背景技术
压裂是中、低渗透油田勘探、开发工程序列中的重要环节,柱塞泵将压裂液由吸入管吸入,经过柱塞泵阀箱总成增压后由高压排出管排出,注入井下实施压裂作业,由于压裂液中含有固体颗粒,传统的柱塞泵阀箱总成很容易被颗粒干扰,影响密封效果,直接导致性能下降,柱塞泵阀箱总成使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种密封效果好,使用寿命长的一种柱塞泵阀箱总成。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种柱塞泵阀箱总成,包括箱体,柱塞和凡尔总成,箱体内设有柱塞端腔体、吸入腔体和排出腔体,吸入腔体和排出腔体内分别设有一个凡尔总成,凡尔总成包括凡尔座、油封、球罩、凡尔球和防碰胶皮,油封位于凡尔座与球罩之间,防碰胶皮位于球罩内壁顶端,凡尔球位于球罩内;柱塞外径套有钢环、第一盘根、第二盘根、铜套,函体部分旋入箱体内,函体内腔由盘根压帽螺纹旋入固定,函体上钻有两个螺纹丝孔,两个螺纹丝孔在一条直线上,螺纹丝孔与函体的中心线垂直,螺纹丝孔上安装丝堵,液体杂质可以从螺纹丝孔处出来。
具体的,箱体内设置弹簧座压套,侧压盖装在弹簧座压套外面,压帽装在侧压盖外面并旋入箱体。
具体的,吸入腔体内的凡尔总成与弹簧座之间设置压缩弹簧,弹簧座挂在 弹簧座压套上,排出腔体内的凡尔总成与上压盖之间设置压缩弹簧。

一种柱塞泵阀箱总成,包括箱体,柱塞和凡尔总成,箱体内设有柱塞端腔体、吸入腔体和排出腔体,吸入腔体和排出腔体内分别设有一个凡尔总成,凡尔总成包括凡尔座、油封、球罩、凡尔球和防碰胶皮,油封位于凡尔座与球罩之间,防碰胶皮位于球罩内壁顶端,凡尔球位于球罩内,凡尔球本体外表面设有一层铈稳定氧化锆防腐耐磨层。
柱塞外径套有钢环、第一盘根、第二盘根、铜套,函体部分旋入箱体内,函体内腔由盘根压帽螺纹旋入固定,柱塞与盘根压帽之间设置Ya形橡胶圈,函体上钻有两个螺纹丝孔,两个螺纹丝孔在一条直线上,螺纹丝孔与函体的中心线垂直,螺纹丝孔上安装丝堵,液体杂质可以从螺纹丝孔处出来。
箱体内设置弹簧座压套,侧压盖装在弹簧座压套外面,压帽装在侧压盖外面并旋入箱体,吸入腔体内的凡尔总成与弹簧座之间设置圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧,弹簧座挂在弹簧座压套上,排出腔体内的凡尔总成与上压盖之间设置圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧。

  1. 一种柱塞泵阀箱总成,包括箱体,柱塞和凡尔总成,箱体内设有柱塞端腔体、吸入腔体和排出腔体,吸入腔体和排出腔体内分别设有一个凡尔总成,其特征在于,凡尔总成包括凡尔座、油封、球罩、凡尔球和防碰胶皮,油封位于凡尔座与球罩之间,防碰胶皮位于球罩内壁顶端,凡尔球位于球罩内;柱塞外径套有钢环、第一盘根、第二盘根、铜套,函体部分旋入箱体内,函体内腔由盘根压帽螺纹旋入固定,函体上钻有两个螺纹丝孔,两个螺纹丝孔在一条直线上,螺纹丝孔与函体的中心线垂直,螺纹丝孔上安装丝堵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种柱塞泵阀箱总成,其特征在于,箱体内设置弹簧座压套,侧压盖装在弹簧座压套外面,压帽装在侧压盖外面并旋入箱体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种柱塞泵阀箱总成,其特征在于,吸入腔体内的凡尔总成与弹簧座之间设置压缩弹簧,弹簧座挂在弹簧座压套上,排出腔体内的凡尔总成与上压盖之间设置压缩弹簧。
