Description

音圈及设有该音圈的扬声器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电声产品技术领域,特别涉及一种音圈及设有该音圈的扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器是便携式电子设备中一种重要的声学部件,用于将声波电信号转换成声音信号传出,是一种能量转换器件。扬声器通常包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,其中音圈是扬声器的驱动部件,当交变音频电流通过音圈时,音圈产生随音频电流而变化的磁场,这一变化的磁场与扬声器磁路系统的磁场发生相吸或相斥作用,使得音圈产生切割磁力线的机械振动,从而带动振膜振动而发出声音。现有的音圈通常由截面形状为圆形的音圈线绕制而成,其结构如图1所示,音圈10a由截面为圆形的音圈线12a绕制而成,此种结构的音圈绕制成型后相邻音圈线12a之间均存在较大缝隙,使得音圈不能充分的利用磁场的能量,音圈的容积率低,从而导致扬声器的灵敏度差,音圈的散热能力差等。
针对上述的问题,当前已有的解决方案为使用横截面为正方形的音圈线绕制音圈,横截面为正方形的音圈线的应用在一定程度上可以提高音圈的容积率,改善散热能力等,但由于横截面为正方形,绕制的音圈的高度和宽度均与正方形的边长成正比,这对于同时调整灵敏度和THD(Total Harmonic Distortion,谐波失真)而言存在一定的弊端,如使用增加音圈高度的方法来改善Bl(x)(作用在音圈上的磁场能量)的对称性就要求截面为正方形的音圈线必须具备更大的边长,但边长增大也会同时增大音圈宽度,从而增大磁间隙,减小了产品灵敏度。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种音圈,此音圈的相邻音圈线之间的缝隙小,音圈的容积率高,散热性能好,同时此音圈的高度和宽度在设计时可以得到很好的平衡和调整。
基于一个发明构思,本实用新型所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种扬声器,此扬声器灵敏度高,产品的THD等声学性能更容易调整。
为解决上述第一个技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种音圈,由音圈线绕制而成,所述音圈线的横截面为长方形,所述长方形音圈线的四个角部均设有圆弧倒角,所述长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与短边尺寸的比值为1.05~3.15,且所述长方形音圈线的长边的延伸方向与所述音圈的高度方向一致。
作为一种实施方式,所述圆弧倒角的半径小于所述短边长度的1/2。
其中,所述长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与短边尺寸的比值是4/π。
作为另一种实施方式,所述圆弧倒角的半径等于所述短边长度的1/2。
其中,所述长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与短边尺寸的比值为1.25~3.15。
其中,所述长方形音圈线的长边尺寸为0.02mm~1mm。
其中,所述音圈线为漆包线。
为解决上述第二个技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种扬声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,所述音圈为上述音圈。
采用了上述技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于本实用新型音圈由横截面为长方形的音圈线绕制而成,且长方形音圈线的四个角部均设有圆弧倒角,长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与 短边尺寸的比值为1.05~3.15,且长方形音圈线的长边的延伸方向与音圈的高度方向一致。由横截面为长方形的音圈线绕制成音圈后,相邻的音圈线之间缝隙小,音圈的容积率高,可充分的利用整个音圈所占用的磁场强度,可大大提高扬声器的灵敏度;且音圈的散热性能更好。同时音圈线的横截面为长方形,可以通过调整长方形音圈线的长边与短边的比例灵活的调整音圈的高度和宽度,在灵活的改善扬声器THD的同时,不会影响音圈的宽度,同时也不会影响磁间隙的宽度,可大大的提高扬声器的声学性能。
