11mm。所述B部的外径大于等于5.5mm且小于等于11mm便于阻挡体的活动部在取液件与试管组件分离后快速恢复至取液件未与试管组件配合时的初始状态。
当采集液体结束后,掉到所述取液件中多余液体,将所述取液件和所述试管组件分离后,所述试管中液面高度距离试管塞底端面的距离大于等于3.5mm且小于等于15mm。优选所述试管中液面高度距离试管塞底端面的距离大于等于4.5mm且小于等于12.5mm。
上述方案中,试管塞下部的最低处有二:
一、为取液件与试管组件配合时,阻挡体的活动部向下打开后,活动部的最低点为试管塞下部的最低处;
二、为取液件与试管组件分离时,阻挡体的活动部处于初始状态,活动部的下表面最低点处为试管塞下部的最低处。
上述方案中,可以存在以下几种使用方式:
使用方法一:初始状态时,所述取液件的下部与所述试管组件配合固定,所述取液件的下部外缘与通道甲的内侧壁配合,取液件的出液口位于所述阻挡体的活动部的上表面的上方。取液件的下部的底端抵触所述活动部的上表面,或取液件的下部的底端与所述活动部的上表面不接触。当需要采集液体时,使取液件的下部抵压试管塞的阻挡体的活动部,使活动部向下(液体流动的方向)且向外展开,使取液件的下部外缘与所述活动部的上表面形成紧密配合。待采集液体结束后,倒掉取液件中多余的液体,将取液件与试管组件分离,留试管组件供检测设备或人员调用。
使用方法二:初始状态时,所述试管组件与所述取液件相互分离;采集液体时,将所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定。即所述取液件的下部外缘与试管塞的通道甲的内侧壁配合,取液件的下部抵压试管塞阻挡体的活动部上表面,使活动部向下(液体流动的方向)且向外展开,取液件的下部外缘同时与通道甲的内侧壁和所述活动部的上表面形成紧密配合,所述取液件的出液口与试管管腔连通。待采集液体结束后,倒掉取液件中多余的液体,将取液件与试管组件分离,留试管组件供检测设备或人员调用。
使用方法三:初始状态时,所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定。即所述取液件的下部外缘与试管塞的通道甲的内侧壁配合,且取液件的下部外缘与试管塞阻挡体的活动部上表面紧密配合,使活动部向下(液体流动的方向)且向外展开,所述取液件的出液口与试管管腔连通,所述下出口不高于试管塞下部的最低处。待采集液体结束后,倒掉取液件中多余的液体,将取液件与试管组件分离,留试管组件供检测设备或人员调用。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、可以准确将试管中的液面限定在试管管腔内的特定位置,此位置能保证试条和检测仪检测时所需的液面高度。
2、可以有效减少或防止液体在灌注过程、试条插入检测或检测仪吸管插入试管 中、检测仪吸管对试管内液体进行均匀混合及汲取的过程中液体从管腔中溢出。
3、本发明的试管塞的凹陷对试条插入时具有导向作用,也降低了试条插入时的阻力,使用者只需将试条的端部对准凹陷就可实现便捷的插入。
4、当从试管组件中将试条从中取出时,试管塞的凹陷和通道结构可有效避免试条或检测仪吸管将试管中的液体带出,还能刮掉试条检测块上的多余液体即使试条裹挟的液体滴落时,滴落的液体也会被引导回流至试管中,有效地避免了污染。
5、本发明的取液件的下部与试管塞的凹陷和通道配合时,密封性更好,避免漏液。
6、商品自出厂至消费者使用,此阶段取液件与试管组件长时间配合,现有技术的试管塞的阻挡体由于长期处于变形状态,阻挡体长时间疲劳后,很难恢复至初始状态,导致防漏能力降低。而本发明的试管塞的凹陷结构,可提高阻挡体的恢复力,可使试管塞的活动部及时恢复,从而实现对液体的封堵。
7、本发明在灌注完液体倒掉取液件内多余液体时和试管和取液件分离后试管内液体都不易流出。

实施例1:下面结合附图1、图2、图3、图10、图13对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件1和试管组件4。试管组件4包括试管塞2和试管3。
试管3设有管腔31和开口端32。试管管腔的高度D2为103mm,试管3的开口端的直径为14mm。
试管塞2上部设有轴向通道甲21,通道甲的通道壁211上部设有环状凸起乙23,试管塞2的下部设有4个阻挡体25,阻挡体25为片状,阻挡体25设有固定部252和活动部253,活动部253由固定部252向内延伸形成,活动部253可相对固定部252转动,固定部252与活动部253为一体,阻挡体25与试管塞2为一体。
在取液件的下部10与试管塞2未插接配合时,4个片状的阻挡体25的侧面254相抵接。

取液件的下部10插于试管塞2的通道21中,A部的外缘101a与通道甲的通道壁211配合,A部的外缘101a的环状凹陷甲15与通道甲的通道壁211上的环状凸起乙23配合,取液件的下部10的B部102将4个阻挡体25向下并向侧面撑开,B部的外缘102a与4个阻挡体25的上表面251配合。取液件的下部10轴向贯穿试管塞2。
取液件的1出液口122和排气口112位于试管3的管腔31内。出液口122和排气口112至试管管口的距离26mm。出液口122和排气口112低于试管塞下部的最低处201 为8mm。B部102与阻挡体25的上表面251紧密配合处的外径为8mm。
