一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置、方法及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及智能洗涤技术领域,尤其是一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置、方法及洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,市场是的家用洗衣机给用户提供的都是一些大众化的程序,根据用户在洗涤之前选择的程序完成洗涤工作,也就是洗涤过程通常包括选定程序所规定的洗涤时间、洗涤温度、洗涤转速、洗涤水位、漂洗时间、脱水时间等,远远不能满足用户多样化的洗涤需求,且这些洗涤程序对不同材质或者不同颜色的衣物的针对性也比较低。尤其是在家庭衣物的洗涤中,各种材质、各种颜色的衣物组成是比较常有的且多变的,用户在选择洗涤程序时,如果选择不当,会造成衣物洗不干净或者衣物的磨损破裂或者衣物变形或者衣物褪色相互沾染等等可能。虽然人们可以根据日常的洗涤经验编制合适的洗涤程序,但是在家庭的衣物洗涤中,随着时间和季节的交替,衣物的不断更换,根据日常的洗涤经验编制的洗涤程序也是不现实的。
然而,随着科技和社会的不断进步,利用智能终端设备远程控制智能洗衣机已经越来越普遍存在了,随着越来越多的智能洗衣机逐渐进入我们的家庭,APP远程控制作为其重要特征一直以来备受关注,提供一种功能强大和智能化的APP应用,能给用户带来更多的便捷,提升了用户使用的交互性、体验感和实用性。
基于上述描述,需要提供一种智能化的APP应用帮助用户在洗涤衣物时,可根据所要洗涤的各种衣物特征能自动优选推荐最合适的洗涤程序并控制洗涤设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置及方法,该洗涤管理装置能根据用户选择不同的衣物种类、衣物材质推荐洗涤程序中最适合的洗涤程序,还可以针对用户选择不同的衣物特征等给出衣物洗涤护理的最佳洗涤建议,如根据不同的衣物颜色提醒用户不同的颜色不适合一起洗涤的功能。
本发明提出一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置,至少包括衣物模块、洗涤程序推荐模块、存储模块以及处理模块,所述的装置设置在一智能终端,所述的智能终端与洗涤设备通讯连接,所述的洗涤程序推荐模块根据从衣物模块所选衣物,通过存储模块中存储的信息推荐优选的洗涤参数,所述处理模块接收洗涤程序推荐模块推荐的洗涤参数并控制洗涤设备。优选的, 还包括语音模块,所述的语音模块分别与衣物模块、处理模块相连接,所述的语音模块接收所述智能终端的麦克风输入的语音信息,通过输入语音信息在所述衣物模块中选择衣物,所述的洗涤程序推荐模块根据所选衣物在存储模块中存储的信息推荐优选的洗涤参数,由所述处理模块进一步分析处理,并控制洗涤设备。
优选的,所述的衣物模块包括衣物种类和衣物信息,所述的衣物信息至少包括衣物材质、衣物颜色,所述的衣物种类至少包括按照衣物洗涤强度分类的种类,包括但不限于强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、特殊类、顽固类。

本发明提供一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置洗涤衣物的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1:选择衣物模块中所显示的类项的衣物一项或者多项,并将已选择的衣物显示在待洗区域中;
S2:点击启动项,洗涤程序推荐模块根据所选择的衣物进行分析后自动推荐优选的洗涤参数;
S3:启动所显示推荐的洗涤参数,处理模块接收洗涤程序推荐模块推荐的洗涤参数控制洗涤设备;洗涤参数至少包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、转速。
优选的,在步骤S1中,选择显示的类项的衣物时,每种衣物选择几次时表示选择该衣物为几件。
优选的,在步骤S1中,在待洗区域中显示的衣物是可删除的。

随着物联网技术的兴起,智能家电设备将是未来发展的趋势,智能洗衣机设备的智能化程度越来越高。目前智能洗衣机设备一般通过手机、平板电脑等终端设备的屏幕操作实现用户终端设备进行操控。然而,APP应用在功能上和智能化方面显得尤其重要,为此本发明提出一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置旨在帮助用户在选择洗涤衣物时能推荐更为合适的洗涤程序,提升了人机交互之间的操控便捷性,并让用户体验更加人性化和智能化的生活。
下面将结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进一步描述。
