Definitions
- the invention relates to a body of a simple mobile phone that has a sandwich structure of a generally flat shape and where a space for mounting of the technological module of the phone is arranged.
- the invention further relates to a mobile phone with such a body.
- the invention also relates to a production method of such a simple mobile phone.
- smartphones are produced that are getting more and more sophisticated, complex and provide more functions.
- Disadvantages associated with the production of such mobile phones known as smartphones comprise in the fact that the devices have a complex design, which results in adequately high production costs.
- a lot of waste is produced during the production and disposal of these phones, smartphones must be powered by larger batteries that comprise heavy metals and the energy demands of the production also represent an environmental load while from the technological point of view they get quickly outdated.
- Another disadvantage consists in expensive repairs and in considerable requirement for careful handling of the device.
- smartphones are the target of pickpockets and with regard to their price they may lead to violent criminal acts, robberies and mugging.
- the document GB 2443566 describes a one-off mobile phone of recyclable material that is only able to connect outgoing calls and has a fixed limit of the charged credit. After exhausting the credit the user gets rid of the phone. However, this document does not deal with the entire design of the phone in detail.
- the document GB 2376844 describes a mobile device that is arranged in a case consisting of two paper parts with advertising print applied on them and connected with a hinge. To be used, the case must be opened and thus the phone is activated for a limited number of calls. The credit being exhausted, the phone cannot be used any more and the user will dispose of it.
- a disadvantage of such a phone is its relatively complicated design consisting of two parts connected with a hinge. Another shortcoming of the phone is its activation by opening and turning of the two parts of the case, which will immediately start depleting the phone battery.
- the last disadvantage of the said design consists in the fact that the design of the body does not enable simple printing of the phone body in a common printer and the design of the phone does not make it possible to optimally use the whole area of the phone body for print.
- the document GB 2262685 describes a one-off mobile phone for a limited number of uses. This document deals with the arrangement and functionality of the technological module of the phone and not with the design of its body.
- a common disadvantage of known mobile phones is the design of their bodies, which consists in gluing of the electronic phone components on the carrier plate that is enclosed by a paper shell with openings for the keys, sound and possibly a lighting element or display.
- the body of the phone comes apart, gets indented and occupies a relatively large space.
- the assembly of this phone is difficult, which makes the assembly costs high.
- the bodies of simple mobile phones are expensive and unsuitable for cheap production in small series.
- the task of the invention is to create the body of a simple mobile phone, a simple mobile phone with such a body and a production method of such a simple mobile phone that would eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages of the known designs and that would be cheap, reliable and easy to carry and store.
- the phone body should be more resistant to indenting, suitable for longer-term use and it should enable specification based on the user's request.
- the phone should be easy to assemble and suitable for cheap printing even in small series. Disclosure of the Invention
