본 발명은 제철 공정의 주원료로 사용되는 철광석 중, 환원성이 낮아 현재 활용되지 못하고 있는 마그네타이트 분광을 우수한 피환원성을 갖도록 개선한 마그네타이트계 소결광과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Description

마그네타이트계 소결광 및 그 제조방법
본 발명은 우수한 피환원성을 갖는 마그네타이트계 소결광 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 제철공정에서는 헤마타이트 광석을 주원료로 하여 소결광을 제조하고, 이를 고로에 장입하여 철을 생산하고 있다. 소결광 제조를 위해서는 주원료인 헤마타이트 광석에 탄재, 첨가제(예를 들면 산화칼슘(CaO) 등) 및 철함유 부산물(분진, 슬러지, 밀스케일 등)을 첨가하여 1300 ~ 1480℃의 온도까지 가열시킨다. 이때, 소결광이 고로로 장입되기까지의 이송 과정에서 발생하는 파쇄를 억제하기 위해서는 높은 냉간강도(cold strength)가 요구되며, 헤마타이트에서 마그네타이트로 환원 시 발생하는 20% 정도의 체적 팽창에 따른 내부응력에 의한 환원 분화량의 최소화 및 높은피환원성을 요구한다.
한편, 마그네타이트 광석은 주로 극미분(약 0.2 mm이하)으로 존재하며, 피환원성이 떨어지기 때문에 제철공정에서는 활용성이 떨어지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 마그네타이트 광석을 직접 소결광으로 사용할 경우, 헤마타이트에서 마그네타이트로 환원 시 발생하는 균열 형성을 기대할 수 없기 때문에 가스의 내부확산이 어렵고, 이로 인해 높은 환원성을 기대하기 어려운 문제가 있어 소결광 제조에서는 헤마타이트를 주원료로 하는 기술이 주로 개발되어 왔다. 이와 같은 이유로, 소결광 제조 시 마그네타이트 광석은 헤마타이트 광석과 일부 혼합하여 사용하고 있는 수준이다. 그러나, 마그네타이트를 주원료로 사용할 경우, 헤마타이트와는달리 환원분화의 문제가 없기 때문에 냉간강도 및 높은 피환원성만을 충족시키면 충분히 소결광으로 활용될 수 있는 가능성이 있다. 단, 마그네타이트가 극미분 형태로 존재하기 때문에, 고로와 같은 제철 조업에서 이용하기 위해서는 소결 과정을 반드시 거쳐야 한다.
또한, 마그네타이트 또는 헤마타이트 광석에 CaO 와 함께 마이크로웨이브 에너지를 조사하여 낮은 융점을 갖는 화합물 생성하는 기술이나, 마그네타이트 광석을 수분, 플럭스, 바인더와 섞어 펠렛을 제조 한 후 헤마타이트 펠렛을 제조하는 기술 들이 개발되고 있으나, 마그네타이트 광석 자체를 주원료로 사용하여 소결광을 제조하는 기술은 개발된 바 없다.
대한민국 공개특허 10-2004-0034995호에서는 우수한 피환원성과 낮은 환원분화를 갖는 소결광 및 그 제조 방법이 게재되어 있으나, 첨가물로 플럭스를 다량 사용해야 하는 방법으로, 고로 조업에서의 슬래그 부피가 상승하여 코크스비를 증대시킬 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 마그네타이트를 주 원료로 하여 제조되는 마그네타이트계 소결광으로써, 소결광 제조 시 탄재 및 각종 첨가제를 첨가하지 않거나 종래의 소결광 제조 대비 소량 첨가하여도, 냉간강도를 확보하고 우수한 피환원성을 갖고, 환원분화량이 문제되지 않는 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은,
마그네타이트 광석 또는 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 제조되는 마그네타이트계 소결광으로, 최대 압축강도가 약 1.281 kN 이상이거나 최대 압축 응력이 16.31 MPa이상인 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은,
a) 마그네타이트 분광 또는 마그네타이트 분광 혼합물에 압력을 가하여 덩어리로 성형하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 단계 a)의 성형된 마그네타이트에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 1100℃ 이상의 온도로 가열 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 마그네타이트계 소결광의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 마그네타이트계 소결광은 기존의 소결광 제조에서 사용되는 탄소 (코크스 약 2% 및 무연탄 약 2% 등)를 첨가하지 않거나 소량 첨가하기 때문에 이로 인하여 이산화탄소 배출 또는 환경에 유해한 물질인 더스트(dust) 발생을 저감시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 또한, 철광석 소결 조업에서 강도 확보 및 분화 억제를 위해 첨가하는 석회석, 생석회, 사문함, 규석 등의 첨가제(플럭스)를 첨가하지 않거나 소량첨가(약 15%)하기 때문에, 고로 조업에서의 슬래그 부피를 저감시켜 코크스비 저감에 기여할 수 있다.