采集液体结束后,掉到取液件1中多余液体,将取液件1和试管组件4分离后,试管3中液面5距离试管塞下部的最低处202的距离D4为4mm。

一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件1、试管塞2和试管3。
试管3设有管腔31和开口端32。试管的管腔高度D2为110mm,试管3的开口端的直径为13.5mm。
试管塞2上部设有通道甲21,通道甲的通道壁211上设有环状凸起乙23,试管塞2下部还设有4个片状的阻挡体25,阻挡体25设有固定部252和活动部253,活动部253由固定部253向内延伸形成,活动部253可相对固定部252转动,固定部252与活动部253为一体,阻挡体25与试管塞2为一体。
阻挡体25位于环状凸起乙23的下方,在取液件的下部10与试管塞2未插接配合时,4个片状的阻挡体25的侧面254相抵接。

通道下出口(排气口112及出液口122)的外周设有遮挡体17。遮挡侧壁172环绕试管3为360°。遮挡体17与取液件1为一体。遮挡体高度D3为110mm。
试管塞2置于试管3的开口端32。阻挡体25位于试管3的管腔中。
取液件的下部10与试管组件插接配合:
取液件的下部10插于试管塞2的通道21中,通道甲的通道壁211上的环状凸起乙23与A部的外缘101a配合,A部的外缘101a配合同时也和通道甲的通道壁211配合,取液件的下部10的B部102将4片阻挡体25向下并向侧面撑开,B部的外缘102a与阻挡体25的上表面251配合。取液件的下部10轴向贯穿试管塞2。
取液件的1出液口122和排气口112位于试管3的管腔31内。出液口122和排气口112至试管管口的距离23mm。出液口122和排气口112低于试管塞下部的最低处201为5mm。B部102与阻挡体25的上表面251紧密配合处的外径为9mm。
采集液体结束后,掉到取液件1中多余液体,将取液件1和试管组件4分离后,试管3中液面5距离试管塞下部的最低处202的距离D4为4.5mm。
实施例3:下面结合附图1、图5、图6、图12、图15对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件1、试管塞2和试管3。
试管3设有管腔31和开口端32。试管3的管腔高度101mm,试管3的开口端的直径为14.5mm。
试管塞2上部设有通道甲21,通道甲的通道壁211上设有环状凹陷乙22,试管塞2下部还设有4个片状的阻挡体25,阻挡体25设有固定部252和活动部253,活动部253由固定部252向内延伸形成,活动部253可相对固定部252转动,固定部252与活动部253为一体,阻挡体25与试管塞2为一体。
在取液件的下部10与试管塞2未插接配合时,4个片状的阻挡体25的侧面254相抵接。
取液件1的环形侧壁围合形成轴向的通道,通道中设有隔断16,隔断16将通道分隔为互不相通的导液通道12和排气通道11。导液通道12包括进液口121和出液口122,导液通道12的下出口为出液口122;排气通道11包括排气口112和出气口111,排气通道的下出口为排气口112。
取液件的下部10包括A部101和B部102,A部101的底端向内且向下折弯并延伸后与B部102连接。A部的外缘101a上设有环状凸起甲14。
通道下出口(排气口112及出液口122)的外周设有遮挡体17。遮挡体17上设有用于扫描、观测的视窗171。遮挡侧壁172环绕试管3为360°。遮挡体17与取液件1为一体。遮挡体高度D3为100mm。
试管塞2置于试管3的开口端32。阻挡体25位于试管3的管腔中。
取液件的下部10与试管组件插接配合:
取液件的下部10插于试管塞2的通道21中,A部的外缘101a与通道甲的通道壁 211配合。A部的外缘101a的环状凸起甲14与通道甲的通道壁211上的环状凹陷乙22配合。取液件的下部10的B部102将4片阻挡体25向下并向侧面撑开,B部的外缘102a与阻挡体25的上表面251配合。取液件的下部10轴向贯穿试管塞2。
取液件的1出液口122和排气口112位于试管3的管腔31内。出液口122和排气口112至试管管口的距离15mm,出液口122和排气口112低于试管塞下部的最低处201为5mm。B部102与阻挡体25的上表面251紧密配合处的外径为8.5mm。
采集液体结束后,掉到取液件1中多余液体,将取液件1和试管组件4分离后,试管3中液面5距离试管塞下部的最低处202的距离D4为5mm。
实施例4:下面结合附图1、图7、图8、图10、图13对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件1、试管塞2和试管3。
试管3设有管腔31和开口端32。试管3的管腔高度102mm,试管3的开口端的直径为14.5mm。
试管塞2上部设有通道甲21,通道甲的通道壁211上设有环状凸起乙23,试管塞2下部还设有4个片状的阻挡体25,阻挡体25设有固定部252和活动部253,活动部253由固定部252向内延伸形成,活动部253可相对固定部252转动,固定部252与活动部253为一体,阻挡体25与试管塞2为一体。
在取液件的下部10与试管塞2未插接配合时,4个片状的阻挡体25的侧面254相抵接。