由于长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与短边尺寸的比值为4/π,此时横截面为长方形的音圈线可以获得直径与长方形音圈线长边尺寸相同的横截面为圆形的音圈线一致的横截面积,在相同的音圈阻值下,横截面为长方形与横截面为圆形的音圈线可以获得相同的长度,同时绕制的音圈的高度也相同,相同的音圈线长度及音圈高度可以保证扬声器的谐波失真性能从横截面为圆形的音圈线到横截面为长方形的音圈线转变时不会变差,因此长方形音圈线在保证了扬声器THD性能的同时具有更小的音圈宽度,从而获得更小的磁间隙宽度,进而提高作用在音圈上的磁场能量,使得扬声器具有更高的灵敏度。
由于本实用新型扬声器的音圈为上述音圈,在保证音圈获得的较强磁场强度,提高灵敏度的同时,能够更容易的对音圈的高度和宽度进行调整,保证了产品的THD。
综上所述,本实用新型音圈及设有该音圈的扬声器解决了现有技术中音圈容积率低等技术问题,本实用新型音圈及设有该音圈的扬声器中音圈容积率高,扬声器灵敏度高,谐波失真小,声学性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本实用新型。
实施例一:
如图2和图3共同所示,一种音圈,音圈10b由音圈线12b绕制而成,音圈线12b的横截面为长方形,长方形音圈线的四个角部均设有圆弧倒角,圆弧倒角的半径小于长方形的短边长度的1/2,圆弧倒角可保证音圈线12b外侧胶层涂布均匀,相邻的音圈线12b之间粘接牢固,同时还能够增加音圈10b外形的美观度。
如图2和3共同所示,长方形音圈线的长边的延伸方向与音圈10b的高度方向一致,设长方形音圈线的长度(长边尺寸)为b,宽度(短边尺寸)为a,且长方形音圈线的长边尺寸与短边尺寸的比值为1.05~3.15,即b/a=1.05~3.15,根据扬声器的尺寸及种类不同,长方形音圈线的长边尺寸b的取值范围为0.02mm~1mm。本实施方式优选为b/a=4/π,其中π=3.1415926。当b/a=4/π时,横截面为长方形的音圈线可以获得直径与长方形音圈线长边尺寸相同的横截面为圆形的音圈线一致的横截面积,在相同的音圈阻值下,横截面为长方形与横截面为圆形的音圈线可以获得相同的长度,同时绕制的音圈的高度也相同,相同的音圈线长度及音圈高度可以保证扬声器的THD性能从横截面为圆形的音圈线到横截面为长方形的音圈线转变时不会变差。且此时长方形音圈线的短边尺寸a仅是长边尺寸b(圆形音圈线的直径)的0.785倍,所以由横截面为长方形的音圈线绕制的音圈宽度仅是由横截面为圆形的音圈线绕制的音圈宽度的0.75~0.8倍,可以获得更小的磁间隙,从而改善扬声器的灵敏度。因此横 截面为长方形的音圈线在保证了扬声器THD性能的同时具有更小的音圈宽度,从而获得更小的磁间隙宽度,进而提高作用在音圈上的磁场能量,使得扬声器具有更高的灵敏度。
如图3所示,音圈线12b为漆包线,包括位于内侧用于导电的条形金属芯122,金属芯122外周包裹有绝缘层120。
本实用新型采用横截面为长方形的音圈线来绕制音圈,不仅增加了音圈的容积率,提高了磁场的利用率,增强了音圈的散热效果,同时还可以通过调整音圈线的长宽比灵活的调整音圈的高度和宽度,在灵活的改善扬声器的THD的同时,不会增加音圈的宽度,也不会增加磁间隙的宽度,大大的提高了扬声器的声学性能。
实施例二:
如图4和图5共同所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
音圈10c由横截面为长方形的音圈线12c绕制而成,音圈线12c的圆弧倒角的半径等于其短边长度的1/2,此时音圈线12c的横截面近似为跑道形。
设跑道形截面的长度(长方形的长边尺寸)为b,宽度(长方形的短边尺寸)为a,本实施方式中优选b/a=1.25~3.15。
实施例三:
一种扬声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈。音圈为实施例一和实施例二中描述的音圈。
由于本实用新型扬声器采用了实施例一和实施例二中描述的音圈,在保证音圈获得的较强磁场强度,提高灵敏度的同时,能够更容易的对音圈的高度和宽度进行调整,保证了产品的THD。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