또한 마그네타이트 분광은 피환원성이 좋지 않아 미활용되고 있는 철원으로, 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광은 마그네타이트 광석의 활용성을 높여서 제철 산업의 원료 자유도를 높일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광을 이용하면 고속환원이 가능하므로 고로의 효율을 나타내는 지표인 출선비를 상승시킬 수 있다. 따라서 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 따라서 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광은 제조 시 탄소 및 첨가제를 첨가 하지 않거나 소량 첨가함으로 인한 슬래그 부피 저감 및 고속환원제로서의 역할을 수행함으로써 에너지, 환경, 비용적인 면에서 기존에 사용된 소결광과 비교하여 현저하게 향상된 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광의 성형시 가해진 압력과 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도의 범위에 따른, 마그네타이트계 소결광의 냉간강도를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 마이크로웨이브 소결광에 대하여 시간에 따른 환원율로 피환원성을 평가한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

이하, 본 발명을 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명은 마그네타이트 광석 또는 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 제조되는 마그네타이트계 소결광 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
본 발명은, 피환원성이 좋지 않아 미활용되고 있는 철원인 마그네타이트 광석을 주원료로 하여, 이에 일정 조건의 마이크로웨이브를 조사하는 경우 우수한 냉간강도 및 우수한 피환원성을 갖는 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제조 할 수 있음을 실험적으로 확인하여 완성되었다.
구체적으로, 본 발명은 마그네타이트 광석 또는 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 제조되는 마그네타이트계 소결광으로, 1000 ℃ 40%CO-60%N2 가스 분위기에서 환원 속도 0.7 %/분 이상의 피환원성을 갖는 마그네타이트계 소결광에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광은 직경 5 ~ 50 mm 의 펠렛; 또는 직경 5 ~50 mm 및 높이 5 ~ 50 mm 의 브리켓형의 형태를 갖는 것으로, KS E 3714 기준을 충족하는 것 일 수 있으며, 밑면방향 최대 압축강도가 약 1.281 kN 이상이고, 최대 압축 응력이16.31 MPa이상일 수 있다. 또한, 더욱 바람직하게 옆면방향 최대 압축강도가 0.4011 kN 이상일 수 있다.
일반적인 소결 공정에서는 열에너지가 외부에서 가해지므로, 시료의 외부가 먼저 소결되는 경향이 있는데, 본 발명에서는 마이크로웨이브를 사용하여, 시료 전체를 동시에 가열할 수 있기 때문에, 시료 전체를 균일하게 소결할 수 있고, 이를 통하여 가스확산이 용이한, 우수한 피환원성을 갖는 소결체 제조가 가능하다.
본 발명의, 본 발명의 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도는 1100 내지 2000 일 수 있다. 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도가 1200℃ 이상일 경우, 마그네타이트 광석의 성형을 위해 가해진 압력에 관계 없이 마그네타이트계 소결광의 냉간강도를 확보할 수 있다. 압력을 62 MPa 이상 가할 경우, 최적 가열 온도는 1150 ℃ 이상으로 낮아지며, 압력은 250 MPa 이상 가할 경우 최적 가열 온도는 1100 ℃ 이상 까지 낮출 수 있다. 소결 시 내화재의 보호를 위하여, 최대 가열 온도는 2000 ℃ 이하가 바람직하다.
구체적으로, 본 발명은 본 발명의 마이크로웨이브를 단일 발진기 기준으로 0.5 ~ 300kW의 범위로 조사하여 1100 ℃ 이상의 온도로 조사되는 것 일 수 있다.
또한 마이크로웨이브 발진기가 병렬 또는 복합 연결인 경우 출력은 개별 발진기의 출력과 발진기 개수의 곱(개별 발진기의 출력 * 발진기 개수)으로 산정될 수 있는데 다수의 발진기들을 동시에 사용하여 총 에너지를 증대시킬 수 있다. 이 경우, 마이크로웨이브 출력은 300 kW를 초과할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 마그네타이트 광석은 마그네타이트 분광일 수 있으며 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 피환원성이 좋지 않은 극미분 형태(약 0.2 mm 이하)의 마그네타이트 광석을 포함한다.
상기 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물은, 마그네타이트 광석에 헤마타이트 광석, 탄재 및 첨가제 중 하나 이상이 더 포함된 것 일 수 있다.
