Description

一种撞钉机及撞钉安装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种DIY手工制作衣物技术领域,尤其涉及一种撞钉机及撞钉安装方法,适合于儿童DIY手工制作衣物时使用。
背景技术
衣物上的钮扣或是装饰片通常用针线才能固定到衣物上,但是采用针线连接的方式不够方便,尤其是对于儿童DIY手工衣物来说,安全性不够,易发生扎伤自己或是同伴的危险,因此该项工序通常由成人来完成,影响儿童对手工制作的兴趣及成就感。
撞钉是一种快速固定于衣物上的金属钮扣或是装饰件,通常由上装饰件及下片底拖组合构成,通过相匹配的打模机和打钉机直接冲打到衣物上完成装配。此种安装方式,虽然省去了针线的缝合,但由于需要配备专用的机器(打模机和打钉机),不适合给儿童DIY手工制作使用。
如上所述,目前尚未有专为儿童DIY手工制衣物使用的撞钉机,有待于进一步的研究开发。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种撞钉机及撞钉安装方法,使用本结构的撞钉机及撞钉安装方法,操作简单快速,且安全性高,结构小巧轻便,适合儿童DIY手工制作。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种撞钉机,包括底座及手柄,所述手柄尾端与底座一端铰接;所述手柄中部设有打孔针,对应该打孔针的下方、所述底座上设有一与所述打孔针配合的张力孔,所述手柄靠近前端对应所述底座侧设有按压柱,对应所述按压柱的下方、所述底座上设有固定孔位;所述手柄与底座之间设有衣物夹持空间,所述手柄具有向所述底座方向下压的自由度。
上述技术方案中,所述底座或手柄上设有一LED灯,该LED灯的聚光点与所述打孔针的中心点相对应。
进一步的技术方案为,所述LED灯设置于所述张力孔内,其聚光点与上方的所述打孔针中心点在一直线上;所述LED灯的电源开关设置于所述底座的底面上。
上述技术方案中,所述打孔针包括顶部的按钮、与按钮连接的针结构、套设于针结构外侧的弹性件及套筒,所述手柄上设有按压孔,所述按钮位于该按压孔内,所述针结构的顶端固定于所述按钮的下端面上,其底端为尖锥头,所述弹性件设置于所述套筒内,所述针结构通过该弹性件具有轴向复位移动的自由度,当弹性件压缩状态下,所述尖锥头外露于所述套筒外,并插入所述张力孔内;当弹性件复位状态下,所述尖锥头回缩至所述套筒内,所述按钮外露于所述按压孔外侧。
上述技术方案中,所述底座为中空结构,包括上盖及下盖,上、下盖之间通过卡合结构连接,所述上盖与下盖之间设置有储物腔。
上述技术方案中,所述手柄与底座之间,靠近手柄尾端设有复位压簧;所述固定孔内设有一橡胶缓冲件。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法技术方案是:
⑴在面料上标记撞钉装钉的位置,将面料放置于手柄与底座之间的衣物夹持空间内,使标记好的装钉位置与底座上的张力孔对应;
⑵下压手柄上的按钮,使按钮下的针结构下压到面料上,且针结构下端的尖锥头穿过面料,插入张力孔内;
⑶松开按钮,针结构复位,面料自衣物夹持空间内取出,面料在装钉位置上留下装钉孔;
⑷将撞钉的下片底拖放置在底座的固定孔位上,将面料上的装钉孔对准下片底拖,并使下片底拖上的柱子穿过装钉孔,将撞钉的上装饰件放置于柱子上;
⑸下压手柄,通过手柄上的按压柱将上装饰件压紧至下片底拖上,使面料被夹持于上装饰件与下片底拖之间,撞钉安装完成。
上述技术方案中,所述底座或手柄上设有一LED灯,在面料放 入衣物夹持空间内后,打开LED灯,光束穿透面料或在面料表面形成一个光点,将标记好的装钉位置与光点重叠,然后进入下一步步骤⑵。
上述技术方案中,所述面料为布匹或皮料。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明通过手柄和底座一端铰接,手柄上设有打孔针及按压柱,将面料放置于手柄与底座之间的衣物夹持空间内,按压手柄使打孔针刺破面料,形成装钉孔,再将撞钉放置于装钉孔内,并放置在底座固定孔位上,通过下压手柄,按压柱将撞钉挤压固定于面料上,完成撞钉的安装;此操作过程简单,且由于打孔针是位于手柄内,只有通过按压后才会伸出,安全性高,适合儿童独立完成DIY手工制作;
2.在底座或是手柄上设置LED灯,且聚光点对应打孔针的中心点,在使用时,LED灯的灯光在面料上显示一个光斑,即为打孔针下压后在面料上留下的装钉孔位置,便于使用者精确打孔位,有助于手工制品的美观性与完美性;
3.由于打孔针包括按钮、针结构、弹性件及套筒,用于打孔的针结构内藏于套筒结构内,在按压后才会露出套筒外侧,释放压力后便在弹性件的回复力下缩回至套筒内,因此儿童在使用时非常安全;
4.底座为中空结构,由上盖及下盖组合构成,形成储物腔,可方便使用者在此存放一些小配件,如各类撞钉配件,使用方便,易于整理、收纳;
5.本发明集合了打模机及打钉机的功能于一体,结构简单、体积小、轻简,适合使用者甚至是儿童独立操作,完成各类DIY手 工制作,安全方便。

