Description

一种容器
本申请要求2015年03月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520165048.8、发明名称为“一种容器”的实用新型专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及容器技术领域,特别涉及一种液体容器。
背景技术
目前市场上的容器多种多样,大多数容器具有单一出液口;因此在倾倒容器内的液体时,往往由于容器内外部压力不平衡而发生突然间断的现象。倘若容器内盛装的液体为腐蚀性化学原料时,则使用者容易被液体溅到。
因此,如何解决在倾倒容器内的液体时使用者容易被液体溅到是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容器,该容器可以解决在倾倒容器内的液体时使用者容易被液体溅到的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种容器,包括具有出液口的容器本体;所述出液口位置还设置有其底部放置于所述容器本体内的助流部件,所述助流部件设置有供所述容器本体内的液体流出的孔;所述助流部件还包括卡接于所述出液口、以避免所述助流部件落入所述容器本体内的助流本体;所述助流本体的侧壁设置有贯穿于其上下端面、以实现所述容器本体内外空气流通的通气槽,所述通气槽水平的底部连接有通气管,以避免倾倒所述容器本体内的液体时产生间断现象。
优选地,所述助流部件为中空环状,并且助流本体的上端面设置有与所述出液口的上端面卡接的卡环。
优选地,所述通气槽竖直设置于倾倒所述液体时、所述容器的内部出现真空的一侧;所述通气管的端部水平连接有导引管。
优选地,所述导引管的端部为向上的凸起;所述端部水平设置有旋盖,以实现倾倒所述液体时、所述旋盖自动打开。
优选地,所述助流本体的内壁设置为薄壁和厚壁;所述薄壁位于所述助流本体的上部,所述厚壁位于所述助流本体的下部。
优选地,所述助流部件为中空环状,并且其上端面设置有与所述出液口的上端面卡接的卡块。
优选地,所述卡块的个数为三个。
优选地,所述容器还设置有位于所述助流部件上方、与所述出液口配合以实现所述容器密封的容器盖。
相对于上述背景技术,本发明提供的容器,包括具有出液口的容器本体;出液口位置还设置有其底部放置于容器本体内的助流部件,助流部件设置有供容器本体内的液体流出的孔;助流部件还包括卡接于出液口、以避免助流部件落入容器本体内的助流本体;助流本体的侧壁设置有贯穿于其上下端面、以实现容器本体内外空气流通的通气槽,通气槽的底部水平连接有通气管,以避免倾倒容器本体内的液体时产生间断现象。采用这种设置方式,将助流部件设置在容器的出液口位置;由于助流部件能够卡接于出液口处,因此可以避免助流部件落入容器本体内;此外,在助流本体的侧壁设置通气槽;当助流部件设置在容器的出液口时,由于助流部件的底部放置于容器内,而通气槽能够将容器内外的空气进行连通;此外,通气槽的底部水平连接有通气管;这样一来,在倾倒液体时,容器外部的空气能够沿着通气槽以及通气管进入容器内部,从而使得容器内部的气压与容器外部的大气压力一致,这样便能够有效避免倾倒容器内的液体时,使用者被液体溅到。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种容器,该容器可以避免使用者在倾倒液体时被液体溅到。
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1至图5,图1为本发明实施例所提供的容器的结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例所提供的容器的爆炸图;图3为图1中的剖视示意图;图4为图3中工作时的示意图;图5为图4中A部位的局部放大图。
本发明提供的容器,包括具有出液口21的容器本体2;出液口21位置还设置有其底部放置于容器本体2内的助流部件,助流部件设置有供容器本体2内的液体流出的孔;助流部件还包括卡接于出液口21、以避免助流部件落入容器本体2内的助流本体1;助流本体1的侧壁设置有贯穿于其上下端面、以实现容器本体2内外空气流通的通气槽11,通气槽11的底部水平连接有通气管12,以避免倾倒容器内的液体时产生间断现象。
采用这种设置方式,将助流部件设置在容器的出液口21位置;由于助流部件能够卡接于出液口21处,因此可以避免助流部件落入容器本体2内;此外,在助流本体的侧壁设置通气槽11;当助流部件设置在容器的出液口时,由于助流部件的底部放置于容器本体2内,而通气槽11能够将容器本体2内外的空气进行连通;此外,通气槽11的底部水平连接有通气管12;这样一来,在倾倒液体时,容器本体2外部的空气能够沿着通气槽11以及通气管12进入容器本体2内部,从而使得容器本体2内部的气压与其外部的大气压力一致,这样便能够有效避免倾倒容器内的液体时,使用者被液体溅到。