상기 탄재는 코크스 및 무연탄 중 하나 이상을 포함한다. 상기 탄재는 상기 혼합물 총 중량에 대하여 4 중량% 이하 포함되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 첨가제는, 플럭스 일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 석회석, 생석회, 사문함 및 규석 중 하나 이상일 수 있다. 상기 첨가제는 상기 혼합물 총 중량에 대하여 15 중량% 이하로 포함되는 것일 수 있다.
상기 함량 범위로 탄재 또는 첨가제를 포함할 경우, 기존의 소결광 제조 공정보다 첨가물인 탄재 및 첨가제를 낮은조성 비율로 포함함으로써 이산화탄소 배출 또는 환경에 유해한 물질인 더스트(dust) 발생을 저감시킬 수 있고, 고로 조업에서의 슬래그 부피를 저감시켜 코크스비 저감에 기여할 수 있어 에너지 효율 측면에서 우수한 효과를 갖는다.
또한, 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물에 헤마타이트 광석이 포함될 경우, 마그네타이트 광석 및 헤마타이트 광석의 중량비가 6:4 ~ 10:0이 되도록, 즉 마그네타이트 광석의 비율이 총량의 60% 넘게 포함되는 것일 수 있다. 마그네타이트의 비율이 60 % 이하일 경우 시료의 가열 속도가 느려져 효율성이 현저히 낮기 때문이다.
본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광의 크기는 특별히 한정되지 않으나, 직경 5~ 50 mm 의 펠렛 또는 직경 5 ~ 50 mm 및 높이 5 ~ 50 mm의 브리켓형일 수 있다. 경우에 따라서 연속조업으로 제조할 경우, 압출 등의 방법을 이용하여 기둥형태로 제조할 수 있는데 이 경우, 직경 5 ~ 50 mm의 기둥형 소결광으로 제조한 뒤 이를 절단하여 사용할 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 a) 마그네타이트 광석 또는 마그네타이트 광석 혼합물에 압력을 가하여 덩어리로 성형하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 단계 a)의 성형된 마그네타이트에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 1100℃ 이상의 온도로 가열 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 마그네타이트계 소결광의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
상기 a) 단계에서의 압력은 30 MPa ~10 GPa의 압력일 수 있으며, 30 내지 500 MPa 인것이 바람지하나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 30 MPa 이하의 압력에서는 덩어리로 성형이 불가하며, 10 GPa은 일반적 제조공정에서 기대되는 최대 압력이기 때문이다.
상기 압력은 유압 프레스, 기계식 프레스, 사출 성형기, 압출기 등의 방법으로 가할 수 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기 사항 외에, 본 발명의 마그네타이트계 소결광 제조방법에 대하여, 상술한 마그네타이트계 소결광에 대한 일체의 내용이 적용된다.
이하 본 발명을 실시예에 기초하여 더욱 상세하게 설명하지만, 하기에 개시되는 본 발명의 실시 형태는 어디까지 예시로써, 본 발명의 범위는 이들의 실시 형태에 한정되지 않는다. 본 발명의 범위는 특허청구범위에 표시되었고, 더욱이 특허청구범위 기록과 균등한 의미 및 범위 내에서의 모든 변경을 포함하고 있다.
실시예 1. 마이크로웨이브 조사를 이용한 마그네타이트계 소결광 제조
피환원성이 좋지 않은 극미분 형태(약 0.2 mm 이하)의 마그네타이트 광석 3 g을, 250MPa의 압력으로 성형(직경 10 mm, 높이 10 mm)한 뒤, 2.45 GHz, 1.8 kW의 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 1200 ℃까지 가열하여 소결광을 제조하였다.
시료 처리 조건은 다음과 같다.
시료 무게: ~3 g
시료 입도: < 0.2 mm성형 압력 : 250 MPa ( 5분 유지)
최고 온도 : 1200 ℃
승온 속도 : 125 ~ 160 ℃/분
비교예 1. 일반 저항로를 이용한 마그네타이트계 소결광 제조
상기 실시예 1에서 사용된 마그네타이드 광석에 일반적인 소결 방법인 일반 저항로에서 소결로 처리하여 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제조하였다.