实施例一:参见图1~5所示,一种撞钉机,包括底座1及手柄2,所述手柄2尾端与底座一端铰接;所述手柄2中部设有打孔针3,对应该打孔针3的下方、所述底座1上设有一与所述打孔针3配合的张力孔4,所述手柄2靠近前端对应所述底座1侧设有按压柱5,对应所述按压柱5的下方、所述底座1上设有固定孔位6;所述手柄2与底座1之间设有衣物夹持空间7,所述手柄2具有向所述底座1方向下压的自由度;所述手柄2与底座1之间,靠近手柄2尾端设有复位压簧(未画出),可设置于手柄2与底座1铰接处的转轴上,为手柄2的下压提供回弹力。
如图3所示,所述底座1的张力孔4内设有一LED灯8,该LED灯8的聚光点与所述打孔针3的中心点相对应,所述LED灯8的电源开关设置于所述底座1的底面上,在使用时,打开电源,LED灯8亮,利用印射的光影进行精确定位,便于对面料的打孔。
如图3、4所示,所述打孔针3包括顶部的按钮9、与按钮9 连接的针结构10、套设于针结构10外侧的弹性件11及套筒12,所述手柄2上设有按压孔13,所述按钮9位于该按压孔13内,所述针结构10的顶端固定于所述按钮9的下端面上,其底端为尖锥头14,所述弹性件11设置于所述套筒12内,所述针结构10通过该弹性件11具有轴向复位移动的自由度,当弹性件11压缩状态下,所述尖锥头15外露于所述套筒12外,并插入所述张力孔13内;当弹性件11复位状态下,所述尖锥头14回缩至所述套筒12内,所述按钮9外露于所述按压孔13外侧。由于针结构10在复位状态没于套筒12内,可保证使用的安全性,只有在需要打装钉孔时,才会伸出套筒12外侧。
如图3所示,所述底座1为中空结构,包括上盖15及下盖16,上、下盖之间通过卡合结构连接,所述上盖15与下盖16之间设置有储物腔17。此储物腔17可方便使用者存放一些小配件,如各类撞钉配件,易于整理、收纳。所述固定孔位6内设有一橡胶缓冲件18,用于撞钉组装时的压力缓冲,避免应力过大而造成撞钉上装饰件的损坏。
具体的使用方法如下:
⑴在面料上标记撞钉装钉的位置,将面料放置于手柄2与底座1之间的衣物夹持空间7内,打开LED灯8,灯光在面料上形成一个光影,将光影与面料上的装钉位置对应;
⑵下压手柄2上的按钮9,使按钮9下的针结构10下压到面料上,且针结构10下端的尖锥头14穿过面料,插入张力孔4内;
⑶松开按钮9,针结构10复位,面料自衣物夹持空间7内取出,面料在装钉位置上留下装钉孔;
⑷将撞钉的下片底拖19放置在底座1的固定孔位8上,将面料上的装钉孔对准下片底拖19,并使下片底拖19上的柱子穿过装钉孔,将撞钉的上装饰件20放置于柱子上;
⑸下压手柄2,通过手柄2上的按压柱5将上装饰件20压紧至下片底拖19上,使面料被夹持于上装饰件20与下片底拖19之 间,撞钉安装完成。
上述面料可以是布匹或皮料,可以是成衣、服饰品、皮具等。
如图5所示,所述撞钉的上装饰件20为圆球型、锥台形、多边形中的任意一种,所述上装饰件20为木制品、塑料品、玻璃制品、金属制品中的任意一种构成。根据制作的面料材质不同、装饰效果要求不同等,选择合适、喜欢的款式撞钉,发挥使用者尤其是儿童的创造力,制作出独特的作品。

  1. 一种撞钉机,其特征在于:包括底座及手柄,所述手柄尾端与底座一端铰接;所述手柄中部设有打孔针,对应该打孔针的下方、所述底座上设有一与所述打孔针配合的张力孔,所述手柄靠近前端对应所述底座侧设有按压柱,对应所述按压柱的下方、所述底座上设有固定孔位;所述手柄与底座之间设有衣物夹持空间,所述手柄具有向所述底座方向下压的自由度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的撞钉机,其特征在于:所述底座或手柄上设有一LED灯,该LED灯的聚光点与所述打孔针的中心点相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的撞钉机,其特征在于:所述LED灯设置于所述张力孔内,其聚光点与上方的所述打孔针中心点在一直线上;所述LED灯的电源开关设置于所述底座的底面上。

    ⑷将撞钉的下片底拖放置在底座的固定孔位上,将面料上的装钉孔对准下片底拖,并使下片底拖上的柱子穿过装钉孔,将撞钉的上装饰件放置于柱子上;
    ⑸下压手柄,通过手柄上的按压柱将上装饰件压紧至下片底拖上,使面料被夹持于上装饰件与下片底拖之间,撞钉安装完成。