此外,我们可以将助流部件设置为中空环状,并且助流本体1的上端面设置有与出液口21的上端面卡接的卡环14。
具体来说,我们可以将助流部件设置为中空环状,其中空部位供容器本体2内部的液体流出,而位于助流本体1的上端面设置有卡环14,从而 利于卡环14将助流部件与容器本体2的出液口21进行卡接。当然,卡环14与助流本体1可以设置为一整体。这样一来,当助流本体1卡接至出液口21后,倾倒容器内的液体时,助流本体1不会随意晃动,避免液体溅到使用者。
此外,我们可以将通气槽11竖直设置于倾倒液体时、容器的内部出现真空的一侧;通气管12的端部水平连接有导引管13。
具体来说,在使用助流部件时,将通气管12以及导引管13设置在容器本体2内部,而助流部件的卡环14卡接于出液口21位置;由于通气槽11设置在倾倒液体时、容器的内部出现真空的一侧;则在倾倒液体过程中,通气槽11能够将容器本体2外部的空气与容器的内部出现真空位置连通,从而将外界空气导通至容器的内部出现真空的位置,这样便能够平衡容器的内外部压力,从而避免在倾倒液体时发生突然间断的现象。当然,我们可以根据容器本体2的具体尺寸,设置不同长度的导引管13,以便导引管13能够与容器本体2的尺寸相匹配,实现上述目的。
此外,我们可以将导引管13的端部设置为向上的凸起;端部水平设置有旋盖131,以实现倾倒液体时、旋盖131自动打开。
具体来说,在无需倾倒液体时,通气槽11竖直设置,通气槽11的底部水平设置有通气管12,通气管12水平连接有导引管13;导引管13的端部为向上的凸起,并且在凸起位置水平设置旋盖131。此时的旋盖131为水平,将导引管13盖住,从而避免容器本体2内的液体流入导引管13以及通气管12;当需要倾倒液体时,容器本体2倾斜设置,此时通气槽11不再竖直,而通气管12以及导引管13也不是水平方向,并且导引管13端部设置的旋盖131也不是水平状态;这样一来,旋盖131会受重力打开,从而使得容器本体2外部的空气进入容器本体2内,实现容器本体2的内外压力平衡,从而避免由于容器内外部压力不平衡而发生突然间断的现象。
此外,助流本体1的内壁设置为薄壁16和厚壁15;薄壁16位于助流本体1的上部,厚壁15位于助流本体1的下部。由于靠近出液口21位置的内壁为薄壁16;因此当需要取出助流部件时,能够轻易的将薄壁16发送形变并将助流部件取出,从而实现方便的安装或取出助流部件的目的。
此外,针对助流部件,我们还可以将其设置为中空环状,并且其上端 面设置有与出液口21的上端面卡接的卡块。也就是说,我们可以利用卡块代替卡环14,从而将助流部件卡接于出液口21处。当然,根据实际情况,我们可以在助流部件的上端面设置三块卡块,从而实现卡接可靠的目的。
此外,容器还设置有位于助流部件上方、与出液口21配合以实现容器密封的容器盖3。也就是说,助流部件设置完成后,我们可以利用容器盖3将容器密封,从而避免容器本体1内的液体流出。
以上对本发明所提供的容器进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

  1. 一种容器,包括具有出液口的容器本体;其特征在于,所述出液口位置还设置有其底部放置于所述容器本体内的助流部件,所述助流部件设置有供所述容器本体内的液体流出的孔;所述助流部件还包括卡接于所述出液口、以避免所述助流部件落入所述容器本体内的助流本体;所述助流本体的侧壁设置有贯穿于其上下端面、以实现所述容器本体内外空气流通的通气槽,所述通气槽水平的底部连接有通气管,以避免倾倒所述容器本体内的液体时产生间断现象。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述助流部件为中空环状,并且助流本体的上端面设置有与所述出液口的上端面卡接的卡环。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述通气槽竖直设置于倾倒所述液体时、所述容器的内部出现真空的一侧;所述通气管的端部水平连接有导引管。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,所述导引管的端部为向上的凸起;所述端部水平设置有旋盖,以实现倾倒所述液体时、所述旋盖自动打开。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述助流本体的内壁设置为薄壁和厚壁;所述薄壁位于所述助流本体的上部,所述厚壁位于所述助流本体的下部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述助流部件为中空环状,并且其上端面设置有与所述出液口的上端面卡接的卡块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述卡块的个数为三个。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器还设置有位于所述助流部件上方、与所述出液口配合以实现所述容器密封的容器盖。
