举例说明,本公开实施例中,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息的方法可以包括但不限于:
首先,对所述客户端所在终端执行定位操作,以获得所述客户端所在终端的当前位置。然后,根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
优选的,使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息可以包括但不限于:地理位置+午休、地理位置+睡前、地理位置+旅途中、地理位置+上班途中、地理位置+下班途中或者地理位置+周末休闲等。
优选的,可以利用定位技术对所述客户端所在终端执行定位操作。
例如,所述定位技术可以包括但不限于以下三种定位技术中至少一种:
全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)定位技术;
基站定位技术;
无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,Wi-Fi)定位技术。
优选的,根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息的方法可以包括但不限于:首先,获得用户在所述客户端所在终端上的操作行为信息。然后,根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置、所述当前时刻和所述操作行为信息,确定所述使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
优选的,所述用户在客户端所在终端上的操作行为信息可以包括但不限于:用户在客户端所在终端上使用的应用和/或用户在客户端上输入的查询词。
例如,客户端所在终端的当前位置是某写字楼,当前时刻是11点30分,用户在客户端所在终端上输入的查询词是“美食”或者“购物”,则可以确定用户的当前场景信息是“写字楼所述地理区域+午休”。
再例如,客户端所在终端的当前位置是某大型景区附近,当前时刻是上午或者下午,用户在客户端所在终端上使用地图类应用,则可以确定用户当前的场景信息是“xx景区+旅途中”。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,可以结合客户端所在终端的当前位置、当前时刻以及用户在客户端所在终端上的操作行为,来确定用户的当前场景信息;或者,也可以只根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置 和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。其中,利用前者确定的用户的当前场景信息,比利用后者的方式准确性更高。
例如,客户端所在终端的当前位置是某大型商场附近,当前时刻是周末的上午或者下午,则可以确定用户当前的场景信息是“xx市+周末休闲”。
再例如,客户端所在终端的当前位置是某住宅楼,当前时刻是22点,则可以确定用户当前的场景信息是“xx市+睡前”。
实施例三
基于上述实施例一所提供的推荐方法和实施例二,本公开实施例对S102中,获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息的方法进行具体描述。该步骤具体可以包括:
举例说明,本公开实施例中,获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息的方法可以包括但不限于:
对于终端中安装的客户端,都有客户端的唯一标识。当用户使用该客户端中的推荐功能时,可以先获得该客户端的唯一标识,然后利用该唯一标识在用户数据库中进行查找,以获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息。
优选的,本公开实施例中,所述用户属性信息可以包括但不限于以下信息中至少一个:年龄、性别、常住地信息和兴趣信息。
优选的,所述兴趣信息可以包括但不限于使用该客户端的用户感兴趣的内容,如电影、小说或者物品等。
可以理解的是,所述用户数据库用于存储大量用户的属性信息,当需要获取某用户的属性信息时,只需要根据该用户使用的客户端的唯一 标识在该用户数据库中进行查找即可。
优选的,可以预先根据用户的相关历史记录,挖掘用户的属性信息,并将挖掘出的用户的属性信息与对应的客户端的唯一标识,存储在所述用户数据库中。
例如,可以根据在一段时间内用户使用的终端的定位历史记录,统计出现次数最高的地理位置,将出现次数最高的地理位置作为用户的常住地信息。
再例如,可以根据在一段时间内用户的搜索历史记录,获得用户输入的查询词,然后确定每个查询词所属类别,并进一步统计出现次数最高的若干类别,将该若干类别作为用户的兴趣信息。
再例如,可以当用户在客户端上进行注册时,接收用户输入的年龄和性别。或者,也可以根据用户的浏览器历史记录或者搜索历史记录,对用户的年龄和性别进行推测,以获得用户的年龄和性别。
例如,客户端的唯一标识可以包括:被叫用户识别号(Called User Identification number,CUID)或者移动设备国际身份码(International Mobile Equipment Identity,IMEI)等。
实施例四
基于上述实施例一所提供的推荐方法、实施例二和实施例三,本公开实施例对S103中,根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容的方法进行具体描述。该步骤具体可以包括:
举例说明,本公开实施例中,根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容的方法可以包括但不限于:
首先,从预设的数据库中获得与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的 候选内容;其中,所述数据库中包含候选内容。然后,从与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中,获得与所述用户的属性信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为所述推荐内容。
优选的,所述数据库中预先存储有大量的候选内容,以及为每个候选内容标注的标签,该标签可以包括候选内容适用的场景信息、年龄、性别、地理位置和兴趣信息。
例如,当确定用户的当前场景信息后,可以先利用该当前场景信息,在数据库中进行匹配,从而获得标注的场景信息与该当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为与用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容。然后,再利用用户的属性信息,在与用户当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中进一步进行匹配,从而获得标注的信息与用户的属性信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为用于输出的推荐内容。
其中,候选内容标注的场景信息与当前场景信息相匹配可以包括但不限于:候选内容标注的场景信息与当前场景信息一致,或者,候选内容标注的场景信息与当前场景信息不一致,但两者的相关度大于预设的相关度阈值。
其中,候选内容标注的信息与用户的属性信息相匹配的可以包括但不限于:候选内容标注的标签中年龄、性别、地理位置或者兴趣信息与用户的属性信息中相应的信息一致。
可以理解的是,利用用户的属性信息,在获得的候选内容中进行进一步筛选,可以在与用户当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中,去除标注的信息与用户的属性信息不匹配的候选内容,只保留标注的信息与用户的属性相匹配的候选内容,可以进一步提高获得的推荐内容的有效性和 准确性。
例如,候选内容标注的标签表示该候选内容的地理位置是北京,而用户的属性信息中用户的常住地信息是上海,则该候选内容将不能作为推荐内容。
优选的,本公开实施例中,所述推荐内容可以包括但不限于以下内容中至少一种:兴趣点信息、生活服务信息、活动信息和多媒体信息等。
例如,所述兴趣点信息可以包括但不限于:景点信息、商场信息、餐馆或者电影院信息等。
再例如,所述生活服务信息可以包括但不限于:天气信息或者交通信息等。
再例如,所述活动信息可以包括但不限于:团购活动信息或者展览活动信息等。
再例如,所述多媒体信息可以包括但不限于:电影、小说或者音乐等。
实施例五
基于上述实施例一所提供的推荐方法、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四,本公开实施例对S104中,输出所述推荐内容的方法进行具体描述。该步骤具体可以包括:
若S101~S104的执行主体位于本地终端中,如本地终端中的客户端等,可以直接通过客户端输出获得的所述推荐内容。或者,若S101~S104的执行主体位于服务器端,该执行主体需要将获得的推荐内容输出给客户端,以使得客户端可以将接收到的推荐内容提供给用户。
例如,若确定的用户的当前场景信息是“xx景区+旅途中”,获得 的用户的属性信息是“老年人”,则根据当前场景信息“xx景区+旅途中”,在数据库中进行匹配,先找到了标注的场景信息是“xx景区+旅途中”的推荐内容,如找到的推荐内容包括xx景区附近的美食和其他景区两个类别。然后,利用用户的属性信息“老年人”,对找到的推荐内容进行进一步筛选,去除其中与“老年人”不匹配的推荐内容,如可以将不适合老年人的其他景区去除。
本公开实施例进一步给出实现上述方法实施例中各步骤及方法的装置实施例。