取液件1的环形侧壁围合形成轴向的通道,通道中设有隔断16,隔断16将通道分隔为互不相通的导液通道12和排气通道11。导液通道12包括进液口121和出液口122,导液通道12的下出口为出液口122;排气通道11包括排气口112和出气口111,排气通道的下出口为排气口112。
取液件的下部10包括A部101和B部102,A部101的底端向内直角折弯后与B部102连接。
通道下出口(排气口112及出液口122)的外周设有遮挡体17。遮挡体17上设有用于扫描、观测的视窗171。遮挡侧壁172环绕试管3为360°。遮挡体17与取液件1为一体。遮挡体高度D3为100mm。
试管塞2置于试管3的开口端32。阻挡体25位于试管3的管腔中。

取液件的1出液口122和排气口112位于试管3的管腔31内。出液口122和排气口112至试管管口的距离15mm,出液口122和排气口112低于试管塞下部的最低处201为5mm。B部102与阻挡体25的上表面251紧密配合处的外径为9.5mm。
采集液体结束后,掉到取液件1中多余液体,将取液件1和试管组件4分离后,试管3中液面5距离试管塞下部的最低处202的距离D4为6mm。
实施例5:下面结合附图16、图17、图18、图19、图20对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件1和试管组件4。试管组件4包括试管塞2和试管3。
试管3设有管腔31和开口端32。试管3的内侧壁上设有环状凹槽33。试管管腔的高度D2为103mm,试管3的开口端的直径为14mm。
试管塞2上部设有轴向通道甲21,通道甲的通道壁211上部设有环状凸起乙23,试管塞2的下部设有4个阻挡体25,阻挡体25为片状,阻挡体25设有固定部252和活动部253,活动部253由固定部252向内延伸形成,活动部253可相对固定部252转动,固定部252与活动部253为一体,阻挡体25与试管塞2为一体。试管塞2本体的外侧壁上设有环形凸起241和环形凸起242。
试管组件4:试管塞2置于试管3的开口端32,试管塞2本体的外侧壁与试管3的管腔的管腔壁配合,且试管塞2本体外侧壁上环状凸起241与试管3的管腔壁上环状凹槽33配合,环状凸起242与试管3的上端面配合。阻挡体25位于试管3的管腔中。
在取液件的下部10与试管塞2未插接配合时,4个片状的阻挡体25的侧面254相抵接。
取液件1的环形侧壁围合形成轴向的通道,通道中设有隔断16,隔断16将通道分隔为互不相通的导液通道12和排气通道11。导液通道12包括进液口121和出液口122, 导液通道12的下出口为出液口122;排气通道11包括排气口112和出气口111,排气通道的下出口为排气口112。隔断16的底端低于出液口122和排气口112。
取液件的下部10包括A部101和B部102,A部101的底端向内折弯并延伸后与B部102连接,A部的外缘101a上设有环状凹陷甲15。
通道下出口(排气口112及出液口122)的外周设有遮挡体17。遮挡侧壁172环绕试管3为360°。遮挡体17与取液件1为一体。遮挡体高度D3为99mm。取液件1设有手柄18,手柄18设有防护侧壁173,防护侧壁173用于避免液体溅落于手柄18上。
取液件的下部10与试管组件4插接配合:
取液件的下部10插于试管塞2的通道21中,A部的外缘101a与通道甲的通道壁211配合,A部的外缘101a的环状凹陷甲15与通道甲的通道壁211上的环状凸起乙23配合,取液件的下部10的B部102将4个阻挡体25向下并向侧面撑开,B部的外缘102a与4个阻挡体25的上表面251配合。取液件的下部10轴向贯穿试管塞2。
取液件的1出液口122和排气口112位于试管3的管腔31内。出液口122和排气口112至试管管口的距离26mm。出液口122和排气口112低于试管塞下部的最低处201为8mm。B部102与阻挡体25的上表面251紧密配合处的外径为8mm。
采集液体结束后,掉到取液件1中多余液体,将取液件1和试管组件4分离后,试管3中液面5距离试管塞下部的最低处202的距离D4为5mm。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,包括取液件和试管组件,所述试管组件包括试管塞和试管;所述试管塞置于所述试管的开口端,所述取液件设有轴向的通道,所述取液件的下部与所述试管组件配合,其特征在于:试管塞本体设有阻挡体,所述阻挡体设有活动部和固定部,所述活动部由所述固定部向内延伸形成,所述活动部可相对所述固定部活动;所述活动部具有上表面、下表面以及连接所述上表面和所述下表面的侧面,在所述活动部的所述上表面上方设有轴向的凹陷,取液件的下部与所述凹陷配合,所述阻挡体位于所述试管的管腔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:所述试管塞的活动部上表面上方还设有通道甲,所述通道甲与所述凹陷连通,所述取液件的下部插接于所述通道甲,取液件下部外缘与通道甲内侧壁配合固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:取液件的下部外缘与所述通道甲配合,且所述取液件的下部抵压所述活动部使活动部向下且向外展开