本发明提供一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置,参见附图1所示,所述的装置包括衣物模块和洗涤程序推荐模块、存储模块以及处理模块,所述的衣物模块包括衣物种类和衣物信息,所述的衣物信息包括衣物材质、衣物颜色、衣物重量、衣物名称、洗涤强度、所属分类、衣物质量;所述的衣物种类至少包括按照衣物洗涤强度分类的种类,包括但不限于强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、特殊类、顽固类。所述的存储模块存储衣物模块中的衣物,以及一种衣物和/或一种以上的衣物混合对应的洗涤参数。
具体的,打开衣物洗涤管理装置,参见附图2所示,选择衣物模块可看到衣物模块第一级菜单中显示以下分类包括强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、特殊类、顽固类;选择上述第一级菜单其中一个分类,进入该分类后在该级分类中显示了第二级菜单中的进一步分类,参见附图3所示,给出了第一级菜单中的特殊类的第二级菜单显示的内容。其中,强力类包括棉麻外套、棉麻长裤、棉内衣、儿童外套、儿童内衣;轻柔类包括化纤外套、化纤长裤;牛仔类包括牛仔外套、牛仔裤;大物类包括床单、被罩、棉麻窗帘、纱质窗帘、毛毯;特殊类包括羽绒服、羊毛衫、真丝衣物、冲锋衣、棉类裙装、纱类裙装、化纤衬衣、棉麻衬衣;顽固类包括校服、工作服。在第二级菜单选择其中一个分类进入第三级菜单显示了在该级分类显示的具体衣物,每件具体衣物可对其设置唯一的编号,便于管理和区分,且每件衣物包含了自身的衣物信息,根据需要可对其编辑修改。
进一步的,该装置还根据衣物种类至少包括按照衣物洗涤强度分类的种类从低到高划分的六级洗涤强度等级,以Ln为表示符号表示6大等级的衣物洗涤强度等级、以Lnv为表示符号 表示6大等级各个等级所包括下一级类项的衣物洗涤强度等级,其中,n和v均为自然数1至9中的任意自然数,n的值越大,则衣物洗涤强度等级越高,当n相同时,再比较v的值,v的值越大,衣物洗涤强度等级越高;各个种类的衣物根据自身特性,其对应的洗涤强度等级按照洗涤强度逐级增加,对应的表示符号从大到小依次为L6>L5>L4>L3>L2>L1,参见下表1所示;其中,在上述中每种衣物种类所包含的类项衣物其对应的表示符号以及每种种类对应的衣物设定的质量(单位:kg),各衣物的质量是通过试验后所设置的估计值,各个类项的衣物其对应的洗涤强度等级由高到底的顺序为L6>L52>L51>L4>L3>L2>L16>L15>L14>L13>L12>L11参见下表2所示:

参见下表3所示,根据上述的衣物名称其对应的洗涤强度等级的表示符号列出的对应关 系,表中列出了部分衣物对应的洗涤参数,所述的洗涤参数是通过大量实验得出的最佳洗涤数据,根据各项衣物的材质等特性对应不同的洗涤参数;所述洗涤参数包括但不限于浸泡时间、转速、洗涤时间、漂洗时间、脱水时间、洗涤温度、水位、转速。

根据上表中各个衣物洗涤强度等级设置的洗涤参数,当用户所选待洗衣物为同一等级时,则装置推荐该等级对应的洗涤参数;当用户所选待洗衣物为多个不同等级时:1)当用户所选待洗衣物至少包括特殊类(即特殊类中的洗涤强度等级L11至L16任意一种或多种),则装置优选推荐的洗涤参数为特殊类中以累积衣服质量最大的衣物对应的洗涤参数;2)当用户所选待洗衣物不包括特殊类且包括强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、顽固类其中的多类项时,则装置优选推荐的洗涤参数为以累积衣服质量最大的衣物对应的洗涤参数。
所述的装置设置在一智能终端,所述的智能终端与洗涤设备通讯连接,所述的洗涤程序推荐模块根据衣物模块所选衣物,通过存储模块中存储的信息推荐优选的洗涤参数,所述处理模块接收洗涤程序推荐模块推荐的洗涤参数并控制洗涤设备。所述的装置还包括附加功能模块,所述的附加功能模块根据所述的洗涤程序推荐模块推荐优选的洗涤参数,设置并可被选择操作的显示在一智能终端,所述的附加功能模块包括烘干、洗涤剂、柔顺剂之一或者其组合。
所述装置还包括语音模块,所述的语音模块分别与衣物模块、处理模块相连接,打开装置选择语音模块,所述的语音模块接收所述智能终端的麦克风输入的语音信息,启动语音模块按照语音提示输入相应的语音信息实现操作;根据语音提示通过输入语音信息在所述衣物模块中选择衣物,所述的洗涤程序推荐模块根据所选衣物在存储模块中存储的信息推荐优选的洗涤参数,由所述处理模块进一步分析处理,并控制洗涤设备。
本发明还提出了一种智能衣物洗涤衣物的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选择衣物模块中所显示的类项的衣物一项或者多项,并将已选择的衣物显示在待洗区域中;
S2:点击启动项,洗涤程序推荐模块根据所选择的衣物进行分析后自动推荐洗涤参数;