시료 무게: ~3 g
시료 입도: < 0.2 mm
성형 압력: 250 MPa (5분 유지)
최고 온도 : 1200 ℃
승온 속도 : 10 ℃/분
실험예 1. 마그네타이트계 소결광의 물성평가
상기 실시예 1과 비교예 1의 마그네타이트계 소결광에 대하여, 밀도와 기공률을 가스 피크노미터(Gas Pycnometry) 측정법과 드라이플로 피크노메터 (DryFlo Pycnometry) 측정법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 절대 밀도는 가스 피크노미터 분석을 통해 측정 할 수 있다. 두 개의 동일한 부피를 갖는 반응용기에 한쪽은 분석 할 시료를 넣고, 다른 한쪽은 비워둔 상태로, 각각에 동일한 부피의 헬륨 가스를 주입한다. 이 때의 두 용기 사이의 압력의 차로부터 시료의 부피를 구한다. 이때, 헬륨 가스가 시료 내의 미세한 기공까지도 완전히 채워주므로 기공 등이 배제된 순수한 시료만의 부피를 측정 할 수 있으며, 이로부터 시료의 절대 밀도를 구할 수 있다. 겉보기 밀도는 드라이플로 피크노메터 분석을 통해 측정 할 수 있다. 여기서 분석 매질인 DryFlow는 건조 상태의 미분말 자유 유동체이며, 기공 입구의 직경이 약 25 μm 이하인 기공내로는 침투되지 못한다. 측정 방법은 DryFlo만을 넣고 일정 압력을 가했을 때와 시료가 DryFlow에 둘러싸인 후 동일한 압력으로 충진했을 때의 부피 차이로부터 겉보기 밀도를 구 할 수 있다. 기공률은 상기 두 방식을 이용하여 절대 밀도와 겉보기 밀도의 차를 이용하여 구할 수 있으며, 그 결과는 다음 표 1과 같다.

상기 표 1을 참조하면, 실시예 1과 비교예 1의 마그네타이트계 소결광의 밀도에서는 상기의 처리들에서 큰 변화는 없었으며, 마이크로웨이브 소결의 경우 기공률이 오히려 더 낮아지는 결과를 나타내었다.
실험예 2. 성형시 가해진 압력과 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도의 범위에 따른, 마그네타이트계 소결광의 냉간강도
마그네타이트 광석의 성형을 위해 가해진 압력을 30 내지 500 MPa 의 범위로, 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도를 1050℃, 1100℃, 1200℃, 1300℃, 1400℃ 로 설정한 점을 제외하고, 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 마이크로웨이브 조사를 이용하여 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제조하였다.
상기의 실시예의 방법으로 제조된 마그네타이트계 소결광의 냉간강도 측정을 위해 낙하테스트인 KS E 3714에 의해 낙하 실험을 실시하여 무게 손실이 2% 이하인 조건을 만족하는 것을 확인하였다.
구체적인 실험 방법은 다음과 같다. 시료를 철재 선반에서 2.0 m 의 높이로 끌어 올린 후, 시료를 철재 선반으로 낙하시켰다. 상기의 과정을 4회 반복 하고 무게의 총계가 시험 전의 무게에 대하여 2.0 % 이상의 손실(KS E 3714 에 명시된 조건에 따름)을 나타냈을 때는 그 시험은 불합격(X)으로 처리하고, 2.0 % 미만의 손실을 나타냈을 때는 합격(o)으로 표기하여 도 1에 나타내였다.
도 1의 실험결과에 따르면, 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도가 1200℃ 이상일 경우, 마그네타이트 광석의 성형을 위해 가해진 압력에 관계 없이 마그네타이트계 소결광의 냉간강도를 확보할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 압력을 62 MPa 이상 가할 경우, 최적 가열 온도는 1150 ℃ 이상으로 낮아지며, 압력은 250 MPa 이상 가할 경우 최적 가열 온도는 1100 ℃ 이상 까지 낮출 수 있다. 소결 시 내화재의 보호를 위하여, 최대 가열 온도는 2000 ℃ 이하가 바람직하다.
실험예 3. 성형시 가해진 압력과 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도의 범위에 따른, 마그네타이트계 소결광의 최대 압축강도
마그네타이트 광석의 성형을 위해 가해진 압력을 30 내지 500 MPa 의 범위로, 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도를 1050℃, 1100℃, 1200℃, 1300℃, 1400℃으로 설정한 점을 제외하고, 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 마이크로웨이브 조사를 이용하여 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제조하였다.
상기 본 발명에 따른 마이크로웨이브 조사를 통해 제조한 마그네타이트계 소결광의 최대 압축강도를 만능시험기를 사용하여 다음과 같은 조건으로 측정하였다.
시료 형태 : 원통형의 소결광 ( 직경 : 10 mm / 높이 : 10 mm)
측정 기구 : 만능시험기 (Universal testing machine)
측정 조건 : 분당 0.5 mm의 속도로 압축
측정 방향 : 밑면 방향 및 옆면 방향 압축 (도 4 참조)
그 결과를 표 2에 나타내었다.