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:取液件的下部穿过所述试管塞的凹陷,且所述取液件的下出口位于试管管腔内;所述下出口不高于试管塞下部的最低处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:所述取液件的下部包括A部和B部,所述A部与所述B部的连接处设有向内的折弯,所述A部的外缘与所述通道甲的通道壁配合,所述B部的外缘与所述活动部的上表面紧密配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:与所述活动部的上表面紧密配合处的所述B部的外径大于等于5.5mm且小于等于11mm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:当所述下出口低于试管塞下部的最低处,所述取液件的通道下出口至少低于试管塞下部的最低处1mm,但不低于所述试管塞下部的最低处20mm。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:当所述下出口低于试管塞下部的最低处,所述取液件的通道下出口至少低于试管塞下部的最低处1mm,但不低于所述试管塞下部的最低处20mm。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:与所述活动部的上表面紧密配合处的所述B部的外径大于等于5.5mm且小于等于11mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:试管管腔高度不小于90mm且不大于115mm,所述下出口至试管管口的距离不小于试管管腔高度的5%,不大于试管管腔高度的35%。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:所述试管塞的本体的外侧壁上设有环状凸起,试管的内侧壁上设有环状凹槽,所述试管塞的本体的外侧壁上的环状凸起与试管内侧壁上的环状凹槽配合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:取液件的通道下出口的外周还可设有遮挡体,所述遮挡体用于阻挡取液件通道外的液体溅洒至试管外壁,所述遮挡体的遮挡侧壁环绕试管小于等于360°,所述遮挡体的高度不低于试管高度的70%。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于: 所述手柄外侧设有防护侧壁,所述防护侧壁用于避免液体溅落于手柄上。
  14. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:位于所述试管管腔中的试管塞高度不小于试管管腔高度的5%,不大于试管管腔高度的20%。
  15. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:在采集液体结束、然后倒掉所述取液件中多余液体并将所述取液件和所述试管组件分离后,所述试管中液面距离试管塞下部的最低处的距离大于等于3.5mm且小于等于15mm。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:初始状态时,所述取液件的下部与所述试管组件配合固定,所述取液件的下部外缘与通道甲的内侧壁配合,取液件的出液口位于所述阻挡体的活动部的上表面的上方,阻挡体的活动部不转动;使用状态时,使取液件的下部抵压试管塞的阻挡体的活动部,使活动部向下且向外展开,取液件的下部外缘与所述活动部的上表面形成紧密配合。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:所述取液件的所述通道中设有隔断,所述隔断将所述通道分隔为互不相通的导液通道和排气通道,导流通道截面积最小处大于等于3mm2小于等于18mm2;排气通道截面积最小处大于等于3mm2小于等于18mm2,在采集液体结束然后倒掉取液件中多余的液体时,以及将取液件与试管组件分离后,试管组件中的液体均不易流出。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:初始状态时,所述试管组件与所述取液件相互分离;采集液体时,将所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定,所述取液件的下部外缘与试管塞的通道甲的内侧壁配合,取液件的下部抵压试管塞阻挡体的活动部上表面,使活动部向下 且向外展开,取液件的下部外缘同时与通道甲的内侧壁和所述活动部的上表面形成紧密配合,所述取液件的出液口与试管管腔连通。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的一种取液件与试管组件的配合结构,其特征在于:初始状态时,所述取液件与所述试管组件配合固定,所述取液件的下部外缘与试管塞的通道甲的内侧壁配合,且取液件的下部外缘与试管塞阻挡体的活动部上表面紧密配合,活动部向下且向外展开,所述取液件的出液口与试管管腔连通,所述下出口不高于试管塞下部的最低处,待采集液体结束后,倒掉取液件中多余的液体,将取液件与试管组件分离。