S3:启动所显示推荐的洗涤参数,处理模块接收洗涤程序推荐模块推荐的洗涤参数控制洗涤设备;洗涤参数包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、转速。
进一步的,参见附图4所示,该方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)打开衣物洗涤管理装置,在该可操作选择的界面中选择衣物模块,并在可操作选择的衣物模块界面中选择显示的类项中的一类,进入该类下一级分类选择其中的衣物中的第一件衣物作为已选衣物;
特别的,选择衣物后,会自动添加到待洗区域中,方便用户查看所选择的衣物有哪些,可查看所选衣物洗涤的次数统计,其中,所述待洗区域是通过选择衣物后自动显示出来,还可在待洗区域显示的衣物进行操作;当在待洗区域中,某种衣物显示了大于1的数字时,表示在该类衣物中包含了洗涤件数为几件,当用户需要删除已选衣物时,按住待洗区域的衣物向上滑动,即可删除该衣物;
比如,选择衣物模块后在显示的第一级菜单选择特殊类进入该类显示的第二级菜单选择羽绒服,进入羽绒服显示的第三级菜单显示的衣物,选择任意衣物的3件后,在待洗区域中显示了羽绒服的洗涤件数为3件;
(2)继续在显示的类项中选择其中一类,进入该类下一级分类选择其中的衣物中选择下一件衣物,系统根据已选衣物和在步骤(2)中所选择的衣物,进一步判断是否适合混洗,如果不适合混洗,则系统提醒用户,用户可根据提醒手动选择是否取消本次所选择的衣物,则执行步骤(3);否则,执行步骤(3);
当选择下一件衣物与之前已选的衣物是同一类项时,且该次选择衣物后就结束选衣以及所有已选衣物的颜色适合混洗的情况下,系统直接推荐该类项的洗涤参数,参见上表3所示的衣物洗涤参数信息对照表,比如已选衣物为牛仔外套1件,选择下一件衣物为牛仔裤,则系统推荐的洗涤参数至少为:漂洗次数2次、脱水时间3分钟、温度设置为30℃、该次洗涤时间为15分钟;
参见上表2所示中的等级划分,洗涤强度等级低的衣物不适合与等级高的衣物混洗,比如, 特殊类衣物不适合与其他类衣物混洗,或者内衣不适合与其他衣物混洗,易掉色衣物与浅色衣物不适合混洗等等;
(3)系统分析已选衣物的总重量是否小于额定洗涤重量,如果不是,则系统提醒用户,用户可根据提醒选择是否结束选衣物,如果是,用户根据需要选择是否结束选衣物,如果结束选衣物,则执行步骤(4);否则,执行步骤(2);
系统将所有衣物对应的质量已经在该系统中设定好的,参见上表2所示的各衣物设定对应的质量,根据用户已选衣物累计重量即可获得已选衣物的总重量,再进一步与额定洗涤重量进行比较、判断;
(4)系统根据已选衣物启动智能计算并分析已选衣物是否含有特殊类衣物,如果不含有特殊类衣物,则系统统计各种类衣物总重量,并获取总重量最大的衣物名称,否则,统计特殊类衣物中各种衣物总重量,并获取总重量最大的衣物名称;判断总重量最大的衣物种类是否超过两种,如果不超过,执行步骤(5);否则,获取已选衣物中洗涤强度等级最低的衣物名称,执行步骤(5);
特别的,特殊类衣物通常洗涤强度较低,且不宜与其他衣物混洗,比如冲锋衣、羊毛衫、羽绒服等特殊类不适合与其他类项的衣物混洗;再比如选择衣物类项其中的棉麻类、化纤类、牛仔类两项或者三项时,优选的洗涤程序显示为混合;
(5)根据衣物名称查询数据库,获取洗涤参数,洗涤参数包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、漂洗次数、脱水时间、脱水转速,并在附加功能模块中选择附加功能中的烘干、洗涤剂、柔顺剂的之一或其组合;
特别的,洗涤程序中的棉麻、化纤、混合对应不同转停比和洗涤参数限制值等;
(6)点击启动项,则系统将洗涤参数发送给智能洗衣机,执行相应的操作。
进一步的,智能洗衣机至少包括通讯模块、控制模块,其中,所述的通讯模块与所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置通信连接,所述的通讯模块接收所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置发送的操作指令,并将操作指令传递给所述的控制模块;所述的控制模块用于根据所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置智能设定的洗涤参数控制所述智能洗衣机执行相应的操作。所述的洗涤参数包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、转速、浸泡时间、漂洗时间、脱水时间、水位。所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置设置在一智能终端。
控制模块根据操作指令负责调用相应的洗涤参数控制智能洗衣机运行,例如在智能衣物 洗涤管理装置设定洗涤时间为8分钟、温度为25℃,则智能衣物洗涤管理装置与智能洗衣机通信连接后,智能洗衣机接收发送的操作指令并根据该操作指令执行洗涤时间8分钟、温度为25℃。并通过通信模块将反馈信息例如智能洗衣机工作情况信息发送至智能衣物洗涤管理装置,或者智能洗衣机接收智能衣物洗涤管理装置的查询指令,进而将运行状态数据的反馈信息发送至智能衣物洗涤管理装置以提供给用户。