상기 실험결과에 의하면, 최대 압축강도 1.281 kN / 최대 압축 응력 16.31 MPa 이상의 조건을 충족하는 마그네타이트계 소결광만이 냉간강도 시험(KS E 3714)을 통과하였다.
실험예 4. 마그네타이트계 소결광의 피환원성 평가
마그네타이트 광석의 성형을 위해 가해진 압력을 30 및 500 MPa 의 범위로, 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도를 1100℃, 1200℃, 1300℃으로 설정한 점을 제외하고, 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 마이크로웨이브 조사를 이용하여 마그네타이트계 소결광을 제조하였다.
상기 마이크로웨이브 조사를 통해 얻은 마그네타이트계 소결광과 비교예 1의 일반적인 저항로에서 제조 된 동일한 형상의 마그네타이트 소결광 에 대하여, 환원실험을 실시하였다.
구체적으로, 상기 소결광을 1000℃의 수직로 내의 석영 반응관(내경 30 mm)에 장입시킨 뒤, 질소-일산화탄소 혼합가스(질소(N2) 4.8L/min STP, 일산화탄소(CO) 3.2 L/min STP)를 흘려주어 피환원성을 측정하였다.
환원률 계산은 하기 식 1을 이용하여 계산하였다.

마이크로웨이브 소결광에 대하여 피환원성을 평가한 결과를 도 2에 나타내었다.
도 2의 실험결과를 참조하면, 마이크로웨이브로 소결한 본 발명의 마그네타이트 소결광의 경우 일반 저항로에서 소결된 마그네타이트 소결광(비교예 1; Conventional heating magnetite)에 비하여 환원 속도가 약 4 배 정도 빠른 것으로 나타났다.
일반 전기로 가열 방식을 이용하여 제조한 마그네타이트계 소결광의 경우 50 % 환원 되었을 때, 환원속도는 0.17 %/분 으로 나타났으며, 상기 본 발명에 따른 마이크로웨이브 조사를 통해 제조한 마그네타이트계 소결광의 경우 50 % 환원 되었을 때, 환원 속도는 0.58 ~ 0.82 %/분 으로, 마이크로웨이브 소결에 의해 반응속도는 약 4배 향상 된 것으로 나타났다. 성형 조건에서 마이크로웨이브 가열 온도에 따른 환원 속도를 표 3에 나타내었다.

실험예 5. 헤마타이트-마그네타이트 혼합 소결광의 냉간강도 측정
헤마타이트 광석과 마그네타이트 광석(분광)을 혼합하여 제조한 점과 마이크로웨이브 조사에 의한 가열 온도를 1000℃, 1100℃으로 설정한 점을 제외하고, 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 헤마타이트-마그네타이트 혼합 소결광을 제조하였다.
이에 대하여 실험예 2와 동일한 방법으로 냉간강도 평가를 실시하여 결과를 표 4에 나타내었다.

표 3의 실험결과를 참조하면, 마그네타이트 광석과 동일하게 1100 ℃ 이상으로 소결하였을 때, 혼합비와 무관하게 요구되는 냉간강도 조건을 만족함을 알 수 있었다. 단, 마그네타이트 사용비가 감소함에 따라 소결에 요구되는 시간이 증가하였는데, 이는 조업자가 현장 조건에 맞도록 헤마타이트 첨가량을 조절할 수 있음을 의미한다. 즉, 본 발명은 마그네타이트를 주원료로 이용한 소결광을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 마그네타이트를 주원료로 이용하면서 일반적인 소결광의 원료로 사용되는 헤마타이트 및 각종 첨가제를 추가로 포함한 소결광에도 적용될 수 있음을 의미한다.
본 발명에 따른 마그네타이트계 소결광은 기존의 소결광 제조에서 사용되는 탄소 (코크스 약 2% 및 무연탄 약 2% 등)를 첨가하지 않거나 소량 첨가하기 때문에 이로 인하여 이산화탄소 배출 또는 환경에 유해한 물질인 더스트(dust) 발생을 저감시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 또한, 철광석 소결 조업에서 강도 확보 및 분화 억제를 위해 첨가하는 석회석, 생석회, 사문함, 규석 등의 첨가제(플럭스)를 첨가하지 않거나 소량첨가(약 15%)하기 때문에, 고로 조업에서의 슬래그 부피를 저감시켜 코크스비 저감에 기여할 수 있다.

  1. 마그네타이트 광석 또는 마그네타이트 광석의 혼합물에 마이크로웨이브를 조사하여 제조되는 마그네타이트계 소결광으로, 1000 ℃ 40%CO-60%N2 가스 분위기에서 환원 속도 0.7 %/분 이상의 피환원성을 갖는 마그네타이트계 소결광.
