Description

扬声器模组 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其是涉及一种可靠性高的扬声器模组。
背景技术
随着消费类电子市场的扩大,大量手机、笔记本电脑等消费类电子产品得到广泛应用,作为消费类电子产品中重要的声学部件,扬声器模组具有广泛的需求。随着人们对消费类电子产品品质要求的提高,扬声器模组的可靠性也越来越受到人们的关注。
现有结构的扬声器模组,包括壳体及收容于壳体内的扬声器单体,壳体包括第一壳体及第二壳体,扬声器单体包括导磁板,为了增大扬声器单体尺寸,提高模组声学性能,通常在壳体上对应导磁板设置开口,导磁板沿开口向外延伸,该结构的扬声器模组,模组中无法对单体磁路进行保护,且为了适应消费类电子产品的薄型化、高性能要求,扬声器模组越来越薄,对性能要求越来越接近极限,扬声器单体磁路最大化设计,减弱了扬声器单体外壳本身对扬声器单体磁路的包裹及保护。现有结构的扬声器模组在使用过程中,扬声器单体的磁路容易脱落,导致扬声器模组可靠性较低。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服现有结构扬声器模组的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可靠性高的扬声器模组。
为了实现上述目的,本发明扬声器模组采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器模组,包括壳体及收容于所述壳体的扬声器单体,所述壳体包括第一壳体及第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围成收容固定所述扬声器单体的空腔;所述扬声器单体包括磁路系统和振 动系统,所述磁路系统包括导磁板及设置于所述导磁板上的磁铁;所述导磁板靠近所述第二壳体设置,所述振动系统靠近所述第一壳体设置,所述第二壳体对应导磁板设置有开口,所述扬声器单体导磁板沿所述开口向外延伸;并且:所述导磁板与所述第二壳体靠近的边缘位置设置有导胶槽,所述导胶槽内填充有胶体,所述胶体固定所述导磁板与所述第二壳体;所述导胶槽与所述第二壳体之间设置有缝隙,所述胶体沿所述缝隙渗入扬声器模组内部,渗入扬声器模组内部的所述胶体固定所述磁铁与所述第二壳体。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述磁铁包括设置于所述导磁板中心位置的中心磁铁及围绕所述中心磁铁设置的边磁铁,所述胶体将所述边磁铁与所述第二壳体固定。
作为优选的技术方案,所述扬声器单体为矩形,所述导磁板对应为矩形,所述导胶槽设置于所述导磁板的长轴边。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述导胶槽设置于所述导磁板的短轴边。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一壳体对应所述扬声器单体设置有钢片。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述扬声器单体将所述第一壳体、第二壳体围成的空腔分隔为前声腔和后声腔,所述扬声器单体与所述第一壳体围成前声腔,所述第一壳体侧面设置有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔。作为进一步的优选,所述第一壳体侧面对应所述出声孔设置有防尘网。
本发明的扬声器模组,导磁板外露出第二壳体的外露部分靠近第二壳体的边缘位置设置有导胶槽,导胶槽内填充有胶体,胶体将导磁板与第二壳体固定,同时,设置于导磁板边缘的导胶槽与第二壳体之间有缝隙,胶体沿导胶槽与第二壳体之间的缝隙渗入扬声器模组内部,渗入扬声器模组内部的胶体将扬声器单体的磁铁与第二壳体固定。该 结构的扬声器模组,改善了扬声器单体外露的导磁板与模组第二壳体的粘接固定,提高固定的牢固程度,并且,扬声器单体本身的磁路也通过胶体与扬声器模组的壳体固定粘接,对扬声器单体磁路进行了二次强化,有效提高了扬声器单体与模组壳体的结合牢固程度,大大降低扬声器模组在使用过程中磁路脱落的风险,提高了扬声器模组的可靠性。
当扬声器单体的磁铁包括设置于导磁板中心位置的中心磁铁及围绕中心磁铁设置的边磁铁时,渗入扬声器模组内的胶体将边磁铁与第二壳体固定,提高边磁铁与扬声器模组壳体结合的牢固程度。
当扬声器单体为矩形,导磁板对应为矩形时,导胶槽优选地设置于矩形导磁板的长轴边的边缘,即能保证固定效果,又可以简化组装工序,当然,也可以长轴边及短轴边均设置有导胶槽,更有利于提高扬声器单体与模组壳体的结合牢固性,增加扬声器单体磁铁固定的牢固程度。
为了增大扬声器模组内部腔体的空间,使扬声器单体最大化设计,第一壳体对应扬声器单体位置设置有钢片,钢片可以在相同强度的前提下降低模组外壳厚度,提高内部腔体空间。