请参考图2,其为本公开实施例所提供的推荐装置的功能方块图。如图所示,该装置包括:
场景获取单元201,用于确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息;
属性获取单元202,用于获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;
内容获取单元203,用于根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;
内容输出单元204,用于输出所述推荐内容。
优选的,所述场景获取单元201,具体用于:
对所述客户端所在终端执行定位操作,以获得所述客户端所在终端的当前位置;
根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
优选的,所述场景获取单元201用于根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息时,具体用于:
获得用户在所述客户端所在终端上的操作行为信息;
根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置、所述当前时刻和所述操作行为信息,确定所述使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
优选的,所述用户属性信息包括年龄、性别、常住地信息和兴趣信息中至少一个。
优选的,所述内容获取单元203,具体用于:
从预设的数据库中获得与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容;其中,所述数据库中包含候选内容;
从与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中,获得与所述用户的属性信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为所述推荐内容。
由于本实施例中的各单元能够执行图1所示的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图1的相关说明。
本公开实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本公开实施例通过确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息,以及,获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;从而,根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;进而,输出所述推荐内容。
现有技术中,根据用户的历史记录,通过用户关联或者内容关联的方式实现向用户提供推荐内容,将使得推荐内容的有效性和准确性比较低。例如,用户A比较喜欢搜索美食类团购信息,经过用户关联,发现用户B也比较喜欢搜索美食类团购,利用现有技术,将会把用户B所购买的美食类团购推荐给用户A,如果用户A与用户B的常住地不同,导致本次推荐内容对用户A是无效的。
如果利用本公开实施例提供的技术方案,会根据用户A的当前场景,向用户A提供推荐内容,用户A的当前场景是根据当前位置和当前时刻进行实时确定的,这样向用户A提供的推荐内容能够满足用户A当前的推荐需求,推荐内容的有效性和准确性比较高。因此,与现有技术相比,本公开实施例提供的技术方案,在推荐内容时,结合了用户的当前场景和用户的属性信息实现推荐内容的确定和输出,从而能够输出满足用户推荐需求的内容,提高了推荐内容的有效性和准确性。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本公开所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如,多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本公开各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单 元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络装置等)或处理器(Processor)执行本公开各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本公开的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开保护的范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息;
    获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;
    根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;
    输出所述推荐内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息,包括:
    对所述客户端所在终端执行定位操作,以获得所述客户端所在终端的当前位置;
    根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息,包括:
    获得用户在所述客户端所在终端上的操作行为信息;
    根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置、所述当前时刻和所述操作行为信息,确定所述使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户属性信息包括年龄、性别、常住地信息和兴趣信息中至少一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容,包 括:
    从预设的数据库中获得与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容;其中,所述数据库中包含候选内容;
    从与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中,获得与所述用户的属性信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为所述推荐内容。
  6. 一种推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    场景获取单元,用于确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息;
    属性获取单元,用于获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;
    内容获取单元,用于根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;
    内容输出单元,用于输出所述推荐内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述场景获取单元,具体用于:
    对所述客户端所在终端执行定位操作,以获得所述客户端所在终端的当前位置;
    根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述场景获取单元用于根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置和当前时刻,确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息时,具体用于:
    获得用户在所述客户端所在终端上的操作行为信息;
    根据所述客户端所在终端的当前位置、所述当前时刻和所述操作行为信息,确定所述使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户属性信息包括年龄、性别、常住地信息和兴趣信息中至少一个。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述内容获取单元,具体用于:
    从预设的数据库中获得与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容;其中,所述数据库中包含候选内容;
    从与所述用户的当前场景信息相匹配的候选内容中,获得与所述用户的属性信息相匹配的候选内容,以作为所述推荐内容。
  11. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,执行以下操作:
    确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息;
    获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;
    根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;
    输出所述推荐内容。
  12. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行以下操作:
    确定使用客户端的用户的当前场景信息;
    获得使用所述客户端的用户的属性信息;
    根据所述用户的当前场景信息和所述用户的属性信息,获得推荐内容;
    输出所述推荐内容。