使用本发明提出的智能衣物洗涤管理装置能解决用户在选择各种种类、不同材质以及不同颜色的衣物洗涤时,通过分析处理为用户自动推荐最合适的洗涤程序,大大满足了用户的洗涤需求和目的,使得各种衣物在混洗时不易损坏和变形,甚至在有衣物褪色时不相互沾染等给用户带来更多便利。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置,其特征在于,还包括附加功能模块,所述的附加功能模块根据所述的洗涤程序推荐模块推荐优选的洗涤参数,设置并可被选择操作的显示在一智能终端,所述的附加功能模块包括烘干、洗涤剂、柔顺剂之一或者其组合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置,其特征在于,还包括提醒模块,所述的提醒模块包括提醒所选择的衣物不适合混洗和/或所选择的衣物超出预设质量的提醒模块。
  9. 一种智能衣物洗涤管理装置洗涤衣物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    S1:选择衣物模块中所显示的类项的衣物一项或者多项,并将已选择的衣物显示在待洗区域中;
    S2:点击启动项,洗涤程序推荐模块根据所选择的衣物进行分析后自动推荐优选的洗涤参数;
    S3:启动所显示推荐的洗涤参数,处理模块接收洗涤程序推荐模块推荐的洗涤参数控制洗涤设备;洗涤参数至少包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、转速。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,选择显示的类项的衣物时,每种衣物选择几次时表示选择该衣物为几件。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,在待洗区域中显示的衣物是可删除的。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,在分析时如果计算出所选择的衣物不适合混洗和/或超量时,会自动弹出提醒。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的洗涤参数还包括浸泡时间、漂洗时间、脱水时间、水位。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的类项至少包括按照衣物洗涤强度分类的种类,包括但不限于强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、特殊类、顽固类。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述衣物模块中的衣物存储在存储模块中,所述的存储模块还存储衣物对应的优选洗涤参数,根据所选衣物通过存储模块存储的信息推荐优选的洗涤参数。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐优选的洗涤参数根据所显示的类项选择其中的多项时,且所选择的类项至少包括特殊类,优选的洗涤参数为特殊类中以累积衣服质量最大的衣物对应的洗涤参数。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐优选的洗涤参数根据所显示的类项选择其中的强力类、轻柔类、牛仔类、大物类、顽固类为多项时,优选的洗涤参数为以累积衣服质量最大的衣物对应的洗涤参数。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括附加功能模块,所述的附加功能模块根据推荐优选的洗涤参数,设置并可被选择操作的显示在一智能终端,所述的附加 功能模块包括烘干、洗涤剂、柔顺剂之一或者其组合。
  19. 一种智能洗衣机,其特征在于,至少包括通讯模块、控制模块,其中,
    所述的通讯模块与所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置通信连接,所述的通讯模块接收所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置发送的操作指令,并将操作指令传递给所述的控制模块;
    所述的控制模块用于根据所述的智能衣物洗涤管理装置智能设定的洗涤参数控制所述智能洗衣机执行相应的操作。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种智能洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的洗涤参数包括洗涤时间、洗涤温度、转速、浸泡时间、漂洗时间、脱水时间、水位。