本发明扬声器模组,为了降低模组对竖直空间的占用,第一壳体侧面设置有出声孔,第一壳体与扬声器单体围成前声腔,出声孔与前声腔连通,可以使扬声器单体发出的声音从模组侧面导出,不占用模组竖直空间。为了提高扬声器模组可靠性,防止外部异物进入扬声器模组内部对扬声器单体产生影响,第一壳体侧面出声孔位置设置有防尘网。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1、图2及图3所示,本发明扬声器模组,包括壳体和扬声器单体,壳体包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一壳体11和第二壳体12围成收容固定扬声器单体2的腔体,如图2所示,本实施例扬声器模组还包括柔性线路板3,柔性线路板3与扬声器单体2电连接。当本发明扬声器模组工作时,外部驱动电流通过柔性线路板3传递至扬声器单体2,驱动扬声器单体2发声,整个扬声器模组工作。
如图3所示,本发明扬声器模组,扬声器单体2包括磁路系统,磁路系统包括导磁板21及设置于导磁板21上的磁铁,导磁板21靠近第二壳体12设置,第二壳体12对应导磁板21设置有开口,导磁板21沿所述开口向外延伸,即扬声器单体2的导磁板21外露出第二壳体12;如图3及图4所示,导磁板21靠近第二壳体12的边缘位置设置有导胶槽21a,导胶槽21a内填充有胶体5,胶体5将第二壳体12与导磁板21固定结合,如图4所示,导胶槽21a与第二壳体12之间设置有缝隙,胶体5沿所述缝隙渗入扬声器模组内部,胶体5将扬声器单体2的磁铁与第二壳体12固定。如图3所示,本实施例的扬声器模组,扬声器单体2的磁铁包括设置于导磁板21中心位置的中心磁铁22a以及围绕中心磁铁22a设置的边磁铁22b。如图4所述,胶体5将边磁铁22b与第二壳体12固定。当然,在实际应用过程中,扬声器单体2的磁路系统可以为其他结构,不影响本发明扬声器模组优点体现。本发明扬声器模组,导磁板21导胶槽21a内的胶体5将外露出扬声器模组第二壳体12的导磁板21与第二壳体12牢固固定,并且,导胶槽21a与第二壳体12之间设置有缝隙,胶体5通过缝隙 渗入扬声器模组内部,将扬声器单体2的磁铁与第二壳体12固定,对扬声器单体2的磁路系统进行了进一步强化,有效提高扬声器单体与模组壳体的结合牢固程度的同时对单体磁路进行保护和固定,大大降低扬声器模组在使用过程中磁路脱落的风险,提高了扬声器模组的可靠性。
如图1、图2及图3所示,本实施例扬声器模组的扬声器单体1为矩形结构,导磁板21对应为矩形,导胶槽21a可以设置于矩形结构的导磁板21长轴边靠近第二壳体的边缘,在保证固定效果的同时减少涂胶,简化生产工序。当然,为了保证扬声器模组具有最高的可靠性,可以在矩形结构导磁板21靠近第二壳体12的边缘的长轴边及短轴边均设置有导胶槽21a结构,不影响本发明扬声器模组优点体现。
为了增大扬声器模组内部空间,如图2、图3所示,第一壳体11对应扬声器单体2安装位置设置有钢片11a,钢片11a可以在保证壳体强度的前提下降低厚度,提高内部腔体空间,增大扬声器单体体积,从而提高扬声器模组声学性能。
如图3所示,为了不占用竖直空间,本实施例扬声器模组的第一壳体11侧面设置有出声孔11b,第一壳体11与扬声器单体2围成前声腔,出声孔11b与前声腔连通,扬声器单体2发出的声音从出声孔11b传递至外部环境。为了避免外部异物进入扬声器某种内部对扬声器正常工作造成影响,第一壳体11侧面对应出声孔11b位置设置有防尘网4,防尘网4可以进一步提高扬声器模组可靠性。
综上,本发明扬声器模组具有可靠性高的优点。

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括壳体及收容于所述壳体的扬声器单体,所述壳体包括第一壳体及第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围成收容固定所述扬声器单体的空腔;所述扬声器单体包括磁路系统和振动系统,所述磁路系统包括导磁板及设置于所述导磁板上的磁铁;所述导磁板靠近所述第二壳体设置,所述振动系统靠近所述第一壳体设置,所述第二壳体对应导磁板设置有开口,所述扬声器单体导磁板沿所述开口向外延伸;其特征在于:所述导磁板与所述第二壳体靠近的边缘位置设置有导胶槽,所述导胶槽内填充有胶体,所述胶体固定所述导磁板与所述第二壳体;所述导胶槽与所述第二壳体之间设置有缝隙,所述胶体沿所述缝隙渗入扬声器模组内部,渗入扬声器模组内部的所述胶体固定所述磁铁与所述第二壳体。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述磁铁包括设置于所述导磁板中心位置的中心磁铁及围绕所述中心磁铁设置的边磁铁,所述胶体将所述边磁铁与所述第二壳体固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体为矩形,所述导磁板对应为矩形,所述导胶槽设置于所述导磁板的长轴边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述导胶槽设置于所述导磁板的短轴边。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述第一壳体对应所述扬声器单体设置有钢片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体将所述第一壳体、第二壳体围成的空腔分隔为前声腔和后声腔,所述扬声器单体与所述第一壳体围成前声腔,所述第一壳体侧面设置有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述第一壳体侧面对应所述出声孔设置有防尘网。